The hotel was very clean and well maintained, the gentleman at the check in was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Overall we had an excellent experience

However, when we returned home, we found we were duplicate charged for the stay. I had already paid for the stay through Travelocity. And then there was a duplicate charge on my credit card that took hours of my time to correct. I called the hotel to advise them of the error. They said to contact Travelocity. I called Travelocity, they said to contact the hotel. Around & around. I finally had to threaten to have the charge disputed via my credit card AND post reviews on social media before anyone would assist me. After hours of my time, I finally received the credit. I encourage EVERYONE to closely check their credit card charges for errors such as this.

The staff were amazing. Round the clock they were kind and attentive to our needs. The breakfast was solid and complimentary. Most of the facilities were solid as well. The whole experience was a bit of a disappointment overall. The room had trash from the previous guests on the floor, the bedding smelled and felt like it had not been washed, and there were bugs in our room. (A palmetto bug was on my s/o’s night stand when we woke up from a nap) The area was awful.. there were homeless people fighting in the parking lot, people lingering around vehicles, walking up and down the parking lot with bags. We felt pretty unsafe the entire time.

I was shocked to get a mid week stay for less than 50 dollars. I was not expecting such quality and cleanliness at this rate. It was the nicest room I’ve stayed in while traveling. I might have to come and stay longer next year at the same time.. I was beginning to think quality hotels were a thing of the past til I found this gem in Ashville

Everything was clean and up to date. One complaint I have is that there was no “ grab bar” or safety bar for getting in and out of the tub/shower. That was dangerous. Everything else was great.

I could not talk to Booking.com the AI asked for a pin after I gave the confirmation number and I never talked to a agent. Booking has the World's Worst Automated System. I actually didnt like anything because the hotel promoted a Jacuzzi and did not have 1. Terrible experience. The room was dirty I had to switch rooms Twice and I couldn't get a refund. And I had travel protection.. i still have not received the refunded from the day I didnt use.

We liked the clean rooms, large bathrooms, towels, comfy beds, great shower. We didn’t use the indoor pool but saw that the hot tub was roped off and unusable to guests. Breakfast was pretty good for people on the go. Rooms had nice furniture, comfortable. Nice size TV. Downtown Asheville only 5 minutes away by car. Lots of restaurants in area too. We didn’t use the see several homeless people hanging around near hotel by the road and nearby buildings.

If you are looking for an overnight stay during a road trip, La Quinta is perfect. Very affordable, clean and friendly. We had a one night stay and it met our needs!

My husband and i stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and it was great!

The hotel was very clean and well maintained. Close to several restaurant options. Short distance to downtown but if you’re not wanting to drive and park downtown it was easy and budget friendly to get an Uber. The only negative was the close proximity of a homeless shelter but that said just be mindful of your surroundings.

Not the hotel's fault but we had a power outage that lasted over six hours of our stay which made life difficult.

The room was very clean and the property was well maintained. I went down to breakfast too late, but the servers still let me in to get drinks. Parking was free and convenient and the hotel was very close to Biltmore Estate, which we had come to visit.

I will say that the staff and amenities of the hotel are just as good as they were in the past. The only negative about the property is the drive area to get in and out to the street. It is an elevated hump to drive over in and out of the street and a hard turn to get into the hotel. It’s better to go in and out the waffle House entrance I will stay here again when I’m in Asheville

Breakfast wssnt great. Not a lot of options to make up for the very running eggs. Hit tub was why I chose it here yet that was out of commission and it had been for quite some time according to staff.

The hotel maintained a high standard of cleanliness, and the swimming pool facilities were well-maintained. The breakfast offered was both fresh and served hot.

Breakfast buffet was good. Hotel next door to downtown shelter, not a good first impression, but the hotel itself was safe and gave easy access to downtown areas. Parked in the back of the hotel and it was safe.

This was not the easiest motel to find, but very good stay. The room, & especially the bathroom, was very clean. We had a shower with grab bars. They were well placed & easy to use. Breakfast was very good, better than the standard fare. All in all, a good stay.

Very friendly staff and clean room; we were on ground level where there was parking at our window. We were not able to close the draperies. There was a thin curtain between the draperies & window but still felt this did not give enough privacy.

Your GPS will likely take you to the property next door, La Quinta should put a bigger sign at the street. Our room & likely the entire hotel, was recently renovated. Breakfast was outstanding. Hot tub was still under construction. Location is excellent, several restaurants within 1 mile & Biltmore (our trip) was 15 minutes away.

This hotel, as with many or most that I stay in, does NOT have a TV channel guide. So, you have to check a Menus function on one of the channels, and the channels there typically do NOT match what is on the screen. I would want a sheet of paper, for example, in each room that lets you you what is on 63-2, or 54-3, etc. As usual, I spend 10-20 minutes each evening going through channels one by one attempting to find what I want.

9 am. I forgot to ask the time for breakfast and staff didn’t inform us so we missed it☹️

An alarm went off twice in my room in the middle of the night. I later found out that this was a known issue with the AC unit and that it happened regularly. All staff were very helpful in dealing with the problem when it happened, but it still sucked.

The maid came to us at check out day 15 min befor 11 and began to knock like crazy. Then she came twice more which was very annoying. I never had in a place of this level maid to come at all and disturb me. Then she roll her huge cleaning cart to our door the way we had difficulty to move out our cart with luggage. She just stood there, interrupting me and even had a nerve to ask is everything ok. I told her it could be ok if she d be not that annoying. I LL never to stay in this net anymore. They dont care about customers. I travel much and never met this treatment. On the way out I complained to Receptionist about the maid and she wrote it in her computer or pretended she did They NEVER apologized

The breakfast room was always clean and food included scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, toast, bagels and muffins. Due to set back location and our room on the back of hotel, it was extremely quiet. All staff was accommodating. Walking distance to Whole Foods and many chain restaurants.

I enjoy stay this hotel. I was little disappointed that the hot tub next to swimming pool is no longer usable.

BUT everything else was outstanding - starting with the staff - each one was top-notch in every way, the motel was clean and comfortable and spacious... We all would stay there again in a heartbeat!

This hotel was newly remodeled in early 2026. It is in excellent condition! Brand new beds and furnishings. The only thing that I would change is to add a grab bar in every bathtub. The tub floor is higher than the floor. This is a hazard! Staff was friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was thorough. And you can’t beat the rate, especially for the location.

Excellent hotel!!! Very clean, cozy, and updated in every way, from the rooms, hallways, elevator, and lobby. Only one thing to be aware of. It does say “Downtown” in the name, so we booked it thinking it was walkable to the DT area. It’s not and requires a ride to get to DT. Other than that, great hotel, highly recommend!

The breakfast was HORRIBLE! The coffee was really though. Thankfully there is a Waffle House within feet from the hotel.

Breakfast was horrible. Rotten fruit and runny eggs. Also, while I was checked in, but outside of the room. They began carpet cleaning like no one was in the room, additionally they left the door open and unlocked. The staff didn't take our concerns to heart. When we were explaining the situation, the manager kept smirking and dismissing our claim. Besides that the room was standard.

We had an excellent experience at this location. Every member of staff we met was incredibly kind and helpful. The room was clean. The breakfast was great. There are a lot of homeless in the area and sometimes the parking lot seemed a little unsafe. I’m not sure what could be done to help with this, but we were approached in the parking lot and there was a homeless man laying on the hill outside of our window. Overall though a great stay, I just don’t think we will be returning to Asheville anytime soon.

This is a really clean facility. Staff is very nice . It’s in a great location, walking distance to several restaurants and easy to get in and out of the facility. There is a waffle house right next-door. There is a Wingstop, a Longhorn steakhouse and a red lobster within walking distance a local favorite the cornerstone I would consider also in walking distance at about half a mile.

The hotel itself was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and I had a pleasant stay indoors. However, the surrounding area felt somewhat unsafe. I noticed a number of homeless individuals nearby, and a few appeared to be under the influence of substances, which made the environment uncomfortable, especially during evening hours.

Personal preference here, but the beds were too hard for my wife and my liking. The (PTAC) air conditioner was uncomfortably noisy. There was an unknown odor that wasn’t particularly strong and not really a big deal - but worth noting. The breakfast was not notable but what you’d expect. Overall an average stay. 8.5 of 10

Ok let me start with the location is actually about 10mins away from uptown which is good , I stayed with my wife and my youngest child opted for a double queen bed and the room was quite clean no complaints whatsoever from my part , the breakfast was not bad as well balanced at least , there’s literally a Waffle House at walking distance which attracts all types of customers for those who knows what I’m talking about besides that I had an outstanding stay .

Hot tub was not working

Upon arrival we checked into room 316. Upon entering the room, we found a very large roach on the wall in the bathroom. We went back to the front desk and asked for another room, which they were glad to accommodate us. All went well until at around 6 AM. A sensor on the air conditioner began loudly beeping. It continued beeping until we departed the room. We told the front desk about it, and there was never any apology. They simply said they would take care of it.

Staff was great. Both James and Felicity said there was nothing they could do. I had to go through Expedia since I booked through them. Problems: Hot tub in pictures has not worked in over a year since the hurricane hit area. Problem 2: My room had an adjoining door to another room, not what I booked. I requested a different room as the adjoining door was wonky and lock loose. I did not feel safe. They could not accommodate me. That night the couple staying in the adjoining room had a knock down, drag our screaming fight at 2 am-2:30am. I was frightened to leave the room. I had tried calling the hotel earlier in the day and their phones were not working. I could not call. I was genuinely scared to make a sound or get up. Apparently the Asheville police were called and made an arrest, but I did not find this out until the next morning. I was still shaking the next morning and went down once again the front desk. They could not do anything for me being the room was booked through Expedia. The hotel is currently switching names. The outside of hotel had La Quinta on it. Although the room was remodeled very nicely, I had a horrible experience.

Room was clean, staff friendly and continental breakfast was good. However, the hotel was extremely hard to find as the signage all said La Quinta, would have been helpful to know that beforehand. Also had to print documents for a class I was attending and the "business center" printet was offline and the staff was unable to fix or offer a different solution. Had to find a place open to print (10 minute drive) and had to pay.

I was impressed with the breakfast. It was large with a good variety. The room was nice and clean. My main thing was the hot tub and fitness center out of order. I was looking forward to both of those. Also, I was not aware of the name change to La Quinta, so I had a hard time locating it at first. Other than that, it was a good stay.

If I wanted to be woken up at 730am I would have set an alarm. They had extensive construction and I wouldn't have booked this hotel if I had been informed about it by staff. They claimed there was a note on the elevator but it said light fixtures there was extensive construction on the roof. If you are having work done you should mention it on booking, at check in and shouldn't have work starting before 10am

There was no notation on hotels.com or the hotel website that stated they were under construction and in the process of rebranding the property. There were large boxes standing in the lobby and main hallway to the guest elevators. There were no Bell carts in the 4 days during my stay. Every time I asked they said they were in use. The hotel gym was unavailable to guest as the room was filled with boxes. Again, nothing noted on hotels.com or the website stating that the gym would be unavailable. The room itself was fine. Poor craftsmanship in the details of the renovation. Location to downtown Asheville is perfect. However, the area seemed a little sketchy. Tons of other properties and restaurants in close proximity

They literally called our room the first 4 days at like 8:30am asking about room service and then came and knocked on our door with the do not disturb sign on the door. The gym wasn’t open ( a reason I chose there ) and there was constant banging and slamming all hours of the morning. I work for a living, this was a vacation and I wasn’t impressed. And when I brought this to their attention after I booked that hotel about three months in advance, so everything was super expensive around me they basically didn’t care. I may never mentioned a word about the place being completely under construction.

Room was good. Staff was very nice and polite. The hotel was under renovation but it didn't affect our stay. It was not noisy. I only had 1 issue with the hotel...hot tub not working. Another review back in Nov'25 said it was broke then and I was hoping it was fixed. It was not. The pool was fine but a little heavy on the Chlorine. The next issue I had was not the hotel's fault...its a local issue. There was a homeless shelter almost next door on the hill and there was a lot of homeless walking the streets and in the shops and yes begging for $. I was traveling by myself the first 2 days and didn't feel comfortable really going to eat or shopping. I waited till my family joined me to go anywhere. Even then, my husband was uncomfortable or uneasy at eating establishments due to the homeless coming in or hanging around doors. (We felt very bad for these people. It was obvious mental health issues were there and they needed help.) We ended up not shopping in the area and went across town top eat and shop. No problems there.

This was the single worst hotel experience ive ever had. Check in went great. The night went smoothly. We were put into a room on the 5th floor which made us happy because nobody would be stomping around above us. Well to our surprise at 7:30am the extremely loud banging noises sound like they’re coming from all around us. We then narrowed down its coming from above us but how. We call the front desk to ask. Turns out they’re doing roof repairs and we were told that they cannot control that. What?? You booked rooms on the 5th floor knowing this was scheduled. We were offered to change rooms but as checkout was only a couple hours away we left. I will be complaining to corporate. And i never leave reviews or make a fuss. This was simply unacceptable.

Construction noises started early in the morning well before check out, loud banging, drilling etc. Ammenities like hot tub and gym were unusable/ under construction. Don’t stay here while they’re doing construction unless you’re not planning to be in your room past 7am or use any of the amenities. 0/5

Every night it smelled like weed. It was so strong we could smell it by the room door, bathroom, and hallways. When having kids, including a 7 month old, was not a good experience.

The hotel is nice, in the process of being remodeled. Courteous staff and the room was very clean. The TV wasn't the best. No info on the channels so you had to go back and forth with the guide. Also no input button, so couldn't stream something from your own device.

The room was very clean. The only thing I would do different-signs were posted on the doors about snow-ice being possible. No sign notifying guests to the fact that the back electronic doors are locked at 6pm. Went to dinner, parked in the back lot, but could not get in. Other than that, it was a very pleasant stay

Also, the fitness center was closed as there was brown paper covered on the glass of the fitness center door. The complimentary hot breakfast was very good and there was a lot to choose from.

Toilet didnt flush so front desk gave me a plunger in a bag filled with human waste. Then with the state in a state of emergency we decided to move hotels for convience. However, front desk wouldnt give us any give on time. Sobwe eaited in the car for our other check in

Was told by the hotel to tell Expedia to change THEIR listing as it wasn’t the hotel’s responsibility to advertise for a third party vendor that none of the amenities are currently available. The hot tub (as advertised) is out of order, the gym (as advertised) out of order, and the elevator (as IMPLIED) is out of order. Don’t waste the energy and money staying here go to one of the other hotels within a 2 min radius.

Clean room and staff

I have stayed at radisson hotels all over the world. The guest elevator was unavailable, and was told there were no other elevators (how did the maids get their carts to all the floors?). I had to drag a heavy bag for 4 flights of stairs. They would not give me late checkout for one extra hour. The carpet in the room was stained and filthy. Breakfast was lousy. It’s obvious that radisson doesn’t really give a damn about its guests anymore. The hotel is near a homeless shelter where a lot of nighttime drug activity has been reported. I will be staying with other chains going forward.

There was constant construction inside and outside the building which impacted some amenities. Neighbors were talking loud at night and someone’s fire alarm went off at 4:30am, which was very disrupting and made me feel unsafe. The provided toiletries were very small and barely accommodated my two night stay. The staff was very kind in their services and my room was kept clean, but otherwise not pleased overall.

Breakfast was boring! We stayed for 5 days, and the breakfast choices only alternated between two different types of eggs every other day, accompanied by sausage and biscuits every day. The healthiest choice was a sugar- laden yogurt, there wasn't any Greek yogurt choice. The only fruit available was bananas. The room was very comfortable with an extra room with a couch, chair, desk, and TV. The bed and pillow choices were comfortable. The room was clean every day with fresh towels and toiletres as needed. I did feel that there was an odor in the room when you first entered that smelled like garlic for some reason. The front desk personnel were always polite, friendly, and knowledgeable about tourism information. We enjoyed the fireplace and chairs in the lobby during evening times.

Absolutely the best value in Asheville. Clean safe nice ... minutes away to downtown. But dont walk. There are many drug rehab facilities near by and a lot of homeless. Gauntlet of pan handlers and transient. Unfortunately that describes most of Asheville.

The room was tidy and everything was in great shape. We stayed on the 5th floor and it was quiet and calm despite the hotel being nearly full. The staff at check in was friendly and helpful. The pool was clean and warm. We did wish the hot tub had been in operation, but the pool was great on its own.

The entire hotel smelled fresh and clean. The room was perfect (king suite) and equally clean. My wife and I frequent Asheville and have stayed here multiple times and we will continue to do so. And, it is located within a mile or less of many great Asheville places to visit.

The room was very comfortable and really clean. The air didn't have a rattle and the black out curtains worked to perfection. The parking lot was very small and there is no signage on the road. I had to just take a leap of faith and follow my google maps and turn right at the Waffle House. The hotel is in back and to the left of the restaurant. The front desk attendant said it 'used' to work so maybe there was one and one time. Traveling as a single female I am a little hyper vigilant and the area was crawling with homeless and what looked to me as drug users or folks with a lot of phycological problems (yelling at the air and walking, type of issues). I always felt safe inside the facility though, so don't let that deter your stay here.

Breakfast options were good and all dishes hot.We were a bit dissapointed the fitness center was closed for painting...wondered why that was being done on the weekend when the hotel was obviously full of guests. Im sure we'll return soon as this hotel is the best in the Tunnel road area.

I would like to see this hotel pay more attention to older clients over 70. The hotel does not supply rubber stoppers for the tub if the client wants to take a bath versus a shower. Also, the client, forced to take a shower has to stand in a tub that has a slippery surface with no rubber mat. The ideal would be to also provide hand bars but I understand the expense. At minimum there should be stoppers and a rubber mat for safety. Everything else was lovely.

I had two queen beds both were HORRIBLE. I felt like I was sleeping on the box spring. I asked if I could change rooms but was told they were full. After checking online there seemed to be several rooms available. I The room was clean. The morning buffet was good. I checked out the first night after 3-4 hours of sleep in a chair. I went to the Holiday Inn across the street. Much nicer for $15 more a night.

The hotel itself was clean and well decorated. The beds in the room that my wife and I stayed in were very comfortable. The hotel location has easy access to the expressway, but the area seems somewhat rundown with individuals loitering on the street asking for money. The breakfasts were fairly standard hotel breakfasts with the biscuits being the highlight. The cleaning staff was friendly but started daily room cleaning at 8 am which tended to delay elevator access. Overall, I'd stay in this hotel again when travelling through the area but I'm not sure that I'd stay here for a multi-day trip to visit the Asheville area.

Parking was free, bur cramped in the front. The place was clean as a whistle and there was 24 hr desk staff. The walls of our room were thin and the neighbors were very loud (I typically do not care) but a call down to the desk took care of that within 5 minutes or less. I have no idea what they said to them, but thanks!! The breakfast area was cramped and there wasn't a lot of food choices. Coffee cups were about 4oz's. All in all, it was a sketch area, but we felt safe and comfortable. Good bed too!

We had a nice experience at your hotel. the breakfast was very good. The lady in the breakfast area was very accommodating. She kept the place clean and the food kept on coming. The moment someone left the table she would come and pick up if anything was left and clean the table. I like ice coffee in the morning so I asked her if there was any ice. She said ice was only on the ice machines found in the hotel floors but that she would get it for me. Within minutes she came in with a bucket of ice. We stayed there 4 days and she had the same positive and friendly behavior every day. KUDOS TO Her!!!!!! I failed to get her name.

I went to check in after an 11.5 hour drive at 11pm. They inform me that they do not take Sofi cards because it is an electronic bank. That is the only bank and card I have. The manager said their system could not read a Sofi card. My 18 year old daughter was with me so we were going to use her credit card and they told me no because she is not old enough in North Carolina to book a room. I reiterated that I am her mom and can give them my ID and my daughter's and obviously she is not checking in without a parent and the front desk manager still said no, they would not take that either. Then she tells me that any hotel around them would be the same. Exhausted, I'm about to burst into tears. I look up a hotel down the street and called them. I told them I had a Sofi card and he could not understand why any hotel wouldn't take that and booked my room with no trouble and it was actually half the price for the stay. As we are leaving Country Inn, there was literally a drug deal happening in the parking lot but here is the kicker...I got home and Country Inn and Suites charged me for that first night ...on my Sofi card

While the area is not easily walkable, it is a short and easy car ride to downtown. The hotel itself has been recently remodeled, but the bathrooms are a tad rundown and require deep cleaning. Otherwise, the stay offered exactly what we needed: comfortable and roomy accommodation.

We went there excited to use their hot tub. Unfortunately, the hot tub had been broken for weeks. They had us call Expedia. It took 10 minutes but we were able to cancel our reservation and we were not charged any money. I appreciate the hotel’s flexibility. James the Front Desk Clerk made sure that my stay was great. Anything that I requested, he made sure that I had. My Mom visited me at the hotel and had to do some work on the computer in the lobby. James made sure that she had the information that she needed to get online and get connected to the site that she needed to get on to get her work done. I also left my card at the hotel, and James called me and told me that the housekeeping staff had found it. I am not from NC, so I told him to shred the card; and I would just get a new one.

Always like coming to Comfort Inn and suites. You know what you’re getting ahead of time. The BED was super comfortable. How close by there’s a bunch of homeless people that go to the waffle house next-door, so I wouldn’t be going out a lot at night walking.

did'nt like location hotel down in a hole and hard to see entrance

The hotel staff came to the room at 7am both days of my stay to wake me up stating that they like to get the guests out early so they can start to clean the rooms. The maid came into the room while I was in the shower as well. They have construction crews all over the hotel and they have illegal migrants living in the property. I was assaulted and harassed in the parking lot by homeless drug addicted criminals and I asked for the manager so I can cancel my stay and leave I was told there is no manager and if I don’t like the hotel they can make me leave.

Tv is hard locked to cable with no way to switch inputs. Door of the room was jammed when we got to the property.

We wanted a reasonably priced hotel that didn’t have the ick factor. You know, where you feel gross just staying there. That’s becoming harder and harder to find, but this place did a great job. Our room was clean and serviced daily, and everything functioned as needed. And the breakfast was pretty decent compared to many of the free breakfast areas. I’d definitely stay here again.

This facility is on the final stages of a re-image. Everything was like new. The staff was very friendly and informative. I ask a couple questions about local entertainment and restaurants. I received some very good feedback. The room was very clean and well organized.I enjoyed my stay it was very comfortable and it’s in a nice area in my opinion.

I would like to say the overall stay at the property was okay. The staff was very nice. The breakfast was really good. The property was very clean on the inside. I was very disappointed that there was no indication or information on the site that they were still under some reconstruction and that the fire pit was not currently in operation and the patio was not currently available because that is the reason that I chose this property for my birthday weekend. I also want to highlight that the bed was a little bit on the firm side, so it did cause me to have a backache after my first night of sleep. But overall, the staff was great. The food was great and everything was clean.

This location is currently being renovated. Would give it a better rating after the work is completed. But for this trip, a little above average is about as good as I can give it. I will consider it on the next trip so worth looking at. The price was good.

Met our needs but was under renovation and spa/hot tub was not available. Staff was good and friendly and breakfast was included and that was good too.

Our bed was not comfortable at all. It was very hard. I normally don’t like the pillows at hotels and bring my own but not this time. Our tub had some black marks in the no slip molded bottom so we stood on a hand towel when we showered. We didn’t let these minor items disrupt of anniversary trip. We enjoyed our time in Asheville. We have stayed at a lot of hotels over the years & we continue as we are sports parents.

Our room did not have working air conditioning. They didn’t have any other rooms to move us too, and we couldn’t get a refund due to booking through hotels.com. I do not recommend them at all.

Very clean

The hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff were friendly and professional. It was everything you want when you stay in a hotel.

I was happy with everything!

Hotel and rooms were very clean and staff was friendly but the mattress was extremely uncomfortable felt all the springs and there were positional dips on both sides of both beds and no supportive pillows of any kind! Also there were people working directly outside our window on scaffolding until 5pm both days we were there including Saturday so difficult to relax in the afternoon! Also our room was noisy at night, not from other visitors but some kind of background noise that sounded to me like a laundry going all night (like dryers tumbling and buzzers going off) although I really don’t know what caused the sounds! Did not sleep much either night!

Enjoyed staying very much.

The inside of the property was great, it was very clean, well designed and well taken care of. Breakfast was plentiful, but there were no “clean” options for eating. Outside the hotel was disappointing and the reason we won’t be back. Homeless people walking through the parking lot, staying on the hill beside the building, it was not very comfortable.

The room was clean and the staff were friendly and accommodating. It was easy to navigate from the hotel to everywhere we wanted to go.

Very clean and quiet place! The people who work at this hotel are nice and kind! We were very pleased to stay in this place! Just one piece of advice- be prepared to look for a parking space if you stay in town after 10-11 pm. The parking lot will be full.

The rooms were clean and the staff excellent. However, the jacuzzi was boarded up as there is construction going on at this hotel. The pool was very small so it was impossible to go the evening that I arrived as several guests were already in the pool.

The property was conveniently located near everything we wanted to visit. The daily breakfast helped get us ready for the day, although I'd recommend the local coffee shop over the hotel coffee, personally. The indoor pool was a great way to start or end the day. Overall the staff and property were well worth the charges and helped provide for a great visit.

Our room overlooked the parking lot. The light from the adjoining parking lot shone through our window all night. The sheer panels didn't keep the light out and the room stationery room darkening curtains were so the side of the sheers and could not cover the sheers.

The location of the property was not the greatest. The area looked run down and sketchy.

Very clean hotel with the most friendly staff! Beds were comfortable, bathroom was immaculately clean. It was a perfect stay for one night on our way to Savannah, GA. Breakfast was very good and the area was so clean! Would definitely stay here again. Also, just minutes away from downtown Asheville for shopping and food and the Biltmore Estate. Highly recommend!

I really like the saffs at the front desk are very welcoming, helpful and friendly especially the lady who works in the morning. I’m not sure her name is Anna or not . But she is very nice & very kind.
