I didn't have a chance to eat breakfast to comfortable sleeping woke up at check out Everything was fine

No internet,wanted to charge me for internet,food was cold at the restaurant, uneatable

The room next to us had a party in their room and it was extremely loud until close to 3 in the morning.

Room was fine. The rates were high and no breakfast included. Then we had to pay $45 to park at the hotel. There was no parking garage. Seems a bit excessive on parking. That alone was enough to make me not want to return.

So, I was really irritated I had ask for early Check in, told me no. Tried to check in @ 2:30, told me I had to wait till 3. Friends of ours did not request an early check in and they got a text that they could check in at 1:30pm and they didn’t even request an early check in. We stayed at the Lorenzo the weekend before and check in was at 4 they let us check in at 2:30. The other thing was we had an adjoining room which we did not request and the neighbors had kids screaming and singing we could hear full conversations at 8 am, on Saturday and this morning again we could hear all the kids and parents full conversations at 8. So needless to say was not a restful trip. There should be certain floors with kids and some just adults. Yes, I could have requested a different room, but who knows if we would have e been accommodated, also I didn’t want to pack up and move. Now the lady at the front desk was 10/10. The guy not so much!

Check-in staff was very polite and helpful. But, I was very disappointed to find that there was a $20 per day parking fee after an advertised total cost with room rate and all taxes and fees price advertised and guaranteed! I guess we were fortunate that there was no elevator, clean towel or air conditioning fee.

Parking is no longer free at this hotel. Other than the phone in my room not working (not a big deal these days), the rest of my stay was above average and the staff was very attentive and helpful.

We were given a handicap room and we did not ask for one. The beds were extemely low and very wobbly. The door wouldn't close in a timely manner. Parking was expensive to have a car at the hotel. I guess I didnt read the fine print that parking was extra or maybe it wasn't listed.

Heater was not working. A technician was dispatched. Toilet was overflowing. Waited for hours for towels and washcloths and coffee supplies for second day. Hotel dis not have enough amenities and not enough staff to support bat and restaurant efficiently. We paid for a suite and it was not worth it and did not meet the expectations.

I enjoyed my stay. Chris is an absolute doll. The room was comfortable. Friendly bar staff. I got in late and only had access to the limited menu so he suggested I go across the street where I had a good meal. The only complaint is I was expecting mail that I was told multiple times was not there. I eventually had to go down and find it myself.

The hotel itself was nice but will not be back based on paying for overnight parking in a basic lot. Build it into the price if you must but don’t charge for general parking. Valet I agree with but this just did not sit well with our group. Plenty of other places to stay.

When we explained what we were told, she held a dismissive and conformational tone as she directed us to the front desk if we wanted to see what could be done. While the air conditioning worked fine, the room often smelled like sewage, had thin walls, light seeping through the door from the hall, a loose shower faucet cover, wobbly outlets, mold on the bathroom ceiling, and a stained mini fridge. Overall, this stay didn’t meet Hilton’s usual standards. Better communication, staff training, and room upkeep would make a huge difference for future guests.

We thought it was pay to park closer and it wasnt, so we woke up to code enforcement trying to give us a parking ticket for a hotel we already paid to stay at. Ridiculous! I rated this hotel low because they charge their guests for parking. The Hilton Garden just 1/4 mile away had guest parking but NOT this Hilton. I checked in an then was told i had to pay if i wanted to park my car. They have zero parking for their Guest!!! That's outrageous. Also, the room was bad, the shower handle came off in my hand, the AC would not go below 69', and the maids left their cleaning towels in our room. Only good thing was the food was good and not overpriced at their restaurant.

I reported two issues the first morning, the first was addressed immediately; the second never did get fixed and while it wasn't a deal breaker it would have been nice to know why. The pool area is quite nice; but the fan is Incredibly loud and not in a "white noise" way-- it prevented conversation. Staff was very polite.

This hotel seemed to be going through a transition of new employees, which is understanding...however, it did not come through on a number of fronts. The food was terrible, the room was full of door sticking and loud to open and close. The pillows were not comfortable at all.

We found ticks on our bed and got over 50 bites on my arms, face, back a d legs and my husband got about 10. Had to go to urgent care and was preacribed antibiotics. A week later and The skin irritation is unberable not to mention the trauma and concern for possible lyme disease and other health issues.

1) No hairspray available in their limited guest items for sale. 2) Our room & others smell like smoke. I say others as I walked down the hall, a family walked into their room the first time and the young boy says "Gross dad, this room smells like smoke." 3) The electrical outlet in the bathroom did not work. 4) The toilet could not handle a small amount of toilet paper after a lady does her #1 business. For a commerical building toilet, it was slow to engage and while holding the handle down, the TP would not flush. It would take a slow tease of the handle to build up enough pressure for the small amount of TP from pee pee to flush. 5) This is 2025, the lamp between the 2 queen beds DID NOT HAVE A USB OUTLET. This is 2025, this is a Hilton next to travel destinations. 6) The carpet is of course old, but the iggy part is seeing the meeting of the carpet and the walls. Due to age, the carpet pulls back, leaving YEARS of filth, hair & dust visible to any eye. 7) Did I mention this Hilton hotel next to Six Flags(kids) & near AT&T stadium & Globe Life park DOES NOT HAVE USB ports in the room?

Overall, the hotel was great. Check-in was quick, and the staff was friendly. I think we may have used the grill/bar when there was a shift change because we were forgotten. The chips and queso were a disappointment and came at the end of the meal.

We stayed the night for a local concert. The hotel is conveniently located near major sites in Arlington. They offered a free shuttle to the concert for drop offs, which was appreciated. Room was clean and spacious. Our only complaint was the AC did not cool the room and we were sweating all night.

This property is good but a little outdated.

When checked in, staff wasn’t helpful or very friendly. I booked a room with a king size bed and received a room with two full size beds. The window was opened in the room when we went in. The AC in the room didn’t work, it was very hot. The toilet didn’t flush well. Went down to the restaurant and bar and sat for over 10 min without anyone coming up to us. They were just standing around talking. We finally left to go eat elsewhere. The experience was disappointing for a Hilton.

Worst experience had a reservation set with my form of payment. When I got there they wouldn’t except my form of payment. We were stuck out and then they tried to charge us a cancellation fee. When it was their fault. Due to The Rangers game most places were completely booked.

However, there were a couple of issues. The curbless shower had drainage problems, causing water to spread across the bathroom floor instead of properly flowing into the drain. Also, the TV was outdated (not a smart TV) and very slow to turn on and change channels. Despite these minor inconveniences, it was a pleasant stay overall.

But if that was our only problem, we are happy customers. There was even a group of people for a competition staying at the hotel. There were a ton of people there for autographs and pictures, but they were all very respectful of the guests and the staff managed the crowd very well. My favorite part was the ease of walkability to nearby restaurants if you didn't want to hang out at the hotel bar/restaurant.

Only had (3) luggage carts for a 16 floor hotel??? The breakfast buffet barely had any food, did not replenish it & was told if we order off the menu we were looking at an hour wait. There was only one waitress for the entire dining room. Same problem at the bar (very understaffed). I felt sorry for all the workers. Other than that the hotel was very nice.

The indoor pool is not heated. Stayed there specifically for our girls to be able to swim. Also the restaurant charged our card 2 separate transactions which was different then our actual bill and we still have yet to hear back from them.

It was a nice room, but the bathroom and shower was cramped and awkward, the couch was not very comfortable. We’ve had better at other hotels. There was a quick power outage in the early evening. Someone hit a transformer. We had electricity, but no tv or a/c the rest was of the night. The elevators wouldn’t work so we had to use the stairs when we were checking out, and we were on the 16th floor. They sent a young man to get our luggage, which was very helpful. The outage wasn’t the hotel’s fault.

Perfect hotel to stay at if you’re going to a cowboys game, they offer a shuttle!

Everything was good till we found broken glass all over our room. We ask the room service to vacuum the room since our teen was walking barefoot and got a piece of glass stuck. They didn’t vacuum because later that night I step on another one. We had a baby that was crawling around till my teen and me step on glass. As we was picking up to leave the hotel we found a lot more pieces of glass all over the room we took picture and show the front desk representative as we was checking out all they could say was sorry. Luckily we just came back to the room to sleep and didn’t leave our baby to craw around.

Location is great. Really close to several restaurants. My pillow had blood stains, my coffee pot didnt work, someone was smoking maijuana outside, the pool is ICE cold, not child friendly, the coffee bar was pathetic. Ive seen better cofee stations at hospitals.

Commode in bathroom was too, too low.

Staff was very nice and hepful

Shower door didn’t stay shut, the shower also didn’t open on other side, so when you went to turn on the shower, you get soaked. Other than that, great place.
