The hotel was very clean and surprisingly quite. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good. The fitness room has nice equipment with 2 televisions. The pool was clean and hotel provided towels. Towels were also provided in the fitness room. I really don't have any complaints.

Walls are thin I could hear the person upstairs all night walking around. The pool stays open till 11 it’s indoors all you hear was kids screaming. Called front desk guy says it’s almost 11 I’ll get them out of there. Probably around 1120 it stopped. Property was nice room was nice just had those few complaints. I would recommend you stay on the top floor and nowhere near the pool.

This place was easy to check into easy to check out of. The breakfast buffet was delicious. Very clean hotel at a good price.

Nice hotel. Clean and nice staff. However, the walls are paper thin! If anyone coughed, sneezed, talked, or worse on either side or above us, we could hear everything. Unfortunately, we had an individuals in the room next to us that loved to party late and sleep in late (through a loud alarm that rang for 30 minutes starting at a very early time). We asked to have our room changed but they were sold out of rooms. Can’t imagine we will be staying here again after two nearly sleepless nights.

The hotel building design was poorly considered as there is no sound proofing between floors. Not only could we hear talking in other rooms and activity in the hallways, but it also sounded like a herd of cattle were in the room above us. The running, jumping, booming, and stomping continued up until 11pm until I finally passed out from exhaustion. This would be a great stay for you if you remember to bring earplugs.

Convenient location. Good value. Very nice staff. Very clean. Newer place, yet no soft-close toilet lids! Bathroom ceiling light shines right onto both beds. Would be nice to have separate switches for ceiling and mirror lights. Our refrigerator was not working.

A little noisy in room, could hear people walking around in room above us. Right on busy road, so rooms on that side - lots of road noise.

The lady at the desk didn’t give me a option of what floor to be on but I came downstairs to get a drink and she offered it to others

Great stay. Extremely easy on off freeway. Close to everything. We ran out of hair conditioner and was replaced pronto. Also great breakfast with pancakes and eggs and bacon. Small offering of fruits. Finally really great gym for fitness buffs.

The staff here was really friendly and efficient. The continental breakfast was very tasty with an ample selection of food items. The room was extremely clean and the decor throughout the hotel was very modern/inviting. I loved everything about this hotel. No notes.

Great place for a quick stay. We came in late and had an easy check in. We forgot some items at the hotel and realized it days later. When I called they had it in lost and found and we were able to grab it on our way back home. Highly recommend!

The property was really nice and clean, and it was bright and cheerful! Staff were very nice! Breakfast was really good! Nice assortment of goodies!

Shower water pressure and noise from Hall. Room was quiet overall except for when people were passing in the hall and when I had a particularly heavy footed person upstairs.

Good location with a great rate for a quick one night stay. The chair in our room was really dirty, probably should have been taken out of service. Breakfast was ok, we grabbed a quick bite before departing which helped us get an early start on our travels.

The guy that was at the desk this morning I asked if he could bring my car to me because I was having a hard time walking and he went and got my car for my. It was greatly appreciated!

Breakfast was okay, wish there was a non pork breakfast meat option. The pool was insanely cold. Staff for the most part was kind but ran into a couple rude front desk workers.

The refrigerator's motor turned on and off every 5 minutes, and there was no possibility to disconnect the power. We were unable to sleep for hours!

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The lobby was very stylish and greeting. The carpet in the hallways was a very pleasant design and we loved the art work on the walls. The landscape on the property was beautiful with roses blooming and beautiful dog wood trees blooming also. Our room was roomy, very clean, beds was comfortable and the desk area was nice. I usually bring my own body wash, shampoo and conditioner to use. But they had citrus ones that smelled amazing and left us fresh, clean and moisturized. We had top floor on 5, which had a beautiful view of the trees. The free breakfast buffet was delicious and had something for everyone to choose from. Also served from 6am to 10 am and refilled up though those hours so there was always fresh food for everyone. They even had a beautiful aquarium in the breakfast area and plenty of seating. I was 100% satisfied with our stay and will definitely stay again next time we're up that way.

Property was clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. All the amenities I used were excellent. The only negative I had was while we were there was that the pool was closed for maintenance, but this was not an issue as we were there for the sites and were out all day.

Appreciated the modern updated furnishings. The bed was ok and room was clean. In our two bed room there weren’t plugs on some sides of the beds (for phone chargers) and no hangers or places to hang items in the room. The pool was a bit cold and the firepit was in the parking lot. Breakfast didn’t have many fresh options besides a couple pieces of fresh fruit. Overall, ok for the price but wouldn’t choose to stay here for longer stays.

From the moment we walk in to GLo Hotel, we were greeted by a very friendly and accommodating staff; we truly felt welcome. We were given information on local restaurants, the Biltmore Estate, and other attractions. Our room was extremely clean, the beds very comfortable, and the breakfast delicious. There really was not a thing we did not like.

Cons: The water pressure in the bathroom was terrible across the board: sink, toilet, shower. It was difficult to wash my face in the sink, and difficult to wash my hair in the shower. There were mold spots on the ceiling in the shower. The lamps by the bed are ridiculous — they hang low over the nightstand, so it’s inconvenient when trying to place things there. A water bottle is too tall for the low hanging lights. Seems strange to review about lights, but I’ve never seen that before. Workout room and pool are small, but clean.

Staff wise, there was a certain morning crew person on breakfast was a little rude, but she could have had a bad morning. There was also a very pleasant gentleman that offset this. Overall, I had a good stay and will be staying here again on my next trip.

I read other reviews before our stay, so I asked for a room on the back side of the hotel. Our room was quiet, very comfortable and nice. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Also the continental breakfast had a good variety of food and stayed stocked up and fresh when I went at 845am. A good stay, would go again!

That being said, after first night being there I made requests to be moved to the rear side facing room, that stuff was happy accommodate, which it made huge difference. The hotel itself was nice. Good breakfast options, clean, good location. But, there was a wind noise through the room the entire time that was annoying. Sounded like a window was open, but it wasn’t. It got louder with the bathroom fan on or when the door opened. I had read another review with the same issue so it seems to be throughout the hotel.

The room was clean available to check in before time assigned. The staff was very friendly and informative of what more the hotel offered. However the pool was closed for maintenance but you can’t do anything about that. Very great trip at a nice place. I will return to stay if I’m in the area.

The room was clean initially but housekeeping didn’t make up the beds or clean during our stay (3 nights) other than trash removal and towel removal and would only place 2 towels in the room each day for 3 people. Which isn’t a huge deal but after being out all day and evening it got annoying to keeping having to go ask for towels. Didn’t have swim towels clean. There was a banging in the wall/ceiling that happened off and on during the night and early morning that kept us up. Seemed to be something maybe in the plumbing of the room above us? Not sure. We were over awning where cars would pull up to unload so that would get loud. The walls are paper thin. You hear everything. Here for a family member in the hospital. Staff was helpful and flexible as I added nights to my stay. Clientele is mostly families, tourists so it's quiet and peaceful no obnoxious partiers. Very well kept

I have nothing but positives to say about this hotel. The rooms are modern, clean, spacious, and comfortable (including the beds). The location is perfect. You’re close to everything but far enough away to not hear tons of traffic. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The blow dryer messed up and within 10 mins, they brought me a new one. The indoor pool is decently warm, but it’s clean. My kids really enjoyed it. The free breakfast is icing on the cake. I promise if you book here, you won’t regret it. 10/10.

Clean and new looking hotel. Immediate area a little ehh looking but we felt safe. Rooms did seem a little smaller than typical but overall it was fine. It was very clean! Breakfast had a decent amount of choices too. I appreciate they had hot oatmeal, not just instant packets available, as well as some fresh fruit.

Room was very clean, check in was a breeze and front desk was pleasant. More than anything, the bed was super comfortable, slept soundly.

I love how clean everything was…after traveling all day, I was ready to take a shower and rest. I was able to do just that without any worries. Will definitely be my go to place to stay when I’m in the area!

There's only one small sink. Requested for extra lamp that appeared missing from the other side of the room but no available as claimed by front desk receptionist. Dark over the the other side of the room and over the microwave area. Very clean! Breakfast needs improvement! Receptionists are welcoming and accommodating except for one receptionist on that Friday morning when we checked out. Not friendly at all! Looks like she's having a bad day already that early of the day!!!

It can be difficult making a left out of property. Otherwise it has quick access to local main roads , interstate and Blue Ridge Parkway

House keepers could do better. Hair balls on the floor, stuff spattered on walls. Sticky night stand. Felt gross to sleep in. Luckily it was only one night. Beds did not feel like the cozy hotel bed you crave. Front desk was nice. Breakfast was average.

Stayed here with our 2 and 4 year old. The breakfast was great. Always a full hot breakfast item available. Kids loved it. The price was great for a nice, clean new hotel. We stayed 3 nights and explored Asheville and beyond. It was a great place to lay our heads. Enjoyed the pool multiple times. They even had a puddle jumper and life jackets for the little ones. Also loved the soap collection they use. The only downsides I can think of is that the rooms themselves are pretty small and parking is kind of tight but we have a large SUV. Neither of those things would sway my overall opinion. Would recommend.

The property is very nice and clean, i would stay again in this hotel. Only bad thing is the noise from traffic. I was assigned to a room facing the street, so i could.hear so many noises during the night. Oher than that, I highly recommended this hotel, is very convenient too.

I like our room, did not like not having an ice machine in our floor,did not like that we could hear everything from the rooms next to us and everything in the hallway.

I always stayed at Glo and Fairfield due to business when my husband works in NC we traveled for the night, all the past times had been great but this one, check in was quick and nice but the minute I open the door I was hit in the face with a strong smell like dirty head, as always I inspected the beds and everything, one pillow had a long hair, I grabbed it and throw it out but when I look at the decorative pillow it was full of small black hair and the other one with dirt, I went to the reception and told Olivia about it, hotel was full but she called manager and got me switch but I couldn’t sleep well I was affected already with my allergies from cleaning the other room, I always carry Clorox and Lysol

Check in by Olive was quick and efficient. The hotel and our room were both clean and well decorated. We used the gym, and it was also clean and well maintained. Bed, pillows, and bedding were comfortable. Good location for exploring Asheville and the Biltmore House. Five to ten minutes to everything we wanted to do, but not in the busy downtown area. Excellent price for the middle of the week.

The room was clean, the shower and water pressure were excellent. The hotel is on a busy road and had lot of traffic noise. Our room faced the street. The main issue was the blackout shade did not close - had 8 inch gap. The staff did make multiple attempts to fix it. They offered another room but it was on first floor facing the road. We felt like the road noise would be worse. We were offered a discount. I should have done my homework about the location. My grandkids loved the pool. The hotel looks cool and has modern decor.

The stay was nice ! Breakfast is decent but could use another option other than pork for meat ! Overall beds were comfortable enough and the staff was nice ! Conveniently located with lots of stores close by .

TVs are old, with no streaming options that I could figure out. Rooms are small and stream lined. The breakfast was pretty good, and the breakfast times were excellent (it's frustrating when you're on vacation and changing time zones, but still have to be down for breakfast by 9 - but theirs runs until at least 10am).

Really nice hotel, nice updated rooms. Quick check-in. Not much parking. Got the very last space at about 9:30 PM. We were on the 4th floor and it was noisy. The ice machine makes a racket. The neighboring room kept me up until 12:30 and had us up early. Worst night of sleep I’ve had in a long time. But the breakfast was really good.

Everything was wonderful from check in to check out. It was clean, we loved the amenities and the breakfast too.

We stayed one night as a stop over on a long drive with my husband and young son. We enjoyed the indoor pool with basketball hoop after checkout to let off some energy after the car ride. The room was clean and modern and breakfast was exactly what we needed to fuel up before setting out on the next wave of our road trip. I'd highly recommend this hotel.

I like these new boutique hotels. They have cool architecture and decor. Breakfast was the standard these days, but all was very tasty, some hotels are not. I liked the automatic pancake maker. Also K-cups in room had a good selection.

Overall, the property was ok. We had multiple hairs in sheets and towels, which were the biggest issue. Breakfast is what you would expect, and it was located close to the Biltmore Estate.

The room smelled like cigarette smoke, however the receptionist was very nice & switched my room. The room was noisy due to the mini fridge making a very loud humming noise. The cleanliness was average, not filthy not really clean. I would not stay at this hotel again.
