Everything was great. The hotel is nice, clean, and the staff was very helpful & friendly. Our only complaint was that the breakfast wasn't worth the money. We would defiantly stay again!

IT WAS VERY GOOD When I made the reservation, your ad said there was a shuttle from the airport to the hotel free of charge. When we arrived, I called the hotel and was told that the shuttle was noy operating at that time. Other persons going to another, nearby hotel, had the shuttle service. I ended paying around $30 on Uber.

Overall the experience was good. The breakfast bar that you pay $14.95 was more or less a standard inclusion at most hotels. I don't feel it was worth the money but just my opionion based on stays at many hotels where a similar offering is included with the room.

The only thing is the shuttle is not 24/7 if I knew this I would have booked elsewhere but if you need a nice hotel with a great staff reasonable near the air port with a shuttle this hotel is always so good .

The elevators are absolutely horrible. This is my third year and in a row staying there and it will be my last time! Every year the elevators are broken or out of service or they take 5 minutes to come down. There are only four or five floors and I've spent way too much time waiting for the elevators. The staff was okay. Not overly friendly seemed very in experienced in the basic way of making people feel welcome. I will find a new place next year and going forward and will not be staying here again.

I was very happy with my room, the staff, and the cleanliness of this hotel. I was driving home after most of a week in Florida. Having stayed in a different hotel chain on my drive down to Florida and winding up in the least clean or comfortable room I've stayed in quite some time, I decided to pay the extra $20 on my way back for a Holiday Inn. I'm SO glad I did. This room was clean and comfortable, the shower had amazingly hot water with great pressure, the pool and hot tub were clean, and the staff was very pleasant and helpful. Totally worth that $20!

First of all ,the elevators were not working at all! it was very inconvenient since I was on the fourth floor, and it was extremely hard to carry luggage and my cooler up 4 flights of stairs. Unfortunately, I had to call the front desk each time to ride me up in the service elevator and It was on the opposite end of the main floor. You’d have to cut through the kitchen to get to it I had a severely sprained ankle that I had sprained just recently a week ago and I couldn’t put too much pressure on it. Also, my wife called to book this hotel she specifically asked if the pool /Spa wasn’t good working order and what the temperature was if it was at least 90 to 95°F The pool was clean, although it was lukewarm and could’ve been much warmer. The inside temperature of the pool area was frigid. Yes it was 30° outside although it was barely 50° inside the pool area. The heater should’ve been blowing warmer and that would’ve kept the pool temperature warmer as well. The Jacuzzi was over treated with chemicals and was foaming up with chemicals:( ; So whenever you push the spa button and it was lukewarm as well very disappointed since I did look forward to spending time in the pool and spa. The gym was average. It had free weights and other.The Equipment clean. One last surprise was it listed complementary breakfast and that was not the case

At the desk, they continued to give new guests rooms while we awaited our room. Several staff members were not friendly. I chose this hotel because of the high customer rating but found it to be below standard.

When you walk in it had a pleasant smell. (Most of the time it’s the first thing you notice). From there everything was fine!!!

We stayed the evening prior to an 8 am flight. Although it wasn't safe to walk to the airport, without crossing major highways, The hotel provided a reliable shuttle, we got there after a 5 min. ride, by 5:45 am. Perfect for our needs.

Very nice staff. Lovely lobby, with nice little bar. Excellent breakfast (only $5 with a voucher through Expedia). Nice little pool and hottub, pleasant sitting area outside. Room was spacious and beds were very comfy. Multiple USB ports available for charging. Nice sized fridge and microwave. Gym was pretty good, but could also use a recumbent bike. Only issue is that there were only two towels in the room, but that is VERY minor. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

The majority of the night it sounded as if a diesel truck was running outside our window. Our room location was not near the road and we were on the 3rd floor on the backside of the hotel. Possibly, the noise was coming from the HVAC unit. We would stay again while visiting the area if noise wasn’t a issue.

On a business trip for 2 might. Went on HOTELS.COM and this HOLIDAY INN & SUITES was ranked as WONDERFUL. And Wonderful it was. Friendly Professional Staff. Told the desk clerk I was alone and they put me on the top floor in a quiet room. I believe the entire facility was quiet. Clean as if it was new and a very inviting lobby, bar and eating area.

This is a nice well-run hotel located near the Asheville airport with a shuttle service.

Nadia and the shuttle driver (didn’t get his name) went above and beyond to take me to the airport 15 min earlier than their normal morning start time of 5:45 am. Thank you!!

If you do not like to ride elevators this property may not be for you, because they do not have entry access from the first floor only option is to ride the elevators up and go down the stairs to the exit. This is a big inconvenience to people who can’t ride elevators. This is not posted in any description details.

All flights were canceled going into Asheville due to a global Microsoft upload failure . It was impossible for me to get there but they still charged me even though I called as soon as I knew I wasn't going to be able to make it. Double disappointed missing my sons first child's baby shower

our room smelled like strong cleaning product upon arrival, we did not have liquid or bar soap provided in our room and of course I didnt notice until in the shower - ugh!

While it is a decent property to stay at as a business traveler, just realize that the breakfast is not included and is a more small menu restaurant-style, not a typical breakfast buffet. And they are very strict on what your allowed to order for the voucher and the meal service is rather slow. I think it's just one woman doing everything, so give yourself extra time.

Booked this hotel because of the pool and spa, but both were closed.

So tired of picking a hotel for the amenities, and then those things don’t exist or are broken. The whole time the hot tub and pool were off limits due to a mechanical issue. Both were full of water, were circulating, were warm. Small thing, but I choose the stay based on these things. The room was nice though, and clean.
