I arrived to check in at 10 pm. I had booked a suite with 2 full beds and pull out sofa. When I arrived, the front desk woman said no rooms were available with 2 full beds and a pullout sofa. Only 2 queens. I have 5 people in my family and needed the room I booked. She called 5 others hotels in the area owned by the same company. I waited 40 mins at the front desk. She finally said oh let me go check room 118. Came back and said you can have that room. She could have saved me all that time and stress and just gave us that room from the beginning. It was stressful and exhausting after arriving so late. The pool was freezing and not heated and the room was not super clean. Hair in the shower. Would not stay here again.

It is being remodeled. Not a good time to visit, probably better after. As it was, half the parking lot was being used to stage construction. Work started at 6am so hope you intended to wake up then.

They should not be offering rooms during their extensive renovation. The workout room had no air and it was 80 degrees. We got a good rate ($112) but would not have stayed if we had known the extent of the renovation going on.

Off the property was a bunch of homeless people, but they don’t seem to bother.

Totally under construction. I feel like that should be disclosed prior to stay. I would not have stayed there under those conditions. It need the facelift though. I would have preferred not being there during the remodel.

I do not recommend. We entered and the smell of paint is there. It was a work zone not a hotel. Room was not great, and food was not great. Pool was not clean neither. Overall not pleasant.

The location to my event When I got there the front desk attendant messed my rooms at check in overcharging my card . Claimed I only had one room but I reserved 2 rooms then proceeded to give different rates for the 2 nd room and charged my card again incorrectly it got frustrating.There was construction going on early in the morning that was loud and woke us up .

Location was under construction so we asked if manager could check our room somewhat of an inconvenience but we complied. Pool was out of order for a few days but they made arrangements at a neighboring hotel.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made for a smooth check-in. Our room was clean with enough space for our family of six without feeling too cramped. A big plus for us was the two TVs; the kids had their own space to relax in the living area while we could unwind in the bedroom area. The complimentary breakfast was sufficient. It had fresh fruit, muffins, and a make-your-own waffle station, which the kids loved. It also had a few other things I did not try including cereal, eggs, bacon, sausage and toast. The coffee in the lobby was good, and they even offered hot cocoa, which the kids really enjoyed. There were a few areas that could use improvement. The lobby decor felt a bit dated, and some of the furniture throughout the hotel is starting to show noticeable wear and tear. The pool was also closed during our stay, which was disappointing, especially for the kids. Additionally, the lighting could be better both in the rooms and in the lobby. It felt a bit dim at times.

I liked everything I wish there had been a bathroom door. Hard for a person to sleep when the light from the bathroom floods in.

Quality of the breakfast could have been better. Tasted like the hot food was microwave from frozen state.

The breakfast was not the best and the coffee was always empty.

Tv didn’t work! Room could have been much cleaner.

We were charged an outrageous fee of $100 for our dog.

The staff (Isaac) was great! Our keycard battery died so we got locked out of our room but he was super helpful and on top of it, he quickly called facilities to work on getting us back in.

The smoking section being in front. We had to walk out through a cloud of smoke. We had trouble with our tv.

I booked 2 rooms with double beds, called to confirm I could Have connecting rooms. Upon my arrival, I was told the assurance I could have connecting rooms was given to me by mistake and the best they could do was across the hall. That does NOT work traveling with toddlers and grandparents. Compensation by management is currently still pending.

The check in staff was distracted with a child she was babysitting and we were rushed. Rate was different than the Hotels.com and attendant was visibly annoyed to explain. Breakfast buffet was incomplete and dirty. Refrigerator was empty- no milk, yogurt etc. boiled eggs container empty, no napkins, no coffee creamers, no cereal, table and chairs were dirty. Counters were a mess. Attendant found it strenuous to return a “good morning”. She did a no-show on the 3rd morning. The overnight front desk man kicked not action and had the full buffet going within minutes, and was very pleasant. Rooms were a 3 out of 5 for cleanliness. Soap and tissues were missing. Rug not vacuumed.

The double bad is too small for 2 people. My husband and I are not tall or strong and we barely fit into it. There were no shampoo and conditioner, I asked them to replace them and they left the empty bottles in the bathroom.

Everything was wonderful. We were a little disappointed by the minimal hot options for the breakfast buffet, but enjoyed it overall. We were also quite disappointed with how the pool was listed as a heated pool, yet it was very cold and the “heated jets” came on only a couple of times to shoot out even more cold water.

The room was in poor condition; I had to replace the bed linens and towels. It was the worst stay I've ever had. I strongly recommend avoiding this location.

We stayed 5 nights and only after daily complaining did we get our room serviced one time. So daily I had to go to the desk to ask for all towels. Obviously, the staff were not concerned and just told me to stop back at the desk if there were no towels and they would give them to me. Hello? I made it clear that this was their job, not mine, but it did no good.

We had a good stay in this hotel, the room was very clean and for a family of 5 it was very spacious. The check in process is smooth and the staff is friendly. The free breakfast was an added bonus. The location is really good , it is a short drive to downtown .

The hotel staff was friendly and courteous. The room and common areas were well maintained and clean . I was always greeted by a staff member everyday which was nice. The hotel was nicely landscaped and well maintained. The only thing that didn’t meet my expectations was the gym. The weights maxed out at 50lbs and there was no cable machine. It did have a bench and some cardio machines which were in great shape and good grade of equipment.

It was nice for the evening, but you could not see the TV from the desk area. Also the toilet paper was not convenient to the toilet. I had to stand up to reach it where it was.

Biscuits were very good, but no sausage gravy to go with them (sad emoji). Staff were all very polite and check in host had helpful brewery suggestions that we took advantage of.

Room was spacious and bathroom appeared updated/renovated. Breakfast options ok. Parking was easy and plentiful, and the hotel is on a peaceful tree-lined property. Space between floors not very soundproof, and I heard constant thuds/clunks from people walking in room above mine.

The room was clean. It was comfortable but the air conditioning unit leaked water and there was about a foot and a half of wet carpet from the heating unit to the bed. I told the night clerk about it and she said there is nothing she could do there is no rooms available and no one could look at it until the next day. In The sink in the bathroom , the water did not drain quickly

The air conditioning for our unit broke. It was so hot in our room. I could not even sleep. There was nothing the staff could do about it. We just had to suffer through in a sweltering room.

First room was not clean. Natasha was great and fixed it right away. The girl in the morning was not wearing a name tag and never looked up from her phone for anything. Terrible service.

Quite in town for a wedding. Sharon the day shift front staff made our arrival special. Very nice and informative of the area.

Great place to stay - good price, friendly staff and very quiet. I would definitely stay there again.

Elevator was out. Desk clerk at check in was not knowledgeable about area or how to read the paper map at the counter.

Room was nice and the location was convenient- not downtown but close to everything. Everyone at the front desk was pleasant. Very good hotel.

Breakfast needs to be improved. The woman who helped with the breakfast area was a hard worker. Overall staff were helpful and pleasant. Furniture in room could be updated.

Convenient, comfortable, great staff

Very clean and updated. Staff at the desk were amazing - kind and professional. We had an issue with the neighboring room (they locked multiple dogs in there all day and they barked incessantly) and they handled it with much professionalism and promptly.

I highly recommend staying here during your trip to Asheville, The quality of accommodations and amenities and the price are absolutely perfect!

We stayed here for 3 nights. The bearded front desk person, Ron(?) was excellent! Very welcoming and extremely helpful. The facilities were very good. The gym had good equipment. Would stay there again.

Modern property with great rooms complete with kitchenette, couch and workspace. Italian restaurant next door within walking distance.

We liked the price of our stay but we were not impressed with the cleanliness of the facility, the poor quality of the breakfast, and the limited parking for guests.

Very nice clean and comfortable rooms. Excellent that there is a Carrabba's Italian restaurant in the parking lot next door. Free breakfast everyday in lobby is good, but busy with so many people. The only bad thing about the location is the drive is very steep and narrow and you can only turn right onto the main road

The pool is tiny and I liked the outside patio near it. Some of the furniture looked like it needed cleaned.

Basic, but very clean and well run

We have been traveling for over three weeks and this was by far our favorite hotel. Rob, at the front desk, was so welcoming. The room was big and comfortable. The fitness room was clean and in great working order. We were close to the Bilrnore Estate, too.

Homeless men we’re hanging around the property. The bathtub shower was scary. I was terrified that I would fall. Maid service was great!

The lobby was nice and clean it’s nice of you have work to do or just want to read very quiet the staff was welcoming,kind, and made conversation so overall I would recommend and I would come back. The rooms was clean and very family friendly!
