Lithium Springs Resort is a relaxing little utopia with beautiful garden grounds and many areas to sit and enjoy the fire pit, the koi pond, or the pool and hot tub. The rooms are amazing and breakfasts are great!

Front desk extremely helpful when cold water dad not work in the room. Although they told us that faucet is notorious for not working. Still didn’t fix it even when it is a known problem.

Quiet, peaceful, cute resort with lovely property

Breakfasts were wonderful. Guest laundry is free of charge. Suite was very comfortable with lots of natural light.

As previous review on the $5 breakfast-- not a quality one, just cheap. The real surprise was a sneaky $50 late check out charge appeared on our credit card. As we had a super senior with us in one room, my husband checked with the front desk if it would be Okay to check out a bit late than 11am and was Okay'ed. When we were bring out the luggages around 11:15am, the cleaning lady (or in charge of cleaning) came and yelled at us about being late. She told the people in another room where the senior stayed that they were 1 hour late --it was 11:20am. How absurd. We were all checked out before 11:25am. Then we had a walk around the garden area--didn't think that counted as a late check out?! A couple days later I saw there was $51.04 charge for each room. Called the hotel and spoke with Rebecca. At first she was not sure what those charges were. Then she figured out those were "$50 unapproved late check out fee" for 30mins more. I told her that we were not 30mins late and was not aware of the policy. She said she would leave a note to the manager. There was no response since. It just shows how desperate and dishonest this place is.

Everything was wonderful! My room was spotless and the bed so comfortable. I was here for the plays and the drive to town was only minutes so still convenient. We're looking forward to staying again when we come back in October!! There was nothing to dislike.
- 4/5
Lovely grounds Located next to another site that holds loud dj events with ecstatic dancing.
- 5/5
The bath is always the best to be able to soak in that magic water. Staff and breakfaast was excellent. Love that it is so close to the Hot Springs and Gardens !!
- 5/5
Darling little spacious individual cottage, truly enjoyed our stay. Quick 5 minute drive to downtown.
- 3.5/5
We enjoyed grounds, the gardens, koi pond, private bungalow. Afternoon tea is a nice treat. Neighboring property had a loud concert that lasted most of the day until 10pm. Apparently they are fairly frequent during the summer. We’ve been coming to this property for over 12 years. I was saddened to say that garden upkeep (deadheading) and room maintenance wasn’t what it used to be. The front desk staff wasn’t as knowledgeable regarding setting up the tea service and overall friendliness. The tea lacked plates, napkins and serving spoons in the jams. He seemed put out when I asked for those things. I still enjoyed the stay but the was disappointed in the changes I saw.
- 5/5
Mineral water in the room Jacuzzi made it very convenient.
- 5/5
Beautiful grounds. Comfy room, good bed. Too much light coming in all night.

A really lovely place to stay! We went only for one night to see a play at the OSF, but we definitely will be back. Clean, comfortable, homey. Next time we will enjoy more of the amenities.

Steep 20 stairs to my room. Bathtub was slowww to drain. Some of the Staff was rude.

The property is very nice with some units looking out into a wooded area. Units are well maintained but some aspects are odd. The toilet in our unit was oddly located too close to one wall. The sliding door to the bathroom was so hard to open and close that we used another door. Coffee was not good. A nice patio was peaceful.
- 2/5
Our room was on the 2nd floor. No elevator and no one to help lug our suitcases up the rickety, narrow, dirty stairs. Bed and pillows comfortable. Shower OK. Lots of places to stay in Medford/Ashland area; we won't stay here again and can't recommend it to anyone else.
- 5/5
Beautiful property, gardens, flowers, rooms. I love the little extras like tea and cookies. Staff was kind and always available.
- 4/5
It was awesome
- 5/5
Always an amazing experience
- 5/5
We loved our stay at Lithia Springs. The hot tub was nice after a long drive. The breakfast is amazing. I was expecting cereal, toast and fruit as the continental breakfast but they had a hot bar that served frittata, bacon, cinnamon bread pudding, steel cut oatmeal and pastries. Our room had some plumbing issues with leaky faucets but this was remedied as soon as we brought it to the attention of the management. The staff was exceptionally helpful with recommendations for restaurants. I would highly recommend this place and look forward to staying again.

This was such a peaceful afternoon and evening . Tge gardens are delightful and offer such quietness to the property. The room 22 was absolutely perfect, it couldn’t have been more inviting. We loved the room. The staff went beyond being helpful. I wish I’d have brought a bathing suit , I would have liked the mineral springs . Next time . Absolute wonderful !
- 3/5
The grounds and rooms are beautiful. The night staff individual was rude and not available. Also, be aware there is a $20/night resort fee.

We stayed at Lithia Springs Resort previously during the winter and really enjoyed it, which is why we came back. We stayed in the same room again, Room 31, and originally booked 2 nights but added a 3rd because we bought groceries to enjoy the kitchen and wanted another sunny pool day. Unfortunately, this stay was very disappointing. We ended up leaving midday on the 3rd night because my wife couldn’t handle another night in the room with a 2 month old and a 2 year old due to the heat. In winter we never noticed because the fireplace kept the room cozy, but in warmer weather the AC barely worked and was not blowing cold air at all. We brought it up to the front desk and it was treated like this was normal. We were told maintenance would come the next morning, but nobody ever showed up. The pool and hot tub were also much dirtier than our last visit. We understand it’s outdoors with beautiful landscaping so leaves and bugs happen, but it felt like the pool needed more frequent cleaning and circulation throughout the day. Breakfast is an extra $5 in a cute outdoor area, but the food itself was underwhelming. The grounds are beautiful and the room was clean, but for these prices several things should be much better maintained.
- 4/5
The breakfast is great - fresh fruit and a selection of hot food. The site is very nice, the rooms are quite clean and the staff is helpful.
- 5/5
The property is beautiful. Having a mineral springs tub in the room is fantastic!! Breakfast was delicious!
- 5/5
My stay was 10 out of 10. Usually you take the bad with the good. Good service, poor bed...etc. This stay was faultless.
- 5/5
Exceptional
- 5/5
Such peaceful grounds and so much bird song.
- 5/5
This place is beautiful and peaceful, great place to relax and be pampered.
- 5/5
Amazing place! The spring water feels so relaxing and the rooms are adorable! Breakfast is decent and the cookies and pastries are delicious! Love it!
- 5/5
It was a quick over night stay while traveling through, but it would be great to stay longer and enjoy all the amenities. The mineral bath in our room was very relaxing and I slept soundly in the very comfortable bed with nice quality soft linens. Our room also had a fireplace for a nice ambiance. Clean, relaxing and comfortable.
- 4/5
The location is a bit farther away from downtown so it was nice to not be in all that traffic. The staff was very nice. The resort itself was just beautiful and looks exactly as it does in the photos. The room was clean and felt like a small apartment more so than a hotel so it was nice. Our room was provided with plates and utensils even though we didn't use it. Really enjoyed my stay though. Our outside patio was very nice and the pool and hot tub was a big plus! The upstairs guest were loud and it sounded like they were rearranging furniture my entire weekend. Thats not the hotels fault though. There was still a little bit of trash like candy wrapper in our bathroom from the previous people....there is a wellspring just down the street that was blasting music for a few hours until 10 pm. It was hard to enjoy the firepit and relax, but again that is not the hotels fault.

Lovely
- 5/5
affordable mid week deal. clean room. easy check in. nice soaks!
- 5/5
I love Lithia Springs resort for the comfy rooms and private bath tubs with the spring water. Love the ice machine, the beautiful grounds and laundry access.
- 5/5
Didn't spend much time here but was nice. Check in was slow due to only one staff member. The lobby was very appealing until you looked closer to furnishings and some were very dirty which was very surprising because it was done well. Breakfast was good
- 5/5
Super peaceful with amazing gardens!
- 5/5
This double queen bed room is awesome. It was just a little getaway for a night. Full Kitchen, necessity’s here. Private patio in back. Love love love the mineral water here! It's a must to take a long hot bath. Bed is comfortable, plenty of pillows. The sheets and blankets are comfortable and cuddly. I got the hillside so I’m looking out at the woods and absolutely will rent here again!
- 4.5/5
It’s clean and comfortable feeling. A different environment from your usual hotel stays. There was some sort of shortage and ill preparation of breakfast the morning we were there. Usually their breakfasts are bountiful, but food and choices were lacking.
- 4/5
Very nice grounds, very peaceful. The bikes could have been in better condition but it’s nice that they have them.
- 5/5
Beautiful property. Quiet and restorative.
- 5/5
Everything was great! Rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious.
- 5/5
Beautiful and relaxing location. Enjoyed the hot tub. Close to Ashland yet isolated
- 4/5
Unique mineral water in jacuzzi and shower. Very clean room with nice amenities. Didn't like that I had to walk my luggage from car to room a fair distance and no TV in bedroom. Our toilet wasn't cleaned but otherwise beautiful unique stay. They thought of a lot of things other lodges don't like silverware and supplies to wash dishes, etc
- 5/5
Nice outdoor and indoor Hot tub, clean and nice room. Very relax to stay here for vacation. Breakfast not much chioces, but still good.
- 5/5
Hot tub was great! Room was clean, grounds were pretty.
- 5/5
The room was enormous and the hot tub in the room was great and the patio was warm. It was just perfect.
- 5/5
Lithia springs is the best hotel in all of Ashland. I love the rooms with the individual tubs and the beds are super cozy and comfy. The fireplaces are really nice touch and they love that they have laundry facilities and an ice machine, the gardens are gorgeous I love the waterfall, and I love the pool. It's a very relaxing spot and the overall vibe of the place is very welcoming and nourishing. Very different from their neighbors next door plus the water feels different and better. Easy parking friendly staff and I love the amenities
- 5/5
Beautiful Property! Everyone was so much and too. I loved how comfortable everything was!
- 5/5
Absolutely gorgeous and minus our upstairs neighbors doing line dancing all night long, it was a beautiful stay
- 5/5
Breakfast was yummy too.
- 5/5
This is our favorite stop on highway 5. Great gardens, facilities and hospitality. The new EV chargers are much appreciated.
- 5/5
Great amenities, very comfortable rooms, pretty spot.
- 5/5
nice property, comfortable bed, friendly staff
- 5/5
Everything was great. Room was spacious and clean, bed comfy, grounds beautiful. We enjoyed our spa services and the pool area. Our soaking tub in the room was fantastic. The only thing that was not wonderful was the food at breakfast. The server was wonderful tho. The food was just not great. Would stay here again and recommend to friends.
- 5/5
Everything was great!
- 5/5
My favorite place in the Rogue Valley
- 5/5
Very nice stop over for a long journey up I 5. Took advantage of the spa and room soaking tub. Breakfast option was well organized, simple, and thoughtfully prepared. I especially enjoyed the garden area coming alive in March: There is a lot of common areas, indoors and out, to just hang out and get some space.
- 1/5
The geo thermal water piped into the room in the morning was loaded with so much chlorine I could smell it on my skin. Horrible bad
- 5/5
Clean and comfortable, great tub
- 5/5
Great!
- 5/5
We have stayed at Lithia Springs many times and LOVE the place. Couldn’t ask for better beds - wonderful night’s sleep. It is comfortable, squeaky clean and just all around perfect. Also LOVE the new bldgs and upgrades. Can’t beat the breakfast, either. Staff is quite friendly and most helpful!
- 5/5
Great Staff Service
- 5/5
Absolutely love staying here!
- 5/5
We had an excellent stay. only problem was that there were small ants inside the room that got inside by bags.
- 5/5
Perfect place to stay for a romantic weekend.
- 5/5
Such a hidden he in a small little town. Cute, spotless room. The robes with a hot tub was such a nice treat. We did t get to take advantage of the amenities that he resort had to offer but will be back.
- 5/5
Favorite place in the Rogue Valley!
- 5/5
The room was comfortable and roomy. The young man who checked us in was super friendly and informative. The breakfast was good as usual.
- 5/5
Everything was wonderful except for our night sleep. The bed was hard as a rock and the people above us. Unbelievable they didn’t sleep at night all night long. They must’ve been on meth as it sounded like a basketball court up there scoot and chairs. They wouldn’t be quiet for nothing. I complain three or four times and really didn’t have anybody to complain to but some buddy who answered the phone. Finally, the place is beautiful, but we did not get a bit of sleep. I would never stay downstairs again.
- 5/5
Check in was smooth, and staff were friendly. The hotel ambience was very nice and cozy. Our room was spotless. Breakfast was a good addition, only for $5/person. Overall a wonderful experience.
- 5/5
Loved the patio bungalow with the fireplace! Staff was so very gracious and responsive...even when we had issues with our toilet. The afternoon tea and cookies was lovely and the breakfast buffet pleasant and convenient.
- 5/5
I love this place! One of my favorite hotels!!
- 5/5
Everything was perfect , we got a room upgrade when we arrived .
- 4/5
Lovely as usual
- 5/5
They make amazing food here. But they switched to charging for breakfast so I opted out of it.
- 5/5
Everything was just great!
- 4/5
Good, clean room. Comfortable bed. We didn't use the tub in our bedroom but wish we had. The fireplace in the bedroom was a lovely touch that we did use.
- 5/5
Amazing
- 3/5
We really like Lithia Springs and stay there two-four times a year, but TBH it was just not very clean. The room was sorta meh in terms of cleanliness and the shared spaces where they have the fireplace/dining room it was very clear that the tables and coffee table had not been cleaned for at least 48 hours ( I was down there reading at 6am by the fire and all the tables were full of crumbs, glass rings). The bar area had a stack of boxes that weren’t there on a temporary basis. It’s a bummer because this is a resort and spa.. hoping these are one offs, but if the next time we are there in June it still seems unclean I think we will start staying someone else
- 4/5
Room was pretty clean; coffeemaker did not work, overall we always have an enjoyable experience. Staff is very nice!
- 5/5
Great stay, the room was great, very clean and bright. The breakfast buffet was awesome, also!
- 5/5
Everything about our stay was top notch. From breakfast, to our room, the mineral water in our tub to our spa services we cant say enough good things. Such a treat every year to get away for a few days before Christmas and pamper ourselves.
- 5/5
Very clean. Beautiful space.
- 5/5
This is an exceptional resort. It is a good value in beautiful surroundings. Friendly staff and a great breakfast for an additional $5.
- 5/5
Very nice. Relaxing.
- 5/5
Great!
- 5/5
Lovely room with jacuzzi bath, cozy fireplace and comfy bed. Nice tea time snacks, and beautiful outdoor areas. Very dog friendly.
- 5/5
Mineral water piped into two person tub in room; gas fireplace
- 5/5
The bungalow was spacious and the spa tub was a real plus! Everything was clean and well-maintained. The staff was cheerful and helpful - I’ve already recommended the lodging to friends and family.
- 5/5
Room and staff snd facilities all lovely. Great value!
- 5/5
Beautiful rooms, looks brand new The mineral waters are super cool. It’s a must see and experience Highly recommend
- 1/5
We never got our room
- 4/5
Nice lobby and clean rooms. Not a huge fan of the sulphur smell of the water but I know that’s to be expected and is advertised as healing. Good (free tea time) and cookies in the lobby. Didn’t opt for the $5 pp breakfast option.
- 4/5
Rooms where very nice
- 4/5
All was great as usual. Autumn climate and weather not quite as perfect, however pool & hot tub remained open!
- 5/5
Everything was perfect.
- 5/5
Very cute place
- 4/5
Beautiful setting, clean room, great amenities, big soaking tub, wonderful morning breakfast. Though the charged me an extra $20 for a requested extra 30 minutes with the front desk clerk the day before unbeknownst I would be penalized.
- 5/5
Yes, roim very clean and staff was very pleasant.
- 5/5
Everything was great!
- 5/5
Very enjoyable. Everything was perfect. We would definitely stay here again in the future.
- 5/5
So nice
- 5/5
I wish I had spent more time here but it was strictly a place to sleep at a very reasonable price for one night on the journey. I did enjoy a hot mineral water soak in the large tub in my room (without realizing that even with the fan turned on the room becomes a bit humid for awhile). A nice place to relax but on the outskirts of Ashland so you have to drive for any excitement.
- 5/5
Even though the property is right off the highway, once on site, it's got the Ashland vibe. It's like an oasis, with cozy and elegant architecture, fireplaces inside lounge areas and in the gardens, and the clean soaking tubs in the rooms, to hold your own fresh flow of mineral spring water, as hot as you like it! During my stay, the staff were welcoming and generous. A great place to rest and rejuvenate, whether solo or with a lover or family.
- 5/5
Everything was great. The room was inviting and cozy. It had everything available and the staff was friendly. Soaking in the mineral water was relaxing. Would recommend and we will be back to visit again.
- 5/5
Our stay was magical!
- 5/5
Great place. Highly recommend.
- 3/5
We have been here before and adored it. But we were on the other side of the resort - so cute! This time was such a disappointment.
- 5/5
Love this place
- 5/5
We stay here twice a year to visit family and always live the property, quiet and comfort of the rooms. Beds and linens are a plus!!
- 5/5
Ashland area we found to have a serious issue with the people and personal connection. Almost unattached mentally and to customer service and appeal. This young man was the exact opposite. A real bright light. Great property with a good staff.
- 5/5
Nice room, very comfortable bed, quite.
- 4/5
Breakfast was good as usual, but I didn't see it Listed here in Expedia that it's now charged for breakfast.
- 3/5
Room was lovely, comfortable, spacious. Loved the fireplace & ceiling fans. The full kitchen was missing a silverware holder in the dishwasher & nothing to use to cook in the oven. Otherwise we had what we needed. Property was nice, well maintained- construction going on but we were aware. The wine bar was closed when we were there which was pretty disappointing since that was a huge reason I booked there. And no availability for a massage so make sure you book in advance! Staff was nice, helpful. We did not eat breakfast there. Hot tub and pool area were nice - hot tub was big, jets were almost too strong. Loved the provided robes.
- 5/5
Did not have time for breakfast, sorry they are no longer serving the delicious homemade scones in the afternoon.
- 5/5
Very clean comfortable, and well appointed. Everything we needed was in the room Friendly, helpful staff, delicious breakfast with friendly breakfast staff The only negative I can think of is the surrounding neighborhood was unpleasant, not an area I would have wanted to walk and no dining within walking distance
- 5/5
We enjoyed a quiet stay in one of the suites. The staff were friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable and everything was clean. We had fun walking around the grounds and seeing a group of wild turkeys wander past.
- 5/5
Some staff better than others
- 5/5
The staff was wonderful, and the Lithia Springs Water Spa was absolutely amazing!
- 4/5
Lovely place, great staff
- 3/5
I know we were warned that the hot breakfast was no longer included in the (expensive) cost of our stay, which feels pretty tacky, but they assured us we could enjoy the continental breakfast. That breakfast included a couple pastries, bread, and some yogurt. Honestly the chain hotels have better continental breakfasts. And the indoor dining area was filled with Ikea outdoor chairs... Our studio room was redeeming, at least. The giant 2 person tub, updated TV, fireplace, and comfortable bed were enjoyable. I just wish our view wasn't of a memory care facility on one side, and a bank and enormous solar panels on the other. The pool and hot tub were nice but not super clean. Understandable with an outdoor pool. The wine bar was a pleasant addition - great selection of local wines. Overall, it was okay, but SO not worth the cost. Next time we'll stay closer to town.
- 5/5
Great place, friendly staff and spring water.
- 5/5
Sad face.
- 5/5
This is a beautiful place to stay. The grounds are lovely, the tub for soaking in our room was wonderful. The tea time on arrival was a nice touch. We didn’t stay for breakfast since the hot breakfast is $18 extra a person. However, we headed into the quaint town for food. I would definitely stay here again. I wish massages were available more often because we totally would have booked one but they aren’t offered Sunday or Monday. Overall, a great stay though.
- 5/5
We really enjoyed our stay here as a family. Beautiful grounds and pool - the kids were so happy here. Enjoyed the little touches like complimentary afternoon tea and wine tasting. Next time we’ll request a room with direct access to the garden.
- 5/5
This property was lovely. Flowers, arbors, koi pond, fountain's make for quiet serenity sitting area's. The pool was also nice but the jets in the hot tub were not working. Bungalow room was clean and spacious with very nice decor. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of food. Staff was friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
Loved the landscaping and water features. Our room had everything we needed.
- 4/5
Pretty clean area, very nice staff. Unfortunately the ac barely cool the unit ( especially bedroom ) and it was set at 60f. The hot tub was also closed which would have been a nice to know. Otherwise no complaints
- 5/5
My bungalow was very comfortable and clean. I loved that you can fill your private tub with the mineral water and soak in your room.
- 5/5
This was our first time staying at Lithia Springs Resort, and other than trying to find the front desk to check in, our impression of the property was impressive. The grounds were beautiful, with a walking path. Our room was very nice and we couldn't hear our neighbors. They did offer breakfast but we chose to go into Ashland instead. Overall, we loved it and will definitely be back!
- 5/5
Exceptional stay. Exceptional healing water. Worth every dollar, will definitely come back! Staff could be a little friendlier but really no complaints.
- 5/5
Enjoyed the spa and the pool and the environment.
- 2/5
Pool area loud and rowdy with 7 pre teens doing canon balls, jumping into the hot tub, putting the pool chairs into the pool. Probably a one off but was bummed as I wanted to relax by the pool and soak. My towels were really wet after all the jumping and the lounge chair was a good five feet away.
- 3/5
The grounds used to be kept very nicely and now not so much. The faucet handle in the bathroom was completely unsecure, paint and countertops worn, window seal broken with condensation , carpet on stairs also worn. New resort fee added to the cost of the room in addition to a new charge for what used to be complementary breakfast. Overall, the property has just not been maintained as well as it used to be so the overall experience has been diminished.
- 5/5
Beautiful resort. Nice pool & jacuzzi. Excellent service. Friendly people. Waters were soothing.
- 1/5
We have been staying here for years and have never had a worse experience than this time. The property is unkept, the rooms have become rundown. Dirty. Very disappointing. Not worth the money. It used to be immaculate. What happened?
- 4/5
Beautiful grounds. I would stay here again. The only issue was a few things not working like the fireplace and jacuzzi.
- 5/5
Charming boutique resort with super staff.
- 3/5
The toilet ran, the shower dripped… all night. The outside lights were so bright it affected our sleep. The property appears a bit tired. The room space is great and the property grounds are wonderful.
- 4/5
ok
- 2/5
Expected more for what I paid. :/ people were extremely nice but for 300 dollars I expected updated amenities and more room. I would book a best western probably before I would book here again. Rooms are somewhat connected? You walk through a room that then diverts to two rooms. Prefer a normal hotel set up to this to be honest. Heard my neighbor coming in and out all night and as a solo traveler.it made me feel a bit unsafe. Employee at front desk was very hospitable, though. Not at all what I expected and for travel I did it was unsatisfying. Just felt overpriced for what you got.
- 5/5
Loved this place. It was cozy and cute and the staff were friendly. I would recommend getting a bungalow room because they are more spacious and it seems some rooms have different amenities, so I would recommend checking out the features before making a final choice. For example, one room had a heart shaped tub while another had a skylight, and or I think some have kitchenette's with a stovetop while others may just have the microwave set-up. This was perfect for a min-vacation to relax with my fiancé and I was able to book a massage with Lisa who’s phenomenal; and don’t forget to feed the beautiful fish at the pond 😉
- 5/5
We enjoyed our room, facilities and breakfast very much! What a nice rest after a long drive!
- 5/5
Fun place to stay
- 1/5
I think the gross hippies from next door are infiltrating this once safe, clean, quiet place. Front desk needs major help with customer service and need not be creepy. You ask a simple question and get a blank stare for 10 whole awkward seconds and they don’t even answer, you’re just weirded out and forget bothering asking anything else. They now charge $18 for the once free breakfast. It’s not worth $18 for burnt quiche or scrambled eggs with dry tasteless potatoes. Asked for towels, via text, as there were none provided at the pool as stated on the amenities card IN THE ROOM, the only real man at front desk had the audacity to tell me to he’d bring some “just this once” and proceeded to scold me when he got to the pool. Sorry, the thing that checked us in did not specify to take towels upon check in. Get your policy straight! Also, what’s up with all the swingers that go through here and occupy the hot tubs at night and make people feel weird or that they own the place and make you feel uncomfortable and disgusted that you get out of the hot tub after only 5 minutes? People who do not stay there also use the pool/hot tub and come in anytime they like as the area is not monitored. Why do I pay $300+ a night, stay a week and these people can just come and go freely and take up space? It’s appalling what this place has turned into.
- 5/5
Everything was excellent except that the staff at breakfast was a little aggressive about food vouchers for hot food. Yes, the resort charges $18 per person if you want hot breakfast that includes eggs, like boiled or scrambled, and bacon. Otherwise you get just the cold breakfast that includes yogurt, cereal, toast, fruits, juice and coffee or tea.

Although it’s not downtown, I much prefer Lithia Springs over the sister hotel of Ashland Springs. Lithia Springs had friendly front desk and dining staff, it was clean and the grounds were charming and maintained nicely. The pool and area was clean and the pool was refreshing after a HOT day. My only suggestion to the management, the pool towels were thin and small, consider buying new towels.

Gorgeous property, helpful staff, great bath in the room. Pool had some leaves and the bedroom door didn't close well.

It was super hot in the room. They couldnt fix the AC. They told me they would refund me 50%. I havent seen a refund yet.

We also took advantage of the tea time from 3:00 -5:00 pm. The grounds were well taken care of and beautiful. The only negative about our stay in Ashland was it was difficult to get an Uber as they had to come from 20 min away.

Lovely, comfortable, relaxing stay. Very helpful staff, great pool and hot tub (which unfortunately was broken during much of our stay). Our room was lovely, and we enjoyed the in-unit hot tub.

Have begun to charge for full breakfast, which is fine, but quality needs to improve to match the price. Continental still available for no additional fee.
- 5/5
Property was quiet and the breakfast that they served was great. Loved the apple turnover and my daughter loved the eggs and potatoes.
- 5/5
We had a great experience. Used bikes the property provided to ride into Ashland. And on return it was nice to soak in the hot tub and pool.
- 4/5
Loved coming here because it is pet friendly.

Very nice grounds, Nice room. Comfortable bed. Loud AC unit kept us up pretty late. Shower was difficult to get working properly. Breakfast was ok, not really much for non-dairy folks to eat. I feel like the rooms need a bit more attention to deserve the rate we paid.

Excellent

Beautiful & relaxing

Very peaceful, restful place. Lots of outdoor areas to sit and enjoy a quiet conversation or read a book. The whole staff -- especially the breakfast ladies! -- is exceedingly friendly and helpful. It's a bit spendy but worth it for the splurge.

Beautifull!
- 5/5
Super nice and romantic, relaxing.
- 5/5
The suite was very clean, comfortable and spacious. If you've stayed in the bungalows before then just know that the tub isn't as long and has no jets.
- 4/5
Very nice location and room layout, and a good but limited options hot breakfast. Bathroom had a bit of an ant infestation and the shower head spray was more like spitting and lacking pressure.
- 1/5
Room smells musty, screaming kids at the pool until 9:45 pm, room worn, patio filthy including rusty lawn furniture.
- 5/5
Quaint. Will return.
- 5/5
Uncomfortable seating in room. Breakfast was excellent.

I loved this place and wanted to stay forever. I stayed in a studio and the giant bathtub with the Lithia water was nice and hot and was so relaxing with a window I could open above for fresh air. The gas fireplace was so cozy at night. The bathroom had a nice closet for my clothes to hang and a full-length mirror with good lighting. The staff members were calming and friendly. The landscaping was nice and the birch trees were lovely at night especially. (my only problem was with my neighbors who kept opening the foyer door and a whoooshing sound would happen and their kids would make noise inside the foyer which would amplify the sound, so maybe tell people that's a quiet zone). The hot tub outside was nice too, especially in the evening. My happy place for now honestly...

Love this place!

Friendly staff, very comfy room.

Well kept property. Very friendly staff.
- 5/5
Hotel/Inn was very comfortable and quaint. Staff was professional, helpful, and friendly. My only request is that there were more breakfast options. I am allergic to eggs and there was only egg for protein choice.
- 4/5
The breakfast was a full on breakfast, not just OJ and a Danish. Very good. Parking was a little tight.

Love this place & have stayed here many many times… my only feedback for improvement would be

This was a stunning place. I love everything. I will be back.

I wanted rest and my stay was very restful. The mineral bath in my room was so relaxing!
- 5/5
The healing waters are just that! Each room has mineral water and tubs you can soak in. Very relaxing time. They offer a deliciously fresh breakfast and afternoon tea service daily. The property grounds are absolutely beautiful. We loved it so much we ended up booking the entire week!

All good

Beautiful report! Had a great two night stay with my husband for my birthday. The in room tub was very nice and the outside hot tub was often full of people but still nice and relaxing.
- 3/5
Staff very cold and unwelcoming at check in. Construction tape all over grounds. Lawns torn up. Not a resort feel at all. Wouldn’t have stayed here if known.
- 5/5
Clean.
- 5/5
A heat place to get away. Breakfast was exceptional.
- 5/5
Stayed there for my birthday. It was the best Hotel, com advertised in years I’ve been using them. I loved the soak tub and back door for helping Door Dash find us. Breakfast was really good and no rude or mean people anywhere. We usually get a few on every trip except for this one. A miracle indeed. We are not the usual family so we meet many narrow minded people throughout our travels. We will definitely return to this Hotel!

Lithia Springs is one of my favorite places to stay. The rooms are well appointed, staff is great, the grounds are beautiful, they serve a lovely breakfast and there are healing mineral waters everywhere. It's also 5 minutes from downtown Ashland, along with being accessible to the freeway. It's in a odd location snuggled in between commercial business, however when you are on the grounds it fades away.

it was amazing. We love this property.

Always so welcoming and beautiful here. Morning staff arranged a very nice breakfast. The grounds are tidy and the front desk assistants were warm and offered us cookies!
- 5/5
We absolutely loved the space of the suite w/2 queen beds (Hillside). It’s so roomy with a fireplace in the living room AND bedroom, comfy bed & everything was clean. We grabbed some dinner at Brickroom per recommendation of the polite man who checked us in. We would definitely stay here again. My only small recommendations for tweaking it to perfection would be a roll of paper towels in the kitchen & to label which can is garbage vs recycling. Top notch place to stay.

I will definitely stay again everything was delightful
- 5/5
Beautiful property. Rooms were huge. Loved the fireplace.
- 3/5
They offer a great breakfast property is clean and quiet friendly staff
- 4/5
The room was great but the tub had dirt in it, there was hair in the bathroom and in the bed, and the pillows were so flat that they were basically pointless.
- 5/5
A true getta way for relaxation and relationship. Recommend highly.
- 5/5
Breakfast was good, not so many vegan options but there's plant milk and granola and fresh fruit. We would definitely stay again, it's a great and peaceful place to rest and relax.
- 4/5
Wonderful service all around! All employees friendly, helpful & kind! Missed the outdoor heated pool, my husband loves to swim! This was disappointing! Sure hope they will heat again in future! Also missed the outside water fountains working as we like to walk the garden paths and sit awhile!
- 4/5
Staff and hotel were good. Won’t go back to this hotel.
- 4/5
Nicely spaced out room. Strange smell running through all the drains, not sure if this was due to the mineral water or poor maintenance. Generally a decent stop over hotel. Things close early around here though so plan adequately for dinner etc. Good breakfast offered.
- 5/5
The property was beautiful and clean. We arrived to tea and cookies. The rooms was spacious and clean. We used the cozy sitting room area to hang out next to the fireplace and it was wonderful. The jacuzzi and fitness center were very nice amenities. The breakfast room was lovely. I will definitely be back in the summer when the gardens are in bloom and tasting room is open
- 4/5
We have stayed here several times and enjoy all the amenities, including the complimentary breakfast each morning. The rooms are clean and inviting. The mineral water soaking tub is very relaxing and fits 2 adults easily. The kitchenette area is stocked with all the essentials you may need, including glassware. There is a small microwave, a coffee maker, and mini refrigerator as well. The only minor complaint I had was that we did not receive our VIP amenity for booking through Expedia. This was not an issue at all, and we will continue to visit this resort!
- 5/5
Loved the fact that all the water on the property is from the mineral springs. Friendly staff and nice breakfast spread - not over blown but very good. Cute rooms and clean pretty grounds.

Wonderful amenities, lovely grounds, very relaxing atmosphere! We will be back!!
