Very convenient to car rental and airport. A shuttle took us right from hotel to airport.

The location was great I’m so happy that ai reserved this room when my original hotel had water problems and had me searching for a room 1 day before my trip.

The location is perfect! The mattress made a terrible noise with every movement; you couldn't even shift in bed. The curtains were broken and hanging down (it looked awful). We were put in a room designed for wheelchair users—I felt sorry for them; when you're tired and arrive at a room with issues, you often end up staying without complaining. In the bathroom, the shower seat was supposed to be white but was a dirty, creamy color...

We actually opted to eat there for Breakfast and dinner both days of our stay because we had such great options, we did not need to leave to find a restaurant. This is a fantastic feature. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone who is traveling. Great location. Great food

I came for a Dream/ Wings basketball game and the girl at the front desk actually drove me to the game. She really didn't have to do that. It had started raining a little, I thought that was so nice of her. The place was chic and clean! The place is very impressive. Everyone was very nice and hospitable and it was easy access to all I needed for the day.

On Skytrain. Nice clean rooms, good bathroom with big shower. Among the hotels on the Skytrain, this requires the most walk, although not too bad.

We only got to stay one night in this hotel because we had an overnight lay over but we were very impressed with this hotel. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and answered all my questions. The restaurant within the hotel was open late and delivered our food to our room and the quesadillas were amazing. The lobby and the rooms where very nice and we liked the modern minimalist vibe, it was still very comfy too.

The breakfast was very good, but you have to pay as an extra. The room was clean and comfortable, everything was working properly. The staff are always polite and kind. That’s the second time that we stayed there, and will come back again soon.

My stay was brief, but check-in was quick and hassle-free, and the staff was friendly and welcoming.

Room was clean and modern. Sheets a bit rough. Staff was helpful. Restaurant and bar on property. Many other hotels nearby as is arena and convention center. Property is connected to the airport by skytrain, which is very close and walkable to hotel. There is no airport shuttle just a ride two blocks to skytrain. If you have many suitcases this can be a problem.

My husband and I stayed here the night of our wedding before we flew out for our honeymoon. The staff was so kind to us and the room was very clean. It was absolutely perfect. We were able to get complimentary coffee in the morning. We rode the shuttle to the sky train. The staff was super helpful at explaining the sky train and getting to the airport. We would definitely stay here again.

Great room, a 5 min walk from the AirTrain. Very easy for a quick overnight near the terminals. Denise at the check in desk was super helpful and even gave us a ride back to the airtrain at 5AM.

While the hotel was well maintained, there was a strong scent inside. Perhaps, the type of cleaning supplies used, but for someone who is sensitive to strong scents it was overwhelming. Thankfully, the hotel room itself did not have the same odor. It was a convenient location for our purposes.

The only issue we had was we arrived late had to leave very early and the shower conditioner bottle was empty.

As soon as you walk in the hotel it feels and smells of luxury! I was greeted with smiles of friendly staff. The hotel is located near the airport. The hotel is clean and the rooms are spacious. This is my second time staying at this location and I'll be back.

Hotel highlighted that they were the closest to the airport. This may be true but they are not the closest to the skytrain. This was confusing to me. A lot of airline crew were staying at the Marriott closer to the skytrain. The Renaissance was also closer. The Renaissance restaurant had a better looking menu and we ate there. I wish I would’ve stayed there as well.

Great stay here. We live in Atlanta but about an hour way so stayed here the night before an early international flight. It's an airport hotel so I wouldn't say it has the "comfort" of somewhere I'd stay longer but it's a great location and nice facilities and perfect for what we needed.

The hotel room was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The staff is phenomenal. The hotel shuttle was difficult to find due to incorrect information given by airport staff. I suggest calling the hotel for directions from the airport or Uber to the hotel without the airport shuttle.

The rooms are well kept. The staff are friendly and professional from front desk to food service.

We arrived at almost midnight and they didn’t have the type of rooms available although we booked 5 1/2 ahead of time. They gave them to others. Two adults had to sleep on a terrible pull out couch. It took about 45 minutes to check in because they had to go clean rooms for us to have anywhere to stay although the knee we were coming and said they still had six more people checking in. Very frustrating and they didn’t give any discount or anything for the trouble instead he pointed out how much these rooms would cost as a walk in. We were not walk in’s. Terrible

Clean room and commons area. It was very hot in the rooms though and it was a struggle to get the heat turned down by staff as you couldn’t adjust from the room and it reset in the middle of the night. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Worthy of six stars! I came the evening before a scheduled flight. Easy to find and “commute” to car rental facilities and flights at ATL airport. The best interior design I’ve seen in a hotel to make it easy to clean—and it is super clean. Staff is friendly and efficient. I’ll definitely return when the need arises.

It is near a train service from the airport. But you will need to walk 10-15 mins from the station to the hotel. They offer an unreliable 24/7 shuttle to the airport. If you wish to catch the first flight of the day, then I recommend finding a reliable shuttle. No shuttle available per front desk staff. When I arrived, I called to request a shuttle 4 times, but each time the staff asked us to take a train instead of picking up at the hotel shuttle zone.

Jesse was great at greeting us, making us welcome. A quick walk to the train and as good as I have been to for this sort of stay.

My stay here was absolutely amazing. From the point of check-in on the morning of 11-29-25 to check out on 12-01-25 in the early morning hours, my experience was extremely pleasant. The rooms were spotless, smelled good and organized well. The hallways leading to our room was clean. There was no weird smells it was very nice. The bed was very comfortable and the couch was comfortable as well. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will definitely stay here again.

The facility was immaculate, tranquil, and the staff were highly attentive to the needs of the guests. The most significant advantage is its close proximity to the airport. I will undoubtedly choose to stay here on any future visits to Georgia.

They do the best they can to make sure you are comfortable. The room I stayed in had a small issue and they apologized and had us moved to another room. They were very nice about it and I would definitely come again. Also the food is booommmmbbbb! Delicious!

I enjoyed my experience. The hotel room was really relaxing. I like the decorations and the design of the room. The coffee colored wallpaper and curtains made the room feel sexy and relaxing. The hotel staff made me feel really special. One staff member, Christine, always remembered my name. As a result, I felt accepted and welcomed, like the hotel was happy that I chose to stay at their hotel. I like the free ride service that the hotel offers. The hotel is so close to the airport. From my hotel room, I could see the airplanes on the runway getting ready for take off.

Very convenient to the airport and connections. The bar/restaurant was a bit confusing. We sat down at a table and waited more than 15 minutes and was not acknowledged. Went up to the bar and was able to order. Only one person working so it took a while for the orders.

Very convenient for catching an early flight out of ATL. Very well insulated since I could not hear the planes coming and going. Also had self serve coffee ready to go as I worked my way to the airport tram before the sun came up.

It’s a little further than most of the hotels to the gateway rail line but all the others were booked. The room was fine and service was fine as well. We usually stay at the other Marriott but would also recommend this one as well.

I liked everything about the property. This was my second stay with them. I love how spacious the rooms are and I love the convenience of being right near the airport!

This location is beautiful, the staff is very professional and friendly.

The poor signage and directions from the airport is my reason for this rating. I had a late flight and ended up walking down a dark pathway at night in sweltering weather because of lack of directional signage and low level visibility of brand name. This soured me from being able to give a higher score. Water pressure was mediocre but all else was splendid.

My flight got delayed and caused a missed connecting flight. My 6 years old and I were stuck in the airport at midnight. The friendly tone of the hotel staff over the phone made me feel a little better. I spoke to the same hotel staff at check in and she made sure everything was quick and easy for me. Very appreciated it.

Only reason why I gave 3 stars was because of the staff at checkout. They were extremely unprofessional, went as far as not providing the shuttle service because they were “busy” (which we were told went both ways by the staff who picked us up). The check-in staff was amazing though!

Walkable distance drom skytrain. Even thoigh there was a "shuttle" (car that drives you back and forth between the skytrain) its also easily walkable. We found that faster than waiting in line for the next ride.

They really need to add fresh air and some sort of aromatics. The smell was there from day checking until we left Monday morning. I would stay there again though but would make sure no food is being cooked up there.

There's transportation to and from the airport and the other neighboring hotels which was so convenient for us to get to and from the wedding venue each day. The drivers were all so on point and quick. They were all so friendly even the front desk receptionists. This establishment definitely knows what they are doing. They always accommodated all our needs and I had 2 dogs with me and it was the perfect hotel for them. Everyone was so nice to them as well. Definitely would stay here again. Everything was ON POINT.

Property itself is fine and a great place to stay. Rooms are up to daye and very clean. The airport is loud but the rooms were quiet. The area outside of this hotel Hapeville, College Park, and Forest Park are very dangerous……limited menu and dining forced us to seek out food in the local area. Id suggest not going into these towns after about 8 pm. (Put it this way, the Waffle House didnt allow in dining after dark pickup window only!!!!!!)
