Great location to Liberty University and great for the price. Good for a one or two night stay.

Paid $327 for 1 night. 20 minutes from Liberty University for my daughter's graduation. Now I see why they were half the price of other hotels. Others were going from at least $600 per night on graduation weekend. Hallways stunk also. The drink vending machine was broken. Breakfast, we did not eat. Extremely small counter for breakfast. 3 tables to eat at. We have stayed in many hotels for traveling and by far the worst one. We have stayed at other Super 8s that were nice. Parking lot is kinda small too. Location is ok with dollar tree and a gas station next to it. I really am trying to get some money back, that place was horrible. We checked in at 11pm due to Graduation Commencement that night (Friday).

The furniture in our room was solid and fully assembled. The fridge was quiet and heavy deposits in the john might contribute to the uncleanliness of the bathroom floor. There were no tissues in the room, and the breakfast area was small but tidy. Carbolicious food and mid coffee. If you’re looking for more, go out for breakfast. It is what it is and we’d be OK with staying there again.

Great location. Small little quaint town. Very close to Liberty University about 20 - 25 mins. A lot of food chains nearby. I was pleased with my stay. Room was ok, nothing to brag about. No hot breakfast, just some basic things to hold you over. Air condition worked well. Bed was not comfortable. Overall for one night it met my needs.

It looks like trash outside, I was scared to stay there and they would not give me my money back. It looked like people lived there. It’s nasty looking outside.

We used this property as last resort. Couldn’t stay because room was smelly and dated. Owner told us to leave when we complained. We gladly accepted his offer

The chair is deporable and there is not stopper for the sink. I will not return until these items are corrected. I have stayed there 5 times already. How can they treat their customers that way.

Furniture was worn out and dirty. Curtains looked like Swiss cheese. Lots of holes. Looked like the tissue holder in the bathroom was ripped out and not replaced.

Was not impressed by what was offered for breakfast . Would be fine for a lot of people (cereals, pastry, coffee) but I am more of a full breakfast person so we went elsewhere.The location was great and had a nice place for dinner within a very short walking distance.

This property is definitely dated and in need of a serious Reno. The rooms look as though they have not been painted of fixed up in many many years. Plus the area was not suppose to be far from Lynchburg/Rustburg area yet it took over 30 mins to get there. Wasn’t thrilled with this property at all.

It was tereible! First the light switch didnt work so I had to walk in the dark to turn on lamp. When I did we saw roaches quickly scatter. There was a mold wet smell as if the carpets were once flooded and the tub had hair in it.

We l Iiked the location and Convenience. The room was very smelly.The towels and wash cloths were dirty with very visible stains and we couldn't use them.The blankets had alot of cigarette burn holes in them.It was an uncomfortable stay.I don't plan on coming back again.

We initially got a smoking room. The smell was really strong of stale cigarette smoke. The carpet was damp there was hair in the bathroom and there were bugs in the bed. My stay was good. Room and bathroom were in great shape. The outside of the hotel needs a little TLC though. It is showing its age some but the inside was great.

I booked one night on a two day trip in case it is as terrible as another stay at a different Super 8 in Raleigh NC. Turned out it was a restful and comfortable stay that I extended my booking. It is a great motel and I higly recommend to other budget conscious travelers.

The room was well kept. The cleaning crew came by everyday to take the trash and see if I needed anything. If they came when I was gone they always left clean towels took out the trash and cleaned the bathroom and vacuumed.

The whole motel looked pretty sketchy and the rooms were out dated. But the staff was extremely nice and helpful. It was much quieter than I expected. I had a nice hot shower and slept well. I also had a big cup of coffee, banana and a muffin after I checked out.

Not a good choice.

It was also caked with an unidentified substance.There was some type of unidentified organic matter splattered on the walls in the room and the bathroom. Squashed dead bugs? Visible dust was noted around and behind the night stand. The ironing board cover was badly stained. No iron found in the room. Initially the television was not working. Paid almost 300.00 for the stay. Stacked laundry and house keeping items were visble via the window from outside the front of the hotel . When I drove up in front of the hotel, the external environment around the hotel did not look open for business.

The front desk staff is very polite, helpful and knowledgeable. I really enjoyed my stay.

The key we had never worked

The stay was sold as one with breakfast. Turns out there is no such, only drinks like coffee and juice in the morning. When requesting an explanation it was answered that parent company Wyndham did away with breakfast, only drinks. SO, WHY ARE THEY SELLING IT AS A STAY WITH BREAKFAST? Sink in bathroom was draining very slowly, almost impossible to leave water on while brushing teeth.

It was advertised they had breakfast. I wasn’t expecting a lot, but what they had was not breakfast. It consisted of only regular coffee, hot water, juice and some generic cake individually packaged. In my opinion this is false advertising, and is not considered breakfast.

It was dirty and disgusting.. there was dirty washcloths left hanging on the shower bar. There was boogies smeared on the walls by the bed and in the bathroom.

There is a trail directly behind the hotel perfect for walking, jogging, running. At least a mile and a half long possibly longer, get that workout in while you’re taking care of business!!!

Made reservations over a week in advance and paid for roo.. before i made reservations i called the hotel and explained we would be in town super early on Saturday morning lady said it was fine if we checked in Saturday morning as our room had already been booked and oaid for! That was a lie. They wouldnt allow me to check in. Said my card declined even though i showed her my reservations where it said paid and my bank statement (only one female works the front desk as she stated) she must have either given my room away or simply didnt care about making me and my chikd sleep in a car after a very long car trip

The exterior of the hotel was super rundown and really needs attention from a broken side entry door to windows and cleanliness in general. Non-smoking rooms smelled like smoke and during my 2 night stay I requested to be moved to the first floor due to marijuana being smoked that completely saturated the entire 2nd floor including hallways, non-smoking rooms and the vending area. Extremely bad. My friends room had ants all over the nighstand area just 3 doors down. What an absolute waste of money. I would be ashamed to recommend this hotel to anyone!

The bed was comfortable, clean and the air conditioner worked well. The recliner in the room was grossly horrible. It looked like something that had been picked up for free on the side of the road. It was broken down and filthy. The knob on the bathroom faucet came off in our hands. All in all, the vibe was low class single-wide mobile home.

Bathroom floor was not clean.

Hard to enter from the highway. I thought breakfast would be provided. Only coffee and a wrapped muffin.

The room was filthy. Floors were damp and covered with black stains. Sheets had burnholes all over. My husband, toddler, and I woke up with stick on body jewelry stuck to us. The window had no screen and opened all the way on the second floor. The sink had no hot water. The towel rack was held up by 2 rolls of toilet paper. There was a used tampon where the tissue paper goes under the sink. There were broken nails, cigarette butts, and garbage in the drawer. The internet barely functioned.

Told the owner and she says "oh oh its normal system down".😡😡😡

Staff was courteous and helpful. Both the inside and outside could use a bit of updating and repairing, however, our room was clean and comfortable. The outside door security lock did not work so anyone could just come inside to the hallway.

The property is in desperate need of updating. I was very concerned standing in the lobby and walking to our room. The room was good. It was clean, upkept, and everything was in working order. We had a quiet stay with no issues. I don't think they should be advertising breakfast for coffee, juice and a muffin, though.

The property was ok. Bed was comfortable. Only coffee & packaged snack bites for breakfast (coffee cake or donut). Managers were friendly & accommodating.
