Its a great place to stay at ! I love to have the breakfast there! Staff is very nice! The only issue is the parking fee $30 a day to park in the hotel parking structure. Parking on the street is free on the weekend and its a meter parking so we chose to park on the street. Thank you for a nice stay!

Incredible welcoming and attentive staff! Spotlessly clean room. Big comfortable king bed. We had the spacious suite with a full kitchen and sofa bed. Loved it. We were lucky to have a room not facing the busy highway. Our room was wonderfully quite. Free shuttle that will take you 1 mile to Rosslyn Metro Station. It's about a 15 minute walk back.

Hotel Staff are amazing. They go.over and above to make things easy and comfortable for you. Breakfast Team headed by Asang were outstanding. I am vegetarian and they ensured I had options to eat and specially catered upon Request This is my 4th visit at thia hotel and i would definately recommend them to anyone.

Space and comfort in room was great. Room was quiet and south facing so it got the sun (when it was out!). Gym was well equipped (although see below also) Staff were really friendly and helpful Little atmosphere in the bar/restaurant Only one Peloton bike in the gym Knives not very sharp, no chopping board, had to ask for a kettle and small saucepan, no cheese grater. Guess I should have asked though, so my bad, as, given the level of service elsewhere, I suspect they would have provided them.

I thought it was great the hotel offered a pasta dinner the night before the marathon. The hotel also offered us an early check in and accepted our request for late checkout so I could shower after the marathon. Nothing

The hotel was clean and staff very friendly and helpful. The man who checked us in was very polite but could not direct us as to where we could take our pet for bathroom duties. It was dark by the time we checked in and as this is more of a city location it was up to us to walk around to find a place. We were able to but it would have been helpful, as this is a pet friendly hotel, to know where to walk our pet and relieve herself. We've stayed at Hilton owned hotels in the past and never had to pay for parking. In the future we will look for a nice hotel out of the city which will take care of both these negatives. see above

Facilities for kitchen etc in the apartment were good and very convenient Although I had messaged them more than 1.5 months ago to give me a room with a good view they said those rooms available on the day depending on check-in etc and that they have no visibility on messages on booking dot com but I showed them messages going to their head office so dodgy stuff there or they were biased towards us as we were Asian.

The front desk greet you like your family. This is my favorite hotel in Rosslyn- the staff are the same each time I visit and they always remember a guest- it's literally like being home. a map of how to walk back to the hotel from the metro

First of all, the desk persons were very friendly, confident, comfortable, handling each guest with care, making them feel like they were important. Even adding humor, The interior design of the first floor Lobby was exceptional bright and welcoming. The room/suite was better than expected - clean with larger than expected fridge, stove microwave and real dishes and even a dishwasher . Nice full, hot breakfast didn’t hurt as well… finally our stay ( 2 nights ) was exceptionally quiet the whole time… There was a foul smell in the bathroom , coming from the drain or sewer,when we 1rst got there. But was dealt with quickly by maintenance after it was reported. There was no other bad smells… ( no smells of smoke anywhere!!! )

It was a nice size room, but we wish we had better housekeeping service. All we needed was the trash removed and towels, we did everything else. But we had to ask to get service and ran out of tissue paper. The breakfast would have been nice if they changed it up a little more. They should also advertise the days that they have the welcome evening food event. It’s only on Wednesdays. The restaurant was ok, But they need to have more of a variety and more help, we ordered our food and waited for 40 minutes per the time it said it would be ready, and we came down and each time still had to wait over 45 minutes for our food. First night the gentleman was nice, but the second night the lady wasn’t that friendly. Front desk was nice and very friendly.

The best part was the breakfast with a lot of hot and cold options made fresh daily. However, breakfast hours are limited from 6-9am. Additionally, they do put a $160 hold on your card even if you already paid in full which I have not experienced before. Rooms are large and quiet with a kitchenette, water pressure was strong, property has everything you could need, and the stay was overall pleasant enough for our needs. I’d consider staying here again, but with the limited breakfast hours, inconsistent/inattentive cleanliness, and TV situation, considering the price and status of Hilton I might look at other properties.

I received so many praises from my husband for picking this hotel! The complimentary hot breakfast was a major perk — fresh, varied, and with enough choices to satisfy everyone. The staff was polite, accommodating, and responsive, making our stay even more enjoyable. We loved the roomy suites, which include kitchen facilities with a full fridge, stove/oven, and cooktop — perfect for longer stays or preparing quick meals. Everything, from the rooms to the public areas, was well‑kept, clean, and comfortable. The only downside was having to pay for garage parking, but overall, it didn’t take away from our great experience.

We were going to an event at the National Mall so the hotel was about a 10 minute drive. Hotel all in all was clean. The breakfast had a lot of options and it was good. We had a kitchen in our room so we cooked the rest of our meals. Hotel gym was probably the nicest hotel gym I’ve been to. Staff was nice and helpful. Parking is right next door in the parking garage or across the street at a meter. It was a $30 charge per day for the parking. Should be included in the stay with the hotel.

This hotel was very nice. We had two rooms and were able to have them next to each other with an adjoining door. The rooms were clean and a good size. The kitchenette was a great feature for when our friends came over. Breakfast was good too. I liked the taco bar. The staff was also very friendly. It was my birthday and they were nice enough to give me a bouquet of flowers! I would definitely stay here again

I loved nearly everything here. This was a great hotel and friendly staff. If I am nit picking the shower head was a $ 5 Walmart special and the bed was not the most comfortable. Perfectly located in Arlington. It’s close some local restaurants and hotel shuttles within a 1ish mile radius. They never said they couldn’t drop us off at a location. Close to Rosslyn metro, again shuttle will drop you off. Very clean and comfortable room. Staff was great! Always asked how our day was and quick to welcome us back. Daily breakfast was hot and good. Would definitely stay again.

The property more than met our needs for our short stay. The woman at the bar/restaurant was kind and very personable. Front desk staff friendly and courteous. I would stay again if I return to the area.

Enjoyed our stay

Overall the hotel was decent. Beds are miserably hard though. The shuttle service is advertised but wasn’t available or convenient. We ended up walking to and from the metro be advised it’s a good walk and up hill. Any dining options are 1/2 mile or greater with no parking be ready to walk a lot.

So far, this is my favorite hotel that my family has stayed at. Hope we will get to stay here again.

This hotel is very clean and newer! It is close to the City. Safe area with walkable stores and restaurants. There is a Ceiling fan in the suite bedroom. Important: Parking garage only has about ten spots for the 8 foot height. Then drops to 7 foot. There is pay for parking per night. There were about four spots for electric plug in vehicle. Shuffleboard is hidden in the back of Cafe. Hotel has Extensive workout area. Breakfast is good but doesn't rotate options (except for meat choice). Overall great visit - minutes away from DC (depending on the traffic).

Everything was wonderful

Hotel worked really well for us , we used the shuttle bus to get to the metro. As we were there over a public holiday and weekend we could park our car on the street for no charge. All staff were very helpful. Loved breakfast and had a great dinner there too. All very comfortable as rooms are large and good facilities.

1st day service was good, especially Justin and his manager, they were Awesome! The next day it all went down hill. Clean towels that were requested did not arrive and even though you sell Non-Alcoholic beer it was not allowed to be purchased past midnight? What the heck!? AND, the shower pressure was like a firehose, what up with that! Would not suggest this hotel for families.

Quiet, clean, safe and not in a busy area. Easy and quick access to DC. Did not like paying for parking, but fee was less than most.

The air conditioning didn't work, and they said they fixed it and it didn't work the second day either.

This is exactly what we wanted from the property. Close enough to all the sites in Washington DC without worrying about parking. We used their free shuttle to the metro everyday. The breakfast was good. When we visit again we will use this place again.

We really loved the space in the 2 bedroom suite. The breakfast was delicious, the hospitality and the shuttle was perfect for getting to the metro to go sight seeing.

Glad to note there was a free transfer from hotel to train but disappointed that we were not told that we had to request the return transfer - ended up waiting more than 30 minutes before we called and transfer arrived.

While the property looks like, there was mold on the ceiling of the bathroom shower.

Pay for parking

My stay was quiet and the staff were kind and professional, which I really appreciated. However, I did notice an issue with cleanliness in the bathroom. There was some unknown splatter on the lower part of the wall and near the bathroom door, which was concerning. I hope this can be addressed to improve the experience for future guests.
