    Beautiful location Beautiful room. Loved the look, feel and vibe of our stay here. Restraunt was delicious. Bed was awesome equipped with equally amazing pillows. Smelt fresh and clean. Even had Starbucks coffee!! Thank you 😊

    Some of the lamps weren't operational which was annoying. A microwave I thought was industry standard and would have been nice. We had late night hungries and warming up leftovers would have been awesome! Especially in a town where everything shuts down early.

    We really enjoyed our stay at Seacliff Inn Aptos. It’s right off the highway and the location was great as we were there to visit friends and go to Seascape Beach and New Brighton Beach. You do have to pay a $15 per day parking fee but we already knew about that fee. The employee at the front desk was very nice, We had lunch at the on site restaurant the day we checked out and the waiter was nice as well. Before we left we checked out the koi fish pond and bridge. I would definitely stay here again,

    Property well maintained, staff very nice, had dinner in the on site restaurant, it was better then expected, the Koi pond is just lovely. My complaint, a chair in the room would be a good idea not everyone wants to read in bed, and no microwave really you get one at a Motel 6. Other wise yes I would stay there again.

    Our room was clean upon check in and staff was very friendly. The swimming pool wasn’t as heated as we would’ve liked it to be but the kids still enjoyed it. The pool could’ve used a bit of a shock cleaning since the walls and surface were appearing to be a bit yellow. We would stay here again if we come back to the area.

    Love the pool and jacuzzi and well-kept grounds. Kids love the koi pond too. Food is good...some servers better than others. We stay here every year and love how close it is to everything- shopping, grocery, hiking, beach, playgrounds and more. The main gripe this time was the loud people on both sides of us!

    The hotel generally looked well maintained, but the TV in our room didn't work, and neither did the plug that my wife thought was charging her iPad. When I reported this to the receptionist at checkout I got a cheerful, "Thanks! I'll report this to maintenance. You're all checked out!" I didn't press the issue.

    I travel with my emotional support animal, and in my experience, most accommodations either waive the pet fee for ESAs or at least have a clear, transparent policy. When I checked in and was told about the charge, I was caught completely off guard. When I explained that my animal is a registered ESA, the front desk staff were polite but firm — no exceptions. The room itself was fine, and the property is clean. But the lack of transparency around fees and the blanket policy that ignores the distinction between pets and emotional support animals left a bad taste. If you’re going to market yourself as pet friendly, at minimum be upfront about the costs. A $100 fee for one night is steep, and finding out at check-in is a frustrating way to start a stay. Travelers with ESAs, take note — call ahead and confirm the fee policy before booking, because “pet friendly” here doesn’t mean what you might expect.

    Rooms do not come with a microwave and the hotel does not have an accessible microwave in the lobby. The staff has to take your food to the back room and heat it for you which is uncomfortable and odd. They seem to really cater to the restaurant than the hotel guests. When the restaurant closes, guests have to walk around the building to the front entrance to access the lobby, which is not really a lobby for guests to use. They were doing major repairs while we were there in our building which wasn't too inconvenient. One thing I didn't like was the ice machines outside that were dirty with moss. Other than that, the room was nice and clean, the maintenance staff was always cleaning and helped us during us during our week long stay, the front staff was helpful and nice every time we interacted. Although we didn't eat at Sevy's, they seem to have a good menu and hosts live music on weekends. Fix the hot tub and put microwaves in rooms or at least a guest lobby where they are easily accessible and we would stay here again!

    The front desk was a friendly well oiled machine! The restaurant is a good size to allow for plenty of room. There is nice inside dining options. They hit you with an auto-gratuity for parties of 6 or more... in a hotel? That's obnoxious and not really appropriate given it's not a place people go unless they're staying at the hotel most of the time. How embarrassingly tacky for a Hilton brand to allow that!

    Booked this hotel specifically for pool and hot tub amenities. When I arrived, there was a barely visible note on the check in screen which I did not get until I was in my room. It said the hot tub was undergoing maintenance and would not be available until the next night. Okay, at least one night I would get the outdoor tub. I went down to look at it, and it was torn out, waiting for City inspection. I contacted the booking agent, and they offered to let me leave. This info should have been clearly announced AT BOOKING. No partial refund offered, I went to another property for use of a hot tub for the day. FALSE ADVERTISING.

    The hotel was in a great location in Aptos, near the things we wanted to do. The beds were comfortable, and the room overall was nice. A few things to note: the bathroom was separated with a sink and mirror outside the tub/shower and toilet. The toilet was too close to the wall, and I didn't like that. A minor issue for sure. Plus, I would have liked another chair to sit on as there was only one. The patio was quite nice to sit at. The on-site restaurant was lovely.

    The staff were also wonderful throughout my stay. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which really enhanced the overall atmosphere. Their positive attitude made check-in smooth and added a personal touch to the visit. That said, there are a couple of areas where the hotel could improve. The room did not include a microwave, which was inconvenient, especially for reheating leftovers or simple meals. Additionally, the unexpected $15 surcharge was disappointing. While the amount isn’t huge, it would have been better if it were more clearly communicated upfront. Overall, Seacliff Inn is a great choice if you’re looking for a peaceful, scenic getaway with excellent staff service. With a few improvements to room amenities and fee transparency, it would be an even better experience.

    Check in was the hardest part of the stay. The computer system was down so we went to grab and food and crossed our fingers that we could come back to check in. Luckily it worked out for us. The room, the pool, hot tub and koi pond were a big hit with my family. We would stay there again.

    My experience at this hotel was pretty good. The staff was really nice and attentive. My room was clean and nicely decorated. The hotel itself was beautifully decorated and clean as well. It was really easy and fast to check in and out. My only complaint regarding my room was that my room didn’t have body soap. My only other complaint was the restaurant experience. I went on Valentine’s Day so of course it was really busy. However, my food was undercooked. I asked for two items on the side of my sandwich. One of the sides was in the sandwich and the other was never brought over. Besides that, the food was pretty good.

    My room wasn’t cleaned nor once out of the nights that I stayed there. I asked for towels, bath tissue, nose tissue and body wash because all of it was out and it was placed outside the rooms door at around 9pm the day before I checked out. I ended up going to purchase everything I needed at the Target near the hotel. The bed sheets were full of boogers and women hair when no women was staying with me. Very horrible service

    Room was in good condition. Front desk was not that attentive. They do not have a simple toothbrush which I think is very odd, considering its a hotel. I stayed alone. Next door, a guy snored all night therefore I was up all night. Sounds transfers. In the morning, room service just barge into room despite do not disturb sign. Yeah, thats my experience. Oh, restaurant stuff also not the most friendly.

    The hotel was clean, had pretty grounds and had parking spaces in front of the rooms. There is no elevator and even though we are seniors, the front desk did not ask if we needed a first floor room. We did not eat at the restaurant, but a friend also staying there said it was good. Biggest complaint was how loud the air and heat system was, and the walls were thin.

    We came around 9 pm and our room smells terrible! Like some smoked all day before. I’ve asked to change a room but receptionist only said Sorry, we sold out, you can find another place. It was late and my kids wanted sleep, I decided to stay. In 15 minutes they called me and said that found a room but it was too late. I ve already moved my staff and my wife and kids were taking shower.

    Great spot. Lovely grounds. Very Safe. No elevator so stay in shape! We stay often to visit friends in area. Central location. It’s a nice hidden place away from crowds. Walking distraction grocery store.

    It is great to see that Sea Cliff is still around and now it is a Hilton Tapestry Hotel. The double queen room overlooking the swimming pool. It was great to see ice machines on the outside of the building instead of inside next to a guest room. There is an onsite restaurant and room service is available as well. Overall it was an enjoyable stay and would recommend it to anyone that needs a nice place to stay. Close to the beach and local wineries and hiking trails.

    Also….HORRIBLE housekeeping. On our 3 nights stay, the first day they made the bed but left the bathroom dirty, I called to complain and they said they will have it clean the following day, but for the rest of the duration of your stay we didn’t get any cleaning service! Just got an apology and they said they will take it up with management. We didn’t hear anything back. It’s shame really, didn’t expect that from a hotel

    Cute spot in a convenient location. The bar and grill are pretty locally liked. Only downside was how thin the walls are so you could hear people above walking around or the conversations in the hallway very clear.

    everything was amazing, except for the 15$ parking fee. I believed it was the total which wouldve made sense however it was daily. I paid 45$ for parking in total.     Nice room. Great they have a restaurant with indoor and seating. Sam will keep your heater going when dining ouside by the koi pond. Andrea (drea) is an excellent server. With her beaming personality she described dishes and made recommendations. The bar had a latin band to dance the night away.

    didn't bring more coffee or cups or change out our towels the second morning. lots of hidden fees such as a $15 / day parking fee, $50 incidental deposit, $100 pet cleaning fee!!!! The pet friendly room was as close to the restaurant as possible meaning loud music until 10 pm and then loud drunk people until 1:30 am. I get the location since dogs sometimes bark but not cool about failing to quell human noise. Didn't see any provided pet clean up bags. WiFi is decent. Smart tv is fine, though few actual channels were installed. Grounds are beautiful including a large koi pond. Restaurant is nice, food is good though expensive $35-$45 per dinner, $17 for a cocktail. $11 for a pint of beer. The place is beautiful and service is good but very expensive.

    I didn't want to have to write this review as a local who recommends this hotel to out-of-town guests. I tried contacting the hotel to discuss these issues and no one responded to me after multiple calls, so I feel like I need to leave this review. My 90 year old mother stayed there for four nights. Without going into agonizing detail, there were numerous things that were not satisfactory. The room keys did not work for the first room, and she was locked out of the room on Thanksgiving evening. The maintenance team was helpful, but we spent an hour getting her into another room. A short summary of issues for both rooms include the slide door to the parking lot being unlocked, no cleaning service even after we requested it, windows left open, empty soap and lotion bottles, a broken lamp, no towel replacements even when we left them on the floor and they were soaked because there was no shower curtain in one of the rooms. Perhaps the issues were caused in part by staff over the holidays, but I'm not sure I could recommend this as meeting standards of a Hilton hotel. I'm giving this review two stars instead of one, because some of the staff at the front desk were helpful and I don't blame them. I believe these are more management issues.

    I had an amazing vacation , my stay at the Seacliff was but far the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at with my dog . The staff where very professional and helpful and pleasant , when I come back in a few months I will be stay there again ! Truely loved the hotel and the people ! The added bonus was the restaurant and bar so amazing … all the staff really shined they all new the menu and what they were serving and gave me some of the best input about there menu and wines , I’m still so impressed with everyone one there . I will be telling all my family and friends to stay here at the seacliff . You all made my vacation one of the best I’ve ever had . Thank you so much . I’ll be putting it out on all my social media platforms about my stay with you all again thank you so much

    Unfortunately, my room was not clean so they had to assign me another room and then that room was not clean so they sent housekeepers to get it ready for me. The desk staff was nice and gave me a credit on my parking because of the cleanliness issue. also there was a noise issue with another that took the staff quite some time to solve, so I was unable to get a good nights sleep. The food and the service in the restaurant was below standard. Be sure to note that breakfast and parking are not free. It is a beautiful area and the grounds are well kept.

    Room wasn’t what we reserved and front desk check in was rude and unbothered. We go to our room, wife uses the rest room and the toilet overflows. (Staff tried to blame us but we just checked in). Room was dirty and smelled of urine. Left manager a message and he/she never called back. Restaurant staff let a gentleman bring a large dog to sit inside the restaurant at the bar (not a service dog) and the dog was climbing up on the chair/bar. We bring in a service dog the next day and are told we must sit outside (which is fine but inconsistent). Ordered calamari and food had a hair in it.

    Front desk was rude at check in. Stuck us in a room that we didn’t reserve, left a message with the onsite manager and didn’t get a call back. Stopped up toilet in our room that took 5hrs to repair with no consideration for our groups needs.(staff attempted to blame us for the issue/unbelievable) Told us no dogs (even our service dog) in the restaurant and if you had one you had to sit Outside (which is fine) but the day before they allowed a large untrained Shepard to be at the bar (not a service animal). Selective application of the corporate policies. There’s more but I will reserve those facts. I hope this was an isolated weekend of bad treatment and isn’t a trend of bad service and behavior.

    This is basically a two-start hotel. The rooms are small and lack amenities. The entryway took up one-quarter of the total floor space, and is completely unused. The entire hanging closet space was 32" wide. It is only fractionally nicer than some popular motel chains. I would not stay here again.

    The restaurant staff and menu for all meals was great! Our room did not have coffee, I asked 3 times before we actually got any coffee in our room. The shower had black hairs stuck to the walls and did not look like it had been cleaned in a while and the pillows were extremely uncomfortable. Great location, centrally located and great onsite amenities, but the room itself needed some work and better cleaning.

    The hotel was great! The food was great and so was the staff. My one complaint is that the hotel room walls are VERY thin. We could have every sneeze, cough and conversation the people next to us were having. They also have a band on Friday and Saturday which is fun but loud till about 11pm so if you need to get to bed early it will keep you up but overall good hotel!

    It was a cute hotel. A bit of an older property, but nice. We had a first floor garden view and could sit on the porch sipping coffee and see the pool. Only problem was the noise.     This is a lovely little hotel. The location was good the grounds were beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel restaurant boasted delicious food. The rooms were clean. There is no elevator to being up your luggage if you are on the second floor, although the staff does warn you, and the beds are a little hard. Otherwise our stay was wonderful.

    Room was just okay for a Hilton. Air-conditioner is limited and stops working at night when it is most needed, sliding door lock didn't work so they added a flimsy bar to hold it shut, the door keys malfunctioned a couple times when it was 1/2 before check-out, their front desk customer service felt fake, insincere and was not friendly. They charge $15 to park your car in the huge parking lot which was mostly empty. There are no rooms with kitchens or microwaves and they do not have barbecues to cook food so you have to eat out. You can hear the hallway outdoor entry doors slamming throughout the night if you have a room near them. It does not feel like a Hilton hotel stay.

    The hotel was beautiful, the garden room absolutely amazing and the kids enjoyed the swimming pool tremendously! Tremendously! Overall we had a great night. The only thing that was disappointing was no shower curtain in the shower! I called the front desk and they said they would send one up but never did. So I had to take a shower without a shower curtain and point the shower head towards the wall. It was messy and disappointing. It would not. However, keep me from staying again, and I have recommended the hotel to my sister in Aptos to recommend others who come to visit.

Once checked in, we had to request the correct number of towels for the room. In the morning there was a power cut, again no face to face information provided.     First off, I booked through Hotels.com which was also a terrible experience; I booked (with pictures of the room) a family suit that was supposed to have bunk beds. When arriving at the hotel they said this room was not available (although I paid for it!) and that this was a hotels.com mistake that is often made. The hotel took zero accountability, and gave us a room we did not book instead. In addition to the incorrect room, the bathroom was absolutely disgusting, I am including pictures. The only thing the hotel staff offered for this was to have a maid come clean it…. Seriously ,isn’t that a given??? Absolutely ridiculous. The restaurant. Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced. We waited two hours for a breakfast the first morning and were not even give water or coffee, and the only explanation we were give was that someone quit, again nothing else and no accountability from the hotel. We ordered room service 1 time and of course we waited and then received the wrong order. We then attempted to have dinner there the last, as we had been out all day and obviously count do room service since that turned out terrible; and low and behold we waited to be seated (the place was essentially empty) for 30 mins. , when someone finally came we got the s

    This property has beautiful grounds, including a Koi fish pond. The fluoride across the center property area is beautiful. Very nicely maintained, really friendly breakfast kitchen, staff, and very accommodating.

    Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The grounds are very lovely, relaxing, and centrally located. Internet access worked great, the room was generally very comfortable. I'd have wished for a wider bathroom and a slightly softer bed with a little more sound proofing between rooms, but otherwise I enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

    I also did not like that we were automatically locked out of room at 11 AM when were in the midst of loading two cars. We had no warning of this and it resulted in wasted time on our part and your staff's part to allow us to finish loading the cars. Without being locked out, we would have been on the road by 11:15 AM.

    From the day we arrived they failed to provide us with basic comforts like sheets, towels and soap. The next day our shower door malfunctioned and we had to request a fix. We realize the second day that the TV didn’t operate properly and had no capabilities for streaming services. The maintenance man told his it had been previously reported as broken but the manager didn’t care. The A/C would not stay on. The next day the power went out. They gave us a credit for the restaurant but when we tried to use it, we were told they had closed early. Too slow to keep open that evening. The next day the ice machines were all out of ice. When we complained about all the problem they just said, oh sorry? Horrible customer service.

    This hotel says it is "pet friendly" but you are not allowed to bring your pet on a leash to the pool area and also not allowed to leave your pet in the room (even in a crate). So even though I booked this trip to hang out by the pool with my family, I was not able to join them since someone always had to be with the dog. The front of house staff were not especially sympathetic when I brough this up and I feel purposely made our stay worse by putting us in the "Garden View room" with literally no view (the first picture is what we were sold on and the second picture is what we actually got). Travelers beware!

    Loudest place I’ve ever stayed. Found 3 chicken nuggets and fries on the side of the bed on the floor. It wasn’t from us. Then despite pre paying they charged the card I gave them for parking. Not worth the stay.

    Room was clean and the grounds were pretty. The staff was seemed "put off" by any request. Waiter at restaurant was aloof and condescending.No water pressure in shower. Called to fix it and no one showed. Asked for more coffee, same thing. Had to call 2 hours later. I felt not like a valued guest. Dissapointing especially since the reviews were so great.

    Nice property and great location. Small rooms, but nice hotel. I did hear other people talking in rooms around us, which I never seem to experience in most hotels. Grounds are gorgeous and well maintained. The sliding doors are very old and not easily operated, as well as not being clear.

    Upon check out, we informed the assistant manager Rolando of the soap situation. He told us they still had not received the shipment. Which means no one in the hotel had hand soap for at least the entire weekend (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday). We were not offered any replacement soap. Management was aware of the issue and made no step to rectify the situation.  This is a health and safety concern I took very seriously, especially from a reputable large chain hotel. People traveling from all over are staying at this hotel and do not have a means to wash their hands after using the restroom etc. This violation was made worse by the fact that management was fully aware of the situation and did nothing to change it, even knowing that they are violating the health code.

    I took another star off because they only provided my family of four with 3 towels and I had to call 3 times in order to get a fourth towel, and there is no microwave. The coffee pot in the room was disgusting. There was something very unpleasant in the compartment where the water goes and luckily I spotted it when pouring my water in before my husband drank his coffee.

    Everything was wonderful, the only drawbacks were the lack of microwaves in the rooms and the bathroom light sensors which turned on when you entered in the middle of the night but after being shut off, kept turning back on no matter how many times they were shut off.

    Great hotel in a wonderful location. Very happy with our stay. Only two downfalls. The beds were rock hard and the pool towels were tiny and felt about as thick as a paper towel. Other than that it was a very clean and lovely hotel.

    My only complaint was service was very slow, almost thought server forgot about us. Also wanted to eat dinner inside with kids as it was getting cold but there was no server in the larger dining area inside.
