Everything was great except for the bathroom sink that was backed up… wouldn’t drain.

Location Corner light didn’t work and asked to fix it but never did! Stains on carpet. Breakfast was barely ok.

Rooms were clean (shampoo and conditioners were not filled) but clean. The breakfast was perfect. Beds comfortable and all in all our stay was great. Will stay in the future.

The hotel is very clean, in all areas. The Continental Breakfast was great, they offer something for everyone which includes juices and coffee. Additionally they have extended hours compared to other hotel, breakfast is offered from 6-10AM. Our room was very comfortable with 2 Q beds and a sitting area, fridge and coffee maker. Hotel staff were top notch! Super friendly and accommodating. It’s definitey a plus when staff are engaging and genuine👍 Highly recommend Hampton Inn for your next stay.

The staff were welcoming and extremely kind and helpful. The breakfast was ample and tasty. The bed was comfortable and I slept better than I do at home! It was my second visit to the property and I will not hesitate to return when I visit Ashland City, TN.

The night auditor and general manager were incredibly unprofessional. There was an issue with my booking due to no fault of my own. The staff lacked the training and customer service skills to resolve the problem and ensure a positive guest experience. I would not recommend this location to any traveler. The staff severely negatively affected my trip after an arduous eight hours on the road. I booked a new reservation with the Hampton Inn at Pleasant View location 15 minutes from this property and had an excellent stay.

The location was convenient to restaurants, stores that I needed to visit and not far from my family that lives in Ashland City. The front desk attendants were very helpful and friendly. The room very comfortable.

The breakfast was delicious. The western omelet was really good. And I loved the thin sliced bacon. They had a special chirro waffle mix a couple days. My husband really liked that. The location was perfect to Ashland City, my hometown. Front desk and complete staff were amazing. I can't think of a thing. Sammy suggested we book through the hotel next time. I may do that.

The room was fine but the pool was closed because somebody did something in it and that was the only reason that I paid the money to stay there so kind of a let down

The best Hampton Inn we’ve lived in and we lived in 4 of them during this trip. All facilities are working, including the latest “digital key” feature. Both sets of washer and dryer in the laundry room were very clean, and works with digital payment on top of coins. The room is clean, and two bottles of water were provided unlike the other hotels we lived in. Perfectly managed hotel.

This is my go to hotel in Ashland City! The rooms are always clean, the breakfast in the morning is perfect and we have used the indoor pool every time we go! It’s close to a Walmart, food, gas and coffee.

Had a wedding party at the hotel and there were multiple people around the breakfast area this morning which made it hard to get anything from the area for multiple hours at a time!!

Good location for our event. Extremely great facility! Breakfast was good each morning of our stay. I want to personally give a great review to Andrew, the manager on duty. He was putting in some serious extra hours and still had it in him to smile and ask how our day was going. He never brought it up. Actually I did when I saw him around breakfast and when we came back later that night. And again the following morning! He stayed true to my accommodations and how I was doing. Great job Andrew!

With a refund despite not understanding what problem Hampton was having on their end. You don’t make people wait that long. Front desk admitted that it took 3 hours to check someone in recently. Really? You find a way around the problem quicker than that. Alleged indoor heated pool was freezing.

We come to see our son a few times a year and always stay at the Hampton in Ashland City. Never disappoints, great staff and breakfast is the best.

Very clean, new hotel. Very friendly service. Nice pool. Great tv. A little off the beaten path, but it wasn’t terrible. Coffee shop and gas station right next door. Walmart really close.

This hotel was clean and the beds were comfy. Breakfast was nice and the staff were all so kind. I loved the shower head. The indoor pool was super cold, but hey, it’s the middle of December. Will definitely book again next year when I’m in town.

Perfect location for our event - Staff was super helpful and allowed an early check in so we could get ready for our event. Rooms were very clean and smelled clean. Lobby was beautifully decorated for Christmas and had a nice supply of snacks available for purchase. Highly recommend this hotel. when in the Ashland City Area.

They had a computer issue which they chose to run the credit card associated with the reservation, which was not the credit cart that was going to be used to pay for the room this caused holds to be put on the wrong card. Holding money that they were not authorized to use and took a while to get corrected. Very frustrating. Otherwise the rooms were clean.The food for breakfast was good.

We will certainly be staying there again. Everything provides in case you forgot something. Very clean and quiet.

And I was not told that I have to pay $75 for my emotional dog which is 6 pounds and is blind. The staff was very rude. The pool heater was out and that was why we chose this place because it had a heated pool.

The location was amazing! Tucked away in a beautiful, quiet mountainscape - the hospitality and cleanliness matched how amazing our stay was.

Very unclean hotel. In a nice area but very unclean. Industrial fan in the lobby due to what I assume no AC because it was extremely hot. The room itself was fairly clean but super outdated and the couch had stains on it. Hallway carpets were stained with paint and other things. Mold on the ceiling third floor. Elevator had some standing water in it. Booked two nights but only stayed one due to the overall condition of the hotel. I did not feel it was safe for my infant son.
