Very nice, clean, up to date hotel, close to Old Arvada businesses, restaurants, etc. Excellent hotel outside area with access to bar and restaurant. Very friendly staff.
- 5/5
The staff was great, they were friendly, professional and accommodating. Loved the gym, its equipment and weights were perfect for a good workout. It was nice to have bottled water available in the gym. The breakfast from the menu was good. I had an early morning flight on Sunday and was pleasantly surprised there was an employee to check me out at 3:45 a.m. The location was great. I can’t offer any suggestions as I was completely satisfied with my stay at Arvada Garden Hilton
- 4/5
Nice location. Clean with attentive staff. Nice bar. Food was really good in the restaurant. Quiet for the most part.
- 1.5/5
Staff was friendly and attentive. Air quality inside hotel was awful. Stuffy, smelled over perfumy..trying to mask underlying smell. No air circulation in lobby, hallways, rooms, throughout building. Left with sinus issues. Uncomfortable rest, pillows need an upgrade. Food was overpriced for what it was...just ok. The fried green beans were excellent tho. Overall would not recommend this place.
- 4/5
Really good stay overall. Great staff. Great location, lots of walkable and close-by food and recreation options. The rooms show a bit of wear in furniture/carpet. Biggest issue was wi-fi was constantly requiring devices to sign back in and the internet was on and off a few times over the several day stay.
- 5/5
Very clean Nothing
- 5/5
It was a central location! We were able access all the sights we wanted to see.
- 4/5
Breakfast was good. Weather was awesome. Nice enough to enjoy a couple beers on the patio.
- 5/5
This hotel is in a great location for coffee shops and restaurants. Within walking distance of Olde Town. Property is well maintained. Room was excellent.
- 5/5
Exceptional
- 5/5
Lovely bathtub
- 4/5
Mostly well maintained EXCEPT there was no way to turn off the fan which ran all night. So noisy and cold. There is an on/off switch but it didn’t work. Also a $12 fee for breakfast for what is free about everywhere else was disappointing.
- 4.5/5
Superb
- 4/5
They never serviced the room. But the beds were super comfortable.
- 4/5
Location was perfect. Closest to soccer fields and right near old town which was super fun

Second breakfast wasn't included.
- 5/5
Awesome Second breakfast wasn't included.
- 4/5
Very nice hotel, very good location - close to old town Arvada. very nice rooms. A couple of issues. The pillows were not good, flat and flimsy, don't provide good head support. And second, their WiFi is annoying, you have to load up your information every day for every device. One more thing, the room coffee isn't very good. It tastes like 7-11 coffee😖
- 5/5
Room was very tidy, staff was super friendly and the location couldn't of been better for our vacation!
- 5/5
Clean room, easy check-in, hot tub is great, the pork dumplings and prickly pear margaritas are worth stopping by the hotel bar.

This is a great place to stay. Awesome location and top notch rooms with great service.
- 4/5
The room was great! The toilet paper was hard to reach.
- 2/5
Bed linen is dingy and the bed spread is threadbare. Lighting is poor, window shade was dirty, a dirty looking upholstered chair,. Just gross.
- 5/5
Clean rooms
- 5/5
Great place very convenient
- 5/5
Great find of a place to stay. Staff was helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. I did not try the bar but it was well appointed. I purchased the breakfast plan. Menu was varied enough for what I wanted. Food was good. I will recommend and stay again.
- 4/5
The staff were friendly and professional.

My stay was all I hoped for! I stayed while I had my floors refinished and wanted to be close to my home. Hilton Gardens Arvada is located within walking distance to so many wonderful restaurants and shopping in Old Town Arvada. What a nice place with great service.
- 5/5
Otherwise it was a good stay.
- 5/5
Hotel is in great location. Friendly staff. Room was spacious clean. Overall my stay was excellent. I’m going back.
- 4/5
Clean room, nice staff
- 5/5
We didn't know whether our other dog would be released that night, but he was and so we checked out without staying the full night. Even so, the early check in and the comfortable bed allowed us to have the perfect late afternoon nap to make our overnight drive home much easier than it would have been. The Hilton could not have given us a better experience given our circumstances and we are very thankful for the accommodations.
- 2/5
For a relatively new property, this Hilton is not feeling the love. We stayed for 3 nights - not enough towels for each person to have even one towel, one mattress stunk like vomit, staff did not enter to discard trash for 3 days and general malaise from staff.
- 5/5
The property was very clean and quiet.
- 5/5
This was comfortable with an excellent staff..good food at the restaurant and close to everything I needed.
- 5/5
Room was pretty clean the bartender was really rude but the dude that works front desk was the best!!
- 5/5
The room was clean, check in easy, a good sleep-- just everything you need after a week on the road.
- 5/5
I stay at this hotel every time I am in town, they have nice, clean rooms, check in is always fast and helpful. The bar and staff have always been great!! It’s a nice, quiet area and close to anything you need.
- 5/5
Didn’t like that water now isn’t complimentary or free breakfast
- 4/5
The property is very well maintained, bar staff very pleasant, front desk was friendly. Only issue…nothing but decaf coffee or tea choices in the room.
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
The room was nice and clean and all the common rooms were clean and comfortable. Even the pool and jacuzzi area was well stocked.
- 3/5
Breakfast usually included with other hotels was very pricey. They never supplied our rooms with enough towels, hand towels or washcloths. They were apparently ordered, and on back order. Otherwise, the rooms were very nice, staff was excellent.
- 5/5
Clean room and friendly staff
- 3/5
Normally a go-to place for me to stay when I travel to the Denver area. The facilities are clean and well maintained. I had a sudden change in my schedule and couldn't make it to my room, so I asked to push my stay date back a week. They were non-compliant. I realize I wasn't afforded a refund with this booking through expedia, who is always excellent, but they could have given me the courtesy of pushing my date back a week.
- 3/5
Similar continental breakfast in 2-3 star hotels is free to customers. This hotel charged $20 each. Ridiculous.
- 2/5
The facilities were aging, initial room wasn't ready when I arrived but they got me a replacement room. The chair in the room had a large liquid stain on it. Staff was very friendly. Wifi for anything beyond texting (according to the hotel) is an additional $5/day charge
- 5/5
Great stay-very accommodating!
- 3/5
did not have mnt view room
- 5/5
Nice hotel and friendly bar
- 4/5
Nice view
- 5/5
The hotel is in walking distance to shopping, dining, and the rail line. The room was clean and very comfortable. We were on the first floor, and had a limited moutain view.
- 5/5
Great location, staff, and amenities. The only thing I’d like to see better are the pillows they use.
- 4/5
Hotel stuff was excellent! We had a great experience in that regard. Amenities and overall fine. The room had a great layout, but unfortunately, cleanliness was disappointing. The window, featuring an awesome view that we paid extra for, had a film both inside and out. The bed cover seemed ratty and not new or fresh. The bathroom had grime in the corners and looked like it needed a good deep clean. The chair in the corner had some stains. The Keurig coffee maker tasted like it really needed cleaning.
- 5/5
Staff was awesome
- 5/5
Spotless and courteous!
- 4/5
Bed was comfortable, nice room, service at breakfast was great, nice facility overall, close to area activities
- 5/5
It was nice clean place with courteous staff. But the shower was irritating and my shower was short-lived. Instead of a normal drain, it had to a fancy metal plate on the bottom and the constant dripping showerhead made it so every second there was a repetitive ding, ding, ding, ding, ding, and it literally put a damper on my mood.
- 5/5
Very clean room. It smells amazing in the lobby and halls! Staff is very friendly and great location. The bed was very firm but that personal preference.
- 4/5
Nice place
- 5/5
Yes
- 5/5
Staff has been wonderful… The room was great at first glance… But the fan on the air conditioner would not turn off, and the bathroom sink is clogged and drains very very slowly… Just FYI. Didn’t affect my stay, but it’s worth noting.
- 4/5
Great day close to the highway nice location between Boulder and Denver
- 4/5
Staff/check-in excellent.
- 5/5
Clean, friendly, safe place. Thank you
- 3/5
The hotel is nice. Breakfast is expensive. Front desk and breakfast personnel are zero stars.
- 5/5
The room was spotless and the staff very welcoming.
- 5/5
Best room of our entire stay. Spacious, clean, well appointed and convenient to airport.
- 5/5
Friendly check in. Comfortable bed.

Travis is very professional and adaptive to all guests coming in to the hotel.

Didn’t do breakfast
- 5/5
The room was great. Michael at the front desk was exceptional. Everyone was attentive and courteous. My sisters and I enjoyed our stay. Thank you!❤️
- 5/5
Every staff member that we interacted with was so friendly and accommodating. Great customer service.
- 2/5
We ended up leaving a day early. The room was ice cold and when we put the heat on it smelled bad and made a very loud concerning noise. Also the sink had a leak on the floor and the linens did not smell clean. It’s too bad.
- 5/5
Room was very clean, and staff were very friendly.
- 5/5
nice place. weird gust room latout and furnishings a bit tired
- 5/5
Clean room, excellent customer service at the hotel!
- 3/5
We had to move rooms due to the heater would not turn off. Fine but did not get a king size bed which is what I had booked.
- 5/5
Complimentary hot drinks of better than average quality available at all hours was MUCH appreciated too! ( There for the first cold snap in the area) Nice quiet and well appointed rooms.
- 5/5
Amenities
- 5/5
Excellent bed. Spacious room. Very quiet.
- 3/5
HVAC fan in the room would not turn off, was noisy making it hard to get a good nights sleep.
- 5/5
Very nice place stay if your going to in arvada
- 5/5
Seamless checkin, excellent room, everything was very clean and neat
- 5/5
Very attractive interior. Room was inviting. Very convenient to a wide variety of restaurants. Close to highway but far enough away to be quiet.
- 4/5
The room was very clean and modern. Enjoyed our stay.
- 4/5
$16 for a buffet, that is free in many other places, was very expensive for average to low quality food.
- 3/5
There was a crusty hard cleaning rag on the bathroom counter when I walked in- I threw it away. There was no water and when I asked was told I had to purchase it. I asked again later and was give a premade bag with 2 waters and chips. So why did the front desk not give me that at check in or when I asked them the first time? It’s a spendy room- should get a water bottle. I was disappointed continental breakfast was an additional $18 per person. Continental breakfast just isn’t good enough to pay that. I really think it should be included at a higher end place. It was not a cheap stay with little amenities in my opinion.
- 5/5
Easy walking to shops restaurants bars
- 4/5
Great
- 5/5
Location near Old Town opens a wide range of shopping, dining, and entertainment options within walking distance. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the lobby area is spacious and accommodating. It was an excellent choice.
- 5/5
Great stay! Convenient location!
- 5/5

Close to Old Towne Arvada and light rail, making it worth the cost.

Nice hotel
- 2/5
The bed was very uncomfortable and there were no options except feather pillows, which I cannot stand. Since I am staying there for a place to get a good night's sleep, I will not stay there again. I will stay at the Residence Inn two blocks away that has very comfortable beds, pillows, and is an equally clean and easy place to stay. And I love the breakfast there. My breakfast was not included in my rate at the Garden Inn, so I can't testify to its quality.
- 5/5
Yes
- 5/5
There was not a mountain in sight out of my “mountain view” window….but the hotel was super nice, clean and had everything we needed. I felt safe & had no issues at all during our stay. It’s close to downtown Arvada & we love the shopping and restaurants in that area.
- 5/5
Super friendly staff nice clean amenities comfortable beds and overall wonderful stay
- 5/5
It was quick and easy.
- 5/5
I very much enjoyed my stay. The only thing I would improve is to have my bed made every day. The staff at both checkin, breakfast and at the evening bar were all great!
- 5/5
Very nice stay! I haven't got one complaint. All the staff was friendly and actually smiled every day, no matter what shift they were working.
- 5/5
Nice stay
- 5/5
True to the Hilton name, this did not disappoint. Would stay again, don't change anything!
- 5/5
Definitely recommend this hotel.
- 4/5
Wi-fi internet was not good; kept browning out; had to re-logon frequently
- 5/5
will stay here again
- 3/5
The first room I checked into had not been cleaned. It was terrifying to open the door and find two unmade beds. I did not feel safe. The desk manager apologized profusely. The second room had the carpet torn up at the jxn of the solid surface/rug junction. Not a great experience over all. But the bed was comfortable.
- 4/5
Excellent location—extremely friendly and attentive staff—room was great. The only problem was they have a barn style bathroom door that doesn’t offer total privacy and makes too much noise. If they address that I’ll be back but I will check out other hotels in the area as well.
- 5/5
Great Staff! Good Breakfast!
- 4/5
Nice hotel. clean . Asked for extra towels @ 12noon , i had to go get them myself @ 11pm. other than that i had a pleasant stay !
- 4/5
The room was spacious and extremely comfortable. Parking was included. Staff so friendly. Walkable to the quaint town of Arvada. Easy access to freeway also. The staff very friendly.
- 5/5
Walking into any hotel you dont have high expectations.. i was really suprised and caught off guard by how clean it was, how clean it smelled. Wasnt anyone or anything sketchy around. Plenty of parking spaces. My room was clean and nice, AC worked well, shower worked well and stayed warm for a while.. i definitely recommend and will be back. Lasty breakfast was good too.
- 5/5
The staff was super friendly and very helpful!

- 5/5
I cannot express how wonderful my stay was. The place was quiet, clean, and convenient to most everything I needed. The staff were super friendly and helpful. I left a book in my room and when I called, they found it and got it mailed to me immediately. Definitely recommend this hotel!
- 4/5
Perfectly fine hotel
- 5/5
Very comfortable bedding. Great access to Old Town Arvada, as well as surrounding areas. Hotel food options were a bit pricey, but there were lots of walkable options nearby.
- 5/5
Beautiful property with shopping options
- 5/5
The only problem is the bed. It feels like a Motel 6.
- 5/5
Lobby smelled amazing!!
- 5/5
Staff was friendly and helpful Everything worked! Would definitely recommend and stay again.
- 2/5
Waited 10 at check in for something to appear. Toilet seat detached from toilet. Was told there was no one available to repair it and no other other rooms to move us. Gentlemen at front desk said, “maybe you could fix it yourself or just use the restroom near the lobby. Arrived on Wednesday, departed on Friday, never saw room service. Breakfast was $18 extra each morning.
- 2/5
Very disappointed in the room selection they gave us as an Expedia member. The view was the top of the roof. The chair had stains. No shampoo. Only two towels. You could hear EVERYTHING in the next room. I was not able to sleep only but a few hours. It was soooo disturbing.
- 5/5
Staff was friendly. Rooms and bathroom were clean. Great location near Olde Town Arvada.
- 5/5
Yvette, the lady checking us in was so friendly and helpful. She also welcomed us every time she saw us enter the building. The food serving people were generous and friendly.
- 5/5
One night stay. Very comfortable, clean, and friendly staff. Super close walk to shops and restaurants downtown!
- 4/5
Cant beat location. Bed was on the older side. Bathroom toilet seat was broken. Otherwise room was spacious. Overall stay was good.

- 5/5
The hotel is located in Arvada, a cute suburb with a nice downtown.
- 5/5
We love staying at this location in Arvada. It’s so close to old Arvada with nice shops, restaurants and coffee shops. Red Rocks about 20 min. Downtown about 20 minutes.
- 5/5
Very clean! Nice hotel
- 4/5
Proximity to Olde Town Arvada
- 5/5
Nice Place to stay!
- 5/5
Lovely stay
- 4/5
Staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Facility and room were nice and clean. Didn't really care for the opaque sliding bathroom door that left an open gap when fully closed. That might be fine for married couples, but when you're there with a co-worker it's a little awkward.
- 5/5
The room and hotel was clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. A nice easy walk into Olde Town.
- 5/5
Very nice Hotel
- 5/5
Front desk staff was fun, personable, understanding and efficient. Lashawn was extra great. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.
- 3/5
For what i was charged $>200/night the towels were threadbare, the bathroom door wouldn't close all the way, the restaurant/bar was closed and housekeeping was every other day (it's no longer covid!)
- 3/5
The clock in the Pool is broken, there is a reason there are no pictures of the hot tub or pool it's because it's very small. Clean Room/bathroom. There are cool places/ shops nearby within walking distance/ train stop/ park nearby. Staff 5/10. Stay 5/10. Surrounding area 8/10.
- 5/5
The property was clean and nicely decorated. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
Always a great time great service great room
- 4/5
Second stay at a Hilton Garden - room was not ready at check-in. Bar and grill were not open that evening
- 5/5
Cute little town right downt the street! It was a perfect stay!
- 4/5
It was all pretty good, the furnishings are looking a bit worn in the lobby and our room but it was clean, quiet and walkable.
- 5/5
Great!
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly.
- 5/5
Great location. Lots of dining spots and close to Regis University. Rooms were clean and very spacious. Workers were all pleasant and welcoming. Will definitely make this my go to hotel when visiting my daughter at Regis.
- 5/5
We’ve stayed here multiple times and always have great customer service.
- 5/5
It's in an excellent location, customer driven
- 5/5
Very clean, good restaurant
- 5/5
We stay at Hilton in Arvada every year and it is always our favorite lay-over before (and after!) we head to ski the mountains! Super easy to register, very friendly front desk staff & workers all around the hotel! The location to Olde Arvada is perfect for walking, dining, shops, etc! See you next year! :-)
- 3/5
No fresh air in rooms.
- 5/5
Great place to stay! Highly recommend it!
- 5/5
Nice
- 3/5
Check in staff not friendly or helpful
- 5/5
L'Shawn at the front desk was incredibly helpful. Professional, friendly, "welcoming."
- 3/5
Morning team very professional and Morning manager very attentive and helpful. Nightcstaff not so kuch in greeting and check in
- 4/5
20.00 dollars for unetable breakfast
- 5/5
The hotel is in an interesting part of town. Easy walk to dining options.
- 5/5
The shower is extremely difficult to operate, plus the handle was coming off. Front desl has been notified. Plus an ongoing issue: the hanging big lights are a nuisance! It is difficult to figure out where the switch is unless one is familiar with this kind. The reading lights are not bright enough when reading in bed.
- 5/5
Thank you
- 5/5
Great location
- 3/5
We liked everything about this hotel, EXCEPT FOR THE BATHROOM!!! The door to the bathroom is a barn style door, which slides side to side. It DOES NOT seal. There are gaps on both sides. Also, there is a large center panel in the door that is GLASS!!!! Perhaps the designers at Hilton are not aware that, typically, bathrooms and the things that occur in bathrooms are PRIVATE in nature. I had no wish for my roommate to to be privy to anything I had going on there. Even though the staff was lovely, and the hotel beautiful, I would not return because of this feature. As an added “bonus”, when you use the bathroom in the middle of the night, the light shines through the glass panel, this awaking your roommate. Stupid design.
- 2/5
I requested a non-pet room due to allergies. “Not available. Pets welcome in every room”. We were placed in room that had been over- deodorized. Smelled of cigarette smoke? 2 nights later, I have a sinus infection. This is the second bad experience that I’ve had in a Hilton Garden Inn due to pet or smoking issues. Never again. In addition, fraying carpet in halls, wallpaper was bubbling from walls in bathroom, fan cover hanging from ceiling plus there was hair in the shower. Not a clean/maintained hotel.
- 5/5
Lovely hotel! Our room configuration was something I have not seen before. The hotel is just a couple blocks from great shopping and restaurants. Next time I’m in the Denver area, I’ll definitely stay here again.
- 4/5
The bar area was slow with about 5 patrons and service was also slow but the bartender was pregnant and needed frequent breaks so i can understand. Food was really good as well and the pours were very generous in my opinion.
- 4/5
It was perfect for what we needed.
- 5/5
Service was great and check in was easy/fast. Our room was clean, and had adequate amenities. The only note I would make is that the bed was pretty firm (which may be a plus for some). But otherwise, a great stay!
- 5/5
Our room was clean and very big, the beds were comfortable, and the staff was very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
Very clean staff are very friendly
- 5/5
it was close to everything.
- 4/5
Kids knocking on our door. Noisy hallway.
- 5/5
The staff we interacted with was great! The hotel is very well kept, and comfortable. Myself and my family enjoyed our stay!
- 5/5
10/10 quick stay but very safe and nice quality
- 5/5
Stacy, the manager, was wonderful. Helpful and friendly.
- 4/5
Window shade would not work. Lounge chair was disgusting. Other than that, everything was fine. I didn't expect this in a Hilton. Motel 6, yes, but Hilton, no.
- 5/5
Nice
- 5/5
It was a great place to stay and the breakfast was so good!
- 5/5
Lovely
- 5/5
Had a wonderful peaceful stay and would highly recommend staying here to anyone traveling in the greater Denver area.
- 5/5
Room was clean. All staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious! No complaints here!
- 3/5
The customer service was great!! But the 1st room had a really weird smell so I advised the front desk and they quickly had us in a new room that had no iissues it was good.
- 5/5
Loved our stay at HGI in Arvada. Old Towne is close by and convenient to the mountains, Denver, Boulder and Red Rocks. Would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
I have a good time when I go.
- 5/5
Beautiful right next to bay bridge, shopping, and dining. It has a nice restaurant in the hotel and both meals I ate there were delicious
- 5/5
I love going there
- 5/5
Great dining options. The breakfast at the hotel was pricey.
- 5/5
Loved my stay at Hilton Garden Inn in Arvada, Colo. The staff was wonderful, and the Hotel quiet, and very clean. Keep up the good work!

- 5/5
The staff was absolutely incredible. The room was amazing and so was the food. The breakfast buffet was a bit pricey, but convenient. We loved the gingerbread house competition and can't say enough good things about the staff and the convenience of the hotel. It's perfect for walking to Olde Town Arvada and it's so close to the G line that getting to and from Denver or the airport is easy peasy.
- 5/5
From check-in, Travis at the front desk was awesome and friendly, and the room was fabulous! I love the vibe of this hotel! And I love the proximity to plenty of restaurants and other necessary stops
