Because of our schedule we did not have breakfast. But just viewing the dining area the breakfast items it appeared to be something we would have been ok with.. The location was near Biltmore Estates. It was easy to access off the highway. Parking was near the building. The staff was friendly and made a personal connection at check-in. The hotel was not damaged from the recent flooding in the Asheville area. The water pressure in the shower was non-existent. Due to time restraints in the morning, I was unable to report the issue to the management. However, I did let the hotel know about it, to which I received a reply which I considered rude.

The Hampton Inn was a perfect and convenient place to stay near the Biltmore House Estate. The staff was very friendly, our room was a nice suite, the hotel was very well maintained and appeared to have recently undergone a complete renovation. Also, the complimentary breakfast was delicious, offering lots of options. We definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Asheville.

Very clean hotel about 1/2 mile from the gate to the Biltmore. Staff was very nice, breakfast was also good to start the day. Close to Texas Roadhouse and Juicy Lucy’s which both have delicious food. Highly recommend all three. Of course, the Biltmore was amazing!!!!

Updates/ construction was taking place, but it wasn’t a problem

Such a great hotel! Staff were so friendly and helpful, breakfast was good (they wrapped the items individually to reduce contamination!), and the pool and gym were decent. The pool is small, but nice and warm. The gym is basic, but good enough. I went to a (MAHEC) conference next door and was able to walk there w/ no problem (just had to be careful of the blind curves). You can also walk to nearby restaurants. I would definitely stay here again w/o hesitation!

It was newly remodeled and very comfortable. The staff was so helpful and let us know about restaurants in the area. The breakfast was very good too! We’ll be back.

Nice spacious room, (king bed) air conditioning was great. Nice staff, arrived at 1:30 asked if we could check in and staff was very nice in allowing us to check in. Only thing I don’t like is that I booked with a third party and they would not give me the points on my account. Pool was closed which that was disappointing and a 4:40 a.m. wake up call from the garbage handler was annoying, since then I couldn’t get back to sleep and was leaving that day. Besides that enjoyed the trolley ride around Ashville and Biltmore, everyone was very helpful and nice.

Everything was excellent as my answers indicate except for one thing: the television in our room was to the left of me bed. So when watching while in bed, you had to turn your head at an angle. After a while it was very uncomfortable to watch with your head turned.

The workers were extremely kind and welcoming. My dogs thought they were rockstars going through the public areas of the hotel. Great location to stay to visit the Biltmore. Breakfast was good. They were doing a renovation and things were a bit dusty to be expected and the gym was closed because they were working inside of it. The front desk was funny about giving me two bottles of water but finally did. (The people checking in before me were handed a complimentary bag of two waters!) I had to ask twice for mine.

This hotel is excellent. When you walk in everything is super nice and updated. The rooms are super clean, updated, beds and pillows very comfortable and air conditioner works perfectly. They are still renovating but I never seen nor heard anyone. In fact you would never know it if it wasn’t for the staff saying so and one of the elevators being blocked off on first floor. All staff was very friendly. The breakfast was very nice, hot and tasted good. The floors and tables in breakfast area was clean as well. I can’t say enough about this place. I will certainly return when we come back to tour Belmont Estate house/ garden again.

This was a great property. Newly renovated and excellent. Right next to Biltmore. Still doing some renovation but it’s fine.

Easy yo find and literally within a mile of the gate of Biltmore Estate. The hotel was clean and nice and staff very friendly. Decent choice of breakfast items. Room was clean and comfortable. iticky items were towels were a bit stiff, not as soft as expected, and TP was an inferior quality expected at this price point. All in all a very good choice for a quiet and comfortable stay!

The property is under remodel which we knew about before arriving. Breakfast was limited and coffee not great but… hotel coffee. Convenient location for visiting the estate. Rooms were clean and staff was very friendly.

The staff is exceptionally friendly. My experience was not great, however. It was bad timing. They are renovating and updating the hotel. During most my stay, the TV was out since my room wasn't upgraded yet. The breakfast was also only so-so. The waffle bar options could be expanded.

The location was perfect too - 10 minutes to down town Asheville so we were able to check things out and have lunch and dinner with no problem. Breakfast was generous and there was a good variety, which we all appreciated. The pool was also very nice, and we all enjoyed that too. We all loved our stay and hope to be back again soon! Highly recommend!!

Hampton Inn we’ve found to be a solid, reliable, mid-range brand for travel. The breakfast area and room were clean, and the staff friendly. We’re glad we picked this hotel for our trip to Asheville.

They are doing nice updates, but the pool could use some updating. The room was updated, but you could see it was not finished well, with wires under the desk just taped in place and falling, with screws missing in the faceplates for switches.

Our room was clean but you could hear all the road noise on at night. The shampoo bottle in the shower was completely empty (not much of a problem as we used our own) but should probably be checked in between check ins. The breakfast options are average and if you are trying to sympathize heart healthy you will be a bit challenged. The staff were very kind, friendly and welcoming.

Booked room on expedia. Was dog friendly, but was charged 50$ on credit card when i got there. Asked at desk what 50$ was for, was for pet and was told 85$. Was never told of charge at booking. Hi price for small dog who stayed in crate and did all her business outside.

The hotel was clean and well maitained - it had the standard asterisks issues of a older hotel, a tile broken here and there wall scuffs in the hallways - Hotels app shows this hotel as exceptional, I think that is very generous rating, I would give it a very good rating

Great hotel to stay at when visiting Biltmore and the Asheville area. Close to everything and great facilities and staff!

It was a nice stay overall! Everything was clean and the staff were very nice. The only minor complaint I have is that the AC could have been a bit stronger in our room. We were a little toasty at night, even after setting it to 66 degrees.

Had a 5/5 stay until the last day. I left Two jackets behind. When I called and spoke with manager, there was a lot of back and forth, with some belittling from him; he swore there were no items in the room and insisted I do not drive back from the airport to look for the items. He could not even give me specifics on the process for the hotel mailing the items to me (if found later). I told Him I was coming regardless. While En route to the hotel, I receive a call from him stating my personal belongings were mysteriously found and waiting for me at the front desk…..

Breakfast could be better

Thisnhotel is a great stay for those visiting in the area for whatever reason. All the staff were polite and welcoming (I interacted with about 5 people during my stay). Very close to the Biltmore, there are quite a few different areas close for food and shopping as well. It is off a busier road in the area, however due to the positioning of the hotel and design of its landscaping it has a quieter "feel" to it. There were no safety issues and the hotel maintains security throughout the evening as well for patrons to have additional ease for thier safety. Doors also locked properly and sealed tightly. Bathroom amenities were standard hotel fare with basic white linens, hygiene items etc. Breakfast was stocked constantly during its scheduled time with fresh fruits, fresh fruit salad, juices, milk, omelets, wafdle maker etc. Staff ensured the dining area was also clean at all times as well and helping those staying with any issues that may happen. Indoor pool is smaller than others however it is also kept very clean without being overly saturated with chemicals and was nice to relax in when in use. Overall, this will be a place to keep on a list of hotels to stay at while visiting the area. The hotel does also work with the Hilton app that allowed me to check in and not worry about phsyical room keys.

The food options at the breakfast bar were good but limited and did not vary much from day to day. The beds were comfortable. The room was nice but got warm the first night and thermostat would not adjust down to cool the room. The pool was freezing.

Well maintained and managed, but the location on the main strip was not great being that there was a lot of emergency vehicle sirens throughout the night. Good parking and breakfast hall. Carpet needed cleaning.

overall, the visit was fine however, Internet access was very difficult and definitely cost me some stress.

The beds were comfortable. Shout out to Diana who us locate my daughter's cell phone when it fell under the seating at breakfast.

The room was clean and comfortable. At first, I was disappointed because I was in a queen bedroom and the bed was very soft and I have to have a firm bed. But I switched over to the other bed and luckily it was firm. Good overall

Pool needs to be larger. 8 person capacity for that large a hotel????

This is a very nice facility. Our room was very clean and the breakfast was delicious. I would recommend this hotel.. it’s very close to the Biltmore Estate and downtown Ashville

Friendly staff

The front desk and all the staff were exceptionally friendly and courteous throughout our stay. The rooms were among the most spacious we have ever stayed in. We had requested connecting rooms at the time of booking, and to our pleasant surprise, the hotel proactively assigned them the very next day and even followed up with a confirmation message. Their attention to detail and guest comfort truly stood out.

Staff was attentive. Breakfast was mediocre. Bar was open only Friday and Saturday evenings. We asked for additional towels when not delivered during housekeeping rounds-- they were placed on the hallway carpet outside the room door (I "assume" the carpet was sanitized before the towels were put down). Room was too crowed with the Cleopatra chaise lounge. too little drawer space and limp. threadbare bedding.

What a lovely stay for a quick Biltmore trip! We were traveling multiple family members and asked for nearby or even connecting rooms when we booked the rooms. The staff quickly replied that they didn't have connecting rooms for the type we reserved, but they made a note in their system to place us as close as possible. I was impressed with the upfront and timely communication. Once we arrived, check-in was easy and friendly. Our rooms were right next to each other, which made meeting up to leave for meals and the Biltmore super convenient. This property is close to the Biltmore and not far from some great local restaurants. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The shampoo and conditioner bottle dispensers were full and served our big family well! We always run out of shampoo on trips! Lighting in the room was well placed as were plugs and charger spots. The space was roomy and we had no issues using the pullout couches for sleeping. Breakfast was filling and the staff was warm and welcoming. Our kids enjoyed the small indoor pool and I appreciated the pool towel exchanges as we forgot to pack pool towels for the trip. Our family enjoyed our time in Asheville and we would totally return to this hotel on a future trip!

Great room and excellent breakfast. Only complaint is on check out morning, you couldn’t get an elevator because housekeeping was occupying them with carts. Hotel should wait until most guest have checked out to begin cleaning.

Staff was amazing

We had a lovely stay. Nice staff, clean, & rooms smelled fresh. Kids loved the pool! I loved the gym.

Everything was good about this hotel. The only improvement would be to be sure the shampoo and body wash bottles are filled.

Very convenient to Biltmore and downtown. AC worked but not if you like to sleep in a cold room.

The pool heater was out, so we were unable to use the pool. The tub in our room was completely stopped up, I had to shower with my feet on the sides of the tub. The bathroom had hair on the floor and dust all over. The tables at the breakfast area were never wiped and completely filthy. The elevators were pretty gross too. The bed was harder than a rock.

The ladies at the desk were EXCELLENT! Room was great, bathroom was excellent, all was very clean.

The hotel was clean and updated. The hotel was convenient for visiting the Biltmore.

We were very happy with this wonderful hotel in NC. It was near the Biltmore and very convenient. The price was remarkable and the accommodations excellent.

Great staff, great breakfast

Great experience from check-in to check-out. Great staff, very clean and probably the quietest hotel we have ever stayed in. A great stay.

We only spent two nights at the hotel. The hotel has a bar which is convenient. It also has a big indoor pool, but I got the impression from other customers that the water was not heated. There are two elevators and traffic is relatively heavy. It seems to attract families. Lots of kids. Breakfast was nice with good variety of food. We did not find towels in thr bathroom, but were able to pick them up in the frost desk. Next to the front desk there is a small store with snacks and drinks (important when with kids). Staff is friendly.

This is a beautiful property the staff were super friendly and it was very clean in ALL areas…not just the room. Two “annoyances”, the elevators are very, very slow and the hotel wasn’t that busy. If you need to get downstairs, leave early and we had a family on our hall that allowed their children to run up and down like they were in a track meet and screamed the whole time. That’s on the parents but the hotel needs rules that need to be followed…by everyone. Not enough for me to rate lower but, as I said, annoying.

We loved the whole stay from checking in to out lobby was clean and smelled great. Room was clean comfortable and quiet and we didn’t have breakfast but it looked great !!! Close to everything will stay gain for sure when we come back
