The rooms were very clean and well-maintained, making for a comfortable stay. The staff was exceptionally pleasant, friendly, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. The hotel is conveniently located with great proximity to restaurants, nightlife, and is only a short drive from The Battery at Truist Park. Overall, a great experience with excellent service, and I would gladly stay here again.

It was a beautiful property, we enjoyed the location, views, and food.

We had to switch rooms due to the air not working correctly but they switched our room right away. That is what customer service is all about. Amazing location and the hotel was nice and relaxing.

The property was nice. It was hard getting in and out the gate, every time!! The staff never spoke or even looked up at us when coming and going which made the atmosphere bad. Having to pay to park and pay for breakfast was way too expensive after the price for the hotel stay. Also the rate for breakfast was different/higher from the booking rate!!

The sheets on the bed were too small keep coming off. The tv came on but we couldn’t get anything to play. Other than that this was our first stay here, we are long time Hilton Honors members that wanted to try something different.

The breakfast buffet was delicious. The dining room was spacious and clean. The chef who made the omelets was knowledgeable and experienced in making the best egg-white omelet with fresh ingredients. The full bar was more than a plain bagel and cream cheese bar. The hostesses were pleasant and helpful, ensuring patrons had what they needed. The room was clean with daily linen change (towels). The beds were comfortable, while the pillows were fluffy. However, it was difficult to adjust the temperature, which did not change the overall experience. The hallways did not smell smoky or of moldy carpet. I enjoyed the two elevators that served different floors, so the wait was never long. The mall, MARTA train station, and plenty of eating places were within walking distance. You never needed to move your car once parked. I would definitely stay here again.

Pool was nice and the beds was really comfortable. When I booked it said, nothing about paying $25 to park a day. Glad we o my stayed one night! No free internet like most hotels you had to pay $12.99 if you wanted it. I had service but not great! If you wanted to eat breakfast most hotels continental breakfast is free. Well not here. It’s $24 each and nothing special about it. My husband needed to work on his computer and at the desk in the room no plug-ins around. Rooms really need to be updated!

The pool and the area was great! The bed sounded like it has rubber or plastic under it, the pillows were flat when you slept on them. Only one elevator worked and they put ear plugs and a sound machine in the room like they know the hotel is noisy, I just thought that was weird.

One of the staff members was friendly. They overbooked and I requested a double queen and they gave me Kings after complaining they fixed. The whole area had a smell. We were stuck on the elevator and had to walk up the flights of stairs. The room was not as advertised it looked totally different. The room had a balcony and all I could hear is the traffic and the train all night. It was trash all in front of the side entrance. As I walked in security was talking loud to a bunch of kids. Breakfast that was paid for was chicken strips bacon eggs chicken sausage. Was not as advertised. The gentlemen that made omelets was kind. Will never return.

Location First stay we had a very nice room. The 2nd time we stayed our room was all the way in the back of the hotel in the basement. The key card scanner to the door at the end of the hallway didn’t work. The hallway had a smelly burnt smell. The ice machine and venous machines were broken

My boyfriend and I wanted a weekend getaway to ATL from central FL and I'm so glad we booked with this Marriott. We basically lived in the pools. Our first night, we got to the hotel later than expected because of traffic delays, so we just took advantage of the restaurant/bar that night. Our dinner was delicious and affordable and the server was very gracious and attentive. The bed was extremely comfortable, I wish I could have taken the mattress home with me. 😅 There was also a wide variety of foods/drinks in the little market for convenience. If I had any complaints, it would be: Both pools needed a good skimming, but it didn't prevent us from spending the majority of the weekend in the water. Also, the water pressure in the shower wasn't as powerful as I'd hoped. If you have long hair, it might take you longer to wash and rinse. But overall, it was a fantastic stay and affordable. The staff were welcoming and helpful. Definitely don't hesitate to book here. We'll definitely be back!

Oh, the hotel was just a delightful experience! Our room view was the epitome of magnificence - who needs a decent breakfast when you have such a view, right? And oh, the kitchen, pool, and front desk - what a splendid display of warmth and efficiency! The food coloring on the pillowcase when i check in and the mold in the shower were just the cherry on top of a perfect stay. Just lovely!

My husband and I had an AMAZING STAY for our ANNIVERSARY. TWO YEARS IN A ROLE.

I booked and paid full price for a balcony room. When I got there the receptionist said the balcony rooms were taken. She said she would give us free parking since the room I booked was sold out. The gate was broken so no one paid for parking.

The location. It’s outdated. It needs a facelift. If you’re going to charge people to park or for coming early at least put the money back into the hotel. The lobby is the only aesthetically pleasing part of the stay because once you go up it looks like a creepy place out of a movie.

Very clean, lovely staff at front desk, great sheets and pillows, comfy bed, good value. Extremely noisy from the freeway nearby. We were on the 11th floor and I think the noise rose to the higher levels perhaps. Next time we will request a lower floor.

I got stuck in the mini elevator that goes to the ice cold pool and the handicap button doesn't open the door all the way. A room service burger $25 and a buffet breakfast without orange juice $22 plus $25 to park for one day. What an awful Marriott!

I also felt safe leaving my vehicle in the parking lot. The night staff was much friendlier and more accommodating, which made the rest of the stay enjoyable. Had I not had the top lock on they would’ve came in completely and apparently they did it to more guests as well. They also charge $25 a day for parking so with that and the extra fees it brought my total to $470 instead of the original $340 so he aware about that. More than likely I won’t be back to this hotel.

My stay at the Atlanta Marriot was a exremely poor experience. My wife and i went to check in checked in we paid for 2 nights they said 1 i showed proof they said it would be fixed.

I really enjoyed my stay overall! The room key machine went down while i visited so management had to keep walking us to the room with master key which was kind of rough but they made it work out for the best stay. Will return in the future!

All the bedside outlet springs were worn out and wouldn’t hold a plug. The new coffee makers tripped the circuits on the walls when you tried to make coffee. Soft water out of the faucet. Carpet old. King room very small.

Additionally, we could not connect my devices to wifi without a request for payment of $12.95. Because I did not want to pay for wifi, I simply did not connect to wifi. Additionally, our key card did not work for the gate to enter nor exit the parking lot. We had to request assistance every time just to get in and out. We waited an especially long time trying to exit the parking lot after we checked out with the person at the front desk, and then had to return to the front desk to ask the receptionist to open the gate to leave the parking lot. There was no complimentary continental breakfast offered. For all of these reasons I would not stay at this hotel again. We did encounter a cleaning lady who was exceptionally friendly; we were grateful for the warm smile after a challenging trip.

I was told they wouldn't canceling the reservation and if I dont stay, I will be charged $129.00. So I felt stuck and not happy at all! So I paid the $75.00 against my will. But I will NEVER BOOK ANOTHER STAY HERE!

I book this Hotel through Affirm and they approved me for $230 which should've included a Rob, but didn't see a Rob in the room. No where in my reservation did I see $75.00 is due on arriving, I even spoke to the Hotel reservation prior to booking. I requested a room near the front entry, didn’t get it. The only charge was reveal was $ 9.00 for insurance. I tried to canceling through expedite and that was to rudest ugly experience ever. I was told they wouldn't canceling the reservation and if I dont stay, I will be charged $129.00. So I felt stuck and not happy at all! So I paid the $75.00 against my will. But I will NEVER BOOK ANOTHER STAY HERE!

I did not like the fact that you have to pay $25 a night to park at this hotel. That’s a ridiculous amount being that they have signs around stating they are not responsible for your car. Also they didn’t have free wife.

Had a nice stay sharing prom weekend with my daughter

Not to mention, when I first walked into the room, it smelled like old, cheap cologne and cleaning towels were still in the room. It was not my best experience in a hotel in that area. I doubt I will ever use this hotel as well.

I was charged twenty five dollars a day for parking and was not informed ahead of time of the additional charges such as taxes et.Cetera are charged

Very good property. Clean. Only downgrade was my TB kept saying no signal.

The problem was the condition of the hotel after the lobby. The floor we stayed on had a smell that was a mixture of must and age. It just smelled damp and old. Our room also smelled this way. The curtains had several stains and the shower, though updated had a very old vent full of dirt and grime :( For this to be a Marriott hotel, we were disappointed. The pool was good and my kids had a great time. The fitness center was also good!

Every one on the team is excellent.

For a one night stay it was great, not far from the location of the event we were attending. However when arriving it was a bit hectic as there was only one elevator working with multiple guest checking in at the time due to other events going on in the hotel and around the city. The issue was recitifies within a couple of hours with an additional elevator being made operable. Will definitely stay again

Simone and her manager did great at checking us in after our first bad experience at another hotel. We got settled in and rested in a comfortable bed, clean room.

This will always be my hotel of choice when I visit Atlanta...Convenience,Comfort,Classy.

I asked for a room with a view and the view was the roof of the hotel and other buildings blocking said views. However if they would have put me on the other side I would have had a cityscape view as requested.

weekend visit: upon check-in one of the front desk clerks just acted as if he was busy so i ended up waiting in line for another 5 minutes

The indoor pool it was non operational. I choose this hotel just for the indoor pool. I went out and bought sqim suits and floats foe my children. The dining area did not have a high chair.

Nice to have a bar and restaurant right on the property. One of the quietest hotels I've ever stayed in. Staff was pleasant and accommodating. Bed was very comfortable.

The bed is hard and has lumps the pillows are extremely soft and not comfortable when you lay head down goes flat. Bedding had spots on sheets. The water turned off in middle of day no prior warning water did come back on after 30 minutes. When turned on shower water was brown and brown in toilet. Hotel needs renovations . Torn curtains someone Reid to enter from adjacent room. Hope to never return

Tranquility and accessibility

We were traveling for Medical purposes. We needed the hotel shuttle sevices to get to the hospital and back to the hotel. The shuttle service did not begin until half hour after my appointment time. We had to make other arrangement and barely made the appointment. The coffee maker in the room did not work and there was no refrigerator in the room.

When I booked, there was free WiFi and parking included. However, I was charged for parking and WiFi. Hallway was stink of weed smoking every evening and bathrooms aren’t for the average height people. I couldn't raise my hands in the shower or bathroom without hitting the ceiling. Shower wasn’t fully attached to the wall either.

No issues, super clean,.everyone very nice and great breakfast.

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to provide feedback on my recent stay at your hotel, which unfortunately did not meet my expectations. I received a notification that my room was ready for check-in, but upon arriving just before 5 PM, I was informed that no rooms would be available for another 30 minutes. After a long journey from Tennessee to Atlanta for a fashion show with my family, we decided to leave the hotel to grab a bite to eat. We returned about 45 minutes later, only to find that the only room available was on the top floor, which we accepted. However, when we entered our assigned room, we were met with a strong odor of urine, and the air conditioning was not functioning. I called the front desk, and a staff member assured me that a maintenance technician would be sent to address the issue, while a member of the housekeeping team would come to clean the carpets.I agreed to wait, but after 20 minutes with no one arriving, I went back to the lobby to inquire about the situation. I was informed that no other rooms were available, and the maintenance technician would be arriving shortly. Shortly thereafter, I received a call stating that the AC could not be repaired and that we would need to move to another room. This was confusing, as there were no other rooms available. When the maintenance technician returned, he provided us with a key to a room on the second floor, which was a significant improvement. Emailed hotel no response

The shower doors had fingerprints all over it, and they put me near an elevator. They did however waive the parking fee without me asking. parking

We had a great stay at the Atlanta Marriott Perimeter Center. The staff was polite & friendly. Hotel was clean & comfortable. The only complaint was the eggs were cold at breakfast on Saturday morning but would not stop me from coming back.

The curtain had brown stuff on it like blood or something. The main reason I went was for the indoor pool if was filthy and cold. It was not heated. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Other than the curtains the room was clean. It was quiet and they had to huge events going on at one time. I enjoyed my stay.

The air conditioner quit working. They moved us into a single king bed when we had 3 adults in our group. The single king room was smaller and it had ants in the bathroom.

Good service and comfortable room. Only comaints were a dirty drinking glass and taped up plastic hanging from 2 doors down the hall. Gave me concern that they might have been spraying for bed bugs the way the doors were sealed with plastic.
