Felt Like I was in a Housing Project sceaming all night dogs barking people in the hallway at 330am yealling thety were going to kill themself
- 2/5
More like 3.5 rating . Lots of people living in hotel and they are loud and very noisy. The room above us sounds like they were playing football half the night. The 2 pillows you get are so thin you better bring your own. The floor left my whit socks black. The lady at the desk even shift was very helpful. She should find a better job or get a raise

The room was very clean, but there was a foul odor, that lasted at least 4 of the seven days I was there. I asked for an air freshener to deal with this, but was told there wasn’t any. Also there was no iron in the room. I was supplied with one when I asked for it. The people in the front desk were very polite and friendly. This was the hotel’s greatest plus.

Location Floors we're dirty also cabinetry was dirty leftover popcorn inside cabinetry above microwave refrigerator froze burn marks in and around the bathroom floor and tub people always In-N-Out going smoking outside
- 1/5
Very deceiving from what I was charged to attend my first concert in Denver which was very rewarding, but the suite was horrible.
- 1/5
The absolutely most disgusting place I've ever walked into. Aside from the druggies in front and drywall falling off the walls I was given the most vomit inducing room I've ever seen.

I wish i tried to walk here in hopes to be hit by a bus so i wouldn't have had to stay.

The cost should have told me not to book, but the reviews were pretty good. The staff were trying, but OMG. I've staying in hundreds of hotels/air bnb's over the years and I think this was in the worst 5 ever. Elevator broke on day one (stayed four nights) and never fixed. Stairwell under construction with debris everywhere. Room was very run down. Dubbed a "kitchenette" but zero things to use in a kitchen (no pan, no plates, no silverware, no glasses-nothing). We were told no rooms have them, but the property is "working on it". The microwave and full size refrigerator did work. One evening there was no hot water, which after asking seemed routine from time to time. One morning the water was off all together, again sounded as if it was routine. Towels in our room had stains on them, vinyl flooring was sticky and carpet was gross--had to wear socks the whole time. We got a room on the top floor/back facing a parking lot so it was quiet enough to sleep.
- 5/5
The staff was really kind and helpful I really have no complaints

I really have no complaints
- 3/5
The elevator was broken and a stairwell door missing the door handle but the discounted location was just what we needed for our stay in town.
- 3/5
Extra fee if I want room cleaned once per week. Never know if your neighbors are going to be noisy. Paper thin walls. Chance we have to take in an extended stay. I don't appreciate the marajuana smoking outside my window. Smell came in thru ac. For most part the staff is friendly but I think they are spread thin. Not always someone at the front desk when we need something.

It's run down and falling apart. The remodeling efforts are of very poor workmanship.

To many barking dogs all hours of the night and day .you can actually hear dogs barking from inside the room ,the pricing is actually decent, I don't like way the security deposits are handled I wasnt given my full refund after checking out and when I called and asked why I didn't get my full refund back I was never contacted back. But if you need a decent weekly spot or extended stay , I would recommend this hotel ,

- 3/5
The room was clean but small. Bed was comfortable. The street side room was very noisy from Sheridan Blvd. Room was quiet until 5:30 when long term guests got in. Kids running in the hall loud talking because of thin walls. Then about 9:00 things settled down only to hear road racing about 11:30. Then after that there were road racers tuning their engines in the parking lot right next to my room. I couldn't figure the TV remote so that was frustrating. I will not recommend this property. Manager did go out and ask car owners to leave, which was nice. Finally got some sleep about 2:30 a.m.
- 1/5
Wouldn’t recommend if you have family or kids. But if you’re looking for a short term alternative place to live this is it ! Walls were nasty, staff was rude. Theres mold in bathroom. There was razor blades in the parking lot that ended up flattening my tire. On my last night at the hotel I couldn’t even sleep because of how thing the walls are and how noisy everybody else is.

The first room I went to smell like someone had smoked in it even though it was a smoke free room. The second room I went to was dirty and the heating/cooling unit had broken knobs. That’s when I decided to cancel my reservation and find another place to stay.

Staff was trying to break into my room that was in my name because I locked my ex-girlfriend out because she was being abusive. She paid for the room but put it in my name because she was 86’d from the property. When I wouldn’t open the door to prevent escalation of a domestic disturbance. The hotel staff came and tried to enter into my room forcefully and make me let her in. I refused and held the door shut with the top lock and had to yell at them through the door saying they are violating my rights as a tenant and I am under no obligation to open the door to invite abusive behavior from a crazy Ex

I love it here it's quiet it's nice it's friendly it's clean it doesn't smell like hell the customer service here is excellent morning noon and night and I would stay here any time that I needed to stay here but no problems hands down they're very understanding and very flexible so I do give them five stars because it's worth five stars
- 1/5
Horrible! First room we had a roach run towards us as we were walking in. Then given another room and again roaches. The front seat guy who barely looks up from his cell phone didn’t care. The nice Spanish man we thing was management??? Was appalled. The original kid acted like it was no big deal and treated us that way. Lots of transients living there and elevator buttons were broken when a couple transients fought in the elevator. Dirty, beat up, all vending machines removed. Worse than a motel. We immediately left so bugs wouldn’t get into our bags. Really gross.

- 5/5
Staff and rooms were great
- 1/5
Many strange people hanging around outside hotel. I felt very unsafe. Someone entered my room while I was out unauthorized and for no reason. Staff could not tell me why or who. Would never stay there again
- 1/5
Took literally 30 minutes to get a room, ( that was prepaid for) since staff at front desk and housekeeping didnt communicate. Entered room and it smelt so bad. Burn holes in our duvet. Good size room has kitchenette. Few loiters out front as night went on.
- 1/5
The place was crawling with crack heads…
- 3/5
Didn't like the room condition. 212, fire alarm hanging down from ceiling. Stove top cracked black spots on wall sink clogged refrigerator leaking water had to mop up every day, small hole in wall, AC filter dirty, floor need mopping.
- 1/5
Book the room and when we arrived we were told the room we booked they don’t have. We were told not sure why they show we have that room. The manager was a complete joke along with the rest of the staff. They wouldn’t refund my money because of the error. We left immediately and I had to pay for another hotel room. Stay away from this hotel. Very unclean and not worth the money.
- 2/5
Very dirty and under-kept; do not recommend
- 4/5
Aside from the general rundown feeling of the place and the fact that my refrigerator was broken and I had no knowledge of it, resulting in all of my food spoiling, it wasn't that bad. Pretty clean, decent neighbors. Not bad
- 1/5
I arrived at the property and right away thought it was sketchy (an unsavory characterwas hangingout by the entrance). The lobby had an unpleasant odor. There was just a bad vibe to the place. I checked in, and on the way to my room I decided to leave. Couldn't get a refund. The front desk attendant was nice enough even though she couldn't help with getting my $$back.
- 2/5
Rooms and areas not clean at all
- 3/5
Help was nice. Very Spartan room, but served my purpose. Nice hot water for shower.
- 1/5
Filthy, smelled like urine, rooms are not as pictured, half way housing/ transitional living, felt unsafe, had cockroaches, no cooking utensils, or pots and pans to cook with. I had to clean the room myself to make it feel as if it was clean enough to stay in. The cost was outrageous to stay at a place like this. We could not change hotels due to timing of our schedule. I do NOT recommend!
- 1/5
The carpet was unvacuumed, and the sheets and walls were stained. Chocolate chips were scattered throughout the bathroom, near the toilet and sink. There was also evidence of previous guests, including debris and hairs on the bed. I only stayed for a few hours because I was too disgusted to stay longer. Additionally, the elevator had an unpleasant odor.

It was worse because I had my family there. Yucky! Nervous to trust Expedia now.

I only stayed here because it was close to where my son could pick me up & take me to the airport. I would highly recommend upgrading to the “fully renovated room” for a small cost. This place could use an entire renovation but my upgraded room was nice. The staff was very sweet especially Tiffany. If you want no extras then this is your place
- 1/5
There are bugs everywhere and i am unable to get a refund so im stuck here with my kids in these horrible very uncleaned rooms.
- 4/5
The evening staff are amazing! They are friendly, accommodating, helpful and overall great at what they do. (The older morning lady, not so much.) Maybe because it's sort of a basement level, but there were a lot of spiders and centipedes, not a big deal and welcomed over bedbugs which I did not see at all. Screen was missing so we were unable to crack the window. Housekeeping is offered every 14 days which I didn't see posted anywhere and I was charged over $10 for requesting towels even tho the initial amount provided wasn't enough for 4 people to begin with. Everything in my room worked but there are no extended stay accomodations such as borrowing pots and pans. The vending machines are great as is the serviceman should you encounter an issue. There's a very nice laundry mat accross the street (cheaper than the in house machines) and a nice park and tasty mexican restaurant nearby. Location is great and I felt safe here.
- 4/5
I didn't like that there were people loitering around the exit nearest our room and we had to walk all the way around the building to the front lobby to enter I did like the cooktop and it was on a timer so it made me feel safe that people wouldn't leave it on by mistake
- 5/5
One of the best places I've ever stayed is pain the staff was polite and friendly not to mention helpful when needed. They also allowed my two dogs which are actually my kids that most turn their backs on so I was very appreciative at that too. They're laundry facilities were pleasantly surprising seeing that there were six dryers and six washers that all worked perfectly fine well maintained and cleaned regularly. I've definitely wouldn't mind going back
- 3/5
The fridge worked, though when I arrived it had a few water bottles in it that were almost completely frozen. I adjusted the temperature and it regulated by the next day. The stove, unfortunately, didn’t work at all. The walls are paper-thin—you can hear neighbors talking and moving around until about 1 a.m. It’s clear that some people live there long-term. Not gonna lie, the whole place reminded me of the neighborhood I grew up in back in L.A.—pretty raw, kinda gangsta. Honestly, I felt right at home. Everyone I bumped into in the hallways was cool with me—no weird vibes. That said, my first night there, the place got raided. At least ten cop cars showed up. Then on my last day, I came back to find my door wide open. They were in the middle of changing all the locks on the upstairs units. Since people had been in my room, I threw away all my food and water. I’ve lived through a lot of trauma, and I just couldn’t bring myself to trust anything that had been left out. That was a waste of money. On the bright side, there’s a supermarket right across the street and a few restaurants nearby, which was super convenient. Bottom line—if you’re comfortable in the hood, it’s not a bad spot for the price. But if you’re not used to that kind of envi

Room was great, clean, and appropriate in every way. A/C was extra cold. Staff was friendly. Sketchy area, and lots of questionables loitering.

This place is also very dog friendly.

Booked a room with a king bed and a twin sofa bed. When I went to check in they said they don't even have any rooms with twin sofa beds
- 5/5
The staff is really nice
- 2/5
Did not like anything. The building is dark and gloomy when you go inside. We got into the elevator and the when we were going to check in this homeless couple with a baby came in walked to the back came back to the front asked the the girl checking us in something it looked fishy and then they left. We then got into the elevator and the bar was missing on the wall. We get off on floor carpet has big circle stains on it. We get to our room ind it’s really needs work walls have spots and there a picture covering apart where something was removed everything needs some work bathroom sink has caulking that is molded there towels are dingy no soap no shampoo no facial tissue no coffee machine just a poor place to stay looks grungy won’t come here again. Propose you don’t either!!
- 1/5
Property management unbelievably rude, would not discuss property security-related problem. Would not refund, i never checked in. Crappy property stole me money.
- 2/5
The two side entrance doors were not locked, not requiring a key to get in to the building. No coffee, no exercise room , tiny towels, loud, room didn't smell good although sheets and room were clean on arrival. This is more of a weekly or monthly rental place and not a typical hotel / motel.
- 4/5
Staff was nice

- 4/5
The parking in the front is preety horrible. Lots of parking for handicapped or platinum members, but not a lot of spaces for regular guests. There seemed to be a lot of work trucks, too, which was odd. The staff was okay. You could tell they were there to do a job. Not particularly friendly or welcoming, just get it done and that was it. I liked the room I was in. It was decent. Bed was a decent king size. Nothing spectacular. I liked that there was a kitchenette. I brought food with me to save money and not eat out. Ended up using the microwave more than anything. No pots, pans, utensils, or dishes, so bring those. If I stayed longer, I would have opted to bring mine. There were a few issues. The elevator stopped working the second day. Had a rather heavy bag I had to haul up and down stairs on a bad hip, which I wasn't happy about. The hallway smelled like pot even though its supposed to be a no smoking hotel. The back door to the hotel wasn't particularly secure and wasn't locked after 10 pm. There was noise from some of the longer term guests, but nothing horrible. A spider crawled out of the drain when I went to take my first shower. King Soopers is nearby, some decent food chains, and it's close to my workplace. It's definitely a two-star hotel in a shabby neighborhood.

Was absolutely dirty , elevator was broken , weird people acting fools all night in the hallways. Roaches. No screens on the first floor windows.
- 1/5
I have stayed here several times for more then a week each time. And this time I was accused of smoking in my room. Also the room smelled like cigarettes when I checked in and the door would not lock right. I was asked to leave on my fourth day and it was thanksgiving day. I paid for a week to do my college homework and I did not smoke in the room. And the hallway smelled good not like smoke that the manager said came from my room. I lost three days that I paid for and was treated rude. I really liked the last four times I stayed here but this time made me not want to ever come back again. I am very hurt and disappointed in the way the manager handled this accusations and I won't be coming back. I really would like a refund for the last three days that I had left from my week. You can look in your records and you would find all my stays at your motel and see that I never had this issue before.
- 2/5
None of the side doors worked. The front parking half of it is handicapped so if u park behind you have to walk around the whole building to get to the front. The police was there 3 times and we only stayed 6 out of the 7 nights . Someone’s car alarm kept going off in the middle of the night for an hour. Overall 3/10

Lot of bugs in the room
- 1/5
Not a great experience. The elevator only worked to go up. You’d have to take the stairs down. Which wouldn’t be so bad if there weren’t this unidentifiable foul odor in the stairwell. The room I was given was so bare - no pictures on the wall. A whopping 2 pillows that were mismstched, a small blanket for cover. The rail at the bottom of the bed was visible! Although there wasn’t anything visibly unclean, the room just FELT dirty. And having to walk down to the stairwell at the far end of the hall felt really unsafe with some of the people who were coming and going from their rooms. The only good thing about this place was the manager at the front desk who let me modify my booking so that I wouldn’t have to remain there the entire time I originally booked for. The pictures on this listing are either fake or extremely old. Don’t be fooled - if you want a nice place to stay and you don’t have any “habits”, don’t book here.
- 1/5
Last time did this mistake of staying in this facility

Roaches, loud guests, you get what you pa6 fir
- 4/5
The place looked pretty good. Okay area/neighborhood. Plenty of places to eat close by. Grocery store across the street. Don't take your shoes off or have slippers to wear. The floors looked clean, but, I'm thinking, they need to change their mop water more often. My socks and feet were pretty nasty after one night. Make sure to put any food in a tightly sealed container or the fridge. Killed three cockroaches during my stay.
- 1/5
When we went to check into this hotel, we were informed that the manager gave away our room and we were not provided with a reason why. We booked through Expedia, and they just disregarded our booking without letting us know. We had to scramble to find another hotel to stay at for a 10 day stay night of.
- 3/5
The property was alright some of the staff was nice and helpful, location is a little off putting as there were homeless looking into the windows on the bottom floor throughout the day.
- 1/5
2nd Floor Smelled like Rotted Meat. There Was Dog Crapand zdead Roaches Down the Hall Way. Had Told Staff and Was there for 5 Days and Nothing was Done. There Were Roaches in the Kitchen and No Cooking Utensils or Cook Wear to Use in the Kitchen. Its a Hotel for Long term Residents. . One of the Wosrt if Not The Worst Place I Have Stayed. .
- 1/5
This property turned us away because we live in the same zip code as it. We had to leave our home for a couple nights. Do not stay here.
- 1/5
Talked to some other residents who had an encounter with someone drugged out and it got scary. They checked out. Homeless camp right on property.

This place is just like a 100 different motels in Denver, drug infested and expensive.

. Front Desk called me and told me that I had to leave. None of the above is true. I stayed there for 14 weeks. I am being handled as a criminal. The General Manager informed me that a Chargeback request was made by expedia. I was advisrd to talk with Expedia, which I did. Expediai nvestigated my inquiry has no such request

The General Manager kicked us out after staying 15 weeks because she claims a chargeback was made in our name. The General Manager informed (never asked us ) as guest that we had to leave immediately. It was a humiliating experience.

When we left the next day a woman in the elevator talked about roaches coming out of her sink. I tried to call the manager the next day 6 times about refund.. there was no answer. Needless to say the pictures on the website are very deceiving. I would not recommend thid place at all!
- 3/5
Good
- 2/5
We were given a room key that did not work and had to ask the staff to open the door when we had to go out. The neighbor was watching the tv loud and could not sleep. Seems like some people live there for an extended period, which is fine but they need to separate the floors for the hotel guests.

Wouldnt let me check in because i didnt have a plastic id i had a temporary paper id

You don’t have a good hospitality, bad customer services, inconvenient to stay at your hotel, never again
