Reviews
The hotel generally receives positive reviews for its cleanliness, comfortable rooms, and friendly staff. However, some guests have expressed concerns about the quality and variety of the breakfast offered, as well as issues with parking and noise.
- Cleanliness of the rooms
- Comfortable beds and quiet environment
- Limited breakfast options
- Tight parking and noise issues

Needed a room for travelling pet dog. As much as I enjoyed the staff and what appeared as a clean room, the room itself was smelly from previous pet use. We have been several places and know even a designated pet use room can smell cleaner and fresher. The pricing was great and so all is fair I guess
- 4/5
Room was nice and clean

Newly remodeled rooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking was easy. On-site breakfast included waffles and eggs.

Stay far away from this place, especially if you have kiddos!
- 3/5
Breakfast was poor - skip it. Otherwise met the need for a nights stay.
- 3/5
The pillows smelled so bad so we didn't use them. There was also only like 3 tissues in the tissue box. We arrived in the middle of the night and were out a few hours later. We got a room here because we didn’t want to spend $40 more for a regular hotel. I recommend spending the extra $40. The breakfast was fine. Waffle machine, muffins, bagels, white bread, yogurt, 2 cereals.
- 5/5
Clean room. Friendly staff. All coin op laundry machines were out of order so had to go to nearby laundromat, but the staff made sure I was taken care off.

This is one of the very best places we have ever stayed in . The staff was excellent , the room was great, parking was super, the breakfast was great. E are well pleased with all facets of our stay at Quality Inn.
- 4/5
Parking easy. First room had funny smell but was given another room that was fine. No pool. Overall convenient location to downtown.
- 0.5/5
ACs are not working. We switched to the other room right in the midnight & the ac problem was there in the other room as well. Not a worth stay. Additionally, no options in the breakfast. Not even anything hot was served. Very poor hospitality.

So when me and my wife got there we went in told them we had a reservation and they asked for my id and proceeded to tell us we couldn’t stay there because they have a no local policy and we’ll I basically lost 113$ because of that. They need to make sure they have that readable on the site so people won’t lose their money

Fruit was rotting Housekeeping did not replace toiletries on more than one occasion
- 4/5
The staff was amazing, everyone was very helpful and happy to do their jobs. The place has been recently renovated but it needs some carpet replacing; otherwise the rooms were kept very clean and filled with toiletries. They’re very generous with pillows and towels as well. Will definitely come back

Incredibly disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. The carpet floor had huge stains, the mattress was filthy, the bathroom towels had been used and not washed. The desk and dresser were sticky and actually had a layer of visible dust/dirt on them. I was so grossed out, that I didn’t even want to sit down. I was in a smoke free room, but had neighbors on both sides of me, who would smoke frequently in the hallway so I had to smell cigarette smoke all night. The last straw for me was the fire alarm going off at 4am. I ended up leaving the hotel, and sleeping in my car for a few hours. Absolutely one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a hotel.

Very comfu bed and pillows. Desk clerk was super friendly and very helpful. A+ on cleanliness. Convenient to downtown.

Ashley was the best!

Room was great and the staff was very helpful. I would recommend this location to anyone.
- 4/5
Room was nice, quiet. Staff very friendly and professional
- 3/5
Accommodations were fine. Woman at the front desk was rude but it’s a motel so…
- 1/5
Forced to comply with rigid check in policy that was not mentioned on the app.

Just stayed one night. No issues.

Clean room, friendly staff. The hotel is very adequate. Not high end but very good for the price. Location is great.
- 5/5
Best busdet hotel in town. Safe, extremely clean and comfy beds.
- 4/5
Looks old from the outside but it was actually quite clean and the beds comfortable. Back parking is a little dark recommend parking in the front near the office.
- 5/5
Nice
- 4/5
We attended a musical in the area and returned to the motel about 9:30 pm. We had to drive throughout the entire parking lot to find the last parking spot. We then walked the length of the building to get to the stairs, to use the only stairs to our 2nd floor room. We then walked half of the building back toward our car to get to our room. No elevator ... for folks in their 80's is not the best option for seniors. The room was very clean and worth the price.

- 5/5
Newly renovated rooms were a huge plus! King size bed was super comfortable! Very pleased!
- 4/5
Easy check in, friendly and was clean and they give you more than one roll of toilet paper and the bedding smelled fresh :) I usually stay in fancy hotels, but I haven't always come from that part of the world, so this place worked for to sleep and take a shower for a couple nights and would of worked if I stayed a whole week. I have no complaints and would stay here again.
- 4/5
Clean room
- 4/5
Maybe more clean, sheets had stains
- 4/5
Rooms were adequate...nothing fancy, carpet needs a good cleaning. Breakfast offering was mainly bagels and yogurt and waffles. No protein in site. However the coffee was delicious.
- 4/5
Clean room, basic breakfast, kind staff
- 5/5
Good
- 3/5
The room is great , it’s clean . But no elevator. If you have to carry lots of stuff it be a problem and only1 or 2 staircase . The breakfast is terrible. We stayed 2 days and over the weekend where the fee is doubled but the breakfast stayed same for the 3 days we stayed there. No protein products . No eggs , no bacon, no sausage . Just not good enough for what we paid for the weekend . Weekend rate is doubled of that you pay on regular days . Staff is great though .
- 3/5
Everything more or less ok. But just ok. Room definitely smelled of smoke despite it being a non-smoking hotel. Assume they didn't replace carpets etc all since making that change. Breakfast was limited, did have coffee, juice, cereal, make your own waffles.
- 5/5
GREAT STAFF!!!
- 3/5
Older hotel with recent remodel. Decent but nothing to write home about. Doors to rooms are open to the outside, smells and sounds freely came and went. Overall the hotel served its purpose and we went about our day.
- 5/5
Great clean rooms
- 5/5
Gym was fine it suited our needs. Water cooler didn’t work though. Room was fine too, the carpet could use deep cleaning but overall for the price and knowing what we were getting into it was a decent stay. Continental breakfast wasn’t the greatest compared to somewhere like the mariott or something but it suffices. Maybe fresh fruit or breakfast sandwiches would elevate it more. But again, that’s probably asking too much. If you need something cheap with good/decent customer service this is for you.
- 4/5
Clean room. Not a lot of options for breakfast
- 4/5
We were not the only ones to notice and commented about it She didnt smile or greet anyone. When I let her know my room card didnt open the door to the breakfast room, her remark was “yes we mnow it doesnt work, that is why we have a sign here to tell you to go around (she pointed one but there was none)” she has zero customer service skills. Check in previous eve ing was very nice, cheerful and helpful. Need the manager to work with her, or observe her attitude towards customers and her role there. Or recommend she find another job.
- 5/5
Room very much like more expensive hotels. Very quiet. Staff friendly and anxious to help.
- 3/5
The hotel was fine. Some features of the room need to be updated such as the sink because the tile was broken and it was patched with tape. The shower curtain was a bit dirty/moldy. One of the sheet covers was a bit dirty, perhaps stained. Everything else in the room worked fine. The sheets and towels were soft. Pillows and beds were good as well. The staff were lovely and good costumer service. Breakfast was basic. Cereals, juice, coffee, milk, waffles, bagels, yogurt, muffins, fruit. Parking in the front is limited. The area where the hotel is at, is a bit weird to drive around. The outside also needs some updating. For the price is okay but could be better. Compared to other options the price was more affordable but that also comes with the downsides of certain things.
- 3/5
It was okay but too expensive for the facilities.
- 3/5
The rooms on the second floor were a great deal better than the ground floor rooms. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was not a full Continental breakfast as advertised but it was not bad.
- 4/5
The location is good. About a 20 minute walk to downtown. The bed was wonderful. The shower was nice and hot and the towels were soft and white. Breakfast was a disappointment because of the temperature of the food. For the price, I would stay there again.
- 1/5

- 5/5
Came for a business trip and had the best stay. Ashley was excellent, she checked us in quickly, was very friendly and informative. Loved her energy on a gloomy Friday evening, she definitely made my check in experience eventful. The rooms were spotless and very spacious. The breakfast was about average, no complaints there. Overall, had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back on the next business trip.
- 4/5
Ashley checked us in. She was very helpful, friendly, and professional. The hotel property is old but has been remodeled reasonably. It’s comfortable for an overnight stay or two.
- 5/5
great stay 😊
- 5/5
If you want the feel of a freshly renovated hotel with exterior entry this is it. Exterior is clean, and seems safe. We had a very nice stay while visiting Asheville.
- 4/5
Had everything I needed for a reasonable price
- 4/5
For a budget hotel I thought this was a good experience. My room was clean. The bed and pillows are comfortable. Everything was in working order. Prince at the front desk was very accommodating. The breakfast buffet is basic. Paper plates and plastic silverware. There is a nice waffle maker, bagels, yogurt, juice, cereal, fresh apples and bananas. No protein. This hotel has two stories. The doors do open to the outside. That made me a little nervous. There are security cameras. The doors have peep holes, a deadbolt, and a flip lock. The location is excellent- right off the highway, less than three miles to the Biltmore Estate, and close to downtown. There is a Wing Stop next door and plenty of other restaurants close by.
- 4/5
I was traveling with 2 dogs and there was nowhere to wash them and all. There was no no grass to take him out into or nothing
- 5/5
The room was nice and clean. The area was quiet and was convenientl. Was a greatbplace to stay.
- 3/5
You have to pay a $50 deposit on top of what you pay through Expedia, not a fan of that
- 5/5
Bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. and centrally located near the Biltmore.
- 4/5
All good. Good places to eat and close to downtown. Wish for them to have hot breakfast
- 3/5
Fire alarms went off with fire dept. arriving, lot was being painted and smelled beside having to walk around the building. People (guests) were extremely noisy at all hours of the night. Woken several times as late as 3:30 AM. Staff just shrugged …
- 5/5
Nice place well priced
- 5/5
I would recommend everybody to not be deterred by the fact that it is Potel and go ahead and walk in. It is a pleasure. They are also not complying with Federal orders of DUI. I saw the kind of people the ICE agents normally go after, quietly working there, which was a welcome change. Mexican women are hard working and a staple of the Hotel Industry..
- 3/5
Thanks
- 1/5
No motel to stay in. Had been sold.
- 1/5
It was an absolutely horrible experience. I had just gotten into town about 1:00 in the morning had the room already purchased, and when I got there I was not able to actually take possession of the room. The guy at the front desk told me that they did not accept prepaid cards although I had already paid for the room through hotels. So I was not allowed to stay there. I had to stay in my car because of this.
- 5/5
The reception staff was very friendly. Parking lot was right in front of the room so really easy access to our stuff in the car
- 4/5
It’s fine for a night to sleep and shower, no bells and whistles just plain Jane.
- 1/5
Not the safest area
- 5/5
The staff was excellent
- 5/5
There is a huge den with a large screen TV and surround sound. Plenty of seating for about 10 people. Large outdoor area with grill and seating for everyone. The house is in a neighborhood a little ways from Broadway. But is not a bad transit to Broadway. It is a pretty quiet neighborhood except when the train comes through about a block away. Not that loud, but noticeable in front of house. Overall, this is a perfect property for a large family on vacation to Nashville. Really no complaints.
- 5/5
Clean and spacious rooms. Friendly front desk
- 1/5
The real issue came after we checked out. We were charged a $250 fee for pet urine on the bed. This caught me completely off guard. Our dog never sleeps in the bed—he actually prefers his kennel, where he stays when we’re not in the room. The hotel claimed there was a bright fluorescent stain on the sheets, and as soon as I heard that, I knew exactly what it was. I have a medical condition, and unfortunately, what they saw was stomach bile—not pet urine. I understand how it could have been mistaken, but I immediately tried to reach out to the hotel to explain although it’s embarrassing. Despite multiple attempts, no manager has returned my calls, and when I contacted corporate, I was told they couldn’t help because this location is a franchise. The lack of accountability and communication has been incredibly frustrating. I’ve always tried to support Choice Hotels, but after this experience, I’ll likely avoid Quality Inn properties altogether. I just hope others have a smoother stay than we did.
- 1/5
The breakfast was worst. You can not eat those in the morning.
- 4/5
I ran into this situation when I showed my ID to check-in. I was in from Charlotte (which I now live) to play a show I was booked for When I showed them my ID. They explained they COULDN'T give me the room or access to it. I had to use my travel partners ID from Charlotte to get the room. Thankfully the issue was resolved. Still didn't sit well with me.
- 4/5
The bed was very comfortable and the place was very clean. Unfortunately, there was no elevator or Butler to help with the suitcases.
- 4/5
Didn't like that it was stairs only.
- 5/5
Just needed a room for the night, I was in town for a seminar but the hotel where the seminar was taking place was booked out. The price of this hotel was reasonable, the room was clean and comfortable, I slept really good that night! Overall my experience was Great, I would stay there again if I needed to. Thanks!!
- 4/5
Room, beds etc all good, just a shame about the sink being cracked. Receptionist who checked us in Ashley very helpful
- 4/5
Nice renovated an clean room. It looks like a motel renovated so no elevators as indicated in the hotel description. It does not provide much privacy as people walking by your room can see you and vice versa. Also, not well isolated as we could hear people talking outside. However, nice staff and a good place for the price.
- 5/5
Thank you
- 5/5
Comfortable rooms and clean rooms. Friendly staff .
- 1/5
I was unable to check in. The hotel did not have a means to accept the payment methods I had available. I was forced to abandon my reservation and sleep in my car for the two nights I was supposed to stay.
- 3/5
Just an average hotel. Good for a one night stay. Location is not the best.
- 3/5
It was convenient but we reserved a room with a king bed, said it was available and it was not, the mirror was all smeared (not cleaned with the proper cleaning materials), it had almost a dog odor, and the sink was badly cracked. The shower was nice and hot. Trash in the flower beds, ice machine / laundry very messy
- 4/5
This Quality Inn is in a great location. The staff is friendly, courteous and helpful. Definitely worth the money for weekday rates.
- 5/5
Absolutely perfect for a quick over night stop in Asheville on our way through. I would highly recommend the staff was nice and helpful. My husband and I were pleased with the clean cozy room we had.
- 4/5
Hotel is clean, in good condition at very convenient location. The hotel does not have any view, but, good if you will be out for the entire day and use the hotel for night stay

This was a perfect place to stay while visiting Asheville! The check in was easy! My room was perfectly clean and smelled amazing. I did not have any issues with anything at all!
- 5/5
What a wonderful experience checking in. The desk clerk was a pleasure to talk to and answer all my questions. I only wish I could remember her name. It was either Amy or Ashley and I am leaning toward Amy but then again I may be way off. LOL
- 2/5
We liked the cleanliness, and clean and good bathroom. Dort was so old and damaged that we struggled to open/close everytime needed. Small fridge was available in the room, we put our foods in it without realizing it was not working that we found in the morning.
- 3/5
Overall I enjoyed my stay. I rated it as “okay” since my bathroom sink was cracked and the towel racks were broken.
- 4/5
Newly renovated but matress and pillows aren't very comfortable. Also the tub/shower step up is extremely high. Other than that it was decent for one night and the price.
- 5/5
Nice
- 5/5
Friendly staff, nice and clean room, I would stay there again!
- 5/5
Exceeded expectation considering price I paid. Only complaint is no hot food for breakfast. The staff cleaned the room everyday and replenished all used items including fresh towels and wash clothes everyday with having to ask. Kudos to them!
- 5/5
great place to stay. Friendly front desk.
- 4/5

- 1/5
Was unable to stay as lived within 50 miles of the hotel! My son was in-between apartments and needed a place for a couple nights. Guess it's a new rule!?
- 5/5
The location was good. Close to the Biltmore estate and downtown. Very nice.
- 5/5
We were very surprised by the state of this hotel. We just needed a stopover to break up a long trip home and had very low expectations. This hotel is very well maintained and clean. Seems like someone has put a lot of money into this old place to make it pleasant, and it works!! Would definitely recommend and would stay again!
- 1/5
This was one of the filthiest hotel rooms I've stayed in for a very long time. The floors were caked with mud and stink. The room had appeared to be wiped down nicely but it stanks so bad. I had to get a new room. The new room was almost equally as bad. But tolerable. I would not recommend staying here
- 5/5
I stay at that property all the time. And, the employees are friendly, hospitable whenever I’m there. Would recommend this location to anyone.
- 5/5
Super clean, friendly staff
- 4/5
Property has been recently remolded. Very nice rooms and the front desk staff was friendly when we checked in.
- 5/5
No issues, staff was very friendly. Beds were comfy. No complaints.
- 3/5
The place was very average. I did not like the fact I had to go up and down the stairs no elevator even to get breakfast and the stairs were outside. Also toilet was too close to the shower they were right next to each other. On the plus side they did have a great cable TV lineup lots of channels.
- 3/5
Even with a language barrier "I'll leave at 11:00" with a thumbs up should be clear.
- 3/5
Great option for a short stop in town when in the area to catch up with friends that I worked with during the Helene efforts.

- 4/5
I really enjoyed my stay here. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The only think I would say is that breakfast is really poor when comes to variety. I was a little disappointed with breakfast
- 5/5
The hotel was clean and location was convenient.

- 3/5
It is a conveinent spot. Not really the quietest. Staff yelling (speaking) to each other in the morning was not the greatest
- 5/5
Staff was fantastic. Thank you for a great stay.
- 5/5
Thank you to the staff
- 5/5
Hotel itself was good. There is a Waffle House conveniently located across the street. This is the only Waffle House I've ever seen where the interior dining room is closed between 12am and 6am. You have to order at a window and wait for them to make it. They do however offer online ordering which I recommend. Cheap ubers to and from downtown and convenient bus stop located nearby will get downtown in 15 mins for $1.
- 5/5
I loved this property!! Rooms were clean, bed were soft, everything was 10/10.
- 5/5
Check in was easy, fast and professional. The room was very clean I will be staying again.
- 5/5
We needed an affordable place to stay while visiting the Asheville area. This was really great!! The place has been recently renovated and it is perfect!
- 5/5
Good food options. I felt safe as a solo traveler
- 4/5
Our stay was nice enough for the price paid. The room was accessible from outdoors only, and there was no elevator. We were there during exceptionally cold weather which caused the heater to run almost constantly. We had to go outside to get to the breakfast, which had minimal options. However, we slept well (2 nights) and it was basically comfortable.
- 5/5
I will stay again
- 5/5
Friendly staff, clean and recently renovated rooms, heating noisy, overall very nice
- 5/5
The Manager and all staff members provided excellent hospitality. Very friendly and welcoming!
- 1/5
I would not use this hotel if my life dependent on it.
- 5/5
Check in was simple and clerk was friendly and knowledgeable.
- 5/5
Excelent
- 5/5
It’s close to everything with a clean room, hot water and friendly staff.Due to hurricane Helene, the breakfast was a bit limited with no coffee because of sediment in the water line. Staff brought us a new coffee maker for our room in extremely cold weather!
- 1/5
Place was gross
- 3/5
No breakfast or ice due to Helene but the desk person didn’t tell us and there were no signs. Water pressure was also low (also Helene?). The real issue was the people talking in the parking lot and the back of the building was not well lit. Walkways were also not lit well. As we were getting dressed, someone with a key card opened the door. We had the secondary lock on, but it was unnerving to say the least.
- 2/5
I never write reviews like this but I’m doing it because I’m not sure how this hotel has such a great rating. I drove into Asheville from northern VA and after an 8.5 hour drive, I arrive to learn that I needed to pay an additional fee of $30 for a “pet room” on top of the $50 pet deposit and they would need to switch me from a room with 2 queens to a room with one king because “dog rooms only have one bed.” Fortunately I was traveling by myself so whatever. That’s fine. This hotel was more of a motel as the doors to the room lead directly outside which I didn’t notice previously, that’s my bad. The inside of the room left a lot to be desired. Just inside the door, the carpet was filthy. There were questionable stains everywhere, including one on the comforter that looked like menstrual blood. The mattress itself was horrible and flat. The shower was not clean, there was hair and dirt in the corners of the tub. The AC/heating unit was extremely loud and the room stayed the same temp all night, regardless of what I changed the settings to. The next morning I was called 6 times minimum by the front desk as they were looking for someone who “was supposed to be in that room.” The front desk guy stated he didn’t understand why I kept answering as he had a different name down. I only gave it 2 stars because although I assumed I’d see a roach, I never did. I couldn’t wait to shower and check out.
- 5/5
The hotel is conveniently located to shopping and restaurants. It is also close to the hospital and the VA. The room was very comfortable.
- 5/5
The room was spotless and the bed was extremely comfortable. Bottled water was provided due to the non-potable water after the hurricane. I was impressed and happy to be in Asheville.
- 3/5
Came to volunteer with hurricane cleanup. Was not advertised or mentioned at checkin that they weren't serving breakfast. Please advertise and let guests know. Could have gotten hotel with breakfast for same price
- 5/5
...
- 4/5
Great place and nice recent renovation. Very modern and very clean. Would be nice to have some hot items served at breakfast.
- 5/5
Staff nice and polite!!! The location is just 7 minutes driving from downtown. The breakfast was good.
- 5/5
This hotel was very clean, quiet and safe. The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. Several choices to choose from and everything was replenished as it was eaten. Would definitely stay here again!
- 5/5
While my stay was good, they no longer serve a hot breakfast.
- 5/5
Overall good experience. The only improvement that could be made is to expand the breakfast options more. There was bread, waffels, 2 variety of fruits and coffee.
- 5/5
Great value
- 5/5
The room was clean and updated. There was a connecting door that the neighbors could be heard through but noise didn’t go beyond 10pm. A bagel cutter would have been helpful at breakfast
- 5/5
Rooms were clean, comfortable beds, easy access to downtown Asheville. Breakfast options were very limited, waffle maker and cereal only. Some protein options like eggs and bacon/sausages would have been nice. Will probably stay here again due to great value on room rates.

Easy check in and delicious breakfast and clean rooms..

It was updated and the room was clean. Great for the price! Didn’t realize it was all exterior rooms, that’s on me. Walkways slippery in the rain, but overall, a decent, affordable spot for a quick stay.

It was quiet

The front desk person said that the truck for their supplies was late. That seems strange to me.

Breakfast could be better. Just toast & cereal plus some small fruit offerings

Which tired me out and made me late too. The event that I came all the way out of town to get to

Everything was great except there was no statement saying 50.00 deposit. Only if you had pets. Did not expect that.

Location was quiet and clean. Staff was friendly and I would definitely stay here again.

Clean and great customer service. My family and I stayed for the weekend. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean and organized. The bathroom was very clean and there was a cute flower design on our bathroom tissue. Nice touch. We had plenty of bath towels, hand and wash clothes. Our AC kept us cool and our mini fridge kept our drinks ice cold which was perfect relief from the Summer heat! Our garbage cans never overflowed. They were quickly emptied when placed outside of the room. I’ve stayed at other Quality Inn’s and this one was the best by far. Thank you for making our stay comfortable!

Great spot! Fully renovated rooms and great location! Perfect for extended stays!

All in all a good stay. Room 229 toilet is right up against the tub and toilet paper holder other side of bathroom. Couldn’t even sit properly on toilet and stepping over and around toilet to get into shower. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Older hotel with older hotel issues.

Room was very clean. Staff was great.

The reason for the average rating is there's something missing in the picture's on there websit the y don't really SHOW YOU that the DOORS on the first floor OPEN RIGHT INTO THE parking lot so you hear car and radios and people. Now don't get me wrong I know that some people don't really like that , but you still hear the noise of business. Other than that it was quite

Walked in, no one at the counter. Finally the attendant shows up. Is rude, demanding. Not answering questions and I can hear her tv show in the background. Get in the room and 20minutes later fire alarms are going off. Terrible.

Clean room. Strange microwave that both warms up & freezes. Didn't try it, but thought it was bonkers.

I chose this hotel based on many great reviews. Upon arrival they could not find my reservation for 20 minutes. I was then informed they canceled my reservation because I didn’t show up yet. Front desk worker was rude and seem untrained, but my room was finally assigned. It was absolutely filthy, sticky all over, and toilet had not been cleaned. Will never stay here again.

A-ok

We could have asked for a different room I guess but we were on the go. The front office said we could just keep using the machine for the night to help eliminate any odors. We got back late and the smell had reduced considerably. I would stay here again.

This was a solo trip to visit family for my grandsons 13th birthday. The room was clean and comfortable and served my needs well during my trip. Bed was comfy and smelled clean.

It was an excellent stay, the hotel was recently remodeled so the facility was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. My room was cleaned daily, which is a hard find post-COVID. No problems at all.

The door needs better weather stripping as there was a substantial gap between the door and the frame. Not only did this allow cold air in the room, but we were able to hear the loud late arrival of other guests at 11:30pm.

The staff was very helpful

The Breakfast buffet was not replenished with fruit or yogurt after Day 2 of our stay. The motel had no "do not disturb" door hangers. Neighborhood generally noisy; with rolling trashing cans adding to the din. Did not come close to the "Quality" in the name.

To get to the stairs and then continue to walk further to the far right or left from the stairs… just a pain. No convince with that. Check in was a lot longer then it should have been - we had to wait over 10 min before they even started ours. Only 1 person in front of us and they never even acknowledged us at all.
