Nice clean room. The bathroom sink faucets did not work properly. The water lines were stopped up causing very low water pressure. Everything else was fine.

Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Amazing shower. Hot water and pressure was one of the best showers I have had at a hotel. Free breakfast was amazing. The vending machines either didnt work or only took cash.

Good stay for a night during traveling to the Smoky Mountains.

No indoor pool no hot tub, not in the best area, the pics do not reflect this hotel at all. The staff were nice though.

Needed a room on a whim and the staff were pleasant for it being 2AM and accommodated extra blankets and pillows without hesitation.

We loved the location. The rooms were comfortable. We didn't like that you could smell in the room where pets had been there. The shower was weak, and you could feel the give under it in room 301. I showered the first night and then skipped them after that cause I didn't feel safe in it. That really needs to be repaired.

Inexpensive hotel, but you get what you pay for. There was no housekeeping during my four-night stay. Breakfast was just OK.

Weird smells in the lobby and elevator. You can tell this is definitely an older property that could use some updates. The area felt a little unsafe. Not really what we usually count on when selecting a Comfort Inn/Suites.

We had a nice day at this property. The staff was nice and easily accessible on the freeway to downtown Asheville.

Had to relog into hotel wifi every evening at 8:30 pm. Each time I had to forget the the hotel before I could successfully log in again. What a pain at peak wifi usage!

This hotel was excellent, especially for it's price point. The rooms were clean, spacious, and smelled good. I brought a pet and while I saw quite a few others, I never heard any other animals nor people for 4 days while in my room. The staff were great, they were always pleasant. The breakfast was decent. I cannot speak on the fitness room or pool. I've read comments about a sketchy area or people near the hotel, but I encountered nothing like that. It seemed like a good area, the parking lot felt very safe, the hotel was fairly close to many things, and easy access to I-40. The price was one of the best in all of Asheville so I was very hesitant at first to book a room here, but I took a chance and was so glad I did.

This is not a bad place at all to stay. The morning staff was very accomodating. The check in was not really the best and the attendant seemed very short, but it worked out. The laundry facility only has one washer and dryer and that really is not a good thing, but fortunately there were no other tenants waiting to wash. The complimentary breakfast was most definitely the best aspect of this particular stay. I do have choice rewards, but nothing was even applied for this stay. Oh well, I didn't even bother to say more to the night attendant after my payment was accepted due to her shortness at the counter. Maybe I disturbed her slumber.

The location is off of the main road, but accessible as a main artery to where ever in Asheville, NC you need to go. The room was spotless, bathroom polished, and there was no smell of smoke. It was a true nonsmoking room. The bed had clean fresh linens on it. The breakfast was well laid out and flavourful. Staff were very friendly. Parking was easy.

The beds and pillows were absolutely comfortable for a quick overnight. I would not ever hesitate to stay here again. Thank you so much.

There were a couple of things that could use attention. I had trouble with the internet—it showed as connected, but it wouldn’t actually work. That was frustrating. On a positive note, the staff was super nice and very friendly, which made the stay more pleasant. Overall, it was a reasonable stop for a short stay, especially if comfort and location are your main priorities.

The hotel lobby and our room was neat and clean, however, this property is in need of some serious updating. It is old and tired. There was no problems at all during our 1 night stay. Front desk young lady was so helpful and kind. Parking was great, location was excellent to restaurants and shopping.

Check in was fast and efficient. Room was clean and spacious, as was the entire place. Good breakfast, and coffee always available in the lobby.

THE ONLY ISSUE WAS SELF MADE. I THOUGHT SINCE IT SAID " BILTMORE WEST" IT WAS CLOSE TO BILTMORE LOL BUT THAT WASN'T TRUE. THE STAFF WAS VERY SWEET AND PROFESSIONAL, THE ROOM WAS CLEAN. WE HAD NO ISSUES WITH THE HOTEL.

Breakfast was satisfying, room was clean, comfortable and handy to all amenities. Hairdryer didn’t work but it was immediately replaced. Easy to get to and leave if traveling from north to a southern destination.

The rooms didn’t smell the greatest and the area was definitely not what we were looking for.

The breakfast choices were alright but the food was not great. The second night at the hotel the guest in the room below us was smoking and it was coming through our vents and our room smelled terrible. We had to shut our bathroom door and open the balcony door at 2:00am to air out the room. The front desk attendant told us that the guest had been warned about smoking before and had been fined. Unfortunately there was no other room to move us to. I get migraine headaches from smoke and we really don't like the smell of smoke so that was VERY unpleasant for us.

House keeping opened my door at 945am no knock just open. Checkout is at 11am. The room was dirty and hotel needs care.

I was traveling alone with my daughter for a softball tournament. The proximity to the ball Park was great, but the location was not the most safe looking. Facility is worn and upkeep is fair. the refrigerator made a skreetching sound in the middle of the night and the bed hurt my back. For the price I paid on a weekend, it wasn’t not the best. BUT the front office staff was amazing! Very kind and friendly. she Found an item that belonged to my daughter and was so dilligent to make sure she got it back.

The hotel was okay. We stayed in a King Suite. The bed was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean. But I wouldnt even think about sitting on the couch. It was visibly dirty and old. The carpet was worn but didn't look that old. The hotel looks to have been remodeled in the last 5 years or so but there were multiple electrical boxes with plates over them on the walls and painted over. I've definitely stayed in worse hotels but I probably wouldn't stay here again.

The young woman that helped check me in was friendly and helpful. the room was comfortable and clean, They also accept pets. Had coffee and water available when we got in at 9pm. The breakfast was ok. Hot eggs and sausage.

My family was there for a combined family reunion and my sister’s celebration of life. I had a presentation a slideshow on my computer and forgot a cord to finish up before the day. The receptionist at check in provided the cord I needed to finish up. The staff was very polite and helpful for all of us. We had our rooms together which was kind and one large room so we could gather the first night.

The property was not like the pictures. The rooms were old and outdated. The couch was an old dirty fabric couch with the material all pilled up. Looked like something you’d find on the side of the road for free.

The lady who runs the place was very sweet and welcoming. This will be our go to place when we are in the area! Our kids loved feeding the animals.

This hotel was super clean and nice. We were welcomed in and the hotel was upgrading the exterior which was nice. The hotel is basic, but good. The breakfast was typical reconstituted eggs, for which I didn't care, and things were basic, but if you're okay with that, this was a practical, clean, economical stay.

Convenient and nice staff. Decent breakfast, although the milk tasted sour. Found a leak in the bathroom ceiling, probably due to a plumbing issue in the room above, but we got an upgrade to a different room. Was a little disappointed the manager wouldn’t give me a reduced rate for a second night stay compared to what I found on Expedia, otherwise we would’ve stayed another night. Overall the room was updated and clean.

Room was clean and had no pet odor. The bed was not very comfortable, and the shower/tub floor looked dingy, probably due to the non-slip surface they chose. It was very easy to hear conversations in the adjoining room. The outlets on the bed-side lamp did not work in any of the 3 rooms we had.

Stayed in Room 110. Floor is laminate not carpet. Although no visible dirt on the floor was seen, when my wife took off her shoes and walked 8 feet to the bathroom her soles were filthy when she got to the toilet! Obviously vacuuming did not get the soil off the floor! Mopping of the floor is lacking and we felt dirty the rest of our stay, even though the rest of the room appeared clean.

They need to fix the bathroom door of room 308. I got locked in the bathroom in the dark (no power) when the latch didn't work. Some jiggling and pushing and pulling finally got it open, but that was not pleasant at all. With no cell service, I could have been stuck in there for days. In four days, I never had any maid service for the room - maybe they couldn't get to work with all the hurricane-caused travel issues.

The property was older, but in good shape. We were there when Hurricane Helene hit The staff was amazing and was so understanding of the situation. They helped in any way they could to make sure the guests were taken care of. Kudos to the staff!!!

Our room was nice and the staff was wonderful. What we hated was during our 3 night stay, we did not receive housekeeping service. We had to ask for coffee and clean towels. Our trash was overflowing by the time we checked out.

Comfort Inn Biltmore West was a wonderful place for one night stay. The room was clean, comfortable (loved the bed), in good condition and had everything necessary for a great night's rest! Breakfast included was a bonus.

Missy was awesome! Im traveling with my service dog & she got us a room on the 1st floor right by access to dog park! So appreciated!

It was a nice motel & the staff was nice.

Was horrible! First got there used the elevator to go to our room and the elevator made a move that felt like we were falling! So we had to use the stairs the whole time (mind u I’m handicap) when told they said oh it’s okay to use we just had it fixed last week. Never again will I stay there!!!
