Very disappointed with the ac we were burning up with the thermostat showing temp at 80 when we had it set at 68/72. Will not be staying there again.

I had a brief unfortunate incident upon arrival where I cut my hand on the cabinet surrounding the refrigerator. I stopped at the front desk to get a band aid and was provided quick help and concern. Shae was working the desk at my check-in and I saw her frequently throughout my stay. She always greeted me by name and asked if I needed anything. Much thanks to her.

It's location close to ATT field was probably the major selling point but for the cost, I feel that I could have done much better in booking somewhere else. The room was supposed to have a view. The stay and check out were fine. The lighting on the outside of the hotel could definitely be better. My TailLights got stolen off my brand new truck at 5:30 in the morning and ruined our entire trip to Arlington. Keep your car parked up front where it’s lit up better.

Booked two rooms thought they would be adjoining but were very far apart. Didn’t seem like they really tried . I was there right at 3 for check in .

Not far from stadium, I know others are complaining about being next to highway and Six Flags but it’s not noisy at all. There were ants in my room, unfortunately we stayed one night that is why there was no complaint made because we did not notice until morning.

The staff was amazing! My pillowcase had mold on it. The shower wasn't very clean.

Great location for everything. On Labor day I went to the Bar and the bartender made my drink said it was $6.50 I gave him a $20 he took it upon himself to give me back $7.00 instead of letting me tip him out my own money he took what he wanted when bartenders start doing that???

It's to hot in the hallways and the elevator and the entire place has a very weird smell. We also had an unnecessary alarm go off and we didn't know why.

When we returned from going outside, the person at the reception had changed; the female there looked at me without greeting me - she just stared at me, and I smiled a little, but she didn't greet me, although she greeted another guest. I'll pulled backed the sheets on my bed and found "body fluid" stains on the sheets. They obviously were never changed. This is after we paid double the usual rate for the room. The next night we met a guest at the desk who reported that she discovered a brown substance smeared on her sheets. Those also had never been changed. I noticed there are no sheets on the housekeeping cart. So, it's not their practice to change sheets. This is disgusting!! I chose a Hilton brand hotel because I thought I wouldnt have to worry about basic cleanliness.

Its a very nice hotel,love that it is close too all the sports stadiums and restaurants. They could have had more softer towels and their pillows were lacking support. Pool is nice for kids , its a lil small . But besides everything I would stay there again for sure.

Did not know we would have to pay for parking and surely did not know that you have to request housekeeping for them to come and clean your room and give you fresh towels!!! I have also never been to a hotel to where you had to pay extra for breakfast! I am happy about that at all! Probably will never stay at a Hilton ever again!!!

I feel this charge is unreasonable, as there are no alternative parking options available to guests — essentially leaving no choice but to pay. Had I been made aware of this fee in advance, I may have considered other accommodations.

The hotel is always clean and staff are very friendly. Everything was great except we had to pay $10 a day to park our car in the parking lot. They don't park the car for you and the parking lot isn't full. I just want to pay up front for the hotel room, without getting add on fees.

Extremely disappointed because the shuttle service that was advertised was not available. The shuttle service was the drawing factor for us choosing this place. Other than that, everything was good.

It was a good stay. I am allergic to feathers and down pillows and they were supposed to have removed them prior to the stay. They didn’t but they did rectify the problem immediately after I mentioned it. Everyone was polite and helpful. The room was nice and clean.

It was a very quiet stay considering all the people that were checked in. It was extremely clean and perfect distance to the arena (and the pillows were comfortable).

Required to change rooms 3 times for a 2 night stay. Requested 2 queens and got a King first night. Wet carpet from air conditioner in 2nd room. Handicap accessible room with showerbed that only reached my shoulder for 3rd room.

Clean facilities. Only one attendant on duty Friday night after game. This created a delay in service. Otherwise, everything was excellent.

This property is a joke. I spent $160 for a room with two queen beds only to be told at 5pm that my room wasn’t ready - same with other five families who were waiting on theirs. Had to pivot and get a king (which I remember being cheaper) with no refund, and the AC was leaking all over the carpet in my room. Then, a day later, I found a $10.82 charge on my card and the Hilton customer service said it was “for parking” when their website advertises FREE PARKING.

checking in took over an hour; it took 3 tries to get a room that was not occupied. it was not right to walk into the room to find other people already in it: we were lucky no one was undressed but this happened twice. would not stay here again.

I reserved 5 rooms for a family outing. Prior to arrival, I called to ask about parking and if our rooms could all be together. I was placed on a “brief” hold because another phone was ringing. I gave up after 14 minutes.

Was not able to check into my room early due to rooms not being cleaned. Had a line of people waiting and as it got near my check in time people who were coming in adter me got a room before me.

Our AC did not work in our room. we called the front desk and they did not have any other rooms available. I had to Google the thermostat and asked for batteries to change out so it would work still did not work and then I finally figured out how to reset the thermostat, but that was after sleeping in the heat all night. The man working said he would comp our room but then when we checked out this morning, the lady said we would have to call back and talk to him. She didn’t know anything about it and would give us 10,000 points which did not pop up either.

FYI, cell service is awful inside the hotel rooms and the free wifi is just as bad. I couldn’t get simple apps to load on my phone or websites to even function. Extremely disappointed to shell out all that money and experience internet speeds that of a decade ago.

I will not be returning to this hotel. There is far better options in my option. First of all you charge 9.00 per person for a microwave breakfast that every neighboring hotel has for free. Second only one elevator worked just part of the time. Nice staff friendly and all but definitely isn’t worth the money.

The people above me had cement for feet as they were so loud walking above me it was ridiculous. It went on until about 12:30am when I chucked a creamer at the ceiling. They must have gotten the hint that they were being loud or they finally decided to be in bed. I would never stay in this hotel again because of that.
