My second time staying there was noisy and uncomfortable I booked my fifteen days stay through booking.com, why did I got a call from the front desk saying that I owed the $500 and some dollars after a week stay. I went downstairs and let them know I have a receipt that says my hotel fees had already been paid. I asked to called booking, but they said no, that they only do weekly stay, being that my is an over a week that is why the call was made. I just ignored there excuse and went to work. Always hold on to your receipt and know what you paid for.

The accommodations were sufficient. They should be ashamed of what they call breakfast. Box of muffins, granola bars, and packages of grits. The stoves are old but functional. No accessible ice machine. Staff was very courteous.

Location The bed was uncomfortable. All the furniture and appliances were in bad to fair shape. The cleaning staff tried to get into my room before checkout. Someone had stuck a pen in the people of the door, and when my wife looked out at it in the middle of the night, she stuck herself in the eye. After the fact, the staff was not helpful.

Well never got to check in..Property waited until 7pm, 4 hours after 3pm check in to have front desk call and tell me the manager canceled my reservation for "personal.reasons" Not very professional at all and i am filing a complaint with hotel chain.
- 5/5
Love the kitchenette. All was quiet, clean and well attended.
- 5/5
Clean room. Polite staff
- 1/5
The room smelled of smoke the first night, when they cleared it out when I was out that day my second night was dealing with an above loud person all night. It was not the staffs fault, they did what they could. But for the price, it was honestly the worst experience I have had.
- 5/5
Great room, and very friendly staff!
- 3/5
Overall the room was okay. The refrigerator kept making some odd noises. If you need anything for the kitchen you have to ask at the front desk (no dishes, glasses, etc..).

The staff was very friendly, and that is where the positives end. As soon as my wife and I walked through the door to our room, the pungent smell of must blasted in our faces. We took our shoes off and quickly noticed that the bottoms of our socks were quickly blackened. I wiped a towel on the floor and it immediately turned black, as if I had just wiped it on charcoal. It was clear to us that this floor had never once been properly cleaned. Against our better judgment, we stayed the night. The next day, I woke up with food poisoning. I am not going to blame the hotel on this, but surely the moldy air flowing from the air conditioning did not help. After feeling miserable the rest of the day, and despite our Sisyphean efforts to rid the awful smell with air freshener, I decided we absolutely had to leave. We found another place to lodge, promptly left, and it was the best decision I made during the entire duration of our stay in Asheville.

Safe area for car.

The staff was very friendly outgoing n very attentive. The room is very clean just missing a hair dryer. If I had known there was no dryer I would have brought mine from home but other than that the room was great. I’d stay here again !!
- 4/5
The staff called before my stay to let me know the satellites were down so no tv but i was ok with that. They gave me a discount for it. It was clean except for the floor. My feet were black 5 minutes after walking around barefoot. I like the fact that it had a small kitchen if we were staying longer that would be nice. And they're pet friendly!
- 1/5
My room wasn't ready on time ..I had clean the room my self ...no Internet the whole time I was there ..I spent over 600 to stay ...not happy
- 2/5
Now- it’s two stars cuz of the room. The air conditioning was loud and we couldn’t sleep well, and you can hear upstairs! Very frustrating
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
Very clean and had what we needed for our stay. Front desk staff are all helpful and friendly. The location is super convenient to everything we wanted to do in Asheville for the week, and the best price I found.
- 5/5
The staff is wonderful!
- 5/5
The staff is really accommodating. My parents were already staying there for work and I was visiting. I asked if I could be close to the and ended up being right across the hall from them.
- 5/5
Very friendly staff, the other guests were just as friendly. Pet friendly motel small grab and go breakfast. Highly recommend this motel.

All is OK
- 5/5
Nice, basic, clean, affordable place to stay. There is plenty to get out and do in town, why would you need more?
- 2/5
Got $3000
- 5/5
No hairdryer in the room you have to ask for one
- 3/5
Overall well not be staying here again. The location is okay however its not very tourist friendly. The hotel staff was friendly enough. The room appeared clean but after some time it was apparent there was an ant problem. Several ants were coming in from somewhere - should invest in pesticides to reduce such a nasty experience.
- 3/5
Close to everything.
- 5/5
Very good customer service
- 1/5
I did NOT like the staff nasty ugly people. Had no problem taking my money & my key rewards & soon as i get to the property to check in hand my ID i get told "we do not rent to locals". Would NOT refund me did NOT even get a sorry. So i slept in my vehicle cuz i had NO more money
- 4/5
Very nice staff, i love it there
- 3/5
Pet friendly “Wow” I have a 15 pound Maltese and they allowed at a fee. I was going on the elevator and a person came out with two pits. Needless to say I had to quickly pick my little guy up. Not safe in any aspect.

Great property and price efficient!
- 5/5
All the people that work there are very friendly and professional
- 5/5
The customer service is out of this world! When I checked in, I asked Nicholas if there were any rooms available on the first floor. He communicated my request with housekeeping and they were able to provide a first floor room without hesitation. I will be returning to this area in October and will definitely stay at this location when I'm in town moving forward.
- 3/5
The room didn't look like the picture that was shown on the website
- 5/5
Good
- 2/5
did not feel safe or secure. bed was falling apart, A/C would not go below 76 degrees
- 3/5
Bed frame was very unstable. Then In the middle of the night, when I went into the bathroom, there were puddles on the floor. Went to shut the water off, but neither the sink nor the toilet were leaking. Had to use all my towels.
- 4/5
Parking lot is huge and free… only one run in with a homeless man and that’s because I went out to my car at 3 am to smoke and he was next door screaming. This hotel is 4 minutes from downtown Asheville and has over five food options, didn’t know the room comes with a full fridge and a stove and a sink or I might’ve brought more food!! Bed was definitely uncomfortable but thankfully the rest of the room made up for the bed being so hard
- 5/5
Cool ac Hot hot water Wifi/free on site parking Kitchenettes available Spacious
- 3/5
Room wasn’t clean and we never got the dishes and utensils we requested. They also double charged us for the room. The area around the property is abandoned and seems unsafe.
- 5/5
Excellent would stay there Shaina and again
- 3/5
Our stay was good room clean staff friendly The only complaint I have is when we checked in the lady double charged my credit card and still waiting on refund!
- 5/5
Great clean place to stay when I am in town for work. Very lovely staff.
- 4/5
Friendly staff. Clean room. Bed was a little stiff. Some neighbors were loud (no fault of the facility, of course). Would stay here again
- 1/5
The bed and pillow had stained all over. The breakfast was terrible
- 3/5
I’ve stayed at many Extended Stays- this is was by far the most outdated one I’ve seen.
- 4/5
The check-in was prolonged by technical issues. The Front desk folks were very apologetic and worked to correct the issue. The bed was not the best. The room was very clean and well enjoyed.
- 5/5
Clean & Friendly
- 4/5
It was an extended stay hotel with microwave, refrigerator, etc. However, there were no dishes or glasses. I would have appreciated knowing that in advance. The "breakfast" was very limited (muffins, Granola bars, coffee/tea.)
- 5/5
Excellent staff love Allison at the Front Desk and all the staff is amazing. Hotel kept clean! When so is broken they fix it right away didn’t even have to ask.
- 5/5
The staff was wonderful, room is clean. Couldn’t ask for more. Very satisfied
- 5/5
I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel it was very clean and the staff was amazing always greeting me and most of all gave me my room accommodations with walk in shower based on my profile. Thank you for a plea stay I came for work and I will stay here again.
- 3/5
I didn't feel like the parking lot was lit well enough with the homeless population in the area and the dark and vacant restaurant next door. The room smelled as if someone may have smoked in it previously and the bed was as hard as a rock. Aside from that the staff was lovely and it was quiet in the room.
- 2/5
Just because I live 35 miles away, why should I explain why my wife and I are staying at a hotel in Asheville. That is discrimination and should be illegal. I paid for the room, why do I have to explain myself.
- 4/5
Lady at check in was extremely helpful. After check in, I no longer reveived that service. The location and additional evening/morning employees made me very uncomfortable. There was no signage on the street. This seemed more like a shady apartment complex than an extended stay. When I checked out in the morning, a lady barely opened the managrment door, just a sliver & said can I help you. I told her I needed to give her my key. She said to just leave it on the counter & shut the door. Something is not right with this place. Will not be recommending EVER.
- 5/5
Very nice and polite front desk agent, he was extremely helpful and very efficient at his job.
- 5/5
Really nice staff at Check in Deborah Lynn and Jim really were nice and friendly.
- 5/5
It was a very cozy cute hotel..staff was super sweet and the area is beautiful.
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly, attentive and genuinely helpful. They went out of their way to help accommodate us traveling with our dog on short notice.
- 5/5
They have a complimentary breakfast in the morning as well. I definitely recommend. Thanks 👍

Convenient
- 4/5
Friendly staff, convenient, 3 day stay-we wanted a place with a kitchen. Clean, comfortable. At times a few sketchy guys hanging around. Skimpy grab and go breakfast. Lots of hotels around, might be willing to stay here again
- 5/5
The super kind lady at the desk late at night took great care of me, made me feel comfortable and it treated me like a friend. My room was perfect, super comfortable very clean.
- 5/5
Very friendly
- 5/5
Excellent staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Will stay again if ever in area for work.
- 4/5
During our 3-day stay the staff was friendly and helpful, always smiling and cheerful. The room was clean and in great condition with plenty of worktables and chairs, and a very comfortable bed. Even the recliner was comfortable! The hotel was very quiet despite being fairly busy. The only disappointment was the breakfast offering of pre-packaged granola bars and bear claws - really not a breakfast - but there were several restaurants nearby. Generally, a comfortable and convenient place to stay and a good value.
- 3/5
Location is ok. The room conditions are poor - sheets, kitchen …
- 4/5
We end up in a room with someone smoking but since we checked in at midnight there was no more available room. The next day the the staff are very helpful and moved us to smoke free room.
- 4/5
It was acceptable
- 5/5
Front desk was very nice and attentive upon our arrival. As we went out for the afternoon she spoke up as we were leaving to tell us to have fun. The room was clean. And believe it or not, they have good toilet paper, not the cheap thin stuff most places have.
- 1/5
No rooms
- 1/5
The hotel needs upgrading. The bed was uncomfortable. The bathroom tub faucet was not even attached to the wall. Early on I noticed a red flashing message light on the room's phone. I could not get it to shut off so called the front desk. He said he did not know how to make it stop flashing. He suggested that I unplug the phone, because I probably wasn't planning to use it anyway. I unplugged it. Then we had a need to call the front desk during the night because there was a dog barking in the room 2 doors away from us. It barked every couple minutes all night. When I reported this in the morning, the clerk said the owner of the dog works at night, so the dog was alone and there was nothing the clerk could have done about it anyway. Overall, this was a bad experience. I do not recommend this place.
- 5/5
No hair dryer Pillows were really uncomfortable No conditioner Oatmeal and coffee served but no milk offered Other than that it was really good and I’d stay again.
- 5/5
Very friendly staff, quiet and tucked away location with easy drive to downtown
- 5/5
Good accommodations for good value.
- 5/5
Fantastic! Front desk people were super!
- 3/5
Good but mattress and bedding terrible
- 5/5
Amazing front desk & service! Room was terrific! Central to Asheville! Loved it!
- 5/5
Our check in woman was friendly and extremely helpful.
- 5/5
I love this property! It was clean and conveniently located!
- 3/5
We love the location and the staff is very friendly and helpful. We have kids and dogs and they were very comfortable. My issue is that we smell weed while walking in the hallway. I also think that the kitchen should have a coffeemaker and appliances should be updated.
- 4/5
House keeping never came in my room the time of my stay. I was at the hotel for 3weeks front desk staff was very nice. The hotel was quite.
- 5/5
Not fancy but clean and nice and the staff was awesome! I'd stay there again in a heartbeat! It was perfect for my needs and they made me feel right at home. Great staff!
- 5/5
Jason at the front desk was very helpful Enjoyed my stay thoroughly
- 1/5
We went to check in and were told we couldn't stay due to my ID being local. We were not aware of this when we paid and it was too late to book anywhere else. We froze all night in the car.
- 3/5
I liked that it was close to restaurants and the Biltmore Estate, and parking was close by, however they did not have a remote control for the TV or anything in the kitchen for us to use including a coffee pot. We had to ask for everything even though I called the day before to confirm our room and the items for the kitchen...We had to pick up our towels and bag the used ones and bring them to the front desk and pick up cleans ones at the front as well. For the money we paid I expected a lot more than what we received. We won’t be using them again.
- 5/5
The staff was super friendly and helpful. COVID accommodations were in place so there were no extras or amenities, but it was decent for a no frills hotel stay. I’d stay here again if only for the great and friendly staff.
- 2/5
Masks were not worn by many guests and even the maintenance man!
- 3/5
Staff was very nice.
- 5/5
Customer service was amazing, very friendly and helpful in finding a local place to eat. No dishes or supplies in the kitchenette due to Covid. But informed me of this right away and offered to have them brought up if I needed anything.
- 3/5
Decent room. No breakfast because of Covid but that was mandated by the state. Don't agree with or like the extra charge for pets when advertise as pet friendly.
- 3/5
-The daily rate was far below the area competition. -Facility seem to be dated back to the 1970s. It really needs to be upgraded. -There was a musty smell in the room, even tough we kept the A/C running at 66 degrees. We are concerned that the room could be contaminated with mold.
- 2/5
There was trash left in the room by previous guests, under the kitchen counter, shampoo bottles left in the shower. I feel if you room had been cleaned thoroughly, these items would not have been left behind by the cleaning crew. The lobby had a funky smell.... not a CLEAN, disinfected smell, as did the upstairs hallway. I understand No breakfast because of Covid, but we payed a lot of money, especially for the weekend days. Only bad coffee was served in the lobby. Upon arrival, we asked for the 2 rooms to be on separate credit cards. Both credit cards were swiped, but the bill was put on the first credit card. Uh,,,,,, that’s not hard folks! The hotel was quiet and off the busy road, but I really only wanted to sleep and shower there and not spend extra time hanging out. The wet/dirty towels hung in the bathroom for 4 days until we checked out, along with the trash from the previous people.
- 2/5
I’m not a very picky traveler but this motel was gross. It was dirty, there were dead bugs and cigarette burn holes in one of the beds, and a car alarm was going off all night. Would not stay again.
- 4/5
Great location...Very clean and courteous staff. Beds were comfortable also. Just wish they had some compensation for not having free breakfast, pick up breakfast or coffee in the lobby as stated. I know Covid 19 has put a damper on things, but a coupon or some time of discount should have been applied to advertised amenities. Thanks!
- 5/5
Was perfect.Staff were very friendly and welcomed my dog Tucker!
- 5/5
It was very quiet and close to many restaurants. The parking lot was very big and safe.
- 5/5
Convenient and clean. Great location close to lots of things to do. Friendly staff and very courteous as well.
- 4/5
Overall a very nice stay, but I was disappointed that there was no breakfast or snack option, not even a prepackaged drink or breakfast bar/muffin option.
- 5/5
Excellent service and very clean room. The staff was very friendly.
- 3/5
Needs update, bigger beds. Change Cleaners, very bad smell
- 4/5
Good location and room space. Room did have musty smell to it, but overall was an enjoyable stay.
- 5/5
Clean property in secluded location, but not too far from downtown food places and activities.
- 1/5
vibes. Front desk lady was so lazy to come to the front and check me in. then started yelling at me. hahah cheap trashy motel
- 4/5
We made a reservation for 2 beds, one for my daughter and one for myself. There were no rooms left with 2 beds when we arrived so we were givennthe choice of 1 queen bedroom for less money or 2 rooms. We took the one queen, but really wanted 2 beds in the same room. Also wondering why there were no dishes or utensils in the room. I guess they are available on request. Sort of a hassle if you get in late. The kitchen area looked a little worn and could use some modernization. Other than that the stay was fine. Front desk personnel was helpful and tried to accomodate.
- 3/5
I did appreciate the convenience and location to downtown.
- 1/5
Front desk was helpful. I wasn’t the only guest displeased in the lobby
- 5/5
New renovations and much better staff than the last time. I will definitely come back.
- 4/5
I enjoyed my stay in Asheville, NC. I will stay again.
- 2/5
Plumbing issue occurred while staying there, and we were informed that no maintenance personnel were available.
- 4/5
The noisy ac/heating unit, More cable channels desired, however, my visit was overall peaceful and relaxing.
- 3/5
Flushed no fewer than 20 Stink Bugs. Greasy table, dirty coffee cup in trash(not emptied).
- 5/5
My girlfriend and I came to Asheville for New Years Eve and had a great stay! The value for this room is great! We were only 1.5 miles from downtown, which was an easy $7 Uber ride away, or a 30 min walk. The staff was really accomodating. I asked for an extra pillow and they delivered. The room was definitely dated and worn, but CLEAN! For the price, you cant beat it! Its no Ritz Carlton, but for $81 for New Years night, it was more than worth it! We will definitely stay again in the future! I highly recommend if you are visiting Asheville on a budget!
- 4/5
It was a good hotel the only thing we were unhappy was that the rooms smell like cigarette other than that we were very pleased with our stay.
- 1/5
The hotel was over booked and we didn’t have a room
