I didn’t receive a rob or sippers in my room. Parking is not free as described neither is WiFi I was charged never even logged in . Overall the Central restaurant downstairs is great lots of good options to try and service was excellent.

I really enjoyed the stay, however l am still not thrilled about paying for Wifi service!

Great room, good staff, 15 min from downtown!

Hotel was beautiful and the staff were so helpful and kind. I wish the breakfast was part of the price of your stay and not separate but not a deal breaker. Food and atmosphere were exceptional. Location is perfect. Quiet and not chaotic to get in and out of. Will definitely stay again when visiting Atlanta.

My room was spacious, comfortable, and quiet, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt upscale yet relaxing. I also really enjoyed the convenient location with easy access to the interstate and nearby restaurants and attractions. We really enjoyed our stay and we look forward to our next stay at Marriott!

The 2nd room, the bathroom door wouldn't move and the shower drain didn't work. The 3rd room, there wasn't a freezer door in the mini fridge so everything froze. There wasn't a microwave in any of the rooms. This is 1st hotel I've ever stayed at without microwaves. Last but not least, the hotel charged for everything. Only free items were 2 mini bottles of water and tea bags.

The location for travel was great, the facility is beautiful This place was very expensive, and the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed in as far as traffic noise goes. It’s right on I 85, I mean, like 30 feet from my 85 and it was extremely noisy. I’m sure they could do something about soundproofing.

The breakfast us terrible and the floor on restaurant is dirty.the gate is not working properly in our room the door bathroom was broken.

Clean with easy access- loher floors can pick up noise from the bar if there’s a rowdy crew otherwise great place to stay- very consistent over many years!

This was a nice hotel to stay for one night. Everything looked nice and clean and the staff were friendly. The room was nice. One downside was the bathroom door being on a track to roll it closed which left a gap. It didn’t feel very private with a roommate. It was also hard to open from the inside with the lack of a handle. The vent for the air-conditioning in the room was a bit loud when it turned on. There was also a spot on the floor between the beds that looked like something hot had been left sitting there to melt the vinyl. The hotel sits right next to the interstate, so all night it was pretty easy to hear loud vehicles going by. Waking up in the morning, I expected to find some kind of complementary breakfast, but there wasn’t any. The Starbucks was minimal. All-in-all, it was fine, but not worth $200+ for one night.

Nice, clean and in a very lovely neighborhood hotel with excellent staff and amenities.

When I complained about these conditions I was only given a minimum amount of “points” added to my rewards. What would have been a fair exchange for my unpleasant stay is if I was given at least enough points for a future free stay at any Marriott hotel that was of equal value. But I guess that would be too good to be true that I the consumer would be treated with fairness by a large corporation.

Hotel was spotless, with modern rooms and a warm atmosphere. The only downside was the parking fee; I would have preferred it to be included, since the price wasn’t cheap.

The lady at the front desk was nice enough I suppose, although not super welcoming when I first arrived. The room was clean, but the noise… I barely slept, and I am a very heavy sleeper typically. It seemed to be a very not busy night for the hotel, and yet still, I could hear every voice and every pipe around my room. I was exhausted the entire next day.

The rooms were definitely neglected. The hotel feels old. The staff was nife and did help us by providing us with access to the lounge but the room was not clean. The beds were at least clean and comfortable. The bathroom was dirty with splatters all over. The toilet was disgusting and so was the shower. Honestly, hotels have to use UV light to inspect bathrooms before new guests check in.

I enjoyed my stay. It was clean. House keeping came and offered to change the sheets and stuff. The only thing was the bathroom slide door. It was off track so it was hard to open and close. Other than that. A great stay. I will be back,

Nothing enjoy the clean room & courtesy staff

We had some minor setbacks ( technology issues and messed up bathroom door). However, as soon as I told the front office rhey took care of both issues promptly. The overall hotel stay was nice and it a neutral location to other functions we wanted to visit.

Broken bathroom door broken and tub need upgrade. The room smelled like a dog had to buy lysol. Was moved to another room and the doir to the room jammed even with card. Had issues entering the room had to get housekeeper to show us how to open the door with scan and pull hard on door handle..

The activities of the adjacent room were like watching an adult video. Additionally the hallways and elevator were dirty. The first room I was given was not clean when I entered which caused me to doubt the freshness of the sheets in the next room I was given. Housekeeping was definitely deficient. Combined with unrequested adult theatre sound from the adjacent room I would not recommend this hotel if you are traveling with children or wish for a pleasant experience.

The swimming pool is very dirty and unhygienic, it smells very bad. The receptionist service is very bad, the way they talk to customers doesn't seem very happy, at first I bought water and wanted to pay in cash, the staff refused to ask for my card, I agreed, about 10 minutes after I went up to my room, a male staff member knocked on my door and asked me to pay $20 for 3 bottles of water. Why when I agreed to pay in cash, they refused, waited until I got to my room and then knocked on the door and asked me to pay in cash, what's the reason????

The room we stayed in was on the interstate side of the building and was quite noisy. Pro tip, ask for a room adjacent from the interstate.

Amazing experience. Excellent customer service. Nice location. A short distance from mid and downtown but far enough from the busyness. Only 4 stars and not 5 on comfort because the air conditioning was not blowing as cold. Would recommend and stay again!

Terrible experience

When i arrived at the property after hours of driving. The staff informed us that there is a water main break down the street and that the property has no water. They offered to move me to another hotel but it would require driving another 30 min that i was not willing to do. We were all hoping the water will be restored soon but as of this writing at 10:30 pm no suck luck. I am still hopeful to find water in the morning. It would be nice if the hotel offer something to sweeten my stay. Thank you

When they came to clean my room they only made the bed and so called clean the bathroom. If they would have look on the floor they would have saw stains that should be moped or cleaned up!!!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and clean. The bathroom fan did not work and the bathroom sink was a slow drain. The ceiling in the bathroom looked to have black spots like mold. I could see that it had been painted over at some point in viewing the painted patch which is located right above the toilet. The walk-in shower appeared to be old and stained. I try never to complain…however, I chose not to stay a second night.

Had to swap rooms due to a broken bathroom door and was put in a room with a broken fridge cabinet.

The hotel was clean, nice environment, very relaxed. I would stay again. The cons, the bathroom door would not stay on track, no microwave in room, rain water seep through window on floor, and the humidity in the room was is terrible. Also the key card randomly works, can’t open the gate with the key card like it supposed to open. The m- club should have more to offer and the guess should be given a document to that list everything about the club, the times for when food may be served. Otherwise you will missed out on the few things the m-club offer. Also need a shutter bus to take you around like to the zoo or aquarium etc and the pool could be cleaner

What is the perfect stay down the street from my job nice clean room and comfortable bed. You can tell it’s an old property, but renovated.. they have Starbucks inside. They have another restaurant and they serve breakfast daily, but the breakfast is an extra charge I think of about $23 per person.

I most definitely enjoyed my stay. The location was PERFECT for me, close to work as well as the city. I did have an issue with my ac that I asked them to fix that they never addressed. Eventually the room did cool down. I’m in perimenopausal so to be fair, I could’ve been having hot flashes; as I said, it did cool down eventually, so. But other than that the stay was amazing. The elevator was my favorite 😍😍😍

The gentleman who worked up front during second shift friday april 25th and Saturday april.26th was the absolute best.

The front desk staff were incredible. I was there during a stressful time during my daughter‘s debate tournament or some things kind of didn’t pan out as I was instructed as a chaperone. And your staff completely saw me and helped me feel comfortable and took care of me that weekend in the kindest most compassionate way I would definitely return. You have an amazing hotel and staff.

Although a very nice property. We had a few concerns. The parking lot gates did not work properly all werkend, bed furniture lights had no way of turning off, and we recommend longer weekend hours for Starbucks.

Overall, we had a good stay. My only issue had to do with the bedding. The comforter is just too much. No matter how cold the room was, it was still too hot to sleep under those covers. There are no other options…no light blankets or anything else. We were able to make some adjustments the first night but the maid changed things back so we had to change I again. We realize this situation is not exclusive to your property; it seems to be industry-wide and it makes for an unpleasant experience.

We have elite Bonvoy marriott status and we usually get a room upgrade and some other perks (we have been paying big time for that over the years). When we checked in in this hotel and i asked for the upgrade, the lady told me that there is no room available for the upgrade (they are full). Judging by the guests we have been seeing and more than half empty parking lot, its hard to believe that.

The hotel was beautiful and well clean. The rooms were spotless and comfortable. The restaurant was delicious with fast service. Will definitely remember this location for when we are back in the area.

It was comforting after I turned the heat on in the room. The thermostat was set to 65 degrees. It felt safe and the lady at the check-in desk was very accommodating.

The stay was good. There was an unexpected charge for parking 15.00 a day. and 50.00 a day for damage protection. Totally unexpected.

I was basically satisfied but didn't like the noise from the highway. In addition, the food in your restaurant that I ordered wasn't very good. It felt like it was heated in the microwave.

We spent one night during the tropical storm everyone was helpful and kind . it was quiet and safe and comfortable.
