Great hotel, the staff was excellent, rooms very clean, bed was soft and comfortable and very good restaurants close by.

The hotel was amazing. I didn’t know when I booked that I would also have a patio. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was delicious. The bed comfortable.

There wasn't anything that I disliked specifically, but there was nothing that stood out as a positive. Have stayed here twice in the past and I might try looking into a different hotel on the next trip. It was convenient for the reason I was in the area. I would skip the free breakfast and go to Micky Ds across the street, excellent service and food.

Breakfast was wonderful.! Receptionist gave me 2 extra heavy blankets because I have Raynauds Syndrome and always cold. Your two signs hanging on the gates of the pool to alert no diving. No cannonballs, etc can hardly see them in Grey and white. These signs should be in RED and WHITE and larger. Please for the sake of a life, make this improvement.

Nice place! Liked that there were two doors one to hallway and one to the pool area which had chairs like a patio. Room was nice and bed was ok. Breakfast was average but enough for us. Staff was very helpful

My room was clean and had all the supplies I needed. The staff were so friendly! They even took time to answer my questions about the area. The bed was very comfortable, and the air conditioner worked well.

It was a good location for what we wanted to do--Lost Dutchman SP, drive the Apache Trail, paddle the Salt River. There were several OK restaurants nearby. Very few pool chaises, which we used each day of our stay.

breakfast was excellent!! room was clean worth the money. The only problem is i booked for 3 person in a room with King bed and a sofa bed. I didn’t know we have to do it ourselves making the sofa bed ready and get the linen n pillow in their front desk. What an aweful service considering how much they charge for a room

We have stayed here multiple times when visiting the area and have always been satisfied. The building is very solid, quiet, clean, and well maintained. Staff is friendly and competent. Decent breakfast setup and good coffee.

The rudest staff I’ve ever met. No where in there policy says you’re not allowed to have visitors. We just got to the hotel after driving 6 hours and my daughter and 4 girls from her vball team were staying at a nearby hotel and came to visit. I told this front desk person that they were visiting, not staying the night; but while they were outside she proceeded to tell them they were not allowed to comeback up to my room and they had to leave. She wanted 16yr old girls to walk on the streets at night and when I said they would have to wait for their ride, she wouldn’t allow it and called the police. These girls did nothing wrong besides come to visit. Then I asked to pay for additional guest and she argued with me about them said no they are no longer welcome here and argued with me saying they were adults, not children.

I enjoyed the staff, they were all friendly to me. The pool was heated and that was nice. The breakfast in the mornings were decent. The location, it’s not best western’s fault but there is a lot of homeless around and they made my wife feel uncomfortable.

This is a dated hotel but the helpful staff and hardworking housekeepers made it excellent. The free breakfast was a bonus - very convenient. Also, I appreciated that I didn’t hear any noise from other rooms.

The room looked like it was recently painted and updated. It was clean. There were not very many options at Breakfast for a Vegan.

Room was clean tho the heater didn't work as well as it should have. Bathrooms clean except they might consider changing the shower curtain as it had faded red colored stains. After those items taken care of it was a great stay.

We traveled from Portland to Mesa for a swim meet. I had no clue about the area and this BW was only 10 minutes from the pool so I booked it. It is a small location and doesn't look like much outside, then again, Apache Junction isn't flashy either. Our room was ready an hour early and that was appreciated. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming and she answered all my questions. We stayed in the 2nd building on the 2nd floor. Our room was in the middle of the hall. The carpet and paint appeared to be on the new side and it was a pleasant palette of colors. Our room had one king bed and the extra pillows we requested. Our window looked south and there were trees to see, nothing exciting. The bed was firm and it felt good to sleep on. The pillows were actual pillows and not the deflated balloons you find in so many places. The springs/platform made a weird noise when you sat down, we laughed at it after awhile (no sound while laying down or sleeping). The room contained: *a desk with a lamp and chair *wall mounted tv *tall mini fridge *microwave *a fold-out loveseat and table *2 side tables with lamps and 1 had a USB charging station *AC that worked (though we didn't need it given the weather) The curtains blocked out 95% of the outdoor light and were in great condition. The bathroom was clean and roomy enough for 2 people to use it at once. The only negative we found was the showerhead as it had a very pathetic stream - it rained while we were visiting and we joked we had more water pressure outside. I did mention this to the front desk when I checked out and maintenance was going to check it. The water is softened so it was drinkable and didn't smell. Housekeeping cleaned after 1 night and did a great job. We hung out the privacy tag and forgot about it so they didn't clean again but we didn't need it. We borrowed their pool towels for our swim meet and the front desk offered as many as we needed. The puny showerhead was my only complaint. I wish there was an elevator because our legs were so worn out at the end of the day but their stairs are clean and easy to climb.

This is a very nice property. We arrived for a late check in and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was on the second floor and had a balcony that was a great surprise feature. Very clean room and a comfortable bed.

Room smelled like stale cigarettes. The complementary breakfast was DISGUSTING and disappointing, and the ac in the room had to be shut off because it sounded like it was flung to explode

Loud kids next to us, we called the front desk and they came to the room knocked on their door and they didn’t answer so they left and they were running around in the room, laughing, screaming and trying to open the door that connected our room. Long night with no sleep!

I don’t eat cherrios! Bathroom light fixture is noticeably dusty. And the mini fridge in the room is exceedingly noisy. Check-in and check- out were very quick and smooth which I appreciated after a challengingly travel day.

Trip was better than expected. I requested a room near my daughter to help with the twins and they accommodated, I really appreciate that. I arrived earlier than planned and they were nice enough to let me check in early. The hotel was very clean, quiet and the staff was excellent.

Very nice place to stay. Nice pool area too. Texas Bbq was a great choice to eat,just down the road

I felt like I was going to fall through the bathtub, bed that was promised was supposed to be a king and it ended up being a queen and very uncomfortable to sleep in. Carpets were dirty, almost like they needed to be scrubbed and washed.

Staff was amazing. Love the location for our purpose. I thought the property could use some upkeep. The staff was very good and made for easy check in, suggestions for eating and set up a good breakfast.

Pillows were firmer than we like. Their were 4 pillows but they were all the same firmness. It would be nice if there was a variety.

Upon check in we had great service by the clerk, she was at the end of her shift but still tended to us.

First off i had a demon light in my room that had a mind of its own and would come on and off when it wanted to. Second the shower handle was so loose that im sure i was sure it was only held on by a thread. Also, if you are going to have a sleep timer on the 1980 style remote control, please make it work on the tv. This is the 2nd time i have stayed at this hotel and it just really feels very tired and in need of some upgrades but these are small items, i would still recommend it for now. Staff was very pleasant.

I always stay here while visiting Apache Junction. Easy access and perfect location. Nice and quiet and close to restaurants, grocery stores and gas stations. Fresh clean towels every morning. Breakfast served from 6:30-9:30am.

At check in, they bent over backwards to get me a first floor room. I had hurt my back and it would be difficult to carry my luggage up 2 flights of stairs since they don’t have elevators

This was not our choice hotel, our original hotel cancelled us in flight. Although this hotel was far outside our preferred location, it far exceeded our expectation. The area is quiet with beautiful views. The staff was amazing and friendly. The are could use more restaurants but that would change the atmosphere of the area.
