Clean, comfortable, cheerful staff!

The property is under construction renovation. The project is behind schedule and we stayed in a room that was not yet fully finished nor furnished.

Nice easy area good parking breakfast

The hotel appears to be undergoing a refresh. The room was clean and the location met my needs. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room had solid flooring instead of carpeting so it felt cleaner. There was no place in the room to hang clothing. Most hotels have a little nook, but this room doesn't.

Everything was great. The staff was helpful. Everything worked well. Since the renovations, everything looked clean and great. Just still working on some of the rooms.

Location was very good. Well let me start with the most important one.the bathroom the toilet seat had brown stuff on it and the wall beside the toilet. Next the mattress need to bed replaced springs in my wife and myself.the breakfast wasn't good,sausage looked like it wasn't cooked at all.

There was construction going on so the room they gave us had a view of the big dumpster. We had to ask for towels one night because they hadn’t given us any. The lady on Saturday morning could have been more pleasant. The juice machine only had options the first day. They never filled it up the rest of the time. The vending machine was very low. The exercise room was closed (one reason we chose this hotel). We couldn’t believe the excellent rating it had.

Clean. Location made it convenient for me in my activity. In the morning I trying to get a shower the water regulator is not working, only extreme hot water would come out. In calling it in, after getting a ti.ely response, I am told there is nothing that can be corrected at the time. No offer to accommodate. That response is different than I expected.

The person that checked me in on night shift was super friendly and helpful.

The staff was very helpful upon checkiing in and the room was clean and comfortable. The provided breakfast had many different items to select from and was very good.

I loved the location, accommodations, and front desk was very cooperative. Only thing is I felt rushed by the cleaning staff. One of the cleaners aggressively came to my room the day before I was scheduled to check out and she tried to convince me that I was scheduled to leave on that day. I verified with the front desk that I had one more night and everything was resolved but I did not appreciate that cleaner trying to prematurely force me out.

Nice Clean and Quiet Hotel.Friendly Staff,Pretty Good breakfast including waffles,sausage,French toast sticks,potato and of course your usual cereal,muffins,oatmeal.Upgraded me to a king size bed room at no extra charge.The bathroom sink handle fell off and moved me to a another room immediately.Also great location only about 10 to 15 minutes to everything I wanted to do in Ashville. Nothing really,they are in the middle of a remodel but didn’t affect my stay at all and also really didn’t hear any noise

It was clean and under construction and they forgwt to mention that while we were sleeping they started working.

The shower pressure wasn't as hard as I prefer but the temperature was great.

I always rate a hotel against what I pay I paid for it and this hotel checked every box. Quick check-in, clean room, comfortable bed and a good breakfast. Stayed here for one night on the way south and would stay again.

The property was close by to Asheville’s city center and reasonably priced for accommodations. Found out property was under renovations when I arrived, could get noisy in the morning. Showers took a very long time to heat.

The breakfast was lousy. Sausages were warm not browned. The scrambled eggs were some kind of premade patty that looked unappetizing. The only good thing was the waffle maker. I ended up having a couple yogurts and coffee.

Subpar at best! It seems that Choice Hotels and India have a partnership and standards are not of US caaliber, but India standards are evident here. Stains, roaches and the likes are what they bring for your enjoyment. Ownership's Bad Attitude from the foreigners towards certain people of color is very evident as well. Using words like "Its your fault" when inquiring about customer service and bickering about standards.

Our stay was terrible! We checked in around 3 and put our bags in the room and my suitcase on one of the beds. We left and spent the evening in Asheville. We came back to the room to unwind and shower around 8. When i moved my suitcase, there were two roaches that had crawled under it. We then looked at the wall and saw two more roaches. We took pics and a video but i am not gonna post them here. At that, i went to the front desk to ask for a different room. The front desk guy said that they were fully booked. So i asked for a refund. He said that he couldn’t give me a refund at the time unless maintenance could come to the room and confirm the roaches but also said that he was the only employee on site. Of course i was furious because i had showed him a video already. I immediately booked a room at another hotel and went back to our room to get our bags. Upon leaving the premises i went back one more time to turn in my keys. At that, the guy at the front desk said that if i decided to stay, he would give me a 50% refund, and if i left at that moment, his manager said that i would receive a 100% refund. Of course, i left at that moment. If you stay at this property in room 204, please be careful that you don’t take any little critters home with you!

Hotel is very nice and quiet. Lots of easy parking. Can walk to restaurants from the hotel, there’s not a sidewalk the whole way and it’s not lit up but it’s still nice. The road beside the sidewalk is a little busy but otherwise everything is nice.

The room seemed clean and the bed was very comfortable, however in the middle of the night around 2:00 a.m. I woke up to use the bathroom and found a small cockroach in there, and then when I went back to the bed a larger one in the bed. I checked the rest of the room and found no others but I was still not comfortable about staying in the bed and went out to my car to sleep for the rest of the night. I also took my luggage because I did not want to take any cockroaches home with me. The desk clerk in the morning was very kind and expressed concern about the situation. They said they would get someone out to check it out soon, but that sometimes cockroaches come in with other people. Either way I was uncomfortable about staying the second night and canceled that. They were good with that, but they did not offer me any kind of credit or refund on the first night although I spent the night in my car. Great no frills hotel. Close to restaurants and downtown Asheville is less than 20 minutes away. Cracker Barrel next door. Did not try the breakfast. Room was spacious enough. I'm not a fan of stand up showers only but it worked out fine. Only issue was the air conditioning had to be dropped low to get to a fairly cool comfort. Overall would stay again and enjoy everything.

This hotel gives a great "bang for the buck." The only thing it doesn't have when compared to the more expensive chains is a swimming pool, and maybe the room and bathroom are slightly smaller, but at half the cost we were very pleased and will be back!

I’m mind blown by the number of good reviews at this hotel. It smells bad. Some areas smell of feces and other areas only smell of cigarettes. Stains all over curtains and floors. Other rooms were loud all night. When I checked in the guy at the front desk hardly said a single word to me. I genuinely felt unsafe.

We booked for four rooms double bed . Our teams work night shifts as soon as one of our team leaders arrived to check in she wasn’t greeted good.once everyone was installed A guy went door to door to check how many people were in the rooms waking up our employees from a 12 hr night shift ended up paying more than was told on the phone before booking.

I was expecting for the breakfast, but the property did not serve due the hurricane one month ago. But the basic breakfast with fruits and bars probably could be easier to offer to the guests.

I liked the location and how quiet it was, my room was clean well put together. The only complaint I have during my stay is the smell in the room, it smelled like mildew. You could tell they tried to clean up as much as they could but the smell lingered.

What a great clean hotel and friendly staff. I had an issue thought I lost my wallet they went beyond and above to help me find it which we did thanks to the wonderful manger. I will be booking again in the future for sure. Do not hesitate to stay here

Very clean and modern. Loved the shower and shower head!

The room was immaculate…the beds were comfortable…the breakfast was filling (sausage patties, boiled eggs and egg omelets, yogurt, and a waffle maker), there was plenty of parking, and housekeeping came by to see if we needed anything even though we were only staying 2 nights. The location is also within walking distance to ihop, Applebees, Popeyes, Hardees, and much more. Would definitely stay here again:)

The woman at the desk when I checked in was wonderful. I hate that I didn’t catch her name. She recommended local restaurants and they were delicious. She was so kind and made check in quick and smooth. The room was extremely clean. The beds were comfortable and clean. The bathroom was immaculate, towels were super white and smelled clean and the shower was awesome. The property was well kept and the location was right in the middle of tons of conveniences but it sits on a side road that makes it seem like it isn’t in the middle of all the conveniences so it was quiet. Lots of good movie channels and the hotel toiletries smelled amazing. I will choose this hotel over any other one every time I’m in the area.

Bathroom. Instead of it being squared, it is rounded off, which made it more roomy. Even though I'm a single traveler, I always get a double bed room. That way I have a choice if one of the beds isn't comfortable.... That was NOT the case here.... The beds were very comfortable. They were neither too firm or too soft just right. The pillows were very very comfortable. Good selection of breakfast items. I was very happy with my stay and found the prices to be very reasonable. All staff was helpful. It's only a short drive to downtown Asheville. I was very satisfied with my stay and highly recommend.

This was a great hotel, i figured it would be a low in hotel due to the price, but we were wrong. This looks to be a newer hotel, the rooms are a little small but very clean and cozy . Better then the fairfield we are staying in tonight for twice the price.

Great priced hotel, only minutes away from Biltmore. Right off exit 44 on I40. Biltmore at exit 50. Will stay there again when in the area.

Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for the price. Location was good with easy access to the expressway and 10 to 15 minutes to downtown. Although the expressway was nearby, we did not hear any traffic noise as our room faced the parking lot.

I stayed at Sleep Inn Asheville West for 3 nights at the end of September 2023. Price was reasonable. The hotel was clean and comfortable with a "new" feel. Very nice view of the mountains from the breakfast room balcony. Excellent breakfast food variety including eggs, mini-muffins, mini-waffles, sausage, bananas, cereal and more. Coffee and 3 types of tea available 24 hrs/day in the breakfast room. All workers were friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

Very clean property and rooms. Convient to the ball field's. Since we were there for a tournament. Staff was wonderful. Up the road from a nice grocery store and walmart. I will definitely be staying there again for the next tournament.

Bed was soft

Will not recommend for anyone that wants to use there on electronics fo streaming. The TV is locked tight. There is NO option to use Apple TV or a Firestick. Remote has no prions but on off channel change and sound.
