The room I got was super quiet, clean, roomy and modern with granite kitchen counter top. The bed could have been more comfortable but the bedding was clean and basic. The pillow was comfortable. The bed was bouncy. I will definitely be back.

One of our tv screens was broken, we informed the staff they made no effort to help fix the issue! Overall the room was dusty in many places, they provided us with a refilled moldy lotion container! The beds are really uncomfortable! So overpriced for what you get It was quiet

The room wasn’t as clean as expected. Cleaning staff missed cleaning our room 1 time. And when they did clean, the carpet was still dirty. Otherwise the staff was friendly with pool, bbq, laundry room, and free breakfast

Clean room!! Great service!!

Room had an odor, like maybe people had smoked in there. I was there 4 days and housekeeping never came. Otherwise the stay was good. I loved the set up and it worked great for our needs. Will probably stay there again!

Breakfast buffet had decent options. Most of the front desk staff was very helpful. There were ants crawling all over the bathroom walls and counters when we checked in. I called the front desk to change rooms and the gentleman that answered the phone made it seem like I was inconveniencing him and then either made it seem like it was a common occurrence or denied this has ever happened before. He only offered to call maintenance to spray them and had no intention of moving us. I have two babies and did not want chemicals lingering in our room and also spraying ants never keeps them away unless you kill the queen. I wanted to like the stay more but it is what it is

For a place that you would assume is for a more extended type stay with kitchenettes, the furniture was uncomfortable and lacking a home type feel. No end table for the couch (which was not very comfortable) or anything to set a drink on while watching TV. No luggage stand(there were 2 closets). Motion sensor lights in the kitchen didn't have a way to manually turn off the sensor, only an internal timer setting. The hotel did offer to switch our room, but I declined. Overall, a very good stay with just these couple of exceptions which could be easily changed.

Customer Service was horrible I do not recommend this place to anyone; the front staff management staff is very unprofessional. Go to a diffrent hotel

Nothing Room has a very unpleasant smell, almost like that of a motel. The restroom also smelled bad. Check out is at 12 but the cleaning staff came around knocking twice, around 9am and 10:45am, waking us up. I opened the door the second time to the cleaning lady asking me what time we’d be leaving… check out is at 12. As customers, this makes us feel rushed. It’s only 10:45am. We understand check out is out 12. We shouldn’t have to be woken up out of our sleep.

The staff exceptional a few issues with the room but they are very responsive and caring there almost like a family.

Is definitely an older property but the layout is really good. Location is fantastic. Some issues with the staff getting things done. It wasn't the cleanest. I told the front desk I did not want to clean up somebody else's mess they said they would put a note in the system that would not help me however they also forgot to get trash. I had to call several times. They forgot to do the house cleaning too the second day when we requested. Anthony however makes a great complementary breakfast. Delightfully surprised by choices and quality

Beds are a little stiff but overall place has everything you need and if they don't have enough t the area around us very convenient.

We didn't know we had to walk up stairs to our room. 2 bedrooms weren't separate so noise and light were a problem.

Very nice room and property, easily accessible from two different streets. Breakfasts were pretty good, though not spectacular.I believe one thing could be better would be a fitness room.

We only stayed here one night and basically just needed a bed to sleep in. It was clean and quiet and Starbucks was within walking distance so it worked well for us.

Close to freeway, but signage is BAD. Adjacent to excellent steakhouse, THE DERBY! Very convenient & affordable for Rose Bowl stay.

i've stayed here before, but this time i was disappointed. the hotel is fine but a bit run down. the carpet and couch in my room were worn, bed was not super comfortable, and bathroom had stains on the walls and door. housekeeping was supposed to come every 3? days, but the two times they showed up, we were in our room - which meant it never got cleaned once in a week long stay. i don't think i'll be staying here again.

I had to use the fold out sofa and the blanket and sheet set included with it had fleas. After my visit, I had to see a dermatologist to confirm and receive treatment. The place is under renovation so that probably didn’t help. But I never saw housekeeping ever during my visit.

I had a excellent stay at this hotel. The suite was big and spacious like a 2 bedroom apartment. The area was very quiet and safe. The check in process was quick and staff was very friendly. This was one of the best hotel stays for me. What i really enjoyed was that it wasn't no high holding deposits.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are huge, with a kitchen area that had all the amenities we needed. The complimentary breakfast was a plus. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Staff was kind and room was comfortable. The room could have been cleaner. The bathroom smelled a little like mildew. The hotel overall was fine and walking distance to a plaza which was convenient.

This was the best hotel experience I have ever had. The staff was kind and thoughtful, especially about my dietary needs. They had gluten free options every day for breakfast and I appreciated that my needs mattered.

Excellent hotel, and didn't realize that it was like apartment. Mostly outdoor walking from breakfast back to inn. Loved the pool area with bbq and outdoor furniture. Breakfast items were excellent but slow to come by as we had to fight for our food because so busy.

Great option for families to stay, residence at Marriott has very good and clean hotel rooms especially with 2 bedrooms

stayed 6 days, no housekeeping during the whole time, not even to "tidy" or remove garbage. Hotel policy said they are supposed to have someone come by every 3 days.

Very relaxing

My family enjoyed having a clean and quiet place to stay while in town. The kitchen was adequately equipped and very clean. The front desk staff were super pleasant and the kitchen staff were friendly and patient with all guests during a breakfast rush. We will absolutely stay here during future visits. Thanks!

This was like a sleepy motel room from a movie. There was actually a dead roach in the doorway of the bathroom.

I like the safe,quiet environment, but I don’t like they charge for the parking fee, cause other hotels they all provide free parking.

The suite was great

Beautiful property, beautiful room, very welcoming and helpful staff. Enjoyed an evening on their patio near the pool by the fire pit. The only downfall is the pet charge. For 1 dog, 1 night, $168?!? That’s not entirely “pet friendly” but they do have a very nice pet walk area. I will come back but maybe without the dog which is sad for our family.

The room was great and area was wonderful. I really did enjoy my stay. However whatever staff is in charge of cleaning needs to do a more thorough job. I found a used condom and condom wrapper along with other debris and a used towel from a previous sexual encounter from whoever was in the hotel before us under our bed.

Another great stay! We’ve been here before and we will be back. The front desk employees are always welcoming and accommodating with whatever service/supplies you need. The ladies and gentlemen who make the breakfast in the morning do an outstanding job and are very personable.

Too many homeless people walk through the parking area. Don’t feel safe. Security presence is not consistent. But having a kitchenette has it’s advantages. Wish they would change their sofa bed. So uncomfortable just to sit in.

Overall GREAT stay, very peaceful & comfortable. The only hiccup was that when I went to take a shower, the smoke alarm activated. I received a call from the office and was ask to come down. It was my first time staying at this location. So the lady at the front desk basically talked at me and told me that “oh you are supposed to turn the vents on when showering” (there was a hall light so I said I did not know basically like carry on and agree to disagree. THEN she went on to say the room smelled like smoke yet I was gone to the store and unloaded all in 40 mins of arriving, I had just came back when she called the room and there was no smoke but it surely did smell like soap and shower steam. THEN she said she was getting complaints about people being in my room but again I just got there and on my way to the office I witnessed a group coming from a neighboring room. I verbalized that I felt like I was being harassed and that it’s no one’s business who is in my room unless it’s the office so why would a stranger report the number of people rather than a noise complaint?!? If you are going to assume there’s smoking and bad activity then physically seeing for yourself suffice rather than hearsay. If she would had came then she would had smelled tacos not “Smoke”.

We arrived after midnight on the 29th to the residence inn. This property is townhomes that have not been maintained or updated since the early 70s. As I began to I investigate the room, I found that the neither the AC or Fan worked in the hot room. The room smelled of must/ old people. There were blood stains on the blackout curtains, inches of dust on the ceiling fan, pull out sofa was more like a cot, no hot water available and the lock/ dead bolt did not function. We checked out and selected another hotel for our stay. I cannot recommend this hotel

The linens were so bad i went to target and bought Kleenex, tp, and linens. The pool was so cold you really could not use it. Even kids were not in pool. We were put on top of bb court very noisy. Such bad insul could hear everyone around. It was a total rip off. I will never believe or use expedia again. 150 a night maybe but 250 a night with taxes and parking totally ripped off. Homeless walked through all the time as they lived 200 feet from the apts. Kitchen was nice( which was great as their breakfast was not good at all) the sitting area was pretty good, bed was average, the shower was great!

Air conditioner was a little loud, and not sure why maintenance had to change the filter while we occupied our room. Seems odd. Maybe after we checked out would be better? Otherwise breakfast was great and location was perfect for our need.

I liked that they placed us in a room with a nice view of the mountains, it was quiet, and I felt safe there the whole time! Also the staff was very friendly and professional. The facilities and room were neat and clean. Overall a wonderful experience! I would choose this place again!

Everything was great. The people above us were a little noisy, but I use earplugs and that helps me.

It was very loud there. The hotel next door’s employees started early outside my window and were talking really loud. My neighbors would leave garbage outside their door and talked loud outside my door too.

Staff were very friendly and answered any questions I had, room was nice and quiet.

The only issue i would say is there was a mishap during check in. Other than that it was good

We use your web site to compare the hotel price. You should make sure that all the price are include in the quote. This hotel charge $15 per night for an non-gated open air parking lot.

Breakfast was a little icky. Hate the processed eggs. Waffles ok. Not sure what was the eggs sandwich supposed to be?

It was nice and quiet. Rooms were quite big and spacious. All necessary equipment ms were available. The cleaning staff needed to clean every 3 days and even after 2 reminders, they missed that out that too much to my disappointment but other than that everything was fine.

Was there for an event at the speedway. The staff at the hotel are super friendly and extremely helpful! If you needed anything, they were happy to help. This was my second time staying there and it's more going to be my go to place to stay from now on. They will even take care of your grocery shopping! I absolutely love this place!

The operation manager is very rude. Their service is very lousy. They forgot to give me a luggage back and didn't check the luggage tax. I went to Las Vegas for 2 days and asked whether I can store my luggage there. The operations manager said my luggage is too large and said no. I said this is very bad hotel service, and he replied they are like that , and welcome for not coming back. Very annoying and I do not recommend this hotel at all.

Having a full kitchen is very convenient for us. The studio is big enough that we don't feel cramped.

Staff was great, facility was great. No complaints. Allowed me to do exactly what I wanted. Access to buy groceries, restaurants, and most importantly take advantage of remote work in a different time zone so that I had half of the day to play golf and get away from the snow!

All furniture needs replaced, very worn and dated. 2 bedroom suites are only on the second floor with no elevator. Extremely difficult to haul luggage up outside stairs. Once in the suite the second bedroom is up another flight of stairs that are extremely steep. Upstairs bedroom is 10 degrees hotter than downstairs living area and bedroom. Need more breakfast choices, was the same every day. Oatmeal option was more like an oat soup. The juice options were very watered down.

This place is very nice. I like that the kitchen had everything we needed. The only thing that we didn’t like is the people above us were very noisy and I banged around like if the kids were jumping from high place into the ground.

We were there for 3 nights, Close proximity to Santa Anita racetrack and several restaurants. On the first night I woke up with spider bites on my legs and arms. The ventilation in the room was horrible, whenever someone was smoking outside you could smell cigarettes in the room. Overall rate this as 3 minus.
