Stayed there for a weekend, and overall was happy with this Hotel. Was a great location for a good price. Air conditioning could have been better for size of the rooms but was comfortable enough. Had to wait on breakfast to be ready a couple times. Seems like they couldn’t keep up on the food. Overall nice staff, clean, and would stay again.

I know they are remodeling, but it was unfortunate that the gym was not open. Also the microwave looked brand new. We could not get it to work. The light came on but it did nothing. We unplugged and replugged it and again the light came on and it did nothing. If these are some special microwaves you should leave directions on how to use them. Also my husband told the front desk and they didn’t do anything.

Nice breakfast I booked three rooms, but they only received two confirmations. When I offered to book another room, they insisted on cash and wouldn’t accept my credit card, so my daughter had to pay.

Value! Huge room for the price

Very good breakfast options. One morning you could make a chorizo egg breakfast burrito. The rooms were in good order with adequate amenities. However the bed pillows are the size as small throw pillows for a sofa. They were borderline terrible. The sofa was fine but the bed needed replacing. It was not at all flat and like pillows borderline terrible. Fortunately only my 10 year old used it and she can sleep in a flat floor just fine. The king bed was comfortable. Like many hotels the carpets never get cleaned other than vacuuming so they are terrible. Socks or feet get gross after 15 minutes walking around. The AC was adequate but if air wasn't moving it gets very stuffy and stale so I kept the fan running constantly. Overall for the money spent we would stay there again just for the breakfast options and location. If the owner updated the items listed above they could charge more and still be worth the price.

Great location near all the ball parks and Texas Live. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was OK at best. The hotel was totally booked and they ran out of eggs, waffles and coffee. It seemed like they did not have enough staff to keep up with the demand. They should be able to plan ahead when they know they are totally booked.

The location was great for our needs. There was an independent shuttle that offered services to and from the concert we were attending, which was cheaper than uber and more convenient than driving! It was dated and had a musty smell. The price was premium charges, so I expected more. I had to go and get a air freshener which made it somewhat better. Our last night I saw a roach in the batroom. I didn't see any others, but one was enough for me. I will be ensuring all of our luggage is checked and all items will be washed before going into our home. I told the staff and they said they would have housekeeping check it out. Not very reassuring. The breakfast was not that good. The eggs were runny and a very long line for the waffle maker, but the cereal was good. I will stay somewhere else when I return to the area. There are other hotels that look like they maybe better.

I was in town for a 90 year old friend's birthday. The Suite was much more than I needed, since I spent most of each day with my friends. I did take advantage of the breakfast both mornings. It was plenty of food and saved time to help me get to the day's activities. I try to work out every day and selected this hotel because of it's exercise room. I was never informed that they were renovating the room, so it was not available. I found out when i went to work out.

It was in a good location. When I checked in the attendant was on her cell phone having a personal conversation did not acknowledge me as she was checking in and just pointed to the direction I need to go to my room. The bathroom door was broken so my child got stuck in there. Then the only elevator broke.

Property was close to the convention that we drove to Arlington for. We were late to check in (we got in at 8pm, I know it’s our fault!) and they cancelled the reservation without giving us a heads up. The front desk explained its policy after 7pm to run the card on file, and since the card on file didn’t work she assumed we weren’t coming and gave our room away. We thankfully got another room! Thank you to her truly!!!!! Our outlets didn’t work in the room and toilet stopped working. We managed to fix the toilet after a bit of troubleshooting, but it wasn’t a highlight. The lights in the bathroom were so dim there was almost no reason to have them on in the first place. We also had to reprogram our keys twice during our 2 night stay for reasons unknown.

We loved the location, close to our event. I travel freqently and try to respond to these surveys; good and bad. The front desk clerk was rude, and tried to charge me $50 for wanting to check in a little after 2pm, instead of 3. I explained on the app I booked from, I was only subject to a fee if checking in before noon. The luggage cart wouldn’t roll. Our room was reserved for 6 people, 2 adults & 4 kids, but we only had 1.5 rolls of toilet paper and 4 towels. The elevators were dusty and dirty. The eggs in the foodwarmer were cold, like just pulled out of the icebox. We paid $300 for one night and expected better service and room supplies.

Stayed twice before with family and no issues, always had great stay start to finish. On this occasion, I experienced a very rude receptionist at check-in and check-out (same person) who was not courteous at all and spoke with a negative tone, almost zero communication. Only ask for phone number used on the prepaid reservation, then no communication for a long time, then gave me the room key and said he is charging $50 to the card in the event there is damage to the room (Never was told this previously, is this a new policy?) I still see the pending charge on my American Express (Please check to insure this is not charged and if so, that it is returned to the card). The gentlemen quit helping me at check-in and started helping someone else while I was waiting for my key. Please look up who helped me on arrival and departure and communicate my concerns with your employee. The Two Bed Suite we stayed in had some problem with lighting as it was very dim and the TV did not work but we did not have much time in the hotel as needed to arrive at a scheduled event soon after check-in and did not take time to address these issues. I was wondering if I had been given this room on purpose. Certainly did not appreciate my experience by your employee who represented the face of your business.

I called down the front desk to ask a question, no one answered so it rolled to a call tree that put me on hold for 20 min. I eventually hung up and called back, same thing. After the third time sitting on hold for several minutes, I just walked down to the front desk and found two staff sitting there talking, no customers. Not sure why they couldn't answer the phone for the last hour or so. Also, breakfast kept running out of items and it took a while for staff to replace it. Two containers for coffee, but both were out several times (which is a process/planning problem, not a "too many people" problem), etc. Same with some of the food options.

The fitness room was closed. After paying for the hotel room through Expedia, the hotel still charged an additional fee because it was booked through Expedia. It was extremely noisy from highway traffic. I went down to the front desk at midnight to get ear plugs and they said they did not have any so it was a night without sleep.

My 5-day stay at Comfort Suites Arlington was a mix of fair, poor, & awful. The 1st night, I was unable to sleep at all due to the loud traffic noise emitted from Hwy. I-30, that appeared to be less than 100 yds. from the hotel. My request for another room was denied, as it was reported that "all rooms were occupied or reserved for incoming guests." I left the Desk Clerk with him knowing I was not happy. That afternoon, he knocked on my door and told me that had found a way where he could move me to my choice of 2 rooms. I selected a room that was located on the same floor as my original room and found that it was absolutely devoid of any loud traffic noise. However, though being quiet, the new room had its problems. The bathroom was very poorly lit and the bed mattress was so soft that, after back pain set in, I was forced to sleep on the sofa, with its firm seat cushions. The one element of my stay that was, at least, ok, was the complementary breakfast buffet. At $100 per night, this hotel is never going to get my business again.

The first room smelled very bad, and the toilet did not work. They switched us to a different room, but the smell was even worse. We asked for an air freshener and they said they did not have anything like that. We went to the convenience store nearby and used literally half a can of febreeze just to make it tolerable. Do not recommend this hotel at all.

Come to find out the tenant used the other card for like accessories if needed. It wasn’t needed.

The gym is a waste of space, everything is broken except the free weights, our room had wall damage in several places, the bathroom door handle was broken, their convenience store/nook had little to nothing available, literally empty fridges and empty shelves, each morning for their breakfast they were out of stock of something, no waffle mix, no covers for coffee cups, etc. Asked for a late checkout, the guy said 1pm is complimentary, or can pay for 2pm, "just ask the morning of he said". Asked the morning of, 1230pm was the latest available - can't do any later. During our stay, the elevator also broke, and we were on the 4th floor. Location-wise, it's kind of tucked back a little ways and wasn't as convenient as we thought it was going to be. All in all, I wouldn't stay here again.

I was very disappointed in the fact that you charge $50 to get into your room before 2 o’clock even if your room is ready. I’ve never had that before and all the travel we do. Also, the $9.36 you charge is ridiculous for hotel fees just because you’re in the certain district.

The property is a short walk or drive to AT&T Stadium, and the main reason we chose this location. Rooms were spacious and the property overall was in good shape. The onsite fitness room had broken machines, they did provide a free pass to a local fitness center but didn’t have time to go elsewhere.

Room was dirty, lobby had a beeping sound going off the entire 3 day we were there. Asked for housekeeping services after two days of none and was told no they were too busy. Lights in bathroom flashed on and off, blinds didn’t work, outlets didn’t work. No staff was ever available at the front desk. You had to ring a bell and wait.

Check in along with assistance from front desk was lacking in expectations. Checked in on Sunday and breakfast area was out of coffee until Friday. When I asked when coffee would be available the hope was Thursday since I was advised management wants to use normal source for order instead of picking up local which to me showed lack of customer service. One afternoon the fire alarm was going off and found no real problem which the audio alarm was turned off that afternoon however the strobe lights for the alarm were not turned off until after 10pm which I was unable to check on over the phone with no one answering and not helpful information from staff in person.

The topper? And this is where I really get irked. They charged me a $4.68 "hotel service" fee which the desk jockey could not prescribe a reason for other than "new management". Nor could he tell me what if I was owed any kind of extra perk during my stay due to the fee. Keep in mind, my reservation had been paid for in advance so there should be no extra charges. I get some hotels have an incidental fee that is refunded. This was not that. A discussion with another patron confirmed my thoughts and she too said she is unsure what the service fee is for. Overall, I am disappointed to see this hotel become "average" - if it is even that. Not sure that I will bother with this hotel again because it was my favorite in the area. Now it's just full of disappointment.

The room was dark, even the bathroom. The air conditioning didn’t work right. Bottom sheet wouldn’t stay on and the mattress pad under sheet was too small and so it bunched up and made the bed uncomfortable. Breakfast was cold( there at 6:30). Road construction in front of hotel, didn’t make it easy to navigate. The shower water didn’t get hot and not enough pressure to actually spray on you. Not a good place to stay and will not go back again.

My room smelled like mold . I asked for a late check out and the girl told me I could pay 20 and check out at 2 . Then when I went to the front desk the next morning the lady said no the latest they could do was 1230 anything after 1 is an extra day .

- 5/5
I have to say staying here was very enjoyable it actually surpassed all expectations in every way but one and that one being the Bfest it was cold everything was cold except of course the waffles. I was happy with everything else and my guest even commented if the bfest is decent it will be a 10 but even with cold food it was an 8/10 score.

Our group had a wonderful trip to Arlington. The hotel was great! Clean & spacious. Thank you!
- 2/5
The lighting wasn’t enough. Too dark !! The elevators on the 4th floor to go dn didn’t work . We actually had to go dn the 3rd floor , use that elevator. Not too good w a pregnant lady .

- 5/5
The hotel staff was great, no problems at all! Our room was very clean and a great breakfast. The hotel is in a perfect location, central to all kinds of fun.
- 3/5
One of the elevators has a control panel duck taped and it’s sagging and loose and missing a lock
- 5/5
The area was nice. The highway was conveniently close for easy access. The breakfast was good and plenty of places to sit at. The hotel lobby was very clean and smelled nice. The room was also clean. The AC worked very well. The gym is very small and doesn’t have much but you can get a quick little workout in if you wanted to.
- 5/5
The beds were very comfortable. The buffet breast was nice.
- 5/5
Perfect location!
- 5/5
Staff was helpful and friendly even when door was broken they let us know ahead of time and let us know what was more convenient to get to our room. Check out was easy and room was cold and clean
- 5/5
Property was in good shape, elevators ran slow.
- 5/5
Overall good stay experience in all categories. Was disappointed the pool was closed but not a big deal.
- 5/5
The hotel had all the amenities needed, but the pool was closed for some reason and the elevator did not come up to the forth floor, so we had to take the stairs to the third floor to get the elevator. The desk clerk did tell us it was malfunctioning.
- 2/5
Room needed updating beds very uncomfortable, advertisement/pictures deceiving, no as presented on website
- 5/5
The Property was within minutes to the Arlington Convention center, the E Sports Stadium, the AT&T stadium, Six Flags and the baseball stadium. I was there for a graduation and it worked out well.
- 3/5
This trip was different. I just wanted to relax for my birthday because this hotel is one of my favorites. Unfortunately the employee (Monica) at check-in made it uncomfortable due to false gossip from a previous experience with an ex-employee who violated my ADA rights. The issue was resolved which I don’t know why the employee keeps making it more than what it was by implying that the previous GM spoke negatively about me?🤔 which is unacceptable to defame someone character. I meet the new GM and shared this information. I just don’t appreciate how I was made to feel this trip around. But I did inform the GM in Texas, a hotel can ask a guest no more than (2) questions about a service dog if its role is not obvious: "Is the dog a service animal required because of a disability?" and "What work or task has the dog been trained to perform?" Hotels are prohibited from asking about the guest's disability, requesting medical or training documentation, or requiring the dog to perform a task for proof. So NO… a hotel can NOT ask more than (2) questions. Please educate front desk staff.
- 5/5
Jessica customer service is amazing!
- 4/5
The hotel was very quiet and the rooms are large. My only problem was the elevator. It was working fine on arrival but later that day and during my entire stay the button to summon the car was not working. When I checked out I had to carry all my things down 4 stories of stairs.
- 5/5
Nice
- 4/5
I liked everything about the property it just didn’t have the hot water hot enough I felt like I was taking a shower in kind of cold shower
- 4/5
Hotel is not in the best shape, but the bed had me sleeping like a baby. Happy it was pet friendly as well.
- 2/5
there are no box springs on any of the beds or at least in my room
- 5/5
Very close to all the entertainment in Arlington. Very quiet, clean, and everyone is friendly. We enjoyed our stay!
- 5/5
We do for a family trip and we love you that everything is really clean and the people’s working there is really help. We love that place.
- 3/5
Pool was closed
- 5/5
Loved it. Quiet and clean and well maintained
- 4/5
Overall, it was a good stay. Check in came with a nearly 5.00 surprise facilities charge that isn't presented by Hotels.com. Frustrated with that. Our door wouldn't deadbolt but they fixed that right away. Pool was closed. Beds were comfy and the shower was amazing with the hot water and water pressure. Room was a nice size and it was a perfect location for ATT Stadium concert.
- 5/5
This hotel was great for our trip. The staff was always so nice. The breakfast was delicious and the rooms were very clean.
- 3/5
Room was clean but smelled terrible and musty. A/c must have been having issues because it wasn’t cooling properly.
- 4/5
Pool was small, elevator only one was working, and ice machine only one that was working was down stairs
- 4/5
The main problem for me was how dim the rooms were. Very poor lightening. Even the bathroom lights were dim - at least put some bright light in the bathroom or a makeup light attachment 😔
- 3/5
The elevator call button on the 4th floor didn't work. Had to go to the 3rd floor to use the elevator if you wanted to go down.

- 5/5

- 5/5
Room needs a little updating of carpet but overall, everything is nice.
- 1/5
Our stay was terrible. The rooms and hallways smelled so bad. We stayed a week and every day we were told the pool would be open the next day. The elevators were hit and miss on working. And the property lights outside never worked.
- 4/5
The staff was very helpful, nice and very friendly
- 5/5
Our overall stay was AMAZING! I highly recommend staying at this hotel.
- 5/5
Good, typical hotel breakfast. Very clean, decent choices.
- 5/5
Great location. Was close and near to everything that we needed to do.
- 2/5
Could not swim in the pool due to it being green. I traveled 3 hours to stay here and use the pool along with go to a ranger game. No pool at all! The entire reason we decided to get a hotel here. The lighting is non existent outside. Dangerous! Hotel is dated!
- 3/5
1. Elevator did not always work though out the day. (Our entire stay) 2. The only working ice machine was on the 1st floor. 3. The hallways had no A/C.
- 5/5
Rooms were very clean and quiet
- 1/5
Other notable items: the lock on our door was busted, as was the lock on the bathroom door. The bathtub stopper was not watertight, so the boys couldn't even take an ice bath to cool off. The ice machine on the 2nd floor was not working, the fitness center was closed, and the pool was closed, which were all offered at the time of booking. This location obviously needs some maintenance work. Overall, would not visit again.

Breakfast was great! Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was top notch. It was centrally located to my business meetings. Overall great experience!
- 4/5
The Hotel provides good options for breakfast and there are many restaurants to choose from in the area
- 3/5
Now, the not so good: This hotel seems older, or stale. The hallways are hot and humid, paint scrapes on walls and in elevators make the place feel almost run down in spots. This isn't an overall opinion I just notice things like this. Most places have room cleaning every day, not here. They don't touch your room unless you ask and/or until you check out. I thought that was unusual but we made due with cleaning up and getting fresh towels along with thrown trash every day. On our third day here, we get in the elevator only for it to freak out and get stuck between floors, we had to call for help but after a few minutes it finally worked (creeped us out none the less). I will say it is a quiet place, as in we didn't hear others from their rooms, BUT (and this isn't the hotels fault) but while we were here a bus load of kids & teens show up and oh my goodness the running and stomping on the floor above us was an absolute nightmare. We and many others had to call and complain. That made the stay very uncomfortable. 1 or 2 nights...maybe.... a week stay, probably not again.
- 4/5
place very clean near to store ,
- 2/5
THe hotel's elevator did not work on the 4th floor, I have sciatic nerve issues and had to walk down stairs to the 3rd floor or wait at the elevators for someone to come up to the 3rd floor.
- 5/5
Everything was clean and well-maintained. It was a little noisy after ten, but that was the only complaint and it was just kid noisy
- 4/5
It was a nice place to stay with quick access to many of the fun things to do in Arlington.
- 5/5
location between fort worth and dallas, 1/2 mile from AT&T Football stadium-comfortable walking distance
- 5/5
Our stay was very nice. We had a handicap room for my son the beds were low and it a walk in shower! The breakfast was good also! Very nice will stay there again!
- 4/5
Everything was good except the elevator took forever and only one was working. Staff was all very nice too.
- 4/5
Clean and safe. Plenty of parking. Nice staff.
- 5/5
It's close to EVERYTHING you might want to do in Downtown Arlington
- 3/5
what I like about the property was the price!
- 4/5
The free breakfast is a plus for sure!!!!
- 5/5
Comfortable bed and kind service. Close to the ball field which was perfect.
- 3/5
Service was great, but the facility was clearly older and needed some work. Only one elevator worked during our stay. The hallway AC was out on our floor. The gym was closed for whatever reasons, BUT they did offer a 3-day pass at LA Fitness less than a black away.
- 5/5
Only downside was the gym was out of commission. They offered a 3 day pass to a local gym tho.
- 5/5
Nice little dog park!!!
- 4/5
There was mold in the room I got and it was stuffy. I struggled to sleep the first night. After I alerted the staff, I got another room and it was a nice room. I wanted to report and share my appreciation about the new room but there was noone at the front desk. Many people were there with noone to serve them. I waited for some time until I left. Hopefully they improve on that so that there is someone at the front desk all the time.
- 3/5
I loved the Location. The room was spacious. I loved the mini fridge had a freezer section. The updated TV with Netflix and YouTube was really nice. The only downfall was the AC. It wasn’t cooling properly. I was hot plenty of times.
- 5/5
Shuttle service offered to a concert- that was a plus
- 4/5
Hotel is always clean and the beds comfy. Had one issue with the AC (cover randomly fell off at midnight scaring the crap out of me) and the call button on the 4th floor for the elevator was not working. Otherwise good stay.
- 2/5
The tv didn't work. They sent someone to fix it but never completed the job.
- 5/5
Loved the staffs attitude
- 5/5
The breakfast was great. We made our own waffles, and they even had honey for my coffee! The lady at the desk gave us a closer room for my sweet daddy. The pool was small but clean, and it had towels. And, Pappasitos is next door. We walked next door, and it was so delicious!
- 2/5
One small pool- 3.5 ft. Occupancy of 9! One elevator working, but call button on 4th floor broken. Had to use stairs to 3rd level or call front desk to send elevator up. Staff was really great with what they were working with. Nice breakfast though.
- 3/5
Booked a double queen with sofa bed (family of 6) the Elevator on 4th floor was broken could go up using it but going down had to use the stairs. The ac and shower didn’t work in our room requested another but due to no available rooms to accommodate all of us the really nice guy at the front desk gave us a extra room with a king bed we could use the room to shower or sleep if our room got too hot or needed to shower and mentioned it was for both nights. First night went okay just took the room forever to cool down so we used both rooms to sleep when it would get to hot the morning of our check out time we were woken up early by the cleaning lady stating we didn’t have access to the room anymore because she needed to clean it and were rushed out of there even though the guy at the front desk stated it would be available to us for the two nights due to everything being booked and to apologize for the ac and shower not working. The cleaning lady even got mad at us for using the bed stating we should of only used the shower and ac. Overall the experience was frustrating appreciate the gentleman in the front for trying will not stay here again.
- 5/5
Room was clean enjoyed my night at the property bed was so comfortable we'll be back to visit again
- 5/5
Great location and stay. Minor inconvenience with being unable to call elevator from 4th floor but still enjoyed hotel overall
- 5/5
Great location!
- 4/5
I stayed for one night. This hotel met my needs, it’s not fancy but it’s good enough for a quick trick and the location was good!
- 5/5
Everything was as advertised. Great value for a great stay.
- 5/5
Close to Six Flags, breakfast was actually good. Hot breakfast. Beds were surprisingly comfortable. Great hotel for family.
- 5/5
Excellent!
- 5/5
Very nice place and safe.
- 4/5
Staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and more spacious than I expected. Will definitely be my first choice for future trips.
- 4/5
The staff workers were friendly and the pool was a nice touch for something to do. Some aspects seemed a bit outdated, and only one elevator was working the duration of the stay (and it was iffy too) but overall can’t complain about the stay. Things were clean and comfortable.
- 3/5
Received a call to see if we are still coming to the hotel. I informed them that we ran into bad weather. Next we arrive and wait 20 minutes at the front desk because nobody was there to check us in. Got to our room and was greeted by smoke stench and hot air hitting us in our face. We propped the door open and aired the room out.Next day upon arriving back to our room a man was passed out with all his belongings around him. He was wasted and wouldn’t wake up. Notified front desk and she called 911. Kept us waiting until Ems came and got him. Finally went to bed around 5am to be woken up by the cleaning crew banging carts into walls and doors. On top of that the ice machines were broken on our floor that we had to use the 4th floor machine and walk downstairs due the elevator being broken. Not the greatest experience at all. The front desk never once checked on us aft any of our ordeal’s.
- 5/5
Stayed 2 nights with the family. Great location and very clean! The hotel is in great condition and very friendly staff! Good breakfast! Will definitely stay there again!
- 5/5

- 3/5
The elevator call button was not working from the upper 2-4 floors. Had to take the stairs to the ground level. The corridors & stairwells were warm-hot. Some ac units in stairwells weren’t working or unplugged. Pool was closed part of my weekend stay.
- 2/5
This room was spacious, but there was many problem. We had one room for about 5 hours before our toilet stopped working. We were then moved to a second room where the AC did not work. We told the staff and they did not fix the AC, so we had two nights of sleeping in a very hot room.
