Was charged for the room even though I had already paid online. Took several days for the pending charged to be reversed. Also description on line leads one to believe it is close to Six Flags which it is not.

Location was near restaurants and the stadium. Room was a bit smaller than I expected. Room could have been a little more cleaner. Laboratory was clogged up.

The establishment illegally charged me a $100.00 deposit for a service animal. Management was rude. The room was dirty.

Property had a cash deposit rule that was never mentioned anywhere. I had no cash on me. It’s in a rough neighborhood and I was told to go to an ATM at night to get the cash. When asked if I could cancel and if there would be a fee, office attendant said there wouldn’t be a fee for canceling. Messaged the booking website to send them an email to waive the fee. We let her know it was sent and she said she’d take care of it. We left and booked a different hotel and they still charged us for the night and refused to cancel or refund our money.

The rooms were simi clean. Staff informed us upon check in that you could only lift up on the door or it wouldnt open. My husband and i both tried to get the door open. I went the the office to inform them we cpuldnt get the door open only to be told "I tell you up only." Hold up there buddy i almost lost my religion 👎

Beds did not changed blankets, foors not map. refigerador with stiky food was nat clarn. courtan shower with pinck mold, droors susty and dirty, everything was exprimly dirty. I spoke to the manager he change the blakets, but hi did not sims to care.

Very pleased with the room. Apartment size fridge and large microwave. Clean and updated accommodations. Would definitely recommend and stay again myself.

Just a little window with a slide through tray. Not very friendly, just looked at me till I said I had a reservation. Asked for ID, told him I want to pay with a different card, acted like he did not hear me, but did turn and take my card. Just said room #104 as he pushed the room key through the tray. We drove to Dallas and got in Saturday night around 10:00. When we pulled up to the hotel there were cones blocking the entrance, the name of the hotel was “Viva Inn” and it was closed. We drove around Arlington and Fort Worth for three hours until we found a room. Customer service was absolutely no help in finding us a room after the hotel we booked no longer existed.

There is no New York hotel in Arlington, TX at the designated address. There is only a Via hotel so I never stayed there. My credit card was charged, I am disputing the charges. I have also filed a fraud complaint with the Attorney General’s office.

Not a lot of amenities, but what was there was good! I don't go these motels and expect spa-like quality. I go there to spend the night and get some quality sleep to complete the activities planned for my visit. Mission accomplished! The value was excellent compared to the price other motels were charging for the football weekend!

My husband checked us in and said the owner was a very nice man. He and his family are running the hotel. The room was clean and had a microwave and refrigerator. I'd like them to upgrade their towels and provide more that 2 pillows. The hotel was quite and we were not disturbed.

Just an overnight for the National Championship football game because nothing else was open - it had a bed and a shower. Charged $200 likely you can get for $50 most nights.

I was harassed by the hotel staff call My room asking about how many people i had in my room came to my room door and knock to see who was in there I felt like the staff was harassing me overall terrible place day I will not recommend anyone as a matter fact you should take it off your list
