The hotel is undergoing renovation, which was not mentioned during booking and caused inconvenience to several guests. However, the staff was generally friendly and helpful. The location is convenient, especially for visiting the Biltmore Estate.

    Everything was great, except that the pool was closed. That would have been a perfect way to end the day with a relaxing time in the pool. Otherwise, everything was great. The one young guy at the front desk was very helpful with directions to everything we wanted to do. Will stay here again.

    Fabulous, pristine property. However, you will probably need to drive to eat out in the evenings, although the in-house Restaurant is good for one evening. Disappointed the outside space is not in sunshine in the afternoons. Luckily, we had a West facing balcony. The hotel is approximately 4 miles south of downtown.

The front desk staff was great, tried to assist, but they were not familiar with the setting and operation of the refrigerator. I actually googled the instructions for setting the temperature, which were unsuccessful. The staff ended up upgrading us to a room with a working refrigerator. We had expected a complimentary breakfast as indicated in the booking app, but that was not the case, The staff at the breakfast were not very friendly when they informed us, so we left without breakfast.

    This hotel is perfectly located, walkable to biltmore village and an easy drive to medical appointments and restaurants. Everything was super clean, staff was wonderful, gym was nice for a hotel gym. Well maintained! Will stay here again

    Good location to Biltmore House. Clean, but poor lighting in room. Bedside lights almost useless for reading in bed. No staff at desk upon check-in, Four rooms were waiting to check in when desk clerk came back from "checking rooms for readiness". Seems like that could be done by someone else before 5:00pm. Same with check out - had to wait to desk staff. Breakfast was $17.00. I thought that was a little high.

    This was one of the cleanest hotels we have ever stayed at!!!! It smelled clean and sophisticated when you entered!! It was beautiful, yet modern and simply decorated. There was NOTHING that could have been better! The bathroom is always my "scary" part. It was SPOTLESS!!!! The bed was so comfortable!!! Everything was absolutely fantastic! It was a little more than we normally pay for a room, but it was WELL WORTH IT!!!

    good location, convenient and 5 minutes away from Biltmore Estate. Friendly staff, very clean hotel. Heated pool and jacuzzi were the added bonus for our kids. Our family was pleased with our stay. The only suggestion or complaint we have is the toilet seat needs a bigger cover. It’s a square shape toilet and cover isn’t covering the entire toilet. Other than that all is fine!

    This hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Being a new hotel, I appreciated the updated design of the rooms and facilities, which seemed well thought-out. The fitness center had free weights, a cable machine, stair stepper and treadmill, which was unexpected and convenient. The indoor pool looked meticulously maintained. So happy to have stayed here and would happily do so again!

It was 730pm and i ordered burgers and calamari. There was only one person doing the bartending and serving guest. She was not the problem. The problem was the kitchen. It took over an hour to get food and when i got it it wasnt edible. Meat was dry. Buns were rock hard and it literally just came out of the kitchen piping hot. It took an hour just to get the two burgers and then took another 20 mins to get the calamari. I had to ask a service desk associate to go check my food because at that point i was exhausted from the trip and extremely hungry and the one bartender was a bit busy. All in all, terrible experience with food service and the food in general. Hotel is beautiful, staff greetings were welcoming but the starbucks and arbys that is just a few feet away, saved the trip in terms of food options.

    The breakfast was very good and our room was clean an comfortable. We really didn't care for the dining options at the hotel for dinner but did eat there. The one night we ate at the restaurant, we let the waitress know we were interested in ordering.     Second night of stay, no water in hotel. Hotel staff said they would refund 2nd night of stay and hotel staff didn’t refund. Additionally, staff didn’t notify us that anything was wrong until we raised it as an issue.

    It’s a good property but we were a bit underwhelmed by our room. It was very clean but rather basic. Our television in our room didn’t work and they tried to reboot it remotely but that didn’t work. We were getting ready to check out they offered to send someone to fix it.

    Newer, modern building and friendly staff. Shower took a few minutes for water to heat up in the beginning. I also noticed just a bit of water leaking from the bathroom wall which I thought was odd. I could see this building running into technical issues as time goes on.

    Very nice hotel. The room was modern and well-maintained. I liked the streaming TV so I could watch the programs I prefer. The bathroom is small but very efficient. I especially liked the shower. The location of the hotel is very convenient to the activities in the area. Housekeeping noise starting at 7:30 AM. No complimentary breakfast. The dining area was empty when I went there at 8:30 AM. It looks like very few people are willing to spend $17 for breakfast. I feel the hotel is missing an opportunity to increase the number of people who might select this hotel by not serving complimentary breakfast.

    New hotel with nicely appointed amenities and furnishings. Small complaints; this is the 2nd new Marriott property we've stayed at with no bathroom exhaust fanss or night lights. Also, daily maid service only supplied 1 caffeinatd coffee to a suite with 2 beds and two people.

    There’s a nice bar and outside area. The inside pool, hot tub and gym was a bonus. The only negatives were that breakfast wasn’t included and house keeping wasn’t every day. It’s very close to Biltmore Estate and Biltmore Village. Sadly the village was badly damaged in the hurricane last year but hopefully will be regenerated soon.

    The hotel looked brand new, smelled great and was very quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The room was a little dark and the room we got had nowhere to put a piece of luggage but we told the front desk and she said they would work to get a luggage rack in the room and more lighting. Also a little disappointed that we had to pay for coffee in the lobby. Other than that, Our stay was great and comfortable. The hotel has a modern, sleek look and feel which sometimes is a little inefficient. All in all, we had a great time and would stay again.
