The whole experience was, absolutely amazing. Great customer service the gentleman at reception covered all our needs and was very helpful. Same in the morning and a great breakfast selection. Big comfy and very clean room and facilities.

It was loud and the temperature was impossible to control. We wound up turning it off at midnight, then we over-heated.

Specious room with couch Kitchen like area with sink was really useful, plus the fridge and microwave Bed was comfortable Cons: the room didn’t feel like it was cleaned good enough. The Layout of the room is kind of weird because the TV is in between the couch and the bed so no matter where you are, you’re going to have to be looking either left or right. The bathroom doesn’t have any drawers to put things in like my makeup and hair products, everything had to be on top of the sink area. The shower doors are NOT leak proof, no matter how we put them some water would still fall outside onto the floor if we weren’t careful, I also didn’t like the pressure of the water in the shower. Also I signed into the app and marked that we did not want any room service during our stay, just to find out someone did come in a clean when we were out. Overall though for the price, I would stay here again.

Overall we stayed for 3 nights..the pool is slightly small and the hot tub was out of service. We would still come back.. the room was spacious with separate sitting and drop off area. It’s an older hotel for sure but we enjoyed the area and parking was free. The room had a rust area in the tub-rm 322- and the AC was loud and no vent in the bathroom… but the spacious room was great with 2 TV’s. It’s California… in Pasadena… we were not in our rooms that much… it was enough for us!

Nice place to stay

Only stayed for one night, but room was clean, well designed for family. Breakfast was a little limited variety and seating but pretty good for a quick bite before hitting the road.

Clean room and very quiet. It was walking distance to the train which we took to the Rose Bowl for the oasis concert. Lots of food options within walking distance. Good simple breakfast and a lot of nice touches throughout the property like ice cold infused water.

Room is clean. People were very nice. There was odors at first day. Toilet was old. The Volve was broken and cause the water flow all night.

I stayed here for six days during my business trip in October and overall had a pretty good experience. The hotel offers free breakfast and the rooms are quite spacious. However, one night around 3 or 4 a.m., the fire alarm went off and everyone in the building had to rush downstairs — it turned out to be a false alarm. Also, the breakfast selection was a bit limited, so it would be great if there were more variety in the future.

Perfect for a friends weekend. Kind staff, clean room, and good location.

Pool was not 100% as the jacuzzi wasn’t available during our 2 night stay. And it looks like it hasn’t been for a while. The breakfast needs improvement. The pool towels were really old and rough. Needs replacement. They need to add more hand-soap in each room. There should be one hand-soap per sink. The staff and housekeepers are nice, no problem on that. Location is good too.

Beds were a bit lumpy/soft. No housekeeping even though I had requested it in the online check-in.

It was unfortunate that the hot tub seemed permanently out of commission. Also, we were there for 5 days and no one cleaned our room.

Overall experience was great, the only two things i did noticed was the Jacuzzi was out of service and pool flooring was a little ruff on the feet. Other then that the hotel staff was great and the hotel was well kept.

Stayed here for 3 nights, the rooms were great they had mini fridge and a microwave in room. The breakfast was just the basic hotel breakfast but they kept everything stocked up. No parking fee was great. Overall the stay here was great. No complaints.

I enjoyed my stay very much. The breakfast was wonderful with fresh cooked eggs, pastries, and fresh fruit. The coffee was fresh and delicious. The staff was warm and accommodating. If I needed to improve one point it would be improving the water pressure in the shower. It wasn’t a big deal but fix that and my stay would have been perfect!!

We had a really awful time staying at this hotel. I paid $253 for this hotel via Expedia for a night. I was double-billed $260 at the front desk when I checked in. Upon asking two receptionists, both confirmed they were new hires. I was told to see the manager at checkout after they contacted their manager. I was unhappy due to the fraudulent charge on my card. While checking out, I saw “Tiffany Ainsworth”the manager. She said she voided my Expedia booking, and I should receive a refund within five business days. Expedia charged me $253 for this hotel, but the hotel double-charged me for $260, leaving me disappointed. Additionally, the manager was not friendly and untruthfully said she had given me points. Upon checking my account after leaving, I discovered I had zero reward points. The manager lacked honesty and friendliness. Also, because neither TV in the room was functional, we missed out on watching TV. We couldn’t sleep well because of the noise from the next room.

This wonderful hotel is walking distance from a variety of restaurants and stores. Plus, it is a short drive to The Arboretum, Santa Anita Park, Huntington Library and Arcadia Mall. Very Clean and quiet and the staff is top notch. Very helpful and personable.

I believe Tiffany is the location manager, and she was incredible. She helped us get settled with our baby, and gave us an easy early check in & late check out.

Customer service is 2nd to none. Keeps us coming back. Great location, comfy and spacious rooms. Good brekky too. Only neg is pool and jacuzzi need repair. Clise to everything

Stayed for a 2 day trip to Universal for daughter’s bday. The conjoined doors were very thin and you can see the light from the other room, the neighbors were very LOUD all night and early am until we left for breakfast! Would’ve rather heard the transit system all night! Talked to the lady at the desk in the am and she was able to move us rooms for the 2nd night with no issue! For that I appreciate and give the better rating!

We had a loud noise on top of our unit. Mentioned it, but they kept doing. They did their part. But overall, they are pretty amazing!

Breakfast was quite good. That was the thinnest slice of bacon I’ve ever had. Slight problem with Netflix, but the staff was able to get it going.

Overall okay, however one of the hotel housekeeping staff entered my room in the morning of November 11, 2024 before I checked out (not a late checkout) to do the cleaning when I stepped away from the room. She threw away all of my packed food on the table without my consent, which was upset and frustrating.

Well maintained SpringHill property

Our first room had a very toxic odor—-like a chemical cleaning solution. We went back and asked to be switched. We were given a “handicap” room—-the shower shot right at the curtain no matter what we did, and made the floor quite wet outside of it.

Beautiful area right beside the mountains and centrally located to all of the areas we wanted to visit. Friendly, helpful staff. Free parking and free hot breakfast every morning (which was delicious!). Would definitely stay again

Reported an issue about a light to be replace, waited and after a while I was ask if light was replaced and I said it was not.

My first time ever travelling alone was to this hotel, they were super kind and helpful and explained how it worked and explained what amenities were available. If I come back to California, it'll be to this hotel.

The property is well maintained. I love the couches in the rooms. The area is quiet, and the staff are very welcoming. Monica, the Operations Manager, was so nice, engaging, and welcoming when she checked me in. I have stayed here previously, and I would stay here again.

Got in late parking was a little tough, no handicap spots, disabled Veteran. Room was nice, the staff were great. Glad I could sleep in after being road weary the day before. Breakfast provided great satiety, good protein. Thank you for the service.

Nothing special about this hotel. It is a bit dated but clean. The staff is great. The breakfast area is tiny and cannot accommodate all the guests. Parking is easy and free of charge.

Great staff, 24 hour fitness room, clean room with lots of amenities. I’ve stayed here multiple times, and will continue to do so.

Excellent hotel! Is located away from residential areas, very quiet, clean and comfortable. Food and shopping nearby, and close to a couple of big attractions - Santa Anita racetracks and the LA Arboreum. Excellent customer service, will definitely stay here again!!!

I've stayed here twice and would definitely book it again in the future! The staff are friendly, and I have no complaints.

We were not given the room that it showed in the pics. We were given a handicap room and once we pulled out the sofa bed it was a really tight squeeze.

There were even items labeled gluten free and kosher for those who needed them. Thank you!

Staff were super friendly and the rooms were extremely spacious! The complimentary breakfast was actually good and I was shocked that they had allergen friendly foods. The location is great as it is right off the freeway and had several walkable restaurants.
