Nice a bit away from downtown.

A very nice hotel with cozy rooms and amazing view, located in downtown Aseville. Only 5-10 mins driving to tourists attractions, restaurants and shops.

Modern facility, overall look, parking garage, facility extras The breakfast very disappointing-it was processed food and not good. The parking fee was extra and not included. The sofa bed was uncomfortable. I stayed at the one in Ft. Smith, Arkansas which was excellent and it built my expectations for this one. Very disappointing. I have no plans to ever stay again.

Great location, very clean, comfortable room, and friendly staff. We loved being close to downtown Asheville. Nothing significant. Our stay was enjoyable and met our expectations.

The hotel was nice, clean with modern amenities. Room was very comfortable for 5adults. The continental breakfast wasn’t good. Many items were cold and tasteless.

Our room was just a few yards of I-240 on one side and Tunnel Road on the other side. The result was a very noisy room. Also, we were shocked at a pet charge of almost $150 for a three-night stay. We have never paid this much before, most hotels we have used are $15 to $25 per day with a maximum of $50 and up to $100 in one hotel. $50 daily is an outrageous amount to pay. We will not be staying here again.

The room was small but well-equipped with a small kitchenette area (coffeemaker, microwave, fridge, sink, some plates/cups and utensils provided). The second floor had a big common area where breakfast was served, which also had places to lounge at other times. There was also a roof terrace on the 7th floor. A free shuttle was provided on weekend nights to get back and forth from downtown Ashville, and the driver was great. The breakfast is a cut above the standard US business hotel (there was fresh fruit, a good yoghurt offering, juice) but the hot offerings were the standard dry scrambled eggs and mystery sausage pucks. There were some special items (e.g. pancakes, french toast, breakfast tostadas) out under warming lamps, but they weren't hot by the time we got to them, which was pretty early. My wife found our room to be too noisy with two busy roads nearby, but I slept fine.

It was clean and updated. No restaurant or bar in case you choose to stay in. Very limited parking. I parked outside in a neighboring lot and was charged $12 by the hotel for parking.

This hotels has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Between two busy roads but surprisingly quiet. The room was very nice so the many wires on the wall hanging from the wall mounted tv looked out of place.

There was nothing I did not like. Our stay was so enjoyable. We particularly loved the rooftop deck for viewing the sunset over the mountains. The filtered water in the room was a huge plus!

The overall look of the hotel is much better online, room was dirty, hair in sink, food in fridge, terrible pull out couch, very noisy hotel, couldn’t sleep from road noise

Love the place has great views, great breakfast and the staff is exceptional. Greeted well when I enter. In fact I’ve had several conversations with the guy at the desk( please forgive I’m bad with names) about a variety of topics. It’s like going to the barbershop 😂. Honestly it’s the only place I stay now when I come to ashville. Oh and the pool is heated all yr round. Great gym too

We've stayed in better Element locations. The one in Chattanooga has 5 star breakfast. This one needs better breakfast and the day staff needs to be more friendly and smile. Room was great. It had everything we needed.

Wonderful surprise was the 5-6:30 reception hour serving wine/beer/snacks. And the breakfast was tasty, great options, not like the typical boring tasteless one. Only gripe was the $12 per day parking charge. Didnt know about it until I reached. But all in all a superb hotel

The common spaces were open and inviting and the shuttle driver was very nice. The room might have had a nice view, but the power shade was broken so we couldn't enjoy it. The room had plenty of space for a family of four; however the beds were uncomfortable and the AC didn't seem to remove the humidity from the room. The wardrobe needs a rod installed to hang clothes and the bathroom sink could use a towel rack for the hand towel. Parking was easy and convenient.

We were in Asheville when the hurricane came through. The hotel lost power and water (like the rest of Asheville), but the hotel did whatever they could to accommodate. The Manager and staff was great. Thank you!

I really liked this hotel. It had a nice kitchenette which would be really great for a longer stay. My daughter and I only stayed one night but the beds were comfy and the view out of the window was really nice!

The property was clean, in a nice location, loved the covered parking spaces. Room was very spacious and the kitchenette was very nice. Staff was helpful and friendly and the free shuttle to downtown was wonderful (Bill, the driver was great). I would return to this property the next time we are in Asheville.

A few days after my stay I got a charge of $12 on the card. I called and the hotel explained it was for parking. What bothered me was that there was not upfront communication about what my card was used for. Otherwise I'd give this hotel a 4.5 or 5 stars.

Very nice property, smelled so clean! Staff was very kind and friendly. Only downfall would be the lack of towel hooks in the bathroom! With multiple people showering a day, there’s only one towel bar! Super frustrating with getting towels dry- tried to cut down on asking for more, but there was nowhere to hang multiple towels!

Element is a new addition to downtown Asheville and the competition for the consumer dollar is high in this area, so the prices are competitive. There is no restaurant although they offer a small breakfast buffet. Beds are comfortable and the room has enough space for a few days BUT and this is my big BUT, it is located directly alongside a 6-lane major highway that is heavily trafficked day and night. The noise level was quite high and after 1 night of no sleep, they accommodated me by moving my room, but even at the new location I realized the noise level would keep me awake again so I checked out before evening and returned home. Got a blessed 9 hours of sleep!!! If you are not bothered by noise- this is a very nice hotel within blocks of all activity in downtown.

Got a blessed 9 hours of sleep!!! If you are not bothered by noise- this is a very nice hotel within blocks of all activity in downtown.

Very clean and friendly, helpful staff. The room was beautiful and breakfast options were varied and very good. Rooftop deck had a great view, just wish that there was entertainment/fire pit/bar up there for use.

This day would’ve been OK. Had it not been for your morning staff. As we were getting ready to leave they were knocking on the door continuously. Service manager or somebody was pacing the hallways and rushing us out. We were just a few minutes past 11 however I was told by the staff earlier the day before that we may be a few minutes late getting out and they said that was OK. I will be asking for my money back as we left a Apple charging cord in the room. When we turned around to get it two minutes later, as staff was leaving the room, they said they couldn’t find it and it was already taken. They are not cheap. We did not appreciate the attitude of the cleaning staff. Unacceptable.

Hotel was easy to access and super convenient to downtown. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Room was clean and comfortable.

Our hotel stay was perfection. A clean, new and modern hotel with a ton of amenities and a wonderful room and bed. Indoor pool, cocktail hour drinks & snacks. Indoor and outdoor spaces. Breakfast, comfy Lounges and pet friendly!

We had an incredible trip. The entire staff was very friendly throughout our visit. Our room was clean and beautiful! We will be back to stay again in November!

The location was perfect and the property itself was very clean and nice to look at. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The weight room was nice and had everything I needed to get my workouts in. Also, one of the nicest seating areas for breakfast and evening wine and cheese tasting. Will definitely book again. 10 out of 10 in my book.

The rooms were big and spacious!! The kitchen was out of this world. There was even a dishwasher in the room, they had spoons and forks, anything you could want! I highly recommend this hotel.

Really nice place. All new. Bright common areas, good and free breakfast, nice size rooms. We really enjoyed our three days here.

The hotel is between the arts district (a 10 minute drive) and an area where there are lots of restaurants (a 5 minute drive). Also, we have a plug-in hybrid and loved being able to charge at the hotel. If we head back to Asheville, we will definitely stay at the Element again.

This was a great stay. It’s about a mile to get downtown, but the walk was safe and pretty. It was a rainy day, but they loaned us an umbrella (delightful surprise). It was obvious that the staff had excellent training - they were all very friendly and helpful. Didn’t love the wine or beer at the afternoon reception, but that could just be me. Breakfast was nice! Strongly recommend this place.

Great hotel walking distance from downtown. Fantastic staff, great amenities, pet-friendly, and a bargain for the price. Immaculately clean. Will stay here again.

Loved the huge window walls and the balcony on top to view the mountains and city!!! Very comfy and clean! Glass plates and lots of choice for breakfast!

Amazing facility. Very new and clean feeling. Second floor lounge area was so peaceful. Breakfast was well organized. Every single staff member was welcoming and kind. I would love to have the opportunity to stay here again!

Great location! Best rooftop views of Asheville and the Blue Ridge. Grab a drink and watch the sunset. Superb location and vibe. Breakfast was very good, well above the standard waffles and sugar laden cereals. There is a daily parking fee so be aware of that. Suites are large with stove and dishwasher. This is a great location to be at if visiting Asheville.

This place is excellent. The staff are amazing, the room was spotless, fresh and the beer and wine happy hour was a treat! The location is perfect for downtown activities, restaurants and shopping.

Booked our stay at this hotel for our first visit to Asheville, NC. The staff was very welcoming upon check in & even asked what our plans were for our weekend stay in Asheville. When we mentioned that we planned to visit the Biltmore estate we were provided a discount code & saved money! Parking is easy & quick, breakfast is included with a variety of light foods to get you started. Our room was clean upon arrival & we had no issues all 3 nights. I would recommend that you stay here 8/10✨

The hotel is on an island between two highways. It sounds like the Indy 500 in there--24/7. It was hard to sleep. In addition, staff who checked us in was rude and unwelcoming. Also, we had to pay $12.00 to park at the hotel. We weren't informed of the fee in advance.

Far enough from downtown which avoided all of the foot traffic and transients. Relatively quiet except for emergency and large vehicles. Corridors kept very clean and tidy. Breakfast was very mediocre, at least if you wanted anything hot. Cold options and coffee machine were great.

I love everything about the hotel, the views are beautiful and there are places to eat that are walkable too. The only issue I had was that any time after 8pm there’s no parking spaces available and I’d have to wait for someone to hopefully leave to park my car.

The staff was very attentive and friendly. It was very obvious they were trying to make dure were comfortable. Loved the modern clean look of the furniture.

Brand new property very nice comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were high-quality. We brought our dogs and they were very welcome. The staff was extremely nice and professional, and we had room darkeners, which was nice as well. There was a shuttle to take us into downtown.

But it might have been a unicorn as we read reviews of other Element hotels in the southeast U.S. cities, which were not so positive. This one’s a winner!

Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Great proximity to downtown Asheville. Lovely rooftop terrace with a view of the city. Plus they sell beer in their coolers:)

Very clean, friendly staff, standard room was well appointed with a fridge and microwave, even had a water filter in the sink for filtered tap water. Only downside was that it is $12 per night for parking, but it’s not listed on the hotel listing. Internet was pretty slow unless you paid for the upgrade at $5/day.

I enjoyed staying at an eco-friendly hotel. It was spotless, and the staff were pleasant.

I enjoyed the front desk staff and breakfast staff. But the maid staff kept on knocking in my door asking when i was checking out. I feel like that info should've been communicated to the maid staff so they could stop interrupting my peace. I felt safe in this hotel and i enjoyed the quiet atmosphere
