I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly, professional.The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was convenient and made it easy to access nearby attractions and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and a comfortable experience.

However, those aren’t the reason you should stay here. Of anywhere in the world I have stayed, the friendliness and the efforts made by the staff to make this a great stay is absolutely second to none. Anywhere. I would make a return trip to ATL if ONLY to have the chance to experience this team’s excellent work again

A great visit with family. The hotel was nice and considering the FIFA World Cup was going on, the noise was not bad. Our room was nice and the beds were comfortable. Valet parking made the weekend easier. We will book again!

Really liked this hotel. Housekeeping was excellent. Gym was impressive. Staff were very friendly. Never had a problem with traffic noise like I did in other similar hotels nearby. Breakfast was good, though it was a bit overpriced at 19.95, but in the middle of my stay the price for some reason went down to 10.95, which seems much more reasonable for what they offer. Good location if you have to be downtown, it’s close to various tourist attractions. Overall definitely recommend.

Hotel rooms have electrical noises coming out of the lights and power outlet. Front desk got me a new room. The new room is slightly better but still has the same high-pitch electrical noise coming out of the two USB ports on the power outlets next to the head of the bed. Had to cover them with pillows to reduce the noises.

I dont really have any complaints but I wont give it a raving review either. The lighting in the room had a weird high putch buzzing sound and the lighting in the bathroom was poor for make up application. The beds were I credibly comfortable tho and I enjoyed the atmosphere everywhere I went.

Super cute hotel—check out the outside area with gas fireplace, seating and pool. Our room was clean and valet was easy. Perfectly located to Tabernacle, Waffle House for breakfast and being next the park and the Ferris wheel was a great view. We walked around a lot at night in Atlanta and I preferred the area our hotel was versus Westin.

In contrast, during the day the air conditioning stays on longer and is able to keep the room cool without any problems. It would be advisable to check the system’s settings or operation during the night to ensure a consistent temperature and a better experience for guests.

Very beautiful, clean, secure, and overall friendly hotel. The customer service was excellent from front desk, to bar, to valet parking. That bed was so good I thought about taking it. Honestly, I would have a mattress if I could've fit it in my vehicle, my back feels GREAT. Location is AMAZING walking distance from all of the attractions in downtown Atlanta. Highly recommend.

The hotel was nice and in a great area. Only issue I had was the staff that checked us in was nice but not welcoming. It was the weirdest vibe. It’s like they all were unhappy to be there. My spouse who never complains thought same thing. If he said something it was noticeable.

Positive: all the staff members were very nice, vey helpful. The breakfast was a real breakfast and we could actually eat in real plates using real ustensils; something rare in many american hotels, even 4 stars. Also it is very well positioned. Would recommend

my room had a tiny window (2nd floor) which was entirely blocked by what I’m guessing was the hvac, which also randomly made whirring noises on and off all night. I had white noise on but you couldn’t put it high enough to block out this noise.

The hotel staff were friendly (always spoke and had a smile) and handled our request with urgency.

Everything was great until they allowed a hotel room party in room 939, I called front desk to have them ask if the people (that were clearly having a party) could be told to move from in front of my door. Never stayed at any Marriott that even allowed this. Then to top it off housekeeping is knocking on my door on the day of checkout they were knocking on my door at 8:43 am!!! 8:43 am when the room is clearly occupied?!!! Ridiculous, Marriott please fix this or change the prices to motel prices

Stayed here for a concert at State Farm and the pictures do the hotel no justice. The hotel is beautiful and quiet and clean. The customer service was decent. The parking is not as organized as I would like I hated it that’s the only down but besides that I loved It. There is also at $200 hold fee that I hated lol

Our favorite place for breakfast was the mall nearby about a 6 minute walk had a super good Cuban restaurant that served wonderful breakfast!! And very reasonable!!Next trip to Atlanta we’re going there to eat!!!

We enjoyed our stay and the room was nice. The fire alarm went off 20 minutes after we arrived due to the steam of the shower which startled us. No cups accompanied the coffee maker. There was consistent thumping during the night. I was so glad when that neighbor went to sleep cause that meant I could too. The elevator takes its dear sweet time. Convenient location, we walked to the concert. Thanks again

The elevator needed fixing, it prevented guests from getting up to their rooms. And we were told there was no other way upstairs… but 20 minutes later we were let up the stairs from outside. But other than that, the staff was great, and the room was nice, and clean.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The entire property was spotless, and the staff were incredibly friendly and approachable. My room was perfect—clean, comfortable, and completely hassle-free. Plus, its proximity to Mercedes-Benz Stadium was a huge bonus. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

went out during our stay forcing us to walk up to 10 flights of stairs. They did get it back up and running before the next morning. Absolutely love the 12pm check out time and I slept like a baby. I’ll stay again if the room rates aren’t normally this high lol.

3. Location, location, location! If you are attending an event at the Tabernacle, you’re in for a treat! When I tell you it’s across the PARKING LOT??!!! It’s across the parking lot with less than a 3 minute walk. The Ferris wheel is next to the event venue and for late night grubbing, the Waffle House is on the corner! It’s also close to the Marta rail system so save your uber coins, buy a Marta pass and enjoy the ease of transport through the city from the hotel. 2. The vibe is eclectic chic and you feel bougie luxe without the stuffiness. It’s a great balance between chic and charm. The fitness center is well equipped and the Zen view and patio brings the tranquility of songbirds and whistling winds! 1. The service is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Every staff member I encountered had a small from ear to ear and was always eager to confirm my satisfaction with my stay! Honorable mention to Nene who started my emasculate customer experience months before I arrived through question and answer sessions. While this hotel is one for the Yeasss! I have one small consideration… the lights in the rooms are low. If you are planning a trip that involves full glam, know that the lighting in the entire room( including the bathroom) is mediocre at best. Bring your own light!!!! My family and I, had a great time at the hotel. We want THANK Mimi and Mercedes for their excellent hospitality!! My son Lorde and granddaughter Alice enjoyed their time at the pool. Let me start with the staff at this location was great. The hotel is right across from Olympia park and next to a Waffle House. The hotel itself seems dated and not kept up. The rooms and lobby had an odor. Can’t describe it but it just didn’t smell fresh. Valet guys were a little rude but I believe they are contracted. They are fast though. The area is sketchy with homeless people around but they really don’t bother you, they are just around. The doors stay locked and they have insight security at night and require you to use your room key for access. Only one elevator is functional. I wouldn’t return bc I prefer a more modern stay but it’s okay for 1-2 nights but def wouldn’t recommend for a lengthy stay. Valet is also $50/day but there is across the street parking at your own risk

Our stay was AMAZING! We flew in super early and the lady at the front (wish I would have gotten her name) was so sweet and let us check in early. Had a issue with our sink and it was fixed immediately. Then we got to meet Mimi after sightseeing, and all I can say is wow! She was the kindest and gave us a bottle of champagne for our anniversary. Our whole stay from start to finish was perfection!

Great location! However didn’t enjoy paying $50 for parking and on the day you are checking out if you wanted to go out and explore, and left your car past 2pm you had to pay another $25.

Nowhere in the reservation does it indicate that they charge a 150 USD deposit, and if you make a reservation that has already been paid online for because you don't have your card at the moment, it affects you and you sleep on the street.

We decide to stay at this hotel because previously we have booked with AC in different areas and we have loved our stay. This time around we weren't to fond of the place. As soon we arrive we asked were we could park to check-in? They re-directed us to across the building to a pay parking lot, which fine no problem. We had asked for valet they said it was full. When we was check-in the lobby two front desk employees was discussing private conversations about other staff, they made us wait roughly 10 minutes while they discuss their issues. In the process of checking in I asked the front lady once again if valet was full or how much was the parking, for we can pay it or charge it to the room. She asked me where did we park at, once I told her she was like who told you to park there? I told her your valet employee who is at the front, she than stated well you need to go pay over there before they tow your vehicle, so I questioned again, is there any valet or can you direct me the right direction to park at that is available with this hotel. By this time she seemed upset, so I told her forget it, to just proceed in checking us in. Parking lot was 50.50. The room were cleaned, hallways smelled like marijuana, bathrooms cleaned.

I think the only think I wasn't pleased with was the noise around the area. Our room was on the main Street side and it was quite noisy during the early morning hours. In addition, it was noisy in other adjacent rooms and areas near our room. Room was clean and staff was very accommodating.

I didn't like the fact that we had to pay $47 for overnight parking..

Not only was I charged twice for for my room incidental fee for some strange reason. When I finally get to my room and lay my son down for bed, I noticed fresh blood stains on the sheets. Almost as if nobody even bothered to examine the actual cleanliness of the room. If I could upload pictures on here, I would. This is absolutely unacceptable under any circumstance.

It was perfect place to stay and the front desk clerks were awesome. They even sang happy birthday to my mother and gave her a bottle of wine. Wonderful.♥️

The hotel staff is amazing! From check-in to the bar/restaurant, the housekeeping staff, security AND valet, they all made our stay so comfortable. Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The rooms were clean and the property is elegant and confortable. The hotel location is next to Centennial Park, so depending on your room location you may hear some street/event noise but it's not unbearable.
