Reviews
The hotel is generally well-liked for its cleanliness, comfortable rooms, and convenient location near restaurants, shops, and the metro. However, some guests have complained about poor service, particularly at the bar, and issues with parking. Breakfast is a highlight for many, but some have found it to be cold or average.

Amazing stay. Real food options for breakfast. The staff is attentive and helpful. Property is nice.

The hotel location was wonderful for touring since it was right by the Courthouse train station. The room was clean, spacious, and the breakfast was great. Shout out to the breakfast staff. They really work hard to ensure everything is fresh and hot, with a good variety of offerings. Happy Hour was nice. Several restaurants within walking distance. Plenty of parking in the deck, although it is a tight space. Would 100% stay there again and recommend.

Pleasant stay in Arlington. Close to the metro for zipping around town. Breakfast was excellent. The hotel and neighborhood are very nice.

Rooms were updated and clean. Breakfast was standard fare - bread, bagels, French toast eggs, fruit and yogurt. Parking was expensive ($37/day). Basement garage entrance and spots were too narrow and no prior information was given on the parking rates.
- 5/5
Great location, easy access to subway station and quiet.
- 5/5
Love the stay
- 5/5
The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Great location close to restaurants and the Metro. Easy to get into DC without having to stay in DC.
- 5/5
This is a lovely property, located near the Arlington National Cemetery. The staff was very helpful and very professional. Wonderful wine bar next to the hotel and lots of eateries in walking distance.

Loved it here and will definitely stay again next time.

This hotel is very close to Metro station (Court house) stop If someone is planning to go to see Washington DC. Very short walk. The hotel staff is very friendly, helpful and nice. Always willing to help with a smile. Checking process and front office staff was awesome. Room is very comfy and clean. Spacious. Breakfast is decent. I would highly recommend this place.
- 5/5
Wonderful hotel. Large rooms, quiet, comfortable. Good breakfast. Would stay here again
- 5/5
Loved the location. Easy access to the metro rail about a 3 minute walk. Hotel was well maintained, good selection for the breakfast-busy at times. Glad we chose to stay here vs in DC for our spring break trip. Quiet and safe area.

Very good
- 5/5
For the price point it as excellent. The room was very clean, the staff very nice. The full breakfast was fantastic. They had a happy hour that looked very busy but I did not go but it is definitely a plus. The location is near the Subway Station and there were numerous restaurants and Whole Foods is nearby. My room had a mini fridge that was cold and very clean. Coffee in the room. Only negative is that I was on the 7th floor and the water pressure in the shower was not very strong but good enough. Plenty of hot water. No long wait for elevators. I had always stayed in Foggy Bottom when I have stayed in DC before. However this was similar and cheaper. No fear of staying in Arlington because the Subway is just a block away and getting to Reagon Airport and all areas was very easy. Definitely will stay here again.

交通便利
- 5/5
Great place to stay if you don't want to pay the exorbitant prices of DC hotels. You can reach it without going through DC traffic. Reasonable parking prices, nice and big rooms, good free breakfast, conveniently located near the Courthouse Metro station, and near many restaurants and a well-known drugstore.

amazing!! the staff at the front desk and the breakfast buffet are Absolutely Amazing!!! So Nice

The room was clean. The breakfast was good. The air conditioning made too much noise.

Very good breakfast, with lots of delicious and high-quality food. They have gluten-free bread available but no GF cereals and they should have a gluten-free toaster available. Nice clean room with comfortable bed but some traffic noise inevitably. Very good gym.
- 5/5
The staff was very helpful. We arrived after one in the morning and they still offered us dinner in the bar downstairs. The bar had a great selection of wine and beer, plus spirits. The food menu was limited. The hotel parking was underground and very tight, but still fit my mini van.
- 4.5/5
This hotel is very centrally located in Arlington. It's very close to the metro and lots of eateries. The gym is well equipped and the rooms are spacious and beautiful. The staff is very professional and friendly, the coffee at breakfast was delicious. We had a sideways view into the room next door and other than that the view was of air conditioning units. The water pressure in the shower wasn't very strong and the coffee maker in the room is that terrible cheap thing instead of a Keurig.

Fantastic location for metro access. Nice breakfast spread. Staff was friendly and helpful. We arrived in the morning well before check-in time and they were able to assign us a room early. Also kept our bags after checkout until our late-afternoon flight. Room was clean and well kept. Water pressure in the shower was poor- but that is my only critique.
- 5/5
Breakfast staff were very good; a clean buffet setting, items were well stocked; food presentation and selection was very good.

We (family of 5, kids' ages 17, 14, 12) stayed in the 2 queen, sofa bed room and it was great. Very spacious. Beds were comfortable. Great water pressure and temperature in the shower. There was a mini fridge, but no microwave, which would've been nice to warm up my coffee, but overall definitely not necessary. Breakfast was good with eggs, bacon, sausage links, waffles or French toast sticks, bagels, oatmeal, yogurt, fresh fruit, flour tortillas, and numerous toppings. I thought it would be annoying having to call the desk to open the garage door each time we left or arrived at the hotel, but it was not at all. The staff answered promptly and we did not have to wait any of the times we entered or exited the garage. I came to appreciate this safety measure immensely, not because the area seemed dangerous (it did not), but just as the precaution it provided. Now I wish all hotels had this setup. The garage is tight as one should expect in any large city. I would not recommend bringing your F150 or Tahoe. We had a Murano and still had to maneuver into parking spaces. This is not a complaint, just a fact of which to be aware. Overall the hotel was wonderful and we will definitely stay here again. There are 3 pillows on the 2 beds, but they are very small, square-ish pillows. Hub and I would have preferred longer pillows and 4 per bed, as we sleep with one between our knees. We each brought a pillow from home, and did not ask reception for more.

After more than two hours of speaking with an Expedia agent—both they and I talked to the hotel—I was finally given a room. However, after that, Expedia did nothing further to assist me. I called again, but no compensation or resolution was offered. All they did,After 3 times call Expedia, they offered $100 key cash!!!

- 5/5
Spent five nights on our visit to Arlington mainly because of the hotels great location, close to transport and an array of dining & cafe options. Now I have to mention the wonderful interactions we had with both Ruth and Ashley at reception, they are absolute gems and great assets to the hotel. The room itself was on the fourth floor (408) it was close to the elevators but there were no noise issues either from elevators or other guests, the only noise issue was from the a/c unit, so we turned off the a/c whilst we were in the room and honestly it wasn’t required, the room temperature was perfect for us. The room had the usual spacious Hyatt Place layout and was clean and the beds were extremely comfortable, the bathroom is compact but clean & functional. Breakfast was the standard buffet you’d expect. Definitely the place to stay in Arlington.
- 5/5
Breakfast was good. Parking was 28.00 per night and they included in your booking if you wanted it. The staff were very friendly.

The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fresh and good.
- 5/5
This hotel was the perfect place to stay for our 3 days in the area for a family wedding. The hotel is a short walk to a Metro stop as well as many dining and shopping options. Our spacious room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. The included breakfast was more than adequate with hot items, fruits, cereals, oatmeal and breads. To top it all off the staff here were very friendly and accommodating, with a special shout out to Kendra, Ashley and Ruth at the front desk. We could not be more pleased with our choice of hotel for this trip and would definitely recommend staying here to anyone who asks!
- 5/5
Great location, clean room, and modern lobby!
- 5/5
The hotel was nice, clean, and had great service.
- 5/5
The staff was amazing…the breakfast was delicious! We will definitely be back!
- 5/5
It a very nice area. Things to do and eat. Metro very close
- 5/5
We had an excellent stay. Hotel located in the perfect area - a lot of stores, places to eat, and coffee shops all in less than 5 mins walking distance. Breakfast was great also - a lot of different options. Ruth, front desk agent, is AMAZING! Also, she makes the BEST old fashioned in DC! Overall, great place for leisure or business. I def recommend!
- 5/5
Good Breakfast
- 5/5
Nice place to stay
- 5/5
Secure, quiet and comfortable. Free breakfast was an extra bonus!
- 5/5
Would highly recommend if visiting the area. Rooms, food and staff all top notch. Metro rail station is one block over,. Great way to visit DC without having to fight traffic. Car park rate at hotel is very reasonable as well. Will def sat here again on next trip ti DC Metro ares.
- 4/5
This was a great place to stay overnight. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Parking is in the building, around the corner from the entrance. Make sure you alert the front desk if you leave and return at night. The breakfast was very good!
- 5/5
Quick check-in with friendly front desk staff. The room was big and clean. Very convenient location.
- 2/5
The room amenities were just not that great. A/C was terrible...with the temperature at 67 feeling like 73 degrees. The room was so hot and stuffy, I could not sleep during the night. Also, the water faucet and the shower heads were very weak...and the water temperature (at the bathroom faucet) barely got past warm. The TV system was really bad, and the remote was not user-friendly. Because of this. we barely watched TV. While the bed was big, the mattress was too soft, and the comforter was too thin. Also, the maid service was seemingly weak. Our towels were just thrown haphazardly...not neatly as they should be. Overall, I expected more from a Hyatt hotel. Because of all the shortcomings, I can't say that we had a comfortable stay...but just barely tolerable.
- 5/5
Great location near the metro for quick and easy access to DC. Hotel was very clean, staff friendly, and great breakfast. Price for parking was less as well compared to other hotels in the area. Would stay again if I ever go back to this area
- 5/5
Booked two rooms for our family of 6. Comfortable beds and pillows. Very clean. Safe neighborhood with restaurants, CVS drug store and Metro transit station within a few blocks. Good breakfast. Courteous staff. Only complaint was that there was barely enough hot water for two people to shower back to back. They must try to conserve somehow. Overall, a great stay.
- 5/5
Terrific
- 5/5
The bartender for happy hour was great! Best Old Fashioned I have had in a while. The breakfast buffet is much better here than at other hotels we stayed at during this trip.
- 5/5
Pleasant staff. Great location
- 5/5
Our room was clean and felt newly updated. The breakfast was the best we’ve had across all the Hyatt properties we’ve stayed at, and each morning the restaurant staff greeted guests warmly, which made for a wonderful start to the day. Overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations. If I had to nitpick one thing, it would be the low water pressure in the shower—but it did not impact our overall experience. We would absolutely return the next time we’re in the area.
- 5/5
Fantastic staff, convenient location, comfortable rooms, great breakfast.
- 5/5
Excellent location. Close to shopping and restaurants. Room is spacious and nice although there is no microwave, the only item I would want for convenience. Parking space is not free but expected. You are in an area where there are both locals and visitors so great atmosphere and you get to see and experience the city of DC.
- 5/5
The only downside is breakfast ,food not enough for all the guests. Other than that it’s been an amazing experience.
- 5/5
Very nice and convenience place to other locations of my vacation, thanks
- 5/5
good
- 5/5
Very nice hotel in a great location. Conveniently located a short walk to the Metro. Breakfast was a little better than typical continental breakfasts at other hotels. Everything was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only drawback was the parking situation. The parking garage below the hotel is extremely tight…. As in multi point turns around the corners.
- 5/5
Beautiful in and out, perfect as their were so many restaurants around and close to Metro
- 5/5
I don’t have any pets. Nice small kitchen with full size frig.
- 5/5
Very nice property. Friendly and helpful staff! Good location.
- 5/5

- 5/5
I love the consistency of Hyatt. Excellent breakfast as well. I’m a fan.
- 5/5
Good buffet breakfast! The staff is great and they even have a menu for dinner if you don’t want to go looking for dinner. The location was very convenient and close to the metro station. We had a great experience.
- 5/5
We had a great experience
- 5/5
Fresh towels and a clean room everyday is a bonus. Front desk and breakfast staff were wonderful. Hotel is in an excellent location, very safe and very close to the metro station, can be in downtown DC in a matter of minutes.
- 5/5
It was in a great location for what we wanted to do. The staff was awesome especially the lady who checked us in and was working the front desk. The breakfast was good. Our room was super clean and very big. We have relatives in the area so we will be coming back.
- 5/5
Clean room, friendly staff. Metro, CVS and Dunkin around corner from Hyatt
- 5/5
Hotel is about a 10 min drive to Lincoln Memorial, Washington Monument and most of the Museums, which is what we wanted to see. Decently priced with free breakfast. Room was spacious and clean. Staff was super friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
Staff were absolutely friendly and so kind. Kofi was amazing! Clean room, great breakfast buffet and not far from the Metro! Dunkin’ Donuts around the corner and a CVS.
- 5/5
The mgr and the staff were awesome
- 5/5
Clean hotel and good service. Every staff is friendly and helpful. Safe and convenient location.
- 4/5
Pleasant staff. Very clean bathroom and room. Very good location. Close to metro and lots of restaurants.
- 5/5
This hotel was in such a perfect location. I felt safe walking around after dusk alone, downtown Arlington is a very nice area to explore, and I was less than 10 minutes from the museum district I’m DC. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms and common areas were very clean. I enjoyed every bit of my stay at this hotel.
- 5/5
Loved everything
- 4/5
I recommend you guys check your water system, they shower has very low pressure not good. Also the AC was blowing hot air and unable to get rest the five days we booked there. Not everyone wants heat in their room regardless of weather. Great location and very nice place to stay after all.
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
The staff were very friendly, helpful, and courteous. The breakfast is outstanding! No reconstituted eggs here! The hotel is located in a very safe area, with many excellent dining experiences. If you are planning on using the metro plan on a 10-13 min walk to the boarding platform. I would definitely stay here again!
- 1/5
We booked 4 rooms, 2 of the 4 had a broken AC. One of the rooms wasn’t available at check in.
- 5/5
Yes- My husband was able to rent a nice space for a business meeting, and the size of our room accommodated both of us to be able to be productive
- 5/5
The room was very nice, even better than i expected. I also took full advantage of the fitness center, which was great. The staff I interacted with were all very friendly
- 5/5
Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.
- 4/5
The location is unbeatable, near restaurants and right by the metro stop. We had the king room on a high floor which was nice and spacious, however the hvac system in the room is super loud! When it goes on it sounds like an engine is running in the room, even with earplugs we could hear it and it disrupted our sleep. Also, the bathroom sink faucet was loose and wobbly, every time you turned it on it felt like it was going to fall out. In addition, the shower water pressure is barely more than a trickle, but the water was hot. If you want an amazing location this is the place, but the hotel def needs some TLC.
- 3/5
The place is great but they advertise happy hour at the full bar and don’t staff anyone who can mix a drink
- 5/5
Helpful/courteous staff Overall a great stay Can’t wait to come back
- 4/5
was good
- 4/5
No kitchen
- 5/5
Great location to the Metro. Would stay here again.
- 5/5
Room was spacious and comfortable. Great view from the 7th floor.
- 4/5
Everything was great except 2 things. We arrived later in the evening and when we got to our room there was no soap in the bathroom (on sink) and due to the timing no maid service to get some from. Secondly, and most importantly, the HVAC system is incredibly loud! It sounded like an airplane reviving up for takeoff. We were exhausted and finally got to sleep but it woke us up during the night when it went on.
- 3/5
Uncomfortable beds and flat pillows. $30 a night to park that wasn’t communicated upfront.
- 5/5

- 5/5
staff was amazing, room was clean, safe area, and the bar downstairs was a huge plus.
- 5/5
Room was very clean and staff was nice and welcoming.
- 4/5
Room was clean and excellent breakfast options. Overall great experience, however, only rating 4 stars due to the parking garage. We paid $28 a night for parking but the parking garage was cramped and difficult to navigate, and often almost completely full on busy days. Disappointed that we paid that much for parking to have that experience.
- 5/5
Excellent location. Friendly staff. Room layout was great for our family.
- 5/5
Everything was great
- 5/5
Amazing staff, good room.
- 3/5
Yes but they charged to much for parking. It should have been free.

Friendly helpful staff. Showed me where free street parking was.
- 5/5
Love it
- 4/5
Clean room, and spacious bathroom. Very friendly concierge and great customer service.
- 5/5
We had a few very minor quibbles. The bathroom door was a weird glass slider and difficult to latch. As others have noted, the parking garage under the hotel is VERY tight and a bit chaotic, so that could use some improving. Finally, if you are able to request a room not right on Wilson Blvd, I would recommend that. We found there to be a lot of road noise early in the morning. But as I said, these are very minor issues, and overall we had a great stay. Great central location for exploring Northern VA and getting into DC.
- 4/5
Decent properly, just needs to be remodeled.
- 5/5
Very clean property. Staff was very kind and helpful whenever needed. Would love to come back.
- 5/5
Courteous staff, clean and quiet room.

Happy environment !
- 4/5
All the staff was top notch. The only downside was the coffee wasn't very good. We had to go to a coffee shop to get some.
- 5/5
The staff is great. The rooms are clean and have a modern feel. The hotel is close to the metro and Dunkin‘ Donuts(this is where I get my coffee every morning). It’s quick and easy checking in and out. This is our favorite hotel to stay when going to DC.
- 5/5
All ok
- 5/5
Clean, wonderful staff and best location
- 3/5
Heat wasn’t working. We got back late and attempted to call but the phone wasn’t working either
- 5/5
Excellent service and accommodations. The only complaint is about the restaurant being closed Sunday and Monday
- 4/5
Great price for a Hyatt, excellent location and service. Heating system was very loud however, and bed could have been more comfortable

- 5/5
Breakfast was decent. The room was clean. The bed needs to be replaced as the framed is stained a different color. Overall the stay was well
- 5/5
Short, but very nice visit.
- 5/5
Really clean and friendly staff
- 5/5
Clean room, pleasant staff
- 5/5
Great hotel. Loved the large room with separate Livingroom style area. Very comfortable for our 4-night stay. We put the room fan on Low and slept great. Breakfast was amazing, great selections and very helpful and friendly breakfast staff. All the staff were so friendly. We took advantage of the convenient underground parking. Metro stations are very close. There is an elevator just a block away by the Beer Garden Courthaus Social. We ended up using Uber to go into DC. It was an easy drive to Arlington National Cemetery & Iwo Jima memorial where parking is easy. Several great restaurants around the hotel. We enjoyed the Courthaus Social, the Lebanese restaurant and our road coffee from For Five Coffee was wonderful. It's a great hotel and we would use it again if we came to the area.
- 5/5
This hotel is an excellent choice. It is super clean. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The metro to downtown DC is just steps away and the rooms are perfect with extremely comfortable beds. In an over priced area this place is an oasis. Will stay here again.

Kendra was the Best! She eased all of my anxiety with what my concerns were (I was running my first marathon and was not familiar with the area) and gave me multiple options to make sure I enjoyed my stay.

The parking garage was very narrow and my reservation was given to another guest and was a very embarassing situation that I waited 45 minutes to resolve. The staff was not aware my room was given away by morning manager. Also, they terminated my keys just as I got into room and had to bring me new ones. The compensation was a free cookie. Not my best stay, unfortunately will not return.

Stayed here a number of times before and always had wonderful service but this trip I was met with a frazzled therefore rude check in employee. Always been offered water at check in previously, when I asked if I could have water was told I could purchase it. Only had a 2 night stay and when I returned to room in the evening having been gone 14 hours it hadn’t been serviced, when I complained I was told there were no staff now. Mentioned this on checkout and was told it was Marathon weekend and hotel super busy. There should be no no excuses for basic services.

I had a wonderful stay at this Hyatt place . The staff was welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed. The location was excellent close to everything, yet quiet enough to relax. I especially enjoyed the breakfast, which had a variety of fresh and delicious options. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Brand new, clean rooms and very friendly staff. Great location too.

Ruth, who greeted us when we checked-in, was AMAZING! She answered all of our questions, got us to our room a little early and was just pleasant to talk with. She knows what great customer service is.

Wonderful staff, hotel is great but we were woken by the fire alarm at 1 am and then by rowdy guests singing and shouting at 2-3am. Only there for a one night stay while moving our daughter into college so pretty exhausted the next day. Stayed there a few times before, hotel always good and staff always great.
- 4/5
Nothing unusual but had everything to enjoy our stay
- 4/5
Water pipes made noise after turning on the sink and toilet. Front desk personnel should know when to put people on hold instead of being on the phone for 15 mins while people are waiting to check in or ask a simple question.

I stayed here with family for a surgery I was having the next day! The staff were fantastic and it was quiet and covenant to the hospital. My family however were not too pleased with the breakfast but the restaurant at the hotel was good!

The property was clean and a safe neighbor

Great hotel in a great location. Very clean and quiet. Breakfast was very nice.
- 5/5
It was close to a metro station

I love the location, it's beautiful, clean, safe, accessible to the subway and bus, many restaurants options close by, and the nice staff, especially Maria Alas, the cook.

Room is spacious. Underground parking is close by is very convenient. The parking space is small which is challenging especially for my minivan but everywhere in DC seems to be similar. Overall it's a good stay.
- 5/5
Excellent property very convenient to restaurant public transportation. Friendly staff and well maintained. Would definitely stay again.
- 5/5
The hotel centrally located, the room and view was great, and there were several dining options within walking distance.
- 5/5
Hyatt place is my favorite place in Arlington VA.
- 5/5
Loved the breakfast every morning and the bar in the evening, after a day of touring around it was great to come back for a drink in the lobby before dinner. The bartender Rachelle was fabulous, we loved her, she was very personable. The facility itself was lovely and very clean.

Maybe just improve the eggs and French toasts

The staff was very helpful, the area is secure, and it’s well located. The price is good and I’d recommend this location. Very happy A+

Lovely area, great location, good value, nice building .... except for lack of laundry, heart-stoppingly constricted parking, and annoying bathroom sliding doors.
- 5/5
We had a wonderful stay here! We were in town for 5 days for an event down at the DC convention center and we wanted to stay somewhere a bit more quiet and away from the busy downtown area. This hotel was the perfect choice! It was very modern and clean feeling and every time we interacted with the staff they were very kind and helpful. The rooms were in good shape and the bed was pretty comfy. The TV was a little on the older side, but we had a Roku stick so we were just able to use streaming instead. The price was more than reasonable for our stay and it was nice to have relatively affordable self parking. The free breakfast every morning was good and they had a nice amount of food choices. Overall, we loved our stay here and will absolutely choose this hotel again in the future if we are in the area again.

Traveled with small children and was thoroughly impressed by the property. It’s within walking distance to the Metro, restaurants, and Whole Foods. We stayed in a double queen room that also featured an L-shaped couch, which the kids absolutely loved. Breakfast was excellent, and the entire hotel experience was outstanding. We’ll definitely be saving this location for our future trips to DC.
- 3/5
Breakfast was average, desk staff helpful, dining staff not helpful, air vent in room not working.
- 4/5
The hotel is good, but could be better. The building feels dated and the breakfast bar is standard, nothing stands out. Rooms are clean and spacious. On weekends, is fairly easy to park on the street.
- 4/5
The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
Walking distance to restaurants

The staff was nice and helpful. The neighborhood was clean and quiet. We felt safe being there. The view was incredible. The metro station was easy to walk to. If your heading to DC for the first time, watch triphacksdc on YouTube.

Very friendly staff. My favorite place to stay when in Arlington
- 4/5
Excellent location and very clean facility. Staff was very nice and accommodating. The only issue I had was the cost of parking, $28 per night.
- 5/5
Breakfast and staff were amazing
- 5/5
My room was amazing, the tub is huge, great staff great stay!
- 5/5
I loved that it was clean, comfortable and dog friendly. I would stay again. The woman at the front desk was kind and accommodating. She made check in quick and easy
- 5/5
The staff was more welcoming than any we'd come across. We were offered a free breakfast but declined (we were headed to a celebratory brunch) and our room (high floor, sofa) had everything we needed. The TV remote could have been easier to navigate (would have liked a written guide to stations) but otherwise, great stay.

The air conditioner is very loud. The water pressure is terrible

Ruth was wonderful with the check-in process. Very friendly and welcoming. The area felt very safe. The bed was extremely comfortable.

Hyatt Place Courthouse was a great hotel choice. Very convenient to Ronald Reagan Aurport and the Arlington National Cemetary. The staff that served the morning breakfast were incredibly friendly and very attentive. I only wish each room had their own microwave ovens. Overall, a great hotel!
- 5/5
Great stay! My family and I had a horrible experience the week before at 2500 Penn a Placemaker Experience in Washington DC and this place really made up for it. Parking was easy, the hotel was clean, staff was friendly. Thank you!

We were two grandparents with two grandchildren. Enough room for the kids to decompress after sightseeing in DC, play games, and snack. Good breakfast and easy walk to the Metro stop.

Having never visited the DC area before, I was not sure how much sense t would make to stay in the neighboring Arlington when all of the college touring our family was doing was in the DC metro area, nevertheless, cost took precedence since this was a late booking. This was a great find: In our three day stay I found Arlington to be a a clean, walkable, bedroom community of mostly young professionals and families with several great restaurants, and cafes. Despite being called the Hyatt Courthouse, it is very much flanked by a very cute and walkable neighborhood that felt safe, so much so that I felt comfortable allowing my teenaged daughter to run the CVS down the street from the hotel by herself at night. The staff was friendly (especially the breakfast staff - the women who work there are lovely and this was the cleanest and most efficiently run breakfast buffet I have ever seen, especially considering the amount of traffic they get! My only complaint about this place is that the air conditioning was too loud at night, but nothing that ear plugs could not handle! Overall, I am glad this late booking worked out and would definitely not only recommend, but I would go back myself when in the area.

Property was well maintained and room was clean.
- 5/5
The staff was so kind to me! They comped my breakfast when she commented on me booking the stay that day and I explained my travel woes. Loved having a restaurant in the hotel so I could grab a pizza and take it up to the room. It was quiet and cozy in my room and I was able to knock out some work that evening. The next morning the breakfast was delicious and checking out was a breeze.
- 5/5
Only one negative. The pillows/pillow cases smelled bad. Everything else was great
- 5/5
very nice service, very well located, easy transportation
- 5/5
The only thing was the menu that turned me off. I ordered a hamburger that was precooked , not fresh and the sodium from the burger made me feel really bad/ sick..
- 4/5
It was a good experience, you would have to go downstairs for additional services
- 5/5
Great stay. We chose this due to its proximity to DC landmarks. Metro station not far, but we chose to Uber of use our car. Room was clean and served its purpose. Family of two adults and two teenagers for 5 days. Would definitely stay here again. Attendants were friendly. We ate at the restaurant one evening and food was good. Enjoyed our stay.

When we arrived at 5p, the air conditioning was broken. It didn't get fixed until 11pm. You can imagine how hot it was on the 8th floor in June. The regular buffet breakfast that's free everywhere else was $11 and parking was $27 per night. It was average to begin with, but the unapologetic attitude in the sweltering heat & fees for an unimpressive breakfast buffet were disappointing. I can't recommend this hotel.
- 5/5
Clean, good location.
- 4/5
It was amazing and the staff was excellent. I enjoyed my stay.
- 3/5
They advertised EV charging yet there were non EV cars parked in the spaces. The fact that there weren't any clearly marked signs stating that the spots were for EVs. The lot in itself is DIFFICULT to maneuver. It spirals 3 levels down with zero ability to come back up if there is no spot to go into to reposition your vehicle to come back out.
- 3/5
The hotel itself was nice. The hallways were very hot and the parking garage was a nightmare
- 5/5
Phenomenal customer service 👏 👌
- 5/5
The staff went above and beyond being helpful. The breakfast was delicious and the bacon cooked just right.
- 5/5
The property was clean and attractive in nature. Nestled in a quaint, walkable area, there was access to several food and shopping establishments. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

The hotel was excellent! It was clean and very nice.

It was a great place to stay and staff were very friendly
- 5/5
staff is really helpful. stayed for 3 nights and will obviously book with them again for my next visit
- 5/5
Loving staying here—a very nice property and the room was great!
- 1/5
The shower faucet pressure of water is sooooo small that I can’t even wash my hair, my kids said even the sink faucet water flow is much bigger, they almost want to wash themselves over the sink better than in the shower! I think the most important thing for a hotel is water flow, people expecting to take a comfortable shower at least after a long day!
- 5/5
Like the breakfast options
- 5/5
This is the large chain hotel that felt it was run by a family! The front desk, cleaning staff and especially the ladies working at the breakfast buffet were so friendly and helpful! I would definitely recommend and return!
- 5/5
Accessibility from garage to guest floor was great. Parking was tight in the garage.

Hi everything was perfect excludşng the shower pressure. It is very low in all rooms. I hope hotel can fix it.
