Room 105's deadbolt is misaligned and would not lock. I personally cleaned the room with Clorox wipes because it was pretty dirty.

The room had not been cleaned. No pets policy but pet hair in the bed and a dog next room. No smoking room but smoke detectors and alarm covered w plastic grocery bags. Bathtub drain plugged. A/C unplugged and room was hot and stuffy. More?

The location was great, just a couple of minutes from what we were in the area to see. I reached out to the property prior to check in and let them know it would be late when we would arrive, which ended up not being an issue. The room was spacious and all the ammenities worked great. Looking forward to staying here the next time we're in town!

The staff was fantastic. They made check in and check out extremely easy and their recommendations were spot on for food. Things could have been a bit more updated but overall, everything was great!

The lady Tina at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. My room floor was dirty , it was dusty and the horrible nose of the fridge.

Absolutely, hands down, by a mile...the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. The pictures and reviews of this property are wholly inaccurate. Furniture is in bad shape, AC unit is louder than a gas generator, bathroom was filthy, bed was an old spring type and very uncomfortable, bathroom door wouldn't latch and stay closed and the toilet wouldn't flush without holding down the handle. RUN AWAY!

It was warm inside. We stayed there for a couple of days during the ice storm, while our power was out. Door was difficult to secure without the deadbolt. Fridge was loud when on.

The bed was comfortable and it felt very safe. There were shoe prints and a nail clipping on the bathroom floor (like it hadn’t been mopped). Also, the water in the shower didn’t get very hot even after running. I would call it a tad warmer than “lukewarm” on the hottest setting.

Staff were very courteous and room was clean and spacious. Traveled alone as a female and had no safety concerns. Would definitely stay here again.

While outside of hotel was a bit questionable, the room was nice and we enjoyed our stay.

Room was clean, place was quiet and peaceful. Attendant was absolutely amazing, and kind… will definitely recommend… it’s also close to a lot of shopping areas

This is a nicely updated drive-up-to-the-room style motel - I prefer these to corridor-style motels. The property is quiet and parking is easy. The bed was comfortable and the towels were very nice. The desk clerks were friendly, as was the housekeeper.

I like how really clean it is. It is basic no frills, just clean and comfortable. The rate is the best around!

I liked the small town nature of the motel. No elevators. Just park in front of your room. Clean and nice. Will definitely be going back

The location was good and I felt that it was safe. It was an economical stay and we did get rested. I think that we may have been the only occupants that night. On our return trip through the area we found a different place to spend the night.

Easy to find, really like the set up. We liked being able to park in front of the door and just go inside A couple of chairs outside would have been awesome, it was beautiful out

was here for a triathlon race and needed a place close to the park as was awake at 5:30 am to go to race at RiverBluff par and this location was excellent

We visited family most of the time but the room was clean and everything worked. So next time we come we definitely will look at staying there again

This place was FILTHY! I would share pictures if I could! The next morning my niece's allergies were awful--no doubt due to the filth and mold in this motel! Keep driving----DO NOT STAY HERE!

A chance find for a reasonable price. Room has fridge and microwave. Staff very helpful.

For a back up throw it in the door hotel its very clean. No riff raff, bunch of workers but they were polite and didnt bother anyone. Clean and accommodating.

The photos as of June 2024 don't show the layout. It's a typical cheap motel with wimpy window AC, rooms opening onto the parking lot, and persistent mustiness. The smell was heavy and immediate when opening the door and stuck to my clothes 200 miles away. It only dissipated when the AC was cranked. The dead gnats and roach carcass under the comforter were the cherry on top. I've managed to avoid this kind of problem for over 20 years, even when I was young and broke.

A couple of nights, we had noisy neighbors who stayed up all night. It made it difficult to sleep. There was coffee on demand, but no breakfast or even a place to have breakfast. However, we knew what we were getting beforehand, but the sleepless nights due to noisy tenants was disappointing.

It was a nice quiet hotel. Was fairly clean but popcorn between the bed and nightstand. The girl at the desk was super friendly and nice and was there the whole time we were there.

I liked the convenience of this location to where I needed to be the following morning. I enjoyed that my room was away from the main road and surrounded by wooded area. It was quiet and the front desk lady was very friendly and helpful. I would have rated it much higher, if the bed wouldn't had been so lumpy. I woke up sore.

Carpet was very dirty right when we entered. I wiped the layer of dead bugs off A/C and windowsill, and wiped stains off walls with some makeup wipes. Husband found 2 brown skidmarks on both his sheets. Had to get different sheets, woman at office apologized. My bed was clean. After rain the carpet was soaked by the A/C, not sure if it was rain or A/C unit leaking? We were in room 112. Just very dirty inside, and not in keeping with the 8.4 rating at all.

The room served our needs. The cloth arm chair in the room was old and had a dirt stain on the arm. The bathmat had a hole in it. Would have liked bigger bath towels. Staff was friendly when we checked in.

Finding a suitable place to stop in the middle of the night can be nerve wracking. This place was an absolute gem of a find.

The property is dated but it's clean and easy to find. Parking was directly outside our room. This is very convenient to downtown Ashland City and it's a lovely 30 minute drive from Clarksville.

This Motel is very dated and in need of serious updates and repairs. There was a spider on the ceiling, carpet is frayed, door needs a good coat of paint, loud window unit for air conditioning, very dated fixtures and even though breakfast was included, there is only coffee. I would be afraid to stay here if I were alone. The staff at check in was nice but that’s about all I can say. The rest is below average…

Room was clean. But door was kinda wonky..missing a screw on lock panel. There was no breakfast either. The front desk clerk was really nice.

Not much to offer in the area. The best place in town was closed (Monday), and only mexican places around. You could tell it was an old motel, but modernized and clean.

Everything is great except the king bed was a problem. Both of us could feel the springs sticking into our back.

Con: drive noise was loud early in the night. Got quite later in night. Refrigerator was very loud and not very cold. Did not receive clean towels or a service on room the next day.

Friendly staff, cleanliness is top notch. A good nights rest and the breakfast was good. Would like to see some fruit or yogurt options at breakfast but everything else was nice.

The bed is lumpy. The other guests were quite noisy (shouting outside). The towels are frayed They offer coffee only in the morning, not even continental breakfast. I was disappointed in the place. It was $149 (not including taxes). Front desk person was pleasant.

An older-style motel where you park next to your room. The interior apparently had a face life a few years ago, so it is pretty much like your typical modern hotel. There were some maintenance issues: The ceiling light did not work, so we had to hunt around int he dark for a light switch on a table lamp. The arms on the upholstered armchair were dirty. There was a broken-off prong of a electrical plug sticking out of an electrical socket. Laminate was peeling off one of the pieces of furniture. Paint chipped on the doors. Very noisy mini-refrigerator which we had to unplug to get sleep. We booked this hotel at the last minute and paid a very high price for it. Considering the condition of the room and general nature of the motel, we should have had to pay about 1/3 of what we paid. And no breakfast included (nor available on-site).

Questionable people were out back. One lady was so drunk & obnoxious, we thought we were going to have to call the police.

The staff was very friendly lady at the desk. I would like to see more towels and wash rags in the room after working plowing snow and roadways me and my wife needing showers and had one a piece Not enough at 2 am in the morning and 6 am.

We stayed for one night, while visiting friends. The heater was a little noisy but worked well.

The duvet, pillows, and mattress all needed replaced in our room. Sleep-able but not the most comfortable. There was small hairs left in bathroom floor and around the toilet. There was an odd Oder in our room. Staff was very friendly and helpful, access into and out of the property was very easy. Overall pleasant stay but room for improvement.

It’s a motel. The door opens to the parking lot and there is only one window with a view of the parking lot.

Left this motel after two nights full of BED BUG BITES! No food near the motel and no Uber eats or any way of getting around unless you have your own vehicle. I do NOT recommend this motel!

Overdue for a deep clean and desperate need for updating. Room had strong musty smell, mini fridge compressor was extremely loud waking us up a few times during the night. Staff was pleasant but appear to be living on the property. Would not stay here again.

I really enjoyed the comfort of the bed. Usually the beds are not too comfortable or they might be average. But this particular hotel. Had extremely comfortable beds.

That alone will make us not stay there again. The back of the building is quiet. The front is very loud in the front. We didn’t complain. I’m sure if we did the awesome lady at the front desk would have taken care of it. So that’s on us.

The cost for the room was higher for where the property ware the property's location was.
