The Restaurant for Dinner did NOT have a Menu, or posted pricing for planning ahead for Dinner. We did walk out of the Property and down the Street found an Irish Restaurant. Check in for smooth.

It’s a decent hotel. However for the almost $500 a night it was not worth that. It’s a little outdated. The shower was not the best. The $30 breakfast was decent. The staff were very nice.

Location is good, somewhat near the metro station, and the rooms are relatively large. The staff were a bit rude, neglected to give me breakfast vouchers at check-in even though my reservation included breakfast, tried to convince me that breakfasts are always charged separately and that I must have made a mistake even though my reservation clearly stated "breakfast included". Only after a manager got involved I received the vouchers. Had a faulty hairdryer in the room and when I asked for a new one, waited with wet hair for half an hour and received one that only blows cold air. Found someone's razor cover on the bathtub's edge, which makes me think the bathroom wasn't cleaned. Room was really dusty overall. At check out they told me they cannot print a receipt of my stay and that I have to go through Booking; when I checked on Booking it turned out the exact opposite. Overall a frustrating experience.

I used this hotel as an overnight stay for my morning flight at DCA. This was a convient location and 5 mins away from airport. It was easy to get the airport shuttle. You just call the number and you can also track it online. The hotel front desk staff was welcoming and pleasant. Check in was a breeze. My room was clean and comfortable. Modern amenities and had my name on the tv screen once I turned it on, that was a nice welcoming touch. We also met a nice flight attendant on the shuttle that shared with us to check the restaurant across the street out for good food, La Pasoda. It did not disappoint! Great Mexican and Latin food with great drinks and customer service. I also discovered Lucky Strike bowling is right around the corner and CVS is across the street if you need some last minute toiletries. We also went to Pentagon City Mall. This was a great location and place to stay. Will stay here again soon!

There are so many places to eat right around the corner it’s amazing! The staff was so helpful. The shuttle service was amazing. There’s even a medical clinic on the corner with amazing hours. Public transportation is a close walk. We were bumped from our original reservation and placed here and now I’m glad it happened this way.

Attended a event. The front desk agent told me if you are there for the event parking with $20 or $25 (like it has always been). But I was actually charged $50. Money is the not the issue but I like for things to be exactly like I was told it would be.

Hotel was fine. Shuttle bus was awful! He did not stop at the hotel pickup where I was waiting (where I was supposed to be waiting!) and I had to chase him to get in the van. Then the next day he drove right past it headed to terminal two and I had to tell him to stop that he missed the hotel shuttle drop off and I need to get off the van. So instead of circling back to the stop, which would have been simple to do, he just pulled over half way between terminal 1 and 2 and just let me out to walk back!!!! What a nightmare!

The bed was so comfortable. And the hotel was surprisingly quiet given it's right near the airport! The inroom coffee station was well stocked. That made my very early departure not so terrible. The shuttle to the airport was also super convenient and fast! There's really no suggestions for improvement. All was good. Would recommend anyone to stay here! My only regret was not spending a few minutes in the bar area which was also really nice to have in a small hotel like this.

Upon check-in, we asked if it was okay to park at the Quimbey Parking Garage over night? We were told yes, it's fine It will cost an extra 20.00. Our car was towed. As well as other guests that were told the same. 220.00 down the drain.

We stayed on the weekend of the Marine Marathon. The hotel rates were very elevated. There was no free breakfast option - which is standard in so many other hotels. They were at max capacity, which is to be expected due to the big event, but their parking lot was very full and low overhead for the size of SUVs these days. Parking is located underground. The staff was nice, but i don't think I will ever stay there, again, due to the cost, lack of free breakfast and parking lot situation.

Excellent experience. Ws able to use the Hilton Honors account to check in and use digital key. The shuttle was easy and fast from airport to hotel. Unfortunately I can’t use it to return to the airport because of my flight schedule. I ask for a Lyft before 4:00am and arrive fast and the hotel is so close to airport. Everything was ok!

Hotel parking was full, in downtown DC we had to park across the street then walk around the block. I did not feel safe. However, I asked for an escort for my 5:30 am departure, one was provided. He didn’t want to go all the way around the building, but he did to the door, not to the unlocked underground parking garage.

The overall atmosphere was very vibrant. My only issue is with the parking layout. The spaces are very narrow and they fill up very quickly. Plus the overflow parking is not very clear as far as how to exit the garage to steet level on foot.

I was very impressed with how genuinely nice the staff were- from the front desk staff engaging in conversation, to the hotel maintenance staff being courteous as we got on the elevator. They were all very customer service oriented and while it was just a little thing, it went a long way with initial impressions. My family and I will be back next time we come to watch the Padres beat the Nationals:)

Very nice property. Only feedback would be relative to the 4:30am airport shuttle. It's great that there is an early shuttle, but it is first come/first serve and even when arrive in the lobby they don't take names. I arrived at 4:03am to ensure I had a space, yet many other arrived later and it was a bit of a 'rush' the shuttle rather than those who arrived at 4:25 having less precedence than those who arrived at 4:00am.

Only two items I would address are 1) many hotels have lighting issues and only offer table lamps which doesn’t provide enough light, this room included and 2). The cabinet that we hung are clothes in must have been in a room that had a water leak as the lower side of the cabinet was rotted and should be replaced. Room 203.

Second time staying here for a little overnight getaway and we both agreed this is definitely our spot going forward. Close enough to the city but they also have a few bars and lots of restaurants literally around the corner if you don’t want to drive or Uber/Lyft far. The rooms and bathrooms are nice and clean. The staff is friendly. Will definitely be staying here again.

I felt it is was a very clean building. Parents had roaches in one room but ours was clean. Great beds, and bathrooms. Fridge was frozen over upon arrival and they replaced it with another that did not work and the maintenance people where aware when they installed it. All usb ports where broken other then the clock. Very few available outlets but we where prepaired. Parking at this place is very tight. Only cars under 6' for parking. We were not aware of this up front. Thankfully we did not take the truck like I normally wood have.

I really enjoyed the hotels lobby, restaurant, & atmosphere. Our server at the restaurant went above & beyond for us & was SO KIND! I can’t remember his name right now, but I think it started with a T & he was tall with dark hair. He was GREAT! When I went to pay, I was charged over $100 more than my reservation said (& it already included taxes & all.) & they would not allow me to use my Hilton Honors membership & when I tried to ask why, I was met with no reason for the extra fee & robot like auto responses from a human being. I didn’t want to cause problems, so I just let it go, but I didn’t think that was right to not allow someone to use their hotel’s rewards program during their stay, but things happen. Also, two of the three elevators they had located in the lobby weren’t working properly & it was causing problems for guests staying on the specific floor the elevators would not stop at (but you can’t predict when/if things are going to malfunction, so I don’t want to put blame on the hotel or it’s staff for that.), plus having to pay $45 per person for breakfast & $47 per day for parking in the hotel’s parking garage while already paying (or in my case, overpaying) to stay there seemed a bit excessive in my opinion. Overall the hotel & room were clean & neat. The staff was kind. The location was ideal for the plans I had during my stay & it was extremely simple to get Lyft drivers to pick us up/drop us off at the location of the hotel. I would stay here again.

They charge for parking, they charge for the buffet breakfast that most hotels have for free and the hotel staff was very rude and arrogant about informing us of this. We were in town for a music festival and employees kept staring at me with disgust on their faces because of my attire (Rave wear) so this is not a judgement free zone at all. They also charged me $50 to check in early after telling me it’s $25 to check in early because there was two of us, I explained there was only one room and they didn’t care.

Nice hotel, excellent service, everything is high quality. Be careful with those who have electric cars. In addition to the parking fee, the charger is a separate charge that doesn't charge quickly and is very expensive. My car charged in 6 hours and they charged me $28, while I paid $49 for parking and the hotel staff has no guidance or information about the electric charger, so don't ask because they won't help you.

I attended a Sneaker Ball on Saturday May 3, 2025. The ball was being held on the Plaza level in the ball room. With the amount of attendees it was very unacceptable to have the heat on. Everyone that attended complained about how hot it was in that room. Even when the doors first open to the event with hardly anyone there it was extremely hot. This was very hazardous to people's health. Please consider turning on the AC for future events.

We arrived after a 12 hour travel day of missed and cancelled flights and had to stay overnight in DC. Hungry tired and cranky, and ready for a nice meal, we were told that they had soup salad and pizza as their cooktop was out of order. Pizza had garlic - we have an allergy so really disappointing. I asked for towels at the front desk and they never brought any to me. I tried calling guest services and no one answered the phone. We had hairs on our towels in our bathroom. For the amount of money I paid for the room. And the fact that it was a Hilton I was not very happy about it. Also I didn’t realize they were charging $47 for parking in the Hilton parking garage. So my end balance was way higher than expected. I wanted to add these bill to my Hilton honors account. But the guys at the front desk I could barely hear and understand what they were saying.

The shuttle drivers are very nice! I also loved the decor for the cherry blossom festival!
