The young lady that checked me in was very friendly. Breakfast was very good. Bathroom in the room could use a little upgrade. Toilets are a little small even for my 115 pound wife. Overall, nice place.

The breakfast options served us well. We had a gluten free team member who was able to find options for breakfast. We only stayed for 1 night but I stayed there a year ago for business. We are repeat customers! :o)

Breakfast was great and the attendants were on hand to keep the area tidy! The parking was convenient and safe. Above all else the staff was friendly and welcoming! We were weary travelers checking in late on a Friday night. Jenn checked us in quickly and was so kind and welcoming it was a great comfort after a long day! Great experience!

Very Nice Property However Prior to Booking Wrong Date was entered for an area hotel and tried cancelling the reservation immediately and was told they (Expedia) couldn't help me. So Unfortunately I lost $160.00 the same day. After Calling Immediately afrer recognizing my date was wrong.watch the dates you enter closely.

Was very noisy at night people were up and down the hallways. A lot of the power plugs in the room did not work very little water pressure could hear the people walking around upstairs above us.

This facility seems to be brand new. The parking lot is well lit and has ample parking close to the main doors. The room was very comfortable for two guests.

The room was clean. The staff were courteous. The only problem was the bed. I (Bobby McDowell) have had 2 back surgeries and usually sleep with the head of the bed raised to help relieve back pain. I finally got to sleep from exhaustion and woke up this morning with a terrible pain in my back. We would absolutely love to find accommodations that have an electric adjustable bed for handicapped people.

The overall hotel was clean and really nice. The beds were like sleeping on a board and the pillows were flat. Using two pillows was too much. A very sleepless night.

Coffee at Wet Your Whistle was nearby and excellent.

Traveling the East coast. Booked our room on the road. Hotel and staff were exceptional. We had delicious Mexican food across the street which was very convenient. Breakfast was good.

I was placed in a handicap room and I did not request that. The room had an odor and I informed housekeeper and she responded quickly and brought me some air freshener. The room was clean.

Staff was able to quickly change my room to one on the ground level when I told her I was traveling with my 3 small grandkids and that one was using a wheelchair

It is clean and modern basic hotel. No complaints. I was disappointed the breakfast was all prepackaged processed food but they did have fresh fruit.

Our one night stay, on our way to the beach, was Wonderful!!! Very nice, clean, modern room with a walk in shower! I wish there had been brighter lighting over the bathroom vanity, but the bathroom was very roomy and super clean!!! We would definitley stay here again!!!

Very rarely would I describe anything as impressive, but I can certainly say this hotel was because of the cleanliness of the hotel, the continental breakfast, which was more than I expected, and other amenities.

We paid for a room with 2 queen beds but no room was available. They gave us a single queen room but since we used Expedia, did not comp us the difference in price or work with us on how to get the difference.

The property was clean and the staff was super nice. My only negative was they only clean the room every other day but at check in she asked if I wanted my room cleaned every day so I was super happy.

Had a meeting in town and got done early. Staff was able to accommodate an early check in, were extremely helpful answering questions.

EASY ACCESS!

The room exceeded expectations! It was very clean and set up like your own little apartment! We got the choice of floor we wanted to stay on, so we picked the third floor as to not have anyone stomping on top of us! It was very quiet, couldn’t even hear our neighbors or people coming in and out of the elevator. The bathroom was very nice, great water pressure in the shower. The bed was harder than we like, but we actually slept so well on it. There was a sofa bed as well, we only sat to eat dinner on it. There was a TV in the living room as well as the bedroom. The bedroom also had a closet in it.

A vintage hotel that has received a fine refurb. Breakfast offered a variety foods - great!

Breakfast was all things to microwave in small packets which was different. No crock pot of oatmeal, waffles in packets to microwave instead of a waffle iron and batter to make fresh. . It was very clean and tidy but the options were and not as good as most other Fairfield inns. No waste I suppose as

The property had a great terrace with barbeque pits. available. The pool however was colder than I would have liked and need and extreme algae treatment.

This is our go-to hotel while visiting the grandkids. It is consistently user-friendly, clean, and comfortable.

Room was smaller than expected and bed was very springy. Springs pushing against you. There was no microwave at either breakfast or the room as expected. Staff was friendly and courteous and it was very clean.

It was a brief stay for business. Breakfast was good. However, you need to include some breakfast cereal that is not pure sugar geared towards children. I’m an adult and I would’ve enjoyed some sort of grain cereal !!! There is nothing very disappointing.

I told staff I was surprised that they are only rated a 2 star hotel. I have been to a four star hotel not as good as this hotel.

The front staff was friendly, making my family and I feel welcomed. Complementary bottles of water were provided. The continental breakfast was fresh and the staff made sure everything was stocked at all times.

Very clean and the accommodations were perfect

The room was not at all business friendly. There was only one USB port by the bed which didn't work and the desk had no convenient power outlets or USB ports.

Receptionist at check in was very friendly and it was very easy and quick to get to our room. Room looked very clean and the area is quiet and safe. Facilities look well maintained. Bed was very comfortable and the AC was not too loud. Breakfast was typical, but good, and the breakfast area was kept clean and inviting.

Elevator was broke and was told it was for awhile. Had to carry all our bags up two flights of stairs. Staff wasn’t friendly. Rugs were dirty and room smelled bad.

We stopped here on our trip to Myrtle Beach because it’s near a restaurant in Jamestown that we love. First time at this hotel and we’ll be back for sure!

This hotel was convenient off of the highway. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. There weren’t any restaurants close by except for fast food and a diner. There’s a bar across the street that plays loud music, which ended around 10 PM. The breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast. I peaked into the pool area and the pool didn’t have water in it so maybe for some kind of maintenance. I thought the hotel was overpriced for the area and what you get.

On the night we stayed, the elevator was broken, and we had to use the stairs to get to the second floor. Being a little older it was a little bit of an inconvenience, but we managed. The breakfast selection was a little limited but was okay. It was a nice hotel for an overnight stay, but I might have looked for something nicer if I were going to stay longer.

Toilet didn’t flush well at all

We stay here about four times per year while visiting family. It is always comfortable and accommodating. This time, however, the elevator was out of order, and the requested room service didn't occur. We will still return!

I was there mid December and it was probably not a busy tourist season. I was only there overnight. The hotel was surrounded by other hotels and I felt safe. I did not get to use the pool, but it looked smallish. Breakfast was good.

Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast attendants kept everything refreshed and greeted guests.

The room wasn’t excessively musty and smelled 30 years older than it looked. The air condition struggled to keep the room cool.

The best thing about the room was the walk-in shower. Terrible lighting in the bathroom. Bed was okay. Elevator was noisy and creaked; the only good thing is that it was inspected a few month back so assumed it was in working condition. The room attendants and breakfast staff were family but the front staff was not. Had no idea there was a bar across the street that had a band. Loud music until midnight. Make sure you ask for room in the back as maybe it might be quieter. Will not stay there again.

Let’s not confuse eco friendly with just not offering service. Was not told at checkin tgat no room service was available for less than a two night trip. Shower gets the floor wet and bath mat therefore gets soaked. Making beds and general pick up daily like other similar hotels prior to Covid and now after Covid dies not exist. Breakfast is another example. Very poor selection as compared to other brands similarly priced. Guys Covid is over. Place services and guest care back in place!!!
