The breakfast was very good, but having only dark roast coffee was disappointing. The room was very quiet and clean. The mattress was comfortable. It was really very nice, but we are not urban people, so, much as we liked the hotel, we probably won't be back. We visited for a friend's service at Arlington cemetery. We also called within the time frame but didn't get the discounted reserved group rate that should have been available.

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. I arrived early and thought I’d need to check my bags until I could check in- instead they let me check in early and grab breakfast! The room was spacious and so comfortable. It was easy access to Georgetown and downtown DC and close to the Metro. I like to run so I was able to run to Roosevelt Island every day. It’s very affordable as well. Definitely will stay here again.

The staff was very helpful and went out of their way to accommodate us. Spacious room with a good lay-out for multiple use purposes. We will come back to this hotel for our future DC trips!

This place did exactly as it said in the description. Fully fitted kitchen that allow us to cook and save money by not having to eat out all the time a very good breakfast scrambled eggs made the real eggs. Very helpful staff washing machine and dryer just down the Hall and gym, great Location and a decent price.

We really liked this hotel and would stay there again, if we needed someplace in that area again. It was very clean, well run, and seems to be in a safe area. The staff was very professional, friendly, and courteous towards us. Our room was great and what we expected, based on pictures we saw when we booked it. The only thing we would change, if we could, was the mattresses on the beds. The queen bed mattress was a little too soft and the pull-out sofa bed mattress was too thin and a little soft and lumpy. Also didn't like the pillows (but I usually don't). Too soft and "squishy" for me! Loved the breakfast room! Very clean and plenty of seating choices. The food was pretty decent for a continental breakfast and they never ran out of anything we wanted.

Great staff, excellent location and good breakfast. We booked for 4 people but didnt have enough towels or bedding/pillows for the sofa bes and had to go back to reception to ask for this. Only a small thing really, as the staff quickly rectified this for us.

Honestly , this is by far the best hotel I have been at in years. To the staff who took time out to really care about my kids and I, I really appreciate it. It was their first time in this city, and they loved telling their front desk staff all about their adventures of the day. They were so attentive and polite! Even Larry the breakfast attendant! The rooms were amazing and spacious and the hotel is so close to shopping, pharmacy stores, and the metro. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay! I felt safe and cared for every second of my time there! Thank you thank you thank you!

We always stay here when visiting or picking up/moving in our Georgetown student. Grocery store, target, Starbucks, access to the metro at Rosslynn station, and dining options within a couple blocks. Our truck fits in the parking garage. Place is always clean, breakfast and coffee is good, staff is always very helpful and friendly!

The location and access to the Metro. Housekeeping can only be reached through the front desk staff. On the final day, I saw the housekeeping staff three times and struggled to get them to clean my room during my six-day stay.

Location of the hotel is great, the price point was a little bit high. Good morning breakfast was OK, there was a broad selection, but nothing amazing.

Everything was great! Starting with the staff, they were really helpful with us. The room we got was very spacious and bathtub clean. The breakfast was good and with a lot of options. Very good location near supermarket and metro station. Not a bad thing but important to note, we got the 12 floor and if you are a person with light sleep, the sound of the ducks in the morning it maybe something to take in consideration because the sound is very strong.

The only thing I didn’t like was it didn’t have a pool and hot tub.

I liked there room and kitchen. I did not like they charged me different rates for different days. That is a big issue for work trip. As we have a limit of room price. If the price crossed the limit, we have face huge issues.

The kitchen had everything even dishwasher soap which was great! We only stayed for a night but we would definitely come back. Location was great. 7 mins from metro station. Wish there was a bathrobe

This hotel was very nice. It was clean and nicely decorated. The rooms were decently sized for a 1-bedroom hotel room. The shower pressure was amazing and "endless" hot water it seemed. There were two TV's, one in the bedroom and one in the living area. It had a kitchenette with dishwasher, microwave and range top. Also a full size refrigerator with ice maker in the freezer. Be aware there is no street parking or a parking lot nearby. There are several restaurants within a 5-10 minute walking distance and the metro is 2 blocks over. There is also a Target within 1 block which makes things easier. The room did have ample furniture - almost too much. We had a small computer desk with rolling office chair, a dining table with two chairs, and another larger desk by the window. The bedroom had two end tables, a wire rack with clothes hangers. It also had some solid shelves for things under the wire rack and in room safe. The queen size bed was comfortable and soft as well as the pillows. There was an A/C and heat unit that was thermostatically controlled. You set the temp and it auto-decided heat or A/C. It was a little loud as the return was in the bedroom and it vibrated and rattled quite a bit. You do get used to it. The "Enseo" TV system isn't the best. It's a specific hotel TV system that takes over the controls of the TV and the remote is clunky to use at times or didn't work. The volume would randomly change on the TV from normal to super load then back. You do have to pay for daily parking which seems a little ridiculous when you're a guest, however, it does seem to be the norm for the area though. We specifically moved hotels despite this hotel being more expensive - the parking at the other hotel made the total cost higher. So do total pricing when comparison shopping. With the amount of furniture and a family of 4 it could be somewhat crowded. We left the sofa bed out most of the time which added to the crowdedness, but we moved the smaller desk into the bedroom to get it out of the way. The sofa bed is thing and most uncomfortable for an adult. The kids of course don't care usually.

The only problem was one of two elevators were broken and everything and everyone had to schedule additional time to get up and down. Evidently, this was a three week problem. We will be back again next year!

AC wasn’t working and we were trying to change the room where we could sleep but front desk person insisted of helping and listening to us she threatened to call the police. All of the 11th floor rooms were hot and AC wasn’t working in that kind of heat. Front desk person must have some kind of mental problems and the managers were not reachable. So no start from me.

My check out and departure that day was at noon!! I was appalled and furious! I had a full day and night of travel ahead of me, really needed my sleep and was looking forward to a slow morning.

The property is under renovations, so there was a bit of inconvenience as the room we had was still an older room. It was fine but for sure would have stayed at a different location due to the construction. All is all though staff was super nice and it was as clean as an older hotel can be.

Overall very good. However, they are in midst of upgrading as they should because definitely looking tired (which is probably why value was good. ). Given the changes being made the cleanliness was good.

My 4- day stay was very nice. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, easy walk to Metro, cheerful and helpful staff, excellent eats within 3 blocks (Rhodeside Grill, Radicchio are outstanding and very affordable). My 2nd floor room was directly above the fitness center which is open 24/7. Weight workout at 4 am was a wakeup on one night. Otherwise quiet.

If using the sofa bed the studio size had to have furniture moved to open and that left little room to move around. Accessible room had some need for a facelift but it was functional.

The hotel has seen better days. I had no heat the first night but was fixed by maintenance the next afternoon. Two mornings I had lukewarm water for showering. No excuse that a hotel has no hot water for showering. I will be staying elsewhere for future visits.

Very nice hotel and staff were excellent. Great location. Small negative points. Weak breakfast for me, but maybe that's from covid. The couches in my room and next door (my daughter was with me this trip) need to GO! They are old and stuffing is worn out. Please update. Again, great staff--very pleasant and helpful.

Courteous staff, spacious room

Perfect room. Breakfast promptly at 7am, which was great for an early morning run. Wish I could have stayed longer. Room had everything I needed. Just wish the creamers for coffee were real cream and not powder :) Check in and check out were simple and fast.

We had a wonderful stay!

Location: Excellent, walkable, clean, safe, many food choices, many people out and about. Right across from target and Starbucks. Free parking at nearby Whole Foods. Plenty of covered secured parking beneath hotel. We were told not to rent a car because of traffic, but it wasn’t bad at all - Easy drive to/from DCA, into downtown, easy 15 min drive to Alexandria, and another 15 minutes on GW parkway on a beautiful drive to Mt Vernon. The Hotel: is definitely ready for an upgrade but bed was comfy, layout was spacious, and it was clean. Breakfast was great with eggs, yogurt, fruit, etc. Staff was attentive and helpful. I would definitely stay again!!

Nice, large rooms. Comfortable.

The people at the front desk were very helpful and super nice. They let us check in early and even offered us the free breakfast. Then they watched our bags while we explored the city since our flight left late at night. The room was solid, certainly got the job done
