    We came to stay the weekend. It was a nice hotel but you had to park and walk over to the rooms, you had to pay ALOT for breakfast. Pool was ok. Beds were not that comfy. I probably wouldn't stay again

    Never had an issue with Expedia, but when checking in, the staff could not find my booking. Said it only showed one room and I booked two and had confirmations. 2 days later we were charged for another room. Not happy at all. Dealing with companies now to try and get refunded.

    I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the property was. The taste was very very affordable; however the price they charge for parking is crazy, I opted to return the rental car that night versus paying for parking, they have a fre shuttle to the airport. I was also not going to pay for the breakfast buffet until I looked at it and was surprised how fresh it looked. I was pleasantly surprised again! The nice man made such a great omelet too order, the bacon was very yummy and the fruit was spot on. I will stay here again, esp if I have a flight the next day or I fly in late, I just will make sure I don't have to park a car here.

    Mark light bedside light on/off switch better. Have shower cap in bathroom. Caulking in tub looked bad. Front desk staff screwed up transfer to steakhouse restaurant several times. Never got through. Open table wrong for steakhouse. Appreciated front desk staff’s coffee coupon for Starbucks in AM as well as airport shuttle.

    So i book a room with a king size bed, i called a few hours before arriving from out of town. Once i reach i was told they only have a king size bed but its for the mentally challenged and two twin bed nonchalantly out of the entire hotel, crazy. Went to the room with the twin size beds. The locks were so flimsy i ask to change room, the staff change it to another twin size bed room. That lock was also flimsy, didnt sleep comfortably. Went to bed 5am just to get up for 10. I paid for a king bed but had was stuck with a twin size bed. I would never again book that hotel.

    We had dinner dinner was pretty good but after dinner, I got really, really sick from the food. The fruit that my daughter had was not fresh. I think they put way too much cheese inside the mac & cheese way too much butter. It cost $100 for me and my husband and my daughter to eat the room itself was very old. They need to upgrade the rooms in that hotel $300 for one night it’s just not worth it. I will not be staying there again and there is so inconvenient from the car to get inside the hotel to your room if you’re on the second floor all the way up to however many floors it’s so inconvenient where you have to park to get inside the hotel so overall I was not happy very irritated very inconvenient. The main lobby seems to be the main attraction of the hotel, which I get that part but it looks very, very upgraded you know welcoming, but the minute you take that elevator and you start to go to your room, the carpet stinks. The rooms are old my bed cover was dirty. They didn’t put a clean comforter on the bed. They just made it so I was very disappointed in that so I just packed my stuff up and left and left a key in the room I did not stay that night. I wish I could get a refund. My room was $265.

    The property overall was lovely and the shuttle to the airport easy. The best thing though was the pool. Warm, up to 4 ft deep, and it connects to the outdoor pool. We did t get to take advantage of the outdoor pool but I assume in warmer weather, you could flow in and out. The pool area wasn’t overly chlorinated smelling and really clean. My room was nice, seemed updated, and comfortable.

    Staff was very helpful and friendly. I didn’t have to wait to ask questions, staff came to me first! Cj the vallet was so helpful when I pulled up. He directed me on where to park and check in, brought me a cart and even brought my things upstairs and unloaded it for me. He was very personable, asking my daughter’s age. We found out our daughter almost have the same birthday and briefly talked about them. This was the first time I checked into a hotel with my 2 year old daughter alone. It went by so smoothly and I felt very safe staying her! The room was clean, the ac stayed cool and the restaurant was amazing. My only complaint was there was no microwave in the hotel room, so I couldn’t heat up my daughter’s little spoon meals. She did eat at the restaurant with me, but not very much. This did increase our spending on food. I also didn’t know parking would cost me $105 to park for the weekend. Even though our stay was very nice and a great experience, an Airbnb may be a more affordable option to stay in ATL. I’m also still waiting for the $100 hold to come off my card. Still great experience over all!

    We chose this hotel specifically for the indoor/outdoor pool and although the weather didn't cooperate, we still had a good time. What the hotel lacks in newness, it makes up for in the welcoming staff and quality of food. Room was clean and well-presented. The pool had a bit of debris but that was likely from the wild weather. The only thing that was a bit bizarre were the communal microwaves in the hall near the soda machines but I suspect those come in handy for people stuck at the hotel after an airport snafu. 5 stars for the staff, 4 stars for the hotel itself and maybe 3.5 for the price point.

    I reserved the room for three and was given towels for two. I called down for more and never received them. I went to the front desk the next day and asked for more and never got them. I finally asked a very nice cleaning lady for some in the hall. She was awesome. The only good employee I met. The waiter at the breakfast restaurant was awful. I asked for coffee and he gave me a coffee cup and carafe off another table that wasn’t using it. I would not stay here again.

    Upon arriving to the hotel we were told we couldn’t check in because the “system was down”. We thought this would be maybe 10 minutes but it ended up be down for 2 hours. We were forced to sit in the hotel restaurant. Good wings. Also paid $40 for valet parking.

    We stayed here while in Atlanta to spend some time at Six Flags. We checked in late after a long day at the park and the staff got me up to my room in less than 5 minutes; this was while a large event was taking place in the event center area of the hotel, so there were a lot of people in the lobby and a sprinkle air line workers checking in from their recent flights into HJ. Anything I requested was met with a solution. The room was very clean, prepped, and the amenities of the room and common areas were considerable for the low price of the stay. We decided this will be our families spot to call home for our future atlanta trips. The parking lot is very well lit and has check in gates in many locations for security. The area is surrounded by other hotels and an office building. Area seems very very safe. See you guys again next year!!!!

    After calling the front desk and inquiring about the functionality of the air condition, whether I was missing something. She immediately sent the maintenance man to the room who arrived promptly. After he adjusted the temperature of the air coming out of the air condition. I noticed that the fan that pushes the air out was barely operating in a functional condition. The maintenance man informed me that my room should have been pre-cooled to avoid this problem but it was not done. I understand cutting corners for efficiency but the fans that push out air from the unit is ridiculously slow and inadequate at best. I couldn’t stay the entire night especially since we are in the hottest time in the summer where temperatures are going beyond 90 degrees. Not a pleasant experience at all and I really want a refund, as it was a complete inconvenience affecting my July holiday period.

    There was no clear entrance to check in. Finally went to valet and asked them and they said to pull over right there and run check in. I left my daughter in law and 9 month old crying twins in car. I was only inside a few minutes and came out and my car was gone. I asked valet where my car was and they said they did not know. I had left my phone in the car and couldn't call. In a few minutes my daughter in law pulled up crying and said they made her go after telling us to park there to check in. They yelled at her several times insisting she moved the car.Their flight was late so car rental was closed. Paid $1300.00 for car and went next day to get and they did not have any. Had to rent from another company and still waiting on refund. It was a horrible experience and only got a room there because couldn't get a rental car that night. Never will stay there again. Also night clerk said had breakfast in the morning but failed to tell us it was $23.00 per person. That would have been 115.00 plus tax for breakfast.

    I always stay at this Marriott when traveling. It is clean, the staff is friendly and courteous, and the sushi in the bistro is the best I've had outside of Hawaii. Also, it is a 5 minute shuttle ride from the airport, so it's very convenient.

    It’s always amazing there! Caught an early Saturday flight and hate Atlanta terrific, so we spent the night as usual! We got on the shuttle to airport and pulled out to head to Hartsfield Airport. The sweet server at breakfast Came running out to the shuttle. She hopped on and told us we left a bag breakfast. My husband hopped off to go get it. The shuttle driver pulled over and waited. Everyone on the bus was so nice. Two more people got on that would’ve missed it, and we’re so grateful that it all worked out well. We love this airport hotel.

    Needed to be near Atlanta airport for an early flight back to NY. We wanted a hotel with a pool to hang out at for the afternoon so booked this hotel about a month prior to our stay. Upon our arrival we learned the pool was closed for repairs. We received no email notice and no one mentioned it at check in. We also needed to park our rental for about 2 hours until we had to return it and it cost $26 for 2-hours.

    The property was conveniently located, but finding the entry was a bit confusing at first. The late afternoon dining service was slow. My order had been forgotten and I couldn’t find anyone for a long time to get help. The evening service and food was better. The hotel was average in terms of amenities, and relatively clean, but had a really strong chemical smell. I’d probably look for a different hotel near the airport next time.
