The beds and pillows were super comfortable, mostly clean. The breakfast was good and the location was nice. The keys to the room had to be reprogrammed an insane amount of times. The pool was kind of dirty and needed to be maintained better. The staff weren't necessarily rude but not friendly either.

They always clean in the lobby and the dining area. When we came back to our room and rest in the afternoon they clean and fix our room. That is well appreciated. The dining area is bright and not smelly overlooking the pool.Jackie from the breakfast area was friendly.

This is a great place to stay and very close to everything worth exploring and seeing in and around Arlington. They have a full breakfast and very nice staff. Rooms were very clean and quiet. It is close to many restaurants that you could walk to and there is are other shopping centers close but if you forgot something at home. They provide stuff for showering and pool towels.

Staff was friendly. There were roaches in my room and that is what influenced my rating. The AC worked, but was extremely loud.

The breakfast was not fresh. The rooms were dirty. The blinds were filthy. They put me in a handicap accessible room, which I did not ask for it. No apps to watch movies on dirty yellow towels dirty bedsheets too expensive to be mediocre. I will not stay here again.

The staff was nice. The room was clean. The room was spic and span. It was tidy. The restrooms was really clean. The downfall was the beds that were squeaky and not comfortable and we were hoping the swimming pool would’ve been open, but it wasn’t other than that, it was a 10 out of 10 the bed alone was 3-10.

Just please put real salsa or picante (not plain hot sauce!) out next to scrambled eggs - after all, this is Texas! Would stay here again.

Clean and smelled good We had 4 people in 2 bed hotel for 3 days and 2 nights. On day 2, we asked the night manager for extra bath towels. We were told in order to get new towels, we had to turn in the dirty towels to the front desk. I have never had to bring dirty towels to receive more clean ones-and I travel for work and stay in a LOT of hotel… never seen anything like it. Very disappointed. Not to mention the dogs outside barking all night keeping us up half the night. The beds in 128 were awful… woke up sore and achy. Sleeping in the bed made it feel like a hole we all sank into-like sleeping on an air mattress. It would take over 20 mins of running the hot water to get hot water. Highly disappointed and won’t revisit this location.

The location was great! They don’t take cash at all, the toilet was broken, & the beds were not comfy.

I booked through bookings.com and was pretty certain I chose two queen beds but o selected a Standard room which is only one King size bed. I was traveling with my sister. The over night receptionist moved us to a room with two queen beds, yay! There were a few hairs in the shower, makes me feel icky

Didn’t know there was breakfast. Left during checkout We were told our rooms were upgraded but in all honesty we should have kept whatever room we had from the beginning. The room did have more space honestly but they upgraded one room that was shared and was supposed to be two beds-to one king king size bed. So the two in the room had to share. Also the mattress felt old and both rooms had an odor. Good thing we didn’t spend much time at the room

Stayed here for the weekend for my son's football tournament and I will say out of the staff from Thursday to Sunday only the lady that checked me in and the breakfast staff were friendly. I have NEVER heard anyone on the floor above me but at any hotel stay's it happened. I also have never experienced the water not getting hot in the shower this did not just happen once but twice. I say for $600.00 it was not worth Breakfast was okay I have gotten better at cheaper hotels they did have a good variety. It was me trying to take a shower at 6:30 AM and the water being cold why I would not stay again. Good luck!

front staff was awesome, people smoking right outside the side doors not cool, could smell smoke inside hotel from them, no hot water, had to shower in other rooms, front desk tried so hard and they did have people working on the boiler, we thought we were getting hot water it was trying and then nothing.

Overall it was a great stay. Great breakfast and service from the staff. Very comfy bed. The only bad thing was that the pool/hot tub was not working or it was under renovation.

We loved our stay here. Clean, comfortable, felt safe. Only down side was we were put in a room that had the option to adjoin with the neighboring room and there was zero soundproofing at that door.

The room was dirty, the desk was sticky, and there eas someone else’s hair on the remote and table. There was also several live bugs in the bathroom, including a large roach. The front check-in staff were friendly enough but I will not be staying here again.

Bed was very comfy. AC was very cool. Breakfast was great. Only complaint is the room was a little musty smelling? Kind of like a stale smell. I also noticed our tub/shower fixtures were all half broken. Still functional but definitely hanging on by a thread.

The second room they gave me had blood on the bed and the room walked like hot old urine. They charged my card twice and won't give me a refund I didn't even stay at the hotel

Overall a great stay. Only draw back was at breakfast on Saturday as the crew could not keep up with the amount of people. Many people had to wait for all food + the floor was wet and slippery

After we checked in our rooms refrigerator and toilet were not working so we switch rooms from the second floor to the third floor. there was no ice machine on the third floor, Housekeeping came by to clean room at different times . First day they came by at 9 AM and did not clean the room because we were there the next couple days we made sure we were done in the room in the morning. They didn’t clean the room because they showed up at 1:45 one day at 2:45 the next day and we were there both times so they just gave us towels, The hot tube did not work. And breakfast was not as advertise there was no bacon there was no omelettes and ladies that where working the kitchen didn’t keep up with the scrambled eggs and the pancakes machine. And when the biscuits ran out, the lady showed up with a plate for the biscuits and use her bare hands to move them over to the warmer.

This place works even if you don’t have a car. I was able to go to Target, the mall and tj max. Dinning options are not so great but you won’t die of hunger if you don’t have a car.

Terrible noise it's the main problem I was on the main floor not too far from the food area asked to be moved and I couldn't be. I will never stay at that hotel again unless I'm giving some kind of accommodations for the poor service.

I booked through expedia and ended up spending $50 extra because expedia did not book me at the military rate. I did the id.me. .. Its very upsetting bc i am a veteran and could not get my discount. I will be deleting the app. The hotel was clean but i see now that 3rd party booking is a scam.

Room was comfy, right amount of space. Room was clean, our toilet did not flush well. Bed was good but didnt sleep well due to upstairs ppl moving around at 4-5am.

The toilet seat was repaired poorly and should have been replaced instead. The grout needed to be repaired on the tile floor. Our room key stopped working on the the 3rd day.

Our stay at the hotel was awesome! We had a busy weekend at the fort Worth zoo and then the parks mall. But my kids really enjoyed the hotel stay the most.. And so did I! The customer service was on point!! The room was clean and cozy! It was just me and my two kids and it felt safe!!

We had to move rooms bc the fridge did not work, then we kept finding ladybugs all in our room, I asked for some coffee at breakfast bc it was out at the time of breakfast and the lady was rude. Then I washed my hair only to find out we didn’t have a blow dryer that was listed that they did have one. I asked for it at 930 pm and they said they would look to see if they had one or they would be bring me one. I called back in like 30 min and then they said they were making some calls to see about getting me one. We stayed on the top. With our kids and my grandson. My 6 yr old grandson sad the sofa bed hurt his back. I didn’t think it was that bad. The room felt humid but I guess that’s just being Texas. The receptionists were nice and friendly. So we’re the housekeepers and young man cleaning.

Worst experience of my life. Broken thermostat, extremely loud, stain on bed. People were partying all night long, running up and down the halls. It was 2am and music was BLASTING. staff was kind until I spoke to the manger. The manager was awful, but I gave a 2 star instead of a 1 because of the nice man who helped me.

I booked this hotel because it had a pool and a hot tub. My husband was in a bad wreck so when we travel we need the hot tub/pool. We went to check the pool out after we checked in and they said both were closed because of health issues from the city. So huge disappointment. They should have had that on the web page.

Was in town for a football tournament. This hotel was close to the field. There were plenty of food options close by and a mall directly across the street if you wanted to shop.

The main issue was with staff and unprofessional operations. Daily when my husband went down for breakfast, he observed family members of the kitchen staff come into the hotel to pack up plates of food to go. The morning I went down, we waited in line for these individuals to make plates, but then the staff member told me to close the lid on the food, when I was not even done making my plate.

We didn't use the pool or exercise facilities, so not sure about those. All in all, a solid hotel for families or business travel.

When we arrived in our room the toilet wasnt cleaned. Outside front needs a cleanjng but for most part staff was very kind and accomidating. We really enjoyed our stay. In a great area.

Close to stores, eating places and close to Interstate Hwy 20. Not far from AT&T stadium

Rooms were spacious and clean.

I have stayed here twice at this Holiday Inn, everything is so clean, staff is friendly, and lot's of stores near if you leave something at home.

Located close enough for an easy drive to the stadiums.

The lady who checked me in tried to brush me off because I was a few minutes early to check in. Didn’t feel very welcome, probably won’t be coming back here.

The hotel was clean and offered great amenities for the price. The room has everything you need; fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, and lots of space! The bathroom mirror is awesome!
