We truly enjoyed our stay! The staff was amazing and kind and the location was perfect for activities! Unfortunately the pillows were a little too soft for out comfort but that could be more of a preference. There were some cigarette burns in the carpet near the bathroom but aside from that the room was clean and very spacious!

This was near many restaurants. The check in was fast and Clerk was very nice and professional. The sofa mattress was very uncomfortable Everything else was absolutely wonderful!. We'll be back

the bed was not comfortable , it seemed like the spring were broken and it sank, very bad sleeping. Also, the thermostat was not working and the staff tried to fix it but it needed an experienced air conditioning expert or an electrician... no ad for our stay ....

The Hotel is in a really good location. There is a lot of things around you to do, if you don't want to drive you can walk. The mall is about 1 mile away and several restaurants are really close. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The rooms were very roomy. The breakfast had a lot of variety. Enjoyed our stay would go back to this location.

Everything well maintained

The staff was great, too. The only bit of feedback is to better light the commode and bathtub room (brighter bulbs), add a shower curtain liner (no matter how hard we tried the thin fabric shower curtain allowed water to puddle outside of the bathtub), and add a light fixture in the bathtub/shower. With the curtain closed, you have to leave the door open to allow light to come into the room. We were very pleased with our stay!

The staff is friendly, helpful, and attentive. The breakfast is ok. My room was very comfortable and clean. There are good restaurants very close- also junk food spots. There is a large grocery store that is only a 5 minute walk. Uber is expensive from here because it’s a fair ways away from downtown.

Great central location to everything in Asheville. Friendly staff, clean, quiet. Huge room. Breakfast had a good variety. Some days seemed to have limited parking if you arrived after 9 p.m. Parking lot was very full. The area has some homeless wandering the street but everything is locked down so it wasn't an issue.

Very clean room. Suite was spacious for our family of 6. Had everything we needed for the night. Pool was fun. Breakfast was ok. Check in went smoothly. Ample parking and great location. Plenty to do in the area and many dinner options.

It’s a very nice hotel in a nice and convenient part of town. A few minutes from downtown with all the vibrant artisan shops and attractions. 20 minutes from Biltmore Estates, which is incredible. The indoor pool and hot tub made for a relaxing evening. Free breakfast in the morning to get your day started. Pleasant staff. Cleanliness throughout. Would definitely stay here again.

As a repeat guest, I was very disappointed with my stay two days ago. The room I was assigned had visibly dirty carpets and smelled strongly of dog urine. I contacted the hotel to express my concerns, as this experience did not meet acceptable cleanliness standards. The staff was amazing. Management of the cleanliness of rooms needs attention.

Nathan and the cleaning staff were exceptional. This was our first time in Asheville and this was the perfect location and hotel. It is so clean, comfortable, and close to everything. The hot tub and indoor pool were a huge hit with my teenagers and 6yr old. Thank you to Homewood Suites for making our stay the most amazing experience.

The room was clean , the indoor pool was nice and filled with towels , the area felt safe , they stacked the room with snacks and then refilled them the next night , they were very accommodating and pleasant , check in was fast and it’s in an area that’s right around everything and convenient to the highway .

The room was exceptionally clean and perfectly set up for a family of six. Breakfast was amazing with different options each day. The breakfast crew kept everything well stocked and clean. The pool was a good temp and the hot tub was great! The staff were all so very friendly and cheerful. It was the best hotel experience we've ever had.

We had a fantastic stay. This was perfect for a little get away for me and my three daughters. Everyone at the hotel was friendly. The pool was great for entertainment at the end of the day. The hotel has towels right by the pool so you don’t have to worry about packing your own. The breakfast was amazing. Best hotel breakfast I have ever had. Breakfast meats switched daily as did some of the pastries. Having the fixings for breakfast burritos was a first for us on a hotel buffet. Charissa at the front desk helped us decide on a hike. We went to Dupont State Park and did the Triple Falls trail. It was beautiful and adventurous. The kids loved climbing on the rocks and seeing the waterfalls up close. The hotel was close to the other things we wanted to do in the area. We went downtown to do the chocolate factory tour and bought some local souvenirs at Asheville Emporium. Super cool that they support local artists. My 8 year old loves the 3D printed dragon she got. We were told a local dad makes them for the shop. Highly recommend Pack’s Tavern for dinner. Family friendly with delicious food. Wish we had more time to spend in this area. I highly recommend the hotel and the area. You won’t be disappointed.

Love the texting, reminding us if we needed anything and for and during our stay. Had a small problem with the noise above our room the first night, but that was taken care of love the hotel, extremely convenient and very nice and clean.

I absolutely loved the staff! I especially appreciated KB who was working the breakfast/food area. I thought she was so amazing and friendly. She worked so hard to accommodate anything we needed. She is such an asset, and I just want to praise her for her service to everyone!

The property was not elegant as other Homewoods, half the equipment were out of service, the hot breakfast food was cold, I had to use microwave, the street where the hotel is had alot homeless.

The room was clean and the water flow in the shower was amazing. The staff was considerate and thoughtful of our privacy. The breakfast was ok, nothing special.

Our room was very spacious clean and bed comfortable. There were plenty of shops and restaurants near by. The hotel was pet friendly but very quiet never heard any barking or anything. The staff was also very nice and polite I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to vacation in Asheville NC

The room was extremely clean!!! Thats a huge positive! However, the air conditioning vents are located in the ceiling…. And blast cold air on your face. I have had Bells Palsy….. caused by have fans /air blowing too hard on your face! We had to cut our stay short because of that. I am grateful to the staff for allowing us to do that without a penalty. Now for the worst thing….. the breakfast buffet is a joke!!!!! Not a darn thing is made fresh….. sure they scrambled up the liquid eggs, that tasted like plastic. The “scones” were were so crumbled up, I had to ask the attendant what the heck it was supposed to be. And the “ potato pancakes…. That was funny it was a cold has brown! No fresh waffles nor the ability to make one, nor pancakes. A break buffet is one of my “must-haves” when making hotel reservations. For the price it cost to stay in a “HILTON”…. And little freshness would have been nice. A bowl of black and brown bananas was available if you like your bananas like that

The room had an overwhelming odd smell that I commented on and they just sprayed over with an immense amount of febreeze.

Hotel provided shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion. Good shower. Quiet room, comfortable bed with extra pillows and blankets. Great breakfast of scrambled egg tortillas with plenty of optional extras. Oatmeal, fruit, yogurt, breads, juice. Helpful and friendly staff.

Perfect location for our trip to Ashville

Because of Tropical Storm Debbie we stayed an additional 4 nights instead of proceeding to Hilton Head. We were very pleased with the kitchenette and separate bedroom amenity which made our stay very comfortable. Even our small dog Stormy was happy with the accommodations. My wife especially loved the candy, chips, and beverages replaced every day……LOL.. Would definitely stay again without hesitation.

Negatives - the hospitality night (Wed) is a nice touch but warm beer and awful wine makes it less so. Breakfast also was edible but not great. Overall, a nice experience.

This hotel was perfect for us. The room was well designed for comfort and convenience. It had plenty of drawer and other storage space and we liked the design of the bathroom with the vanity in a separate space from the toilet and shower. The staff could not have been any more pleasant and helpful even offering us water for our trip home when we checked out.

Our stay was great. Our only issue was that housekeeping services didn't start till 9am which meant that we didn't have access to towels and kitchen accessories, etc.till 9:00 am which was a little inconvenient. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay!

It's hard to know when booking out of state how close to everything you'll be. This was a great location easy to get around town but so quiet never heard a bit of traffic. Charissa at check in was so friendly and accomodating. She deserves a raise because she's great at making you feel you're at home!

Great stop for the night. Easy check in with digital key. Immaculate room, comfortable bed. Workout room with a peloton bike and treadmills so we could workout before getting back on the road. Would definitely stay here again!

Clean, updated hotel only about a mile and a half from downtown Asheville. The pillows are the only complaint I have. I asked for a firm pillow and they sent up another super soft feather pillow identical to the others in the room. Everything else was great.

We really enjoyed our stay. Normally, we dont like hanging out in our room because it isn’t comfortable to sit in the bed. Since we had a living room we loved being able to watch college basketball in our room instead of having to find a bar. They were very personable the whole time and if we asked for anything, they had it to us quick. One of our best stays we’ve had anywhere!

The first time I stayed here, the lady on duty was very welcoming and very friendly. Which is why I chose to stay here again. However, the second time around was not so great. The entire staff was complete opposite. Made me felt like I was a burden. The tone in every answer was very condescending. The room was still nice though. The next time I choose the place will have to be in non peak season. If I pay little then I will expect little.

I was so pleased with this wonderful Hotel. It was convenient to downtown, restaurants, shopping, etc.. It was very clean and pet friendly. Loved the amenities such as indoor pool and jacuzzi. Loved the cleanliness of the room. Bonus is that the bedroom has a ceiling fan in it (I’m a hot sleeper)! Breakfast was great! Staff at check in gave restaurant recommendations and was soooooo sweet! Will definitely come back

They definitely did not like that I used Hotels.com to book. They made that clear checking in. She referenced it 4x like I had the plague. The room is fine. Nothing fancy, not overly clean. I was disappointed overall. I would stay elsewhere moving forward in 24. I come to Asheville every other month for work. They are better options for sure.

Overall great experience. Staff was friendly. Side door around back was a bit difficult to navigate with luggage cart but not a major issue. Rooms were clean though it was odd to see dishes in the dishwasher. Breakfast was good but would have liked a bit more variety.

Always enjoy this hotel. Very clean, beds comfortable, breakfast good by hotel standards. Only issue was that the room got hot and very dry at night and we both woke up with headaches which went away after some fresh air.

Beautiful location with mountain view. Stay included snacks, soda, water in room. Room clean and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast leaves a bit to be desired. "Hot" breakfast? No sternos on under chafers to keep any of the food warm much less hot. (I worked in food service 8 years and have never seen this) Turkey sausage was still pink in the middle. Stick with cereal, bagels and prepackaged yogurts.

We spent a week at this Homewood Suites during Thanksgiving. The place was relatively full for the holiday weekend, but service and attitude of staff were still EXCELLENT. The room was cleaned every other day per their policy. They had a nice reception on Wednesday featuring a light dinner of soup and salad and a free glass of wine or beer. Staff were always eager to help us. The free breakfast was also nice. Talisa, Karen, Leda, and Blanca made us feel like family. We will DEFINITELY stay there again.
