Cold AC on a hot day, comfy and clean room. Perfect last minute reservation and they even gave a small soccer football key chain for the world cup. Would stay there again.
- 4/5
Very close to the Cowboys stadium and Rangers ballpark. It was a great place to stay for an inexpensive night, within walking distance for a concert we went to.

This property was very close to both stadiums and had an easy check in process. Room was clean
- 4/5
Property very clean, staff, friendly and helpful. Amenities were bare but for a quick place to spend a night, it was well worth it.
- 4/5
Newly remodeled property so everything seems new. Bathtub VERY slippery (I fell once and almost fell several times) I stayed 3 nights, room was serviced on 3rd day (before my last night), not even bedmaking and trash removal before then.
- 4/5
The location was perfect I didn’t see an ice machine on top floor
- 5/5
Room and grounds were very well maintained
- 4/5
Very clean room with nice location to ballpark and football field.
- 3.5/5
Property is a fantastic location for any events at AT&T or Globe Life Stadiums Traffic on main road is busy & loud
- 4.5/5
Great stay with necessary amenities. Staff was helpful - even helped us get printouts for free. Walkable to AT&T stadium. Decent access to the Globe life field. Definitely recommend!

great budget find! we paid $48 per night on hotels.com. rooms looked to be very recently remodeled; we were hoping bed was ok. we did book for memorial day and there was also a rangers game that night. we were pleasantly surprised! room was all new, new paint, flooring, fixtures, bath & bedding. bed was VERY comfy - pillowtop? pillows were a little flattish, but we asked for and got more pillows. everything was very clean. mini fridge & microwave. only notes were bath is extremely small but was adequate. a shelf on side of bath would help as not much space to put your shower stuff, just 1 hook. and stairs looked SKETCHY! not remodeled yet. we did ask for a first floor room. 1.5 miles from stadiums.
- 5/5
Rooms are clean and remodeled. No carpet there for there is no bad odors. Very pleased customer. We will be staying here more often.
- 1/5
The employee was rude and had an attitude. We asked about near by restaurant ls and send us to the wrong places. There was no complimentary coffee in the lobby or room.
- 5/5
CHECK IN WAS QUICK. VERY NICE. ROOMS ARE CLEAN. AC WORKS GREAT . QUIET. WILL BE GOING AGAIN.

the hotel does not even have coffee, much less any breakfast. also the room I was in was remodeled and nice ,but the shower/tub was so slippery in the bottom due to not having any grip tape of tub/shower mat's for ensured footing in place. I actually only used it with a hand towel in the flooring area. to keep from falling, unsafe!
- 5/5
The staff was quick and efficient. The place was a close walk to Globe Life. For the price, the hotel had what was needed. Last but not least, the AC was excellent during our stay for the humid night. Thank you for your great service.

First floor room was clean overall with good quality bedding, quiet location at back of property with plenty of parking. Short drive to Six Flags and the stadiums. Limited amenities (no breakfast) but very good value for the convenient location. The WiFi login screen was a bit tricky, hard to find the location for entering the password (used Apple Safari browser)
- 4/5
A/C was cold, bed was comfortable. Towels were stained and the TV wasn't working good
- 3/5
This was a convenient place since we were in town for a concert at a nearby stadium. The rate was very reasonable and room was spacious. The bed was very comfortable and bedding was good. The bath/toilet was a tight fit, towels were thin (only provided 2 bath towels & washcloths, no hand towels) and non-absorbent, good water pressure. Microwave door was jammed but my husband finagled with it to get ot open. Floor could have been cleaner but we brought house shoes.
- 3.5/5
No hot water and problem with tv. But was clean, updated and close to everything
- 4/5
Towels were stained and the TV wasn't working good
- 2.5/5
The location was great and within reasonable walking distance of Globe Life Stadium where we were attending the Eagles concert. The remodeling of the hotel was well done and it was relatively easy to get in and out. We would have rated it higher had the room been more clean and if the tv had worked. After getting a replacement remote from the front desk the tv would still not receive any stations due to poor reception. Also there was no wifi which ought to be a basic thing these days. It appears this is a very newly remodeled and opened hotel, so hopefully they'll get some of these things corrected.
- 2/5
The lady at the office was rude when my wife asked for clean dry towels on our 2nd day. Then there was no hot water for a shower from 6am until we left at 9 am. Really needed a shower after being at the concert last night but can’t take a cold shower
- 3/5
The hotel name is diffic 3 peopleult to see from the street. I was having a difficult time finding it and tried to call twice. The phone wasn't answered and the call dropped. When I did finally find it, there were 3 people standing there with a guest in front of me being checked in.
- 5/5
Don’t let the outside area fool you! I was greeted by a friendly staff member at check in and the hotel room itself was spacious, super clean, great AC that kept the room nice and cool and had a very comfortable bed. Flew into Texas for a ballgame at Globe Life Field and this hotel was a few minutes of a car ride or a 25 min walk away from the ballpark. Will definitely stay again when in the area for a ballgame.
- 5/5
Perfect stay. Will stay here again next time. Only issue was I am short and bed is tall but worked it out.
- 5/5
Nice place, super-convenient to Globe Life Field for the Rangers baseball game.
- 5/5
Everything was good
- 5/5
If you have tickets be careful cops patrol the parking lot and will wait till you leave the property and pull you over
- 5/5
Pleasant and comfortable 1 night stay. Conveniently located to the stadium and restaurants and stores for incidentals.
- 4/5
The place was clean. The room sleeps four, but the only leave towels for three. We had to go get another set. It was goo.
- 5/5
It appears to be undergoing some renovations but the unit I had looked great. It was much nicer inside than a lot of models are. The area felt a bit sketchy but it was well-lit. The only thing that would have been nice is some hand towels. I only had washcloths and bath towels. I didn’t ask for any because I was only staying one night so I just made do.
- 5/5
Another great stay at Executive inn while in town for work. It's a favorite of mine
- 5/5
The only negitive was the A/C unit would vibrate the entire room and bed at times but that could have been limited to the room I stayed in. 100% would recommend.
- 5/5
Everything in the room worked great, room was recently remodeled and had no issues with anything whatsoever. Great place to stay.
- 4/5
Clean environment!
- 5/5
air was cold, parking was normal
- 5/5
Great parking. Clean room. Looks like the bathrooms were renovated, nice and shiny and white. About the only thing not great was there isn’t a cover on the toilet seat and always watching that I didn’t drop something into the toilet. I can’t complain about anything else. I stayed two days. Room was very cheap! I am going back again!
- 4/5
There was a stake smell in the r
- 4/5
TV didn't work. Asked front desk to fix it. No one came to look at it.
- 5/5
The room was clean, all we needed was four walls and a roof and this is what they provided. The room was walking distance to the Rangers field and the Cowboys stadium. 25 to 30 minute walk which isn't too bad. I would stay here again.
- 5/5
Rooms were very clean, and staff was very pleasant and I would book again.
- 4/5
Looks like room was renovated recently. Decent stay.
- 5/5
Clean room, great room service and perfect location
- 5/5
Clean room and fine for a one night stay. Bed was comfy and air conditioning worked great.
- 4/5
Rooms are clean, beds are comfy. Quick check in check out.
- 5/5
Staff was friendly A/C worked fine Parking was good.
- 5/5
Was clean and new
- 5/5
So close to the Stadium and ball field. Our room seemed like it was remodeled recently and you cannot beat the price!
- 2/5
Nothing aroused motel. No hairdryer, coffee maker. Malfunctioning room keys noisy bed springs. Iffy area
- 4/5
The facility was clean and seemed to be newly renovated. While there was adequate room for a couch in our king bed bedroom, the space was empty and missing a place where one can sit. A couch would have filled the void.
- 5/5
Nice rooms and they even let me check in early
- 4/5
Check in was easy, room was clean, and the area was mostly quiet
- 5/5
Can't honestly say one of the best hotels I've been in. The bed was super comfortable as well.
- 4/5
Parking was easy. Heater kept the room nice and warm. They charged a $ 50.00 refundable deposit for things like stained towels or bedsheets, smoking in the room and extra cleaning. I asked what was extra cleaning, vacuuming the floor too long. She laughed. The location was very near our venue. Nice stay. Helpful staff.
- 5/5
The room was great for the week i stayed here. It seems like they had some renovations done. Great stay for the price.
- 5/5
Clean bedsheets, minimal amenities, but for a quick night stay it’s perfect
- 5/5
The room was Excellent
- 3/5
The room was hot and 2 of the lights had no lightbulbs. Shower doesn’t get that hot. Wouldn’t give us extra towels as we had the Do Not Disturb on our door and when we asked for towels they said no. Other then that the room was clean and the bed was soft.
- 2/5
Argues and never ready to listen to complain even when microwave smells burned and not working.
- 3/5
It is close to shops, you can walk to the stadium, air conditioning and heating were working, hot water was running cold and we had to leave it running for a while before we could get hot water well not even hot, the floor looked dirty, the blinds were broken and nobody cleaned our room while we were there, had to ask for clean towels and toilet paper and they gave me the ones you step on them, we just slept in. I stayed there before a couple years ago and it wasn’t anything like this
- 5/5
Excelent
- 4/5
Good room
- 5/5
Front desk young lady very helpful, of any questions i had.
- 4/5
Clean, close to our event. Tv and phone didnt work but
- 5/5
So are unable to serve breakfast. Great value! Nothing fancy new fresh & clean. Very secure & there is someone on duty 24 hours a day. Air conditioning works great!
- 5/5
Yes
- 3/5
My biggest complaint was with the maintenance. The first room we stayed in had no shower; the faucet came off the wall when i turned the shower on. So i ended up taking a shower in another room. That same rooms air conditioner unit was separated from the wall and had a gap for outside air to come in. I stuffed some wash cloths in there and called it good. The next day we were out all day and came back at night. I had assumed maintenance would come in to fix the faucet but they didn’t. So at night we moved rooms so that we could all shower in the actual room we’re staying in. It was inconvenient to say the least. And the only thing the front desk said was “you should’ve let is know earlier” although i did tell them. But whatever. It ended well enough. It was cheap cheap cheap so i really wasn’t going to truly complain.
- 4/5
Everything about the property was great until they rented out the parking. To people from the AT&T center. They did not reserve enough parking for hotel guests
- 5/5
Quite and clean
- 5/5
Great overnight stay, best sleep in a long time (bed was very comfy). The shower/toilet area was more compact than some, but the basin area outside of this was great. It was a last minute booking based on reviews and great price, and well worth it. Quiet with easy parking, nice 2 queen room with desk, tv etc etc. Definitely recommend a stay here!
- 5/5
The room was amazing. Clean safe and the staff is so friendly !!! They keep the price reasonable for us normally people !!! So thankful for these people !
- 3/5
The staff that checked me in was rude and didn’t want to answer any questions. He handed me my key cards and said I’m through with you so you can leave. The place was noisy at night and there was no coffee maker in the room.
- 5/5
Clean room comfortable bed and the staff was amazing would definitely recommend staying there.
- 5/5
they continue to renovate the property and it looks better every time I visit.
- 4/5
Room was clean, staff was friendly and it was easy to find.
- 4/5
Great staff and friendly. Conveniently located
- 1/5
The area is not in the safest location. I was in the back of the motel where a man would sit outside his room in one of two old business chair and block the sidewalk and stairs. From midnight until 4:00 a.m. loud music and bongo playing her near my room. The sheets were dirty and when I asked for new sheets, they brought me new towels instead.
- 5/5
Most of the ratings are old. This place is currently going through an extensive remodel. Great rooms and walking distance to AT&T Stadium. Would 100% stay here again.
- 5/5
If going to ATT Stadium, this is your place. Easily walkable, nice clean and comfortable room. Looks like new owners, or they’re just putting a lot of work into renovating. Booked a week in advance for the Cotton Bowl and couldn’t have been happier.
- 5/5
Clean, updated room. Conveniently located near the AT&T stadium. Check in was a breeze and they were very accommodating!!
- 5/5
Quick walk to ATT Stadium. Great location
- 5/5
Wonderful little motel. Very clean and newly renovated. Great staff. Walking distance to the stadiums, bar and liquor store next door… what more do you need?
- 5/5
Great property to stay at while being in town for a game. 10-15 minute walk to the stadium with a nice Mexican restaurant next door and two gas stations just a quick walk away.
- 4/5
Decent
- 4/5
Check-in/out was painless, my deposit was credited back quickly (a day or two) and everything went smooth. Overall a good stay but would suggest some better weather sealing around the exterior doors, perhaps this is still in the update plans.
- 3/5
Just glad to see that they keep making improvements because we like the accessibility to the stadium and other places we enjoy in Arlington. Thank you!
- 3/5
Called about water pressure. Never heard back. Screen plug in shower. Had to repair myself. Tiny rooms priced high because of location. Under construction.
- 5/5
Very clean, newly-remodeled room. Fast check-in and -out. Good tv/wifi, EASY walk to AT&T Stadium, comfortable beds with plenty of modern receptacles (120VAC, USB-A, USB-C) available for each bed. Highly recommend staying here for any events at the stadium or Arlington convention center
- 3/5
We had several issues and, to be fair, each was addressed in a timely manner but still, it was...beyond normal. A $50 fee to park during the Big XII game was unexpected, no remote for the tv (until we asked and received one without a back), very low water pressure in the shower, and a window unit heater/ac that would not work made it less than ideal. Still, it was clean, quiet, safe and convenient. The staff efficiently addressed each concern politely, and it was obvious that the facility is currently being updated. For the price and the location, it was better than expected. I have stayed in much worse (and much better) that cost about the same.
- 5/5
Room was nice and new. Still working on remodeling, but not too noisy daytime. Walls are a little thin, but neighbors were to too loud.
- 5/5
Property in the process of being updated. Room was super clean and bed very very comfy (I sleep on a hybrid mattress at home and this bed was comparable). I am a woman traveling alone and driving a Tesla. I felt safe here. Property has surveillance cameras everywhere. Neighborhood is run down but the setup felt safe with entry to the parking and room area controlled.
- 4/5
Room looks new.
- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
It looked as though they were in the process of remodeling, the room we stayed in was freshly remodeled and it looked fantastic. Staff was nice and overall a pleasant stay. The only complaint I have is the wifi was down during our stay but that's not on them so I'm not reflecting that in my review.
- 5/5
Our stay was more than expected, clean, new everything and the water was hot with great pressure! These are the things that are important to me. As far as parking and safety, my husband says they are great too!
- 5/5
Easy walk to the stadium and worth the stay on game day!
- 3/5
Yes, roomas was clean and staff was friendly.
- 3/5
Hotel does not have the appearance of safety. Room safety lock had not latch. Hotel is still being remodeled. No daily cleaning of rooms or hotel area. Check in desk is surrounded in security plastic. This place does not appear to be a safe place to stay!!
- 5/5
Was a nice stay staff were very helpful
- 4/5
Everything good, however, they do not allow a late check out and are knocking on your door at 11am sharp
- 5/5
Our room was great, very clean, comfortable bed.
- 4/5
Great parking. Comfortable room. Walking distance from Cowboy stadium. Overall a good experinece .
- 2/5
First room has cockroaches and spiders. Heater didn’t work and thin blankets. Second room, after reporting the cockroach landing on my face in the middle of the night, was better. Still no heater but thicker blankets helped. Proximity to AT&T was amazing. Literally walking distance which was the only redeeming feature.
- 3/5
Room was clean, air con took forever to warm the room, so I guess it has served its days.Staff was helpful and smiling, however,it would be nicer if they would put on name badges because noone bothered to identify or introduce themselves to me.
- 4/5
Perfect location, little outdated but tolerable, great for Dallas Cowboy games
- 4/5
Good place.
- 4/5
Parking was easy. Air conditioner worked good. Room and restroom was clean.
- 5/5
The property is working on repairs and updating rooms. Our room was freshly clean and painted recently updated. Very close to the AT&T stadium. This is a good hotel for family’s. They have microwave and mini refrigerators, specially if you have little ones you can warm up easy meal.
- 4/5
I recommend it! The room 130 (King) was clean and everything looks like new. The building is being painted and updated. Safe parking. Perfect to stay and walk to the AT&T Stadium. I suggested them to update the pictures of the bedroom in the website. I just saw they charged me $25, and I don't know why. Parking was supposed to be free. Something to clarify.
- 1/5
The AC was cold, but the window unit was old with broken plastic vents. No chairs were in my room the only place to sit was on the bed.
- 5/5
I reported a problem with the microwave, and in less than an hour they had already replaced it with a new one! Very good service from the management, recommended for the cleanliness of the bathroom and the quiet nights. I hope to return soon!
- 2/5
The only positive thing about this place is the location
- 3/5
👍
- 4/5
It was decent for a few hours of sleep.
- 2/5
I understand there was remodeling going on, but the inside of our room was far from clean and the middle of the night domestic dispute between a man, a woman and a crying child that went on until 3:30 AM on Sunday night made us feel unsafe.
- 5/5
Room was clean staff good parking good
- 3/5
They are remodeling. There is paint chips all over the room. You can see where they’re patched some holes in the walls. Water pressure was very bad. Especially the last day. I understand they were remodeling but you have to at least let you customers known when there is going to be maintenance on the water pipes so the customers are aware and can plan accordingly.
- 1/5
Drunk people fighting at 3 am hit the window and woke us up .
- 3/5
Outside is a little run down and looks a little sketchy.. inside our room appeared to be recently updated and was pretty clean. For the price and being within walking distance of at&t stadium it wasn't too bad..
- 4/5
Crew working on roof left nails in parking spot in front of my room
- 5/5
Close to the stadium. Great staff. Building needed upgrades/modernization.
- 5/5
We arrived to check in, requested an additional room and was available. The outside looks a little older, but the rooms were just renovated and were super clean and modern. My kids, husband and I were impressed. The parking is free as long as you’re booked through the game time. If not, they charge you. You’re only allowed one car per room and additional charge for extra car. The management is really on top of the safety of the building so I felt very safe staying there and leaving my car during the game. It has a fridge, microwave and is about 1/2 a mile from the home side entrance. There are also many restaurant and bar options within a mile North. This is definitely my to go room every time I go to a game! Deposit was $50 per room.
- 1/5
When we got there to check in no one was at the desk. We called
- 5/5
Always peaceful and clean. They are upgrading/refurbishing and the room I got this trip had a new desk, new shower head, bed, mattress, and mirror. I think the art is new too. Still can't believe how good a deal this place is, or how quiet and peaceful the stay is. Way more peaceful than the big chain hotels.
- 5/5
There are no kitchens as an Ecevutive Inn should be
- 3/5
Under renovations so a bit messy and noisy. Rooms not fully furnished but not bad for overnight stay.
- 5/5
Check-in was quick and painless . low deposit amount was cool not used to that . part of the facilities was under construction luckily my room was far from it. overall the room was nice although bed blankets took me back to the 90s seeing them . this place is economic and less than 10 min walk to cowboys stadium . which is why we were in town . i would come stay again to see how the remodeled rooms look .
- 2/5
Luckily it was only a one night stay but I guess you get what you pay for. The room was fairly updated but no cold water for the shower and the whole stay we had to deal with the annoying beeping from the fire alarm. We notified staff and they did say they were going to replace battery but yet they did not. I would not stay again I rather pay more and get some rest.
- 4/5
The room was extremely dated. Paint ripping off the walls, dresser missing the handle. The toilet seat was broken lol and the shower needed a little wipe down, however, I’m young and didn’t need anything nice, it was a fine place to sleep. For the price of a night, I would stay here again. If you’re looking for anything nice or for the family, I would recommend going elsewhere.
- 3/5
Its a great inn if your attending a event at Jerrys world aka At&T stadium
- 5/5
Clean and quiet. Cleaner than places four times as expensive. No frills and older, but a great place to get some good rest. I think probably the best value I've ever gotten out of a hotel.
- 5/5
I only needed a place to sleep so it was fine. Air conditioner worked wonderfully
- 3/5
Staff was helpful when I asked questions. The property is run down, but clean. My biggest complaint during our stay was the noise. One neighbor up by our door taking all night. Another individual outside yelling on the phone just before 7 am. The area around is good, we walked to the game and back. It served its purpose and gave us a roof over our head for the night, but hard to sleep when people are partying outside your door all night.
- 4/5
You get what pay for. There was a roach in the room. Hair and “fluids “ on the wall. Good thing we brought extra blankets.
- 2/5
I am not sure if this motel is under new ownership, but the rooms were a disaster. The toilet was not bolted properly to the floor, so every time you sat on it, it tilted. The dresser was literally falling apart, and the room had a very strong odor. This was not a cheap room, so I was surprised about the condition.
- 1/5
The room was hot. The door was missing weather stripping, so the heat from outside was inside. The toilet was not clean. I had to clean it before use. The shower also was not clean, so we didn't use it.
- 1/5
I was too scared to even check into this hotel. It was missing doors, there was trash everywhere outside. There were people hanging around outside the building in multiple spots. We literally pulled into the lot and after seeing the area and the conditions we left.
- 4/5
It was a good stay. Stayed 3 night. Good hotel for the price and updated. Close to the stadiums. Good area.
- 3/5
It’s fine because it’s 2* and $40 for 1 night
- 5/5
lovely staff
- 1/5
It's a dump and needs to be closed.
- 1/5
The door shut and licked but the latch was broken. When we went to check in, an hour early that was confirmed, I was told there was a $20 charge for checking in early. WHAT? She didn’t charge me. Thank heavens. Especially after I see the rust in the sink, the tub tap spraying out the top of it. The rickety toilet. It’s ok if all you need is a place to sleep
- 3/5
It is great for the price if you don’t. care about broken door or dresser
- 2/5
Honestly this place is really cheap and run down for how close it is to the stadium
- 3/5
Took FOREVER to get checked in. A random $30 deposit that has only required by me not fhe ofher fella. Which was odd. And would not allow me to put card on file but rather have the $30 instead. But the mother made everything much better. She's so sweet.
- 5/5
wonderful staff!!
- 1/5
Nasty
- 3/5
The Executive Inn location was back off from traffic.
- 1/5
Only stay the night on 4/14 to see a concert and in the morning of checking out, the attendant didn’t put any clean sheet on or change the pillow case, just made the bed.
- 4/5
Very plain but comfortable and clean.
- 2/5
Jeez, even the ice machine didn't work. Only location was decent.
- 1/5
They are not customer friendly.
- 2/5
Overall very average no breakfast
- 2/5
The person at the desk was extremely unfriendly and rude.
- 4/5
The stay
- 1/5
On arrival attendant was rude and demanded a $30 fee that was suppose to be refundable if no damages. The room had a hole in the bathroom wall, only one light worked and did not look like the pictures posted on their site. When I checked out no one came to the desk after waiting 10 minutes,

Ty
- 3/5
Room in poor condition from out side door to inside furniture. No lamps
- 4/5
Property could use renovation, but room was clean, front desk staff was very helpful and location is excellent with a short walk to AT&T Stadium.
- 2/5
The best part of the stay was the location from AT&T Stadium. The front desk is behind plexiglass. The check in took a very long time as the person worked their ipad for check in. As we unloaded our car we were approached by homeless people for money. Later as we left we again were approached by people walking onto the property. My wife never felt safe at this location and we would not choose this space again.
- 1/5
What an absolutely disgusting place. The ceiling was held together with old masking tape, water leaks everywhere from up above causing damage, disgusting bugs and destroyed sheet rock in the shower
- 5/5
Close to stadium
- 1/5
Very dirty. Bugs on bathroom counter. Dirty towels. Shower didn’t work. Tv didn’t work. Old sheets.
- 3/5
You literally get what you pay for. I wanted the cheapest hotel within a mile of the stadium. I got exactly that. It had a bed with clean sheets, a shower with no mold, and I didn’t see any roaches or bugs. Those were my expectations and they were met. I will never understand people that stay at a place like this and then give it 1 star cause it wasn’t the Hamptons.
- 4/5
It was quiet
- 4/5
Convenient and quiet

Door was broken in bathroom, no smoke detector, desk had no chair, no lamps in room. Floorboard trim below sink was sitting on ground. The bed was comfortable ams carpet looked replaced, but this was a place needing updates.

I typically grab the cheapest hotel because when I am traveling for business, it is only a place to sleep. I was very put off my the lack of cleanliness and disrepair. I am okay with things being aged but there was a hole in the bathroom door and the small towel usually used for placing outside the shower was completely filthy. It was folded so as not to show how grimy it was but when opened it had large black stains. The shower was nearly nonfunctioning. It groaned and made all sorts of horrible noise when operating and only a trickle of water came out from the shower head.

Too much noise from property facilities and A/C.

People did not have great things to say. I thought it was ok, but my friend really made fun of me.

Stay was great but we only stay one day just to go to a game would i stay again yes I would but maybe in a another room the room we were had a whole patch that you can see and pink spot paint on a blue wall not to sure why and restroom door look like someone had kick in the door in the wood on the door frame was broken.

Peaceful

Good overnight stay for game day. Easy walk to the stadium. Basic motel type room, fine for a couple/individual that just would like a place to stay for the game. Want modern, beauty, beautiful lobbies and amenities? look elsewhere of course. Checkin was simple, staff was very nice. No complaints and slept like a baby after the fun filled game festivities.

If you’re looking for a cheap room near AT&T Stadium this is a good choice. Our room was clean but missing a bathroom mirror, the remote for the tv and the bed wasn’t very comfortable. But for 1 night it was fine for us.
- 4/5
This place is exactly what you would expect. Was exactly what we needed to go to a football game. Great place to sleep, walk to the game, and hang out at Texas Live. The building is a little older, but it is serviceable to have a cheap and clean place to stay.
- 5/5
It gave us an easy walk to AT&T stadium. The previous tenant must have enjoyed a bit of cannabis before our stay, but it wasn't awful once we got back from the game. We were happy with the easy walk to and from the stadium and felt safe at the property, so all was good.

They had bedbugs and the cleaners did not come to service the room at all. I had to clean my own room bring my own towels and covers. I was bitten by bed bugs and I am very upset.
- 4/5
Very simple, kinda expensive for what it is, probably because of the game the price spiked. Staff was very helpful and understanding into allowing me to do an early check-in.
- 3/5
The room was clean but did not have a coffee pot put to make coffee had to go to the store we enjoyed the stay since it was within walking distance from the ATT center
- 3/5
I understand the price for the location, but the place wasn’t very clean at all the shower didn’t have a shower head. The sheets were stained. Carpet was also stained. Just all around dirty place!

Guy behind the desk had us waiting for a while while trying to get more money from hotels.com or something. Not sure why we had to wait. Wasn't my issue. TV remote needed to have batteries replaced. AC didn't work in our room. They replaced the unit while we were out and about (Thank you). Shower was plugged up. Nasty water around your feet. Just felt like it was not maintained very well.

Staff was amazing. Main light didn't come on. Bathroom door would not shut. Hole in the wall. Toilet would not flush.
- 3/5
Some things need to be replaced in the hotel room, such as a new sofa bed, a new toilet paper despenser, and there was a hole in the bathroom wall. All these things require attention.

Accomodating
- 3/5
Good basic room for the price, walking distance to the stadium was easy. Room walls were a bit nasty and the bathroom door had been kicked open at some point so it wouldn’t lock shut. But overall good value for the buck. Bed was AMAZING though! Super comfy

Restroom water valve didn't work and restroom door did not close at all. Vanity light over main restroom didn't work and we address it with staff and nothing was done. Couch was torn and extremely dirty and room had a very awful smell...
- 1/5
The room didn’t even have a mirror. The comforter had holes in at the room was dirty. We got a room because it was walking distance to the stadium
- 3/5
The room was ok for an Inn, the bathroom pipe was dripping the whole time, the couch was dirty and not clean well. I like that it was quiet and not to busy.
- 3/5
Air conditioner wasn’t put on prior so it was very hot for a long time. It was convenient for the location but bed was terribly hard and felt kinda broken. All in all it was decent but no amenities and pretty run down outside
- 5/5
We had a two night stay and it was good from beginning to end. Thank you for making our trip that much better...
- 4/5
I had a great stay there for one night. The way hotel looks can't expect alot from it, but it serves it's needs. The only con I have for this place is the sketchy people who stay at the hotel or hang around there.
- 3/5
You get what you pay for. Easy check-in. The quality of the room was poor. The walls dirty, holes that werent patched. Still very convenient if doing anything by AT&T Stadium. Staff was ok.
- 1/5
There holes in walls and ceiling that had toilet paper stuffed in the holes , no where to hung your clothes up at , the bed skirt have a lot blood and something else all over it, there were dirty washcloths left in the shower, when I arrived the room smelled of weed with a rolling tray left behide from previous occupant. And I checked in 17 minutes early there was a $20 charge The only good about this place was the location to the stadium.
- 4/5
The staff are excellent. What I did not like is the fact that there was no toothpaste and a toothbrush. It will be good to have a mug and tea bags in the room. Though there was a microwave but it was difficult heating up water for tea since there was no mug

Nothing good to say

Facilidad para el estadio limpieza

The property was unsafe, no smoke detectors, roaches, they didn"t clean the room daily, it a bad smell to the room, people kept knocking on the door at night, people standing outside of our room all time of the night, warer leak around the tub wires hanging out of the ceiling, holes in the walls, no security locks. I would like to have a refund or a reduce price change.

We enjoyed our one night stay here.

This hotel was horrible!!! Do NOT stay here. To start with they charge $20 for parking which is not valet or secured parking. The front area looked like a crime scene with caution tape & sleeping bags where homeless people camp. Once we got into the room stunk of weed. The sheets were rough & old looking. The curtain was almost see through from being so old. The curtains had duck tape to hold them in place. The mini fridge didn’t open all the way. Overall a horrible hotel. I could get out of there fast enough. Asked for a refund, but no luck.

There's scorch marks from a huge fire. AC broken so my 5 yr old and i are cooking in here. tv for decoration because no cable. Phone for decoration...There's not even a cord connected to it. Graffiti was painted over poorly. The door has trouble closing because it was kicked in at some point. Roaches. every. where. Thats only half of it. Slept with a knife under the pillow whole time. Just no

Good points Hot water, bed was comfy and clean and the tv worked. You get what you paid for and it was only 1 night.

Good

The shower was not up to stat for any hotel the floor of the tub was nasty and stained the shower curtain was nasty the towels looked dirty we went and brought our own linen and a tub mat plus shower shoes since we were only there for two nights it was convenient because we tour the ATT stadium
- 3/5
The staff at checking was good. The issue was the facility. It definitely has seen better days. My room had the mirror cracked, it was clean but very outdated. Also, door had a broken deadbolt and it looked like the door hadn't been scrubbed in a very long time.

Ended up getting sick while at the hotel, requested to cancel my remaining nights on my reservation while still offering to pay for previous nights but was denied despite being sold a room that was not as advertised.

More considerate people

Room was very dirty with used towels and trash. But for only one night to attend the AT&T stadium

The things that go pn in that hotel are not things you wany to be around.

Property is not kept up at all. It is what one would expect i a 3rd word country.
