Easy easy easy. Close to 26, Starbucks, gas & restaurants. Safe. Clean. Good enough!

The hotel and room were very nice. The only issue was that housekeeping didn’t make sure the refrigerator was clean of the previous tenant food. I just threw it away, not a biggie. One last thing, there was not a vent in the bathroom ,so If you like hot showers like me , you probably need to crack the door. But most of all , my family really enjoyed the stay. One more thing , there were restaurants and , movie theater, shops , you can walk to !!!

Love this hotel!

Beautiful, clean and new looking. Also enjoyed the inhouse restaurant and close by choices. Free covered parking garage was also a great feature.

The location was near other restaurants and not far from hiking and other activities. Though it is 30 min in traffic to downtown. Closer to shopping has some good stores near by. Easy drive to NC arboretum and Pisgah forest hikes. The sofa and duvet were not cleaned properly after the previous check out. The fire alarm went off twice at 1 am and 2am in the morning and the entire hotel was rushed out which turned out to be a false alarm. The staff on duty said it happens when it rains but no apologies tendered .AC in the room was loud and may need cleaning.

Very comfortable suite, pool and facilities were great, food was good. Overall a very nice stay.

The alarm at the hotel started sounding after midnight. We had to evacuate the building only to find out that it was a censor in one of the vents that messes up, and sounds the alarm every time it rains. We were told this by the staff. We were also told that management was aware of it, and had been trying to get it fixed, but no luck yet. This should be a safety hazard. We wanted to see what was being done about the inconvenience. Only if you inquired about it would they then tell you that your breakfast is on them. Well, when I booked my stay I went ahead, and paid for my breakfast as well. I told the staff this, and asked were they going to refund me for the breakfast. She said that they would have to contact me later about it. Then, my room was supposed to be a river or town view. It wasn't. I had a perfect view of the highway. Also, our toilet became clogged that morning, and we notified staff, but since we were checking out that morning they weren't concerned about it. So, we had to go until 11 am using the main lobby bathroom. For the brand and price of this hotel I most definitely wasn't expecting this. Very disappointing.

Friendly staff and great location. The view was not what we paid for. However, we only stayed one night so it didn't really bother us.

The Hilton was centrally located to Asheville & surrounding areas. There were good restaurants & shops in walking distance as well. The restaurant within the Hilton was excellent too.

The location was really perfect for us. We have a new house in the area but no furniture and needed to get to know the area. This hotel was perfectly placed in Biltmore Park. Super area with tons of restaurants and shops. The hotel is expensive... takes advantage of the location.

The breakfast and dinner was amazing. The staff was fantastic wonderful location with them, walking distance of shops and restaurants. Love the indoor pool and Jacuzzi. Parking was a little tough, but that was the area nothing to do with the hotel

Breakfast was delicious, and the pool and hot tub were very relaxing! 5 stars all around. My only complaint is that there was not a microwave

Staff were attentive and friendly. Property was clean, and room - king suite was spacious. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely choose this property again when we’re in town.

We had a dinner and two breakfasts at the hotel restaurant and all three meals were excellent! Our room was comfortable and clean, guest staff was accommodating and kind, and parking was easy and safe.

It was a good location a lot of food within walking distance, the area is very busy, but it’s not very loud. Our room was on the backside toward the interstate and did not hear a lot of car noise either. The staff that I interacted with was very friendly and seemed genuinely interested in helping if we had questions. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Parking to check-in is kind of tight, and it might’ve been a “me problem”, but finding the elevator to the hotel was pretty tough from the parking garage. The water pressure in my room was not very good, not sure about the rest of the hotel, but was unimpressed with that.

Loved the suite in this hotel. So worth the extra cost. Hotel is close to shopping, restaurants and access to the interstate to all of Asheville.

Amazing staff!!!! Went above and beyond to first move me to a quieter room and second to ensure they did everything they could to help recover my delayed bag from United.

Love this property. Always well kept, clean, with great breakfast spot. Staff were wonderful, Joshua went above and beyond helping to link my Honors number to the reservation. Great shopping and restaurants as well as movie theater within easy walk.

The breakfast was very good, the gym and pool were a little small. Room was clean, but there was no mention of a welcome gift. Staff was friendly, but seemed to be lack of enthusiasm.

Our stay was exceptional!! It was a birthday get away for my husband and I- Dana at the front desk was so friendly and upgraded our room and bought my husband a birthday beverage. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and large portions. I highly recommend going to Posanas across the street for dinner during your stay!

We celebrated our anniversary there last year out of necessity due to cold weather. We went back again this year because we had such a wonderful time. Walking distance to spa, restaurants, shopping and movie theatre. Need to update the charging facilities for electronic gadgets in the rooms.

I liked everything about my stay, the only thing that was missing in my room was a microwave. I didn't enjoy the view out of my room.

I’ve stayed at this Hilton several times and they never disappoint. It is right in the middle of great shopping and dining as well as theater. Close to the airport as well. The facility is clean, the staff friendly and the amenities very nice. Will stay again in about a month!

Parking garage was odd. There was not a direct elevator that we could find from the parking garage to the hotel. We constantly had to take an elevator to the garage level and get off that elevator and get on another elevator to go up to where we were parked.

Fabulous all hours

I call specifically about perfumes in the hotel. I was told no perfumes. I called the day before about the room not having perfumes. Arrived and the whole 1st floor smelled not a little but a lot of perfume. Worst I ha e run into. The room had perfumed soaps which made the room bad. I did not appreciate not being told when I called to ask. Would not stay again.

Room small. Bathroom really small. Inside Car Parking good but no direction signs from parking to Hotel through lifts and tunnel.. Dining Staff Excellent. But would NOT stay there again.

Everything was clean and spacious. Room had a small fridge and coffee maker, although there was a coffee bar (free) set up in the lobby every morning. Quiet. Walking distance to a number of eateries and other business establishments in the area, including a movie theater. Great little restaurant attached to the hotel - Fork Lore. Free parking. Would definitely stay there again.

Great hotel! I was in NC for a short trip and loved my stay here. It was clean, comfortable and close to the down town area and Biltmore Estate, which is definitely worth checking out.

We stayed here overnight and it happened to be my son's birthday. Staff was very helpful with restaurant recommendations and perks. Really made my son feel special and loved. Enjoyed being able to walk to a restaurant, take in a movie, and have a quiet night of rest. Will definitely stay here again!

Room 201 the pipes in the wall were banging very loudly anytime anyone put the water on. Made sleeping impossible. Made two reports to the front desk.

No hot water for the first day and a half at my day and they offered no compensation or anything for the inconvenience

2nd floor - end room - room got hot with no heat on even though was 40’s outside.

Excellent hotel in a super convenient location - easy access to I26 and lots of good shopping and dining within walking distance. Hotel is well maintained and staff is very friendly. Two negatives to this otherwise outstanding hotel: regular internet is very slow and gym is too small.

Talked with manager Dana about the efforts that Hilton as a corporation and the local management at this location made in supporting their staff , visitors and the people of the surrounding area in the wake of Hurricane Helene. I was so happy to the caring spirit that was exercised in taking care of their workers to make sure they were safe and needs met. How they supported the Duke Energy workers that came in the the aftermath of the storm to restore power in Asheville and the surrounding area. An most importantly, how they supported of the people of the local communities who need a safe place to shelter and recover from the storm. The staff at the hotel is not trained to handle disaster recovery situations but they did their best to show compassion and support to the people of the area. Kudos to Dana and all of the staff at this Hilton for demonstrating the love and care that everyone needed during this horrible time. Thank you for being there for the community. I will make this location my first choice for any futire visits to this area!

We had a wonderful stay with our family. The only thing is, we did not recieve our points for Hilton Rewards. And we are traveling at the end of November and staying at another Hilton in Florida.

Great hotel in a great area. Everything you need was nearby. We stayed at this hotel twice traveling to and from our vacation destination. The hotel is beautiful inside and out. The mountain views were amazing. The restaurant had incredible food. I also loved that the hotel and the area in general is very pet friendly. The front desk staff were super helpful and very nice. I want to give a shout-out to Dana at the front desk. She was so welcoming and friendly. We really appreciated her assistance.

Everything about this hotel was wonderful, from the sweet girl that welcomed us, the comfy beds and great coffee and the nearby shopping and movie theater. There’s plenty to do right here or you can drive 9 minutes to the outlet. I’m already planning to come back again in a couple weeks.

Check in was seamless, the restaurant was very good, friendly and courteous staff including Jay, Robert, Claire and Andrew. Highly recommend this Hilton property.

The bed leaned toward the center, so that was not comfortable. There didn’t seem to be an easy way to get luggage inside. I did not see any staff helping people in or any carts to stack luggage on. We had to make several trips from the car to get it all in. I would have asked someone for help to find luggage carts, but I couldn’t find staff. They seemed to be very understaffed.

Great hotel - well located, well maintained and staff is very friendly and helpful. Only negative is that gym is quite small (one elliptical, one bike). They should expand into adjacent room and make that the weight room and add several cardio machines to original gym.

Close to everything food and staff was always super helpful when I had questions. Also if you have a Tesla shoercharging is right next to hotel. Movie theatre super close as well.
