Well maintained older travel lodge. Room is adequate but dated. Breakfast was good. Hotel is off interstate and but from downtown.

The outdoor pool was a great feature and provided a relaxing place to unwind after a busy day. It was clean, well-kept, and easily accessible. Breakfast exceeded our expectations with a good variety of fresh and tasty options available each morning. What truly stood out was the attention to detail and the commitment to guest satisfaction. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and enjoyable. The combination of excellent service, clean accommodations, great amenities, and a quality breakfast made this a memorable experience. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to other travelers looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. El Paraíso is around the corner and is really good!

Superb
- 5/5
The room was very cleaned, the premises were closed to restaurants and the freeway.
- 5/5
The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. My room was spacious and comfortable. I enjoyed the breakfast. The location is very convenient, right off I-5 and 10 minutes from downtown. I ate dinner in the restaurant next door twice and enjoyed the meal both times. I will definitely stay here again!!
- 5/5
Beautiful place! Friendly staff too! Would stay here again.
- 3/5
The room was very dark and had an exposed light switch. One of the mattresses was worn down so that there was a groove in it.
- 5/5
The hotel had a nice set up and was in a convenient area. The person working at the front desk was very kind and quickly got me another key card when I had just checked in and immediately locked my key in the room. If I ever find myself back in Ashland I’ll for sure be staying here again!
- 4/5
3 miles outside of town, next to the interstate. Not terribly convenient to in-town events, but fine for regional recreation. They have one of the most minimal breakfasts I have ever seen in a hotel like this. Rooms were a bit dated, but clean. pillows and beds comfortable. Towels quite thin, but plentiful.
- 4/5
Location, decently appointed and stocked rooms, breakfast The section I was in was a bit noisy; one could hear every time the neighbor used water. The TV service was useless, pixelating constantly when it worked at all. But I wasn’t there to watch TV.
- 5/5
While the decor might seem a little dated, everything about our stay was exceptional. The room was comfortable and functional ( double sinks!) and little things like a working bathroom fan add up to a nice experience. The giant outdoor hot tub with a view of the mountains was a relaxing way to end the day.
- 4/5
Everything was nice, but the continental breakfast was not availabe.
- 4.5/5
Professional, funny staff. Top!! No more microwave in room.

The staff were perfect. When they were advised we had two worn out service dogs (we had been on the road 13 hours) they pointed out the very suitable doggy relief areas and provided a ground floor suite as requested. Nice big room, comfortable with large sitting area and a comfy big bed. As we were in transit, we did not have an opportunity to check out the other amenities. Though it is not a new building, that is part of the charm. I give it 5 stars!
- 5/5
Great location comfortable for two adults and our dog. Breakfast is wonderful. Zero complaints

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. The overall atmosphere was relaxing, and our family truly enjoyed our time here. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend this hotel to others.
- 4/5
The room was clean and the people nice. It’s got a whole William Shakespeare theme going which kind of cheapens it but it could be an a plus if I was here for the festival.
- 4.5/5
Its a hotel, nothing fancy but its clean and comfortable and gets the job done. There is a fantastic restaurant the Oak Tree Northwest Bar & Grill within walking distance which is a must see/experience establishment. Great food and drink at a very reasonable price. A little pricey for what you get.

The reception manager, Ryan, was charming, kind and patient. The room was clean and large. The jacuzzi was excellent, in short, it was perfect.
- 4/5
Very good
- 5/5
Didn't use the pool due to weather. The breakfast was very good. Our room was clean.
- 4/5
Gluten free options for breakfast would’ve been appreciated.
- 4/5
The room was clean and the pillows and bed were adequate. The chairs were not comfortable and the wrong height for the table. They have a lot of rules about dogs and per their paperwork will ask someone to leave if they receive 2 complaints about noise including a $100 fee.
- 5/5
Clean quiet rooms and plenty of shops nearby
- 5/5
Room was great. Amazing value!
- 5/5
Clean bathrooms and room. Good breakfast
- 4/5
Breakfast menu didn't have manybfruit options othe6than apples.
- 5/5
The front desk staff is really helpful and responsive. Their pet friendly rooms are great value and are always impeccably clean. We stop here twice a year on our long road trips we like it so much.
- 5/5
Clean room, helpful staff, great breakfast
- 4/5
We has stayed here several times now and really enjoy this place. The staff is extremely friendly and the little extras they have are nice. Continental breakfast is fairly substantial and has a wide range of available items, more than most. The outside of the building is a little unique and attractive. The jacuzzi suites are very nice.

- 5/5
Excelent and impeccable
- 5/5
Great pit stop. All worked well
- 3/5
Sink wouldn't drain, shower was hot, then cold and then hot again.
- 5/5
Staff was incredibly friendly, kept the room clean and assisted us with food recommendations.
- 3/5
Problem with heat in room. Nice otherwise
- 5/5
Clean. Good breakfast.
- 5/5
Great service, easy check in and for what we got definitely worth the price. Love the breakfast : )
- 5/5
Friendly staff and very clean
- 4/5
clean room, friendly staff, good ex room, fresh coffee available
- 5/5
Friendly upon check in and our room was clean and sufficient.
- 5/5
Staff super friendly, pointed out restaurants nearby, the pet area and the pup package was a nice touch! Lots of space, rooms clean and easy space to relax in.
- 4/5
Location was convenient for traveling thru Ashland, but not so convenient if you wish to attend the Festival as you have to drive into town.
- 5/5
My only disappointment was the quality of the TV streaming. The network did not seem able to handle the data load so movies were often pixelated; rarely frozen, but happened. Also, the beds are the worst for anyone who has neck and back issues but that's pretty typical in the hospitality biz.
- 4/5
We had a super easy check in and the breakfast was great each day!
- 5/5
…
- 5/5
Great Breakfast. Large Room. Comfy King Bed. Great location, Quiet. Just great.
- 3/5
Room had funky smell to it mold maybe. Mattresses were pretty tore up could feel many lumps under what looked like two mattress covers. Towels were pretty thin had to call down for extras. No extra toilet paper had to call for that too. Check was great guy at desk was super nice and the two times I called desk they were super nice
- 5/5
Ryan, front desk, was very considerate. The room was clean and quiet. Bed was firm.
- 4/5
In the room- comfortable and clean. A couple of things: flashing bulb over sinks needs replaced. Trash liners were on so tight that is was impossible to put trash down in the can. Nothing major- we enjoyed our stay.
- 5/5
The room is perfect and the staff was terrific in getting us oriented to the facility and getting us checked in.
- 1/5
Bathroom sink almost stopped up. Not one of 6 usb ports in the room was functional.
- 5/5
Well cared for super clean
- 5/5
We really appreciated the free EV charger. It was a faster slow charger.
- 5/5
Clean, attentive staff, convenient stopping place as we travelled down I-5. EV charging on site a nice perk.
- 4/5
Very picturesque, large hotel, huge breakfast room, nice swimming pool, lots of parking, just off I5, the only downsides were no mini-fridge or microwave in the rooms,
- 5/5
Good
- 4/5
Its ok
- 4/5
Location very convenient, close to I5 and close enough to downtown
- 5/5
The room was clean and property very nice
- 3/5
This is a nice place to stay and we stay a couple times a year on our way through. This time we stayed in the executive suite with kitchen and living room. Nice space but they didn't supply any kichen towels, paper towels, or dish soap in the VERY sparsely equipped kitchen area.
- 4/5
The room was clean and spacious for me. The soap and shampoo products were both appreciated and good quality. The staff was very friendly. The continental breakfast had a nice variety. Good coffee. Value was decent.
- 5/5
Staff were all so nice and helpful.
- 5/5
Great staff.
- 5/5
Dog friendliest ever, complete with top sheet and biscuit for dog at check-in and two dog potty spots. 7 minutes drive from downtown Ashland and Saheksphere.
- 4/5
Great stay! Clean and quiet. Did not realize the doors are exterior facing as a solo traveler when I booked this, but I felt very safe.
- 2/5
The beds are horribly hard. Never found a comfortable position and didn’t get much sleep.
- 5/5
Huge gym - pet friendly-thank you
- 5/5
Very nice place, good location!
- 5/5
Front desk staff was very though and friendly. Appreciated the time he spent making sure I knew where my room was. Nice that I had a first floor room and parking was very close to room.
- 5/5
This is a great hotel, clean and nice. If you don't want to overspend in Ashland I highly recommend this place. I travel with dogs and it was very pet friendly as well.
- 5/5
Very very good!!
- 5/5
Our stay was amazing in every way!
- 5/5
Great place!
- 4/5
Parking was a bit limited. We got the last spot on one occasion and it was really tight. It was nice but not top notch.
- 5/5
Great service at the front desk. Nice place. Enjoyed the hot tub.
- 5/5
The pool and hot tub were great. The breakfast was very good
- 5/5
Our favorite place to stay in Ashland. Convenient location and great service!
- 1/5
P.S. I took pictures, but can't upload them here. Bummer. But I saved you the shock of how gross it was, so you're welcome.
- 5/5
Clean rooms, friendly service.
- 3/5
Average property. Staff was friendly.
- 5/5
All good! Receptionist was very friendly and helpful.
- 4/5

- 5/5
Bed was a little hard. Everythi g else was nice. Quiet hotel.
- 5/5
The staff helped us so much. Maria and Anna were wonderful.
- 5/5
Our kids loved the pool
- 5/5
Stopping on our way back to crazy California. Very pleasant stay. Immaculate care of the facility. Immaculate cleanliness of the room and accoutrements. Great staff. Great breakfast, and, wait for it, the best coffee I’ve had besides my own roasts and brews.
- 5/5
Clean, comfortable, hot breakfast including bacon and pancakes, free EV charging
- 3/5
The breakfast didn’t have any coffee, eggs or sausage
- 4/5
Room comfortable, but very noisy in the early morning
- 5/5
Great experience. Easy and pleasant
- 5/5
Renovated very well, clean, quiet-good parking-nice outdoor pool-very friendly staff
- 4/5
Room was clean and very spacious. Free breakfast at the hotel was very convenient. Staff were friendly & efficient. Had an issue with the door lock. It was addressed and fixed right away after reporting it to the front desk.
- 5/5
clean, quiet, friendly, grounds were well taken care with pretty hydrangeas, pool/deck/pool furniture clean with trash - so nice!
- 5/5
Everything was fine.
- 4/5
Checked out early and had to return twice because we failed to pack everything. The front desk associate was super helpful. We travel to WA every year from CA and this has been our go to roadtrip location.
- 4/5
very comfortable stay
- 5/5
Loved the king suite! When we asked for extra coffee and towels, the person at the desk was happy to oblige and in both cases gave us more than we asked for. The EV chargers were accessible and easy to use.
- 5/5
the front staff was awesome and very friendly when checking in and out.
- 5/5
It was just a quick overnight but I recommend this hotel just has a good vibe.
- 4/5
We did have a few ants in our bathroom and there was some hair in the tub. Otherwise the room was clean.
- 4/5
Color scheme in room is dark and not very inviting.
- 5/5
Great value and amazing reception at the front desk. I plan to stay here for future trips!
- 4/5
Close to Freeway, but quiet
- 2/5
Room looked old and not up to the standard of what we paid for, the shampoo, conditioner and body wash are three tiny bottles. Pillow are these three cubed shaped firm ones that you’d expect from motels. Hotel staff was welcoming nonetheless and breakfast was free (it was ok) which we aren’t complaining. Overall 4/10 for the price
- 4/5
Convenient and safe location for a roadtrip to California. Has lovely old world charm and exterior landscaping is well maintained.
- 5/5
Friendly staff! Easy access from the freeway(but no freeway noise). There are two EV chargers at the property and I was lucky enough to get one of them, so I started with a fully charged battery the next morning, which was awesome. Our room was spacious & clean. The property as a whole is slightly dated, but well maintained. It has a nice dog area and the residential street around the corner is very good for walking your dog as well. Breakfast was great as well. Overall we had a very pleasant stay!
- 5/5
Attentive staff.
- 5/5
The grounds are beautiful, the room was very clean, and the breakfast was very good. The only thing that wasn’t great was that there were no working ice machines.
- 5/5
Good breakfast, friendly staff, good amenities, Chairs in room squeaked annoyingly and sugar ants were visible on white tiled bathroom floor. Lovely landscaping. I did not use the pool or spa but they looked very nice.
- 5/5
Everything was great, clean and check in was easy and the staff was excellent!!
- 3/5
Quiet and bed was comfortable. Room was very dark and dreary. It had old carpet that took on a smell that was hard to ignore. Need flooring that can be cleaned. Pool was comfortable temp. We did enjoy that. It had a full breakfast that was ok too.
- 5/5
Great location near freeway but not too close. Very friendly staff at front desk. The spa is huge! Breakfast was good and very similar to our Best Westerns.
- 4/5
Shower pressure is extremely low, feels like you're watering/sprinkling your indoor plants. Pressure is so low it's almost nonexistent. Front desk staff can be a little more friendlier.
- 4/5
was great location and breakfast was delicious
- 5/5
Great hotel! Clean, efficient and right off the highway
- 5/5
Room was clean and comfy. Property is dog friendly. Staff was great and the price was right.
- 3/5
Employees were friendly however Toilet ran and refrigerator noise was annoying. Others in the hallway speaking loudly felt like they were in the room.
- 5/5
Perfect for our stay
- 5/5
One of the nicest Best Western Plus properties I've visited. The property was very clean & well maintained. Staff was very helpful & friendly as well.
- 4/5
I do think standard cleaning of the room should be done for guests staying multiple nights.
- 5/5
The rooms are large and nicely furnished. The landscaping is a very beautiful! The staff are very friendly and helpful.
- 4/5
The location of the property was not good. It is located at the city's border. You need a car to reach the middle of Ashland.
- 4/5
Old but nice.
- 5/5
Nice place
- 5/5
The property is close to transportation and services. It's well kept and quiet. The staff are very considerate. The building is a handsome pseudo-tutor and the breakfast is abundant and good.
- 5/5
Second time at this property. Excellent in all aspects.
- 4/5
Really nice place, quiet, good staff, good breakfast, real close to the freeway and to good Tesla chargers if you need them. And pool and hot tub. The bathrooms are just a little old and my room didn’t have a microwave, but I didn’t need one. Also pretty much as good a nightly price as you’ll get in the area without going to a freeway motel.
- 5/5
Great place to rest for the night.
- 4/5
Staff was very friendly and helpful. The area is wonderful and close to all the great activities available in Ashland. My room was spacious and confortable. As an older property it is very well kept. If possible, get a room on the 2nd floor; thebuolding creaks when people walk around
- 5/5
Nice folks
- 3/5
The property grounds were lovely.
- 5/5
The gentleman who checked me in was absolutely wonderful! I had a clean, comfy, and quiet room to sleep in after a long day of travel. Very cute little location. Breakfast was good. Check out was a breeze.
- 5/5
was very nice
- 4/5
Love this location but forgot how terrible the pillows were at this hotel., maybe it was just our room but they were either half size or huge jumbo decoration pillows you can’t actually sleep on
- 5/5
More Bavarian than old English but rooms are large and immaculate. They are very dog friendly with a nice, lit dog walking spot. Excellent breakfast and friendly staff. Room was quiet and comfortable. My only suggestion would be improved lighting at the driveway entrance as it is hard to find in the dark.
- 5/5
Nicely renovated with very comfortable beds.
- 5/5
A great place to stay. When the famous Shakespeare Festival is open the motel provides a free shuttle to and from the plays.
- 5/5
The rooms are nice and clean. The guy at the front desk is funny and very helpfu. Great place to stay. We'll definitely be back.
- 5/5
Great for the price!
- 5/5
Absolutely fantastic besides the parking lot not being snow plowed
- 5/5
Unique and beautiful motel. Everyone very courteous. Very dog friendly with a pet package.
- 4/5
Nice
- 4/5
Good hotel! I will be back
- 5/5
We love staying at this hotel, everything is clean and well cared for. We especially liked the cleanliness of the pet area.
- 5/5
Easily accessible. Our accommodations were clean and roomy.
- 5/5
Good location.
- 4/5
They need to fix showers and hot water!
- 4/5
Comfortable and convenient and the front desk clerk was courteous and helpful.
- 2/5
Alright, I’ve stayed here at least 5 times in the last 10 years and must say this time will be the last. The room was dirty, with cobwebs everywhere and live spiders in the ceiling corners. The hot water for shower lasted less than 3 minutes, the breakfast was terrible this time, with the “omelette” being cold and gross, like it was heated up from yesterday. The bread was also super stale. Luckily (and the only saving grace) was the pancake maker since it makes it fresh on the spot. I saw several other people take a bite of their plate and walk straight to the trash and out the door. The hair dryer tripped the GFCI outlet over and over again with nothing else plugged in. Will not be staying here anymore.
- 5/5
Quick overnight stay between California and Washington.
- 5/5
I stay here when I travel ..., it's a good place for any length of stay: exercise facility, friendly, quiet, accepts pets, nice view of the snowy hills to the east, comfortable, clean and highly recommendable
- 5/5
Another flawless stay at the Best Western Windsor Inn. Quality room, enjoyable breakfast offering, and good service!
- 4/5
When we checked in this time we asked for a different room and the room we got this time was much better. It had been updated, had lighter and brighter decor and new carpet and the plugs were not coming off the wall. We had to get an extra blanket out of a drawer as the bedding is not really adequate. But it was night and day from the previous room.
- 5/5
Always stay here when I'm driving through Oregon. Large suites available for a good price. My corgi loves it too. Heads up, no ATM on site, so make sure to bring cash to tip.
- 4/5
Nice!
- 3/5
The whole property is tired and really needs an interior facelift. The grounds and buildings are attractive but the rooms are dark, with 70’s, worn, carpets, and matching bedcovers and pillows. Very thin sheets and towels.
- 5/5
Staff was wonderful. Room was clean and comfortable. Good location. Would definitely stay here again.
- 4/5
It’s was ok , have seen better & have seen worse !
