    Location. The toilet handle was broken so my husband had to get up in the night and reattach the chain. There were only two small trash cans with no extra bags and housekeeping never came so that we could ask for more.

    We have stayed here few days back and forth. It’s a hit and miss. TV doesn’t have signal most times. The cleanliness is good, one time found fake lashes in the bathroom. Gym is good. Our room had a very distinct weird smell.

    We booked a whirlpool room and were excited for a romantic get away. Upon check it we were told that they gave away all of the rooms in that category. That was it, no other solution. We then thought that we'd at least be able to use the indoor pool and hot tub only to be surprised by a sign on the door saying that it was out of order. Incredibly disappointing and the front desk staff did little to make up for it.

    Room was out dated. The room was mostly clean. I observed 2 silver fish bugs on the bathroom floor along with some dried urine. The gym was small and lacked decent equipment. Parking was decent and seemed safe. I expected better from a Hilton property.

    room was clean Staff is inconsistent. Some were nice some cared less. The restaurant is a pretty hefty charge for breakfast in a day when even Motel 6 has a complementary bowl of cereal. The "free" guest coffee was empty 3 mornings of the 4 we stayed at 8:00AM. I had to ask for it to be refilled which they did after a few moments of waiting. I didn't pack a vanity mirror or a shower cap because I honestly expected it to be in our room, but nope. No Vanity mirror I get no shower cap, but no pen, no paper in the room. I got ice and the next two days the melted ice water stayed in the container. It was never cleaned or replaced with plastic until the last day.

    My fiancé and i drove 5 hours to travel here on Christmas eve not to mention, arrived at the hotel at just about midnight... went to check in.. this also not my first rodeo at a hilton im a frequent flyer i only booked through hotels because of the holidays and the rooms were sold out. The guy at the front desk knew we traveled far, we told him we were ready to go lay down etc, he then tells me i had to pay a $50 deposit PER DAY that we stayed.... ive NEVER paid that at a hilton.. for the entire stay okay cool but PER day is absurd. I expressed to him that i did not have extra money to put towards the hotel being that im out of town here for the holidays, he told me there is nothing that can be done.. i was willing to say ill pay 50 for the entire stay but he was very nonchalant about it even after i asked to speak to a supervisor.. all in all he made it very clear that he'd rather not fill that room for a couple nights vs accepting a one time payment of $50 for a deposit..very awful experience the worst way to bring christmas in. Not what i expect from a hilton.

    I arrived early and the standard room was unavailable. She immediately said well I have an available suite so I'll just put you in there which was awesome. There was an event going on so I had to eat at the bar. Very expensive for a couple of drinks and some terrible chicken wings. Bartender was nice but had no idea what she was doing. I had to help her open a bottle for a guest. The taps were sealed with a plastic on the nozzle and when she went to fill a glass it shot everywhere. She was extremely nice.. I just think bad training

    The room was clean and spacious, and the options for breakfast were plentiful. Eggs, potatoes, bacon, and sausage were available in the warmers while the more traditional continental breakfast items were also available. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was a great place to hang out between games The hotel met my family's needs.

    We had two back-to-back stays, and I wrote a review about the first one. The condensed version is that the beds and the pillows were awful. We had a street light shining into our room, and the curtains were decorative, not functional. There is no real business center. There were no computers or printers. Breakfast was good, but not free. They do have a shuttle, which was nice. We would not stay here again. We slept terribly and really could have used a printer.

    We wouldn't stay there again. What bothered us most were the beds and pillows. The beds were soft and hurt both my and my husband's backs. We were on Advil and didn't sleep well. The pillows were thin and lumpy. We stacked three together, and they were equivalent to one regular pillow. The toilet handles had to be held down to flush. We had two non-cancellable reservations. we switched rooms after the first three nights. The bed was a little better, but the pillows and toilet were the same. The business center is just a small room with chairs. There are no computers or printers. The main area was nice and the breakfast was good. Definitely not we expected from Hilton.

    Terrific greeting at front desk - we always feel welcome at this hotel. Our room was clean and comfortable - and for us, the location is perfect (in the middle of all the places we need to visit - airport, appointments, family). You’d never know Dulles Int’l Airport is nearby! Hotel offers a nice breakfast (bonus: Starbucks is nearby!), and while dinner offers a somewhat limited menu, it is perfect for guests arriving late-ish and not wanting to hunt for a nearby restaurant. Parking is not overly abundant, but there is always a space available.

    I booked 2 queens and was told at check in that the website should not have given me that because it was sold out. I was given a king room that was not thoroughly cleaned. The air in the bedroom was completely broken. The shower drain lip was peeled up along with the broken tiles making it unsafe to shower without shower shoes on. The internet did not work. The property does not have the safety feature of requiring a key card to access the elevator. I would not stay at this property again. Definitely not up to hilton standards.

    The bed was comfortable and the check in process was a breeze. The lobby looked very nice but our room looked and felt dated. The curtains were torn a bit, the shower head wasn’t working fully (water pulsed instead of flowed) and the TV definitely needed to be replaced (pictures colors were super wonky)

    Very impressed that the GM took the time to call me to address an issue on my previous stay. What I really respect is that he listened to everything I had to say without interrupting or making excuses. Again very impressed that he took the time to do this and address the situation. This hotel could be great with a few changes and it seems the GM really looks to make things right for guests

    Stayed two nights and needed to add on two additional nights. Front desk said best to go through Hotels com. Girl said just do it on their site and I will keep you in the same room. Next day Saturday am went down to get the keys updated and Evelyn said you cannot stay in that room. She also was very rude. So many other hotels in the area so last time at a Hilton and I am an Honors member. Nice way they treat their core guests. Too many choices out there to have to deal with someone like Evelyn.

    I was really dissapointed with the uncurteous attitude of your front receptionist. Whatever I asked her, she would refuse and tell me to come downstairs and get it myself.     Had an obnoxious group of folks outside my room one night who made lots of noise. called the front desk several times. apparently this was some sort of a sports team. next day I went to the front desk to ask them to make sure this won't happen that night and I met Denise; a very rude and unprofessional individual who accused me of "yelling" at her. she said they can't "guarantee" that there will be peace in the hallways that night. The manner in which she dealt with this complaint was puzzling to me. Very inappropriate! I stay at this hotel everytime I go to VA, but maybe its time to move on.

    Dated but clean and maintained property. Close to Dulles terminal as bird flies, but a long-ish drive if you want to avoid the toll road. A gas station/7-11 next door but otherwise nothing close at hand in the area except newer condo communities and imposing server farms. Breakfast is optional extra charge, less expensive if ordered in advance. A la carte or self service, the latter does not offer as much as typical airport hotel. Staff was fine. Neighborhood safe but boring.

    Very modern, clean and comfortable hotel with convenient shuttle to the airport. Dinner and breakfast were good. Shuttle is only hourly and needs to be reserved.

    Hilton had NO instructions for finding the shuttle. I called the number listed and the ai hung up on mw after telling me the number was only to reseve a room. It took me nearly an hour to dind and call for a shuttle. I was left in sub freezing cinditiins a big part of this time.

    We had to leave our house due to a power outage from an ice storm. Evelyn was so unbelievably accommodating from the first phone call. We were allowed to check in early which was such a life saver after sleeping in a house without power the night before. She made a terrible experience not so terrible with her excellent support and accommodations.

    Natural is not always the best. Try Native, I think it is several steps above the brand you use and still inexpensive enough for hotel purchase. Also, a pen and paper pad in the room might be nice. The bed and linens were perfect. .

    Room run down. Lady at front desk was rude. Smelled bad in room. Bed was very mushy and uncomfortable. Pillows were thin and smelled of cologne. Hottub tub was great. Only positive.
