    Room was clean and well supplied. Bed was very comfortable. We had a difficult time locating the property at first. My husband eventually noticed the days inn sign in the hedge on our third drive by.

    Cozy and quiet Had reservations for 2 nights and the 1st morning we was there, employee did not knock and just barged in & said Check out is at 11, even though we was reserved and paid for TWO nights and it also was the same man that checked us in.. also a few hours later, once again no one knocked but a lady housekeeper just barged right on in ...     The location was good and the room was clean and cute. The pool was closed down and they didnt know when they'd be able.to open it. The pool was one of the top reasons we wanted to stay there and no one said anything about it being closed when we booked or checked in. Actually there was a sign in the front desk saying what the hours of operation were. When I expressed my disappointment to the staff there, there was no offer to remedy it in any way only.promises to speak with the owners by check out...Sadly nothing came of it then either. Will not ever stay at that location again.

    Breakfast was a not-quite continental offering, but not off of what I was expecting. It's a motel, so the air conditioner was a wall mounted unit, mine was off when I checked in close to midnight but seemed to come and do fine during the night. Staff were efficient. Overall, exactly was I was looking for as a place to crash between a party and going home.

    Very quiet area, friendly staff, and the room was nicer than expected and clean. Housekeeping came every day without me even requesting it, which was a nice touch. For the price, it’s definitely a good deal. My only complaint is the breakfast, it was just okay and didn’t include any protein.

    The room itself was clean, but the bathroom had mold on the ceiling, the shower curtain and the place where the bathtub faucet comes from the wall looked like it had mold. We stayed because we didn't notice the mold until the next morning. I wanted to leave but my traveling companion talked me into staying. I will never do that again and I will not book at Days Inn again. The breakfast was minimal.

    Overall easy check in and the accommodated my ask to be on the bottom floor. But i found something sticky on the floor after i got settled and called the front desk. Asked if someone could clean it up and he said cleaning staff had already left. He did offer me other room but i had already unpacked all my gear (was riding motorcycle) and didnt want to leave my room. Would def book agian but would have had 4 stars if not for the sticky spot about 2 feet long in the room.

    I showed up with two paid for rooms they guy at the front desk said he only had one reservation I showed him my receipts and reservation numbers for both rooms he looked at it and said he can’t find it in his computer and then did nothing.

    Beds are good. Mini fridge drawer handle is loose. The a/c is rusty but it works. The bathroom is also rusty around the door and spots in the ceiling. Front desk staff was attentive.

    Very musty/mold smell. Very dirty/stained carpets. Bathroom was being painted and you could tell they were painting over black mold. We chcked out another room and the smell was the same.

    Staff very unhelpful. Didn’t verify license numbers on vehicles, never at the desk, had to ring bell and still took forever to respond. Relatives had their belongings stolen from their room because staff let former people who stayed in the room claiming they "left" stuff, into the room. Police came, Days Inn staff defensive and unwilling to assist in any way. Worst hotel experience ever.

    It took 10 minutes for someone to show up at the counter. Note!.. i have all my little kids with me and it was late at night. There were spiders inside and moths flying around. Another man came in and told us he would not stay the night because the facilities were uncleaned. He showed horrid pictures of the condotion the room he was tonsat in was left in AND THEN ALLOWED SOMONE TO CHECK IN TO! We asked for a refund and left. We slept on my friends floor and were way better off. No way was I going to pay 450 dollars to stay there. Literally unfit and hazerdous!

    Arrived to find dirty soaks in dresser that made the room smell. Found bottles tops under the desk. Breakfast the waffles were partially cooked no milk for coffee. Went elsewhere for breakfast for the rest of my stay. Had to kill bugs every night in bathroom. Will not return to this place again.

    There were 4 different types of insects in the room during our stay. Cricket, centipede, beetle and spider. The whole room also felt... damp/sticky. This was room 105. I told them when I checked out but never got a reply or apology, and no longer expect one. It's cheaper than other places for a reason.

    Very good handicap accessible room. Parking in front of the door and wide ramps to the sidewalk were sloped well for a walker or wheelchair. From the room to the office for the breakfast was handicap accessible. The shower and bathroom was very large. Two double beds rather than a king would be nice, so the caretaker has their own bed.

    location had positive points such as new shower head ( not hand held) and working air conditioner, fresh exterior paint, the negatives such as the open doors displaying uncleaned rooms as we drove up the incline, lack of clean ADA reserved room, and housekeeper vacuuming at 9pm on a Wednesday night were noticeable. What was also apparent was the number of locals renting long term rentals standing on balcony watching us unload. Vibe sketchy. The cleanliness just minimum, surfaces cleaned, fridge clean, but it was obvious a deep clean had not been done in a very long time on the carpet. Wear clogs or slippers would be recommended, place luggage on ironing board. I would go so far as to advise franchisee to take up the current carpet and replace it with a linoleum wood pattern for easier sanitation. If a brand/chain audit was completed on room franchisee would lose brand- filthy carpet. The pool area had been freshly.painted with plenty of seating but the ADA handrail to pool steps came out of cement and was too loose for ADA safety and needs secured. The ice machine was out of ice. There are several real active cameras monitoring the property but the safety protocols for the camera room and front desk access were lax. The camera room back door was not only unlocked but open to the breezeway. We travel w our own security camera for our room while housekeeper came in the first morning she did not return to do the room the rest of our days so we had to ask for towels.

    The staff is unfriendly and the place is kind of run down. I was sent by text an option for late check out for an additional charge, which I selected, but we were rudely disturbed and run off at the usual check out time. We were told they were sold out, on a Sunday (believe me, they were not). Also one of our key cards didn’t work.

    The building was getting a new roof when I arrived. The room door needs weather stripping as I could see light around the door while it was closed. Probably no surprise when I found two bugs crawling around later that night. It was distracting to try and work during the day while the roofers were there, the rate should've been greatly reduced during this time. The pool was closed.

    Given that the area was devastated by Hurricane Helene, the hotel tried their utmost best to live up to their reputation. The service was excellent. And bottled water was provided as an assurance because of the boiled water order. My heart goes out to the city of Asheville for the past hardships, and the hardships they still face.

    It was only. The bed was comfortable but it all felt dirty. Carpet had a lot of stains. The room was had a strong smell of smoke. It was a nonsmoking room so this was a not okay. When we were checking out the room - housekeeping was smoking as she went in and out of rooms to clean. For the price I was very disappointed.

    For a Days Inn, I was very impressed with the way the property was taken care and of how clean the room was. The bed was very comfortable, which is hard to find these days. Front desk staff was friendly, but had trouble checking me in, more training may be useful.

Breakfast was about as expected, not a lot of choices but something to get the day started off. Front desk staff friendly and efficient. Would stay again for a quick visit to Asheville/UNC-A.

    The bedding and bathroom were very clean, and the staff is exceptionally nice and responsive. Those get a 5-star. This hotel is not downtown as advertised. Prepare to drive A LOT to and from the main Asheville attractions. The heat/air unit is old. We were unable to use the AC during an unseasonably warm spell. The carpeting is very stained and should be replaced. I like the trend of laminate flooring in hotels because it cleans up and endures a lot of wear and tear. The room was clean but smelled like wet towels. The free breakfast lacks protein. Please at least add yogurt.

    Very convenient for us to visit relatives. Lots of fresh air - we like rooms with a door to the outside. We were warmly welcomed.

    This hotel is clean quite place to stay... My only complaint is that my husband and I are traveling electrician's and the property doesn't allow microwave's in the room .... So that was inconvenient to have to keep eating out, which is expensive, or use the only allowed microwave which is in the office.... Other then that great place to stay

    Husband and I were just doing a weekend getaway. This actually was the nicest hotel we have stayed at in the four years we have been married and we’ve traveled a lot in that four years and stayed at a lot of hotels my only issue and it is a standard at hotels my husband is a big guy. He 6 ft 2. 250 pounds those little towels in the bathroom don’t dry a big person. Otherwise it was a great stay if we ever come back to that area that’s where we’ll stay.

    Carpet was stained very nasty. Bathtub felt like it was giving away on one side. Couldn't get the fan to run constantly. Our room was right beside the ice and soda machine. Very load all night. Could see day light through the crack in the door.

    Upon arrival there were two young ladies who were very friendly checked us in and I asked about how to get to Hot Springs and they gave us percise directions and told us there were like 2 restaurants out there we tried the Iron Horse Station food was great very very busy place. Would come back again beds were comfortable

    Remodeled older motor lodge. Rooms are very nice and very clean. Staff is excellent and extremely helpful. Definitely staying here again.

    ALL the staff we so helpful and pleasant! We even asked to bring in our carry out dinner to the dining area to eat and the owner encouraged us to help ourselves to the coffee, fruit, utensils etc. He recommended places to visit, eat and we had a lovely time. Ester and Emma were of particular help! This Wyndham should be the "poster child" for great customer service! Veronica Hennessy

    We found bed bugs on the bed, and on the pull out bed, I took pictures and showed them to the front desk, they moved us to another room, but at this point, who's really going to sleep😩

    The water was too cold to even take a shower. The room had a terrible smell when I first arrived and I had to air it out. The rear of the room was so dark you could barely see. The only vending machine was soda .. in a dark corner upstairs. There was no paper with descriptions of services .. WIFI number, location of ice machine , how to contact front desk etc . Though I planned to leave early no info on check out times . No information on the time the continental breakfast started. I would have had to go downstairs and walk around the corner to get to the front desk. Worst was when I asked for directions to the horse farm the girl at the front desk smiled said she was familiar and lots of farms 5 minutes away and gave directions to the road .. She said it was about 5 minutes away .. there were actually no farms with horses anywhere near ( my venue was 25 minutes away). After pressing her for details she had never heard of that farm and actually didn’t know where it was … She looked at my flyer and couldn’t even give me directions to the nearest town business area where my directions started. After spending an entire day outside with horses their was no hot water for a shower . I wouldn’t go back nor would I recommend it for anyone. There was not even a visible sign from the road to help you find the motel.. No large signs to see from a distance. It was a small narrow road that you couldn’t even see the motel after you turned on the road. No sign at the entrance ..

    I really loved our stay at Days Inn Asheville! The room was clean, beds were comfortable, a/c worked great, and it seemed newly remodeled. I'll be staying here again the next time I'm in town.
