Everything was spotless, Antonio, the evening clerk was welcoming to us tired travelers. Sorry we only got to stay one night!

The property was clean, convenient to I95, and close to a few restaurants. The staff was helpful and friendly. My wife and I both thought the breakfast was better than average with good variety and reasonable freshness.

1. Excellent breakfast with variety 2. Atmosphere feels welcoming Cons: 1. Poor cleaning, sofa and desk chair with visible stains. 2. The accessibility shower room was very inconvenient. The hand held shower head was great. But the shower head from the wall is poor water pressure. 3. The fan was so loud, even by shutting it off, and it was still constantly blowing.

This Hampton Inn is reliably clean and comfortable, as so many are. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Easy to find from nearby Route 95. Helpful suggestions for finding evening meals. A reasonable choice of breakfast loptions included. Plenty of parking.

I had to pay an extra tourism tax. So you pay a tourism tax with booking.com and with the hotel. Also this hotel will no longer be accepting cash as payment.

The staff was very pleasant. The rooms were very neat and clean. Check in was fast, the lobby area had yummy cookies at the coffee and hot chocolate bars.

This hotel is in quiet and convenient location in proximity to Richmond entertainment. The room is both spacious and clean as advertised.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Ted, the Manager, was great! Breakfast was one of the best I've seen or had at other hotels. There were lots of options to choose from so that even a picky eater would find something they liked.

Very friendly check in, super easy. They gave us a cookie. That was awesome. Mostly just a normal Hampton Inn except I liked that they had a nightlight in the bathroom and plenty of space. The breakfast was OK, normal for Hampton Inn, except the staff was super attentive and we appreciated that.

The first room the microwave did not work and neither did the phone. The room also had an awful smell. We called the front desk and I could hear the person but the person could not hear me. I went downstairs to inform them of the issues. Thankfully the front desk gave us another room. However, it had a dead (what looked like a roach). The staff was very friendly. However the breakfast food was not as great as last year (the main reason we chose this location). Overall, we were disappointed.

The hotel is located a convenient location south on 95. I did find the towels and the sheets to feel like sand, but it was very clean and the staff was very nice.

This stay, & we have stayed in a lot of hotels, was probably my favorite! Front desk staff very friendly, all around staff friendly. Our room was on the 1st floor, perfect for us. Room was very clean, & comfortable, bathroom seemed newer, loved the Zero soaps also.

We enjoyed our short stay. It's a clean, well maintained property with a really good breakfast.

Overall really good. Except room 102 that we stayed in was very noisy. Could hear people coming and going with their luggage carts. And could hear guests in adjacent room clearly. I think one issue was that we were beside the lobby area. Would stay here again, but in a different room.

Room very clean and comfortable. We did have no elevator available but they put us on 2nd floor so it wasn’t bad. Person at front desk was continuously friendly and helpful.

Polite, accommodating staff, clean comfortable room at a fair price. Only negative was the elevator was broken. Had to use the stairs which wasn’t that bad.

Staff was friendly upon check-in. We only stayed overnight to avoid being on the road for so long that day. There were just some maintenance and upkeep that seemed to be missing within our room. Besides the images attached, there was running that was running constantly throughout the night. Thought it was in our room, but it was somewhere in the wall. Kept the dog up all night. Therefore, I was up majority of the night.

The main draw of this fine Hampton Inn is the employees. The front desk staff is friendly, personable, knowledgeable, expedient and very welcoming. The room was clean clean clean and efficient. The location is excellent ... ready access to restaurants, quick stops, fast food, auto parts stores, Big Box stores, etc.

The property is clean and well maintained, the front desk staff when we checked in were welcoming and nice! Our room was was very nice. We would stay here again when in the Ashland area.

As always the Hampton Inn was great clean and well maintained. The scra.bled eggs were especially good. It shows that staff truly cares about their hotel.

Clean, quiet and great breakfast! Close to Kings Dominion but away enough to make for a quieter stay than the hotels across street of park.

Room was excellent and comfortable. Toilet is the “right-height” for grown ups not minis like Radison properties

The staff at this hotel were wonderful. We were met with smiling faces every morning from the behind the desk to the cleaning staff, to the staff that made the breakfasts. We were there for 7 days. The only issue was the bathtub and sink backed up pretty significantly. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay!! Will definitely stay again if we are in the area.

I don't get to travel much anymore but when I do, I always try and most times am successful, staying in a Hampton Inn. Never been disappointed in 25 years. The staff has always been pleasant and helpful. The rooms were always clean. I really love the pillows.
