The staff were friendly and it was easy to park. The booking.com link which described the hotel and amenities, was completely inaccurate! Not only did the hotel NOT have a pool or hot tub or jacuzzi, it also did NOT have free breakfast as stated. ALL of the amenities that I listed, were stated in our booking.com links and also confirmation emails. If we had been told that they didn't have a pool/ hot tub or the breakfast included, we wouldn't have stayed there. One of the main reasons why we chose this hotel was because of those two important features. In addition, our floor didn't have any ice machine and we found bugs on the bed after housekeeping had cleaned the room. After we returned, I realized that some of my body and personal items were missing from the bathroom. It was very clearly marked to keep and they shouldn't have taken/removed them from the room. We had issues with the toilet and they did not come to fix, but gave my son a plunger to come back and do it ourselves. This is NOT the standard or quality that you expect from a Marriott hotel.

2. I was charged $120 for one night for my dog. When I check the website I saw that there was a $20 pet fee. There was also a mention of a $100 cleaning fee. This was my misunderstanding. I thought the cleaning fee was if my dog messed up the room in a significant manner they had the right to charge me $100 for cleaning fee. I have absolutely no issue with that. Where I was incorrect ….they routinely charged the $100 whether your room was pristine or a mess. When I explained I have seen cleaning charges but not a mandatory standard fee. As example, if you rent a car and you smoke in that car, they have it posted within the car that they will charge a $200 or $250 fee as a cleaning fee. I have also seen hotels do something very similar if you smoke in a nonsmoking room. To charge a guest $120 for ONE night for a dog Is, in my opinion, obscene. Obviously I will never book a Marriott hotel and plan on telling everyone my experience.

Lovely place

The room was disgusting. Funky smell, sofa bed mattress was stained with blood or feces, crumbs everywhere, no blanket nor pillows nor sheets for sofa bed, sheets on other bed were crinkled, bathroom had mold, desk chair had food stains. Hotel was sold out, and it was too late to stay elsewhere. Mattress for King bed was uncomfortable. Stay away!

the only real drawback is the weak toilet. You have to hold down the handle for it to flush. Hopefully, you don't have to do 2. I don't think it would flush. And the room has no microwave.

The property is very clean and the lobby area is inviting. It's in a convenient location. The rooms appear to be updated and new. My only "negative" observation is that I would love it if they'd update the bathrooms.

Very quiet stay. We were in 103 and the bed mattress needs to be changed. Coils were right hard on my hip. But it was a great room for size. We used the roll in shower. Worked great. Bed was lower so it was easy to get into.

Make a wrong turn and you're patted down by the NSA. Very ominous situation. This facility is surrounded by companies holding defense contracts. Not a family-friendly or otherwise professional site to hold a course. Also, staff didn't show up to clean and set up our conference room the night before. The day staff had to scramble to get it ready. Those folks did an amazing job. The room was great for the course, but there was no real lunch options for participants who flew with and had no car. The bed was very comfortable and sleeping was good.

The receptionist was not welcoming, she looked as if she was so nervous, never provided any details other than taking a left and enter the elevator. Breakfast was not provided and nothing was said about that. I am used to Marriott hotels but this one was a total deception. I will not come back again.

The bed made my back hurt SO BAD that it’s still hurting 9 hours after the fact! I have a firm bed as well but this one woke me up all night. Only if you knew how much I needed that time to myself and it defeated the purpose of a solo getaway because my rest was horrible! Everything else was good though..

Had to stay during the snowstorm to remain close to work.

My stay good and the location was convenient. I had a negative encounter with a male staff member that verbally accosted me for taking a tea bag that was behind a counter at the coffee station. He was busy chatting up a young female staff member at the time, but when he saw me get the tea bag (which should have been accessible to guests), he went into ballistic mode and starting yelling from the front desk area as if I were trying to steal something. Clearly, Marriott needs to do some sensitivity/customer service training at this location. Maybe he should have been more concerned with how the coffee bar was set up then chatting up the young female employee.

nice facillity, clean bistro staff seemd rather aloof and the food for three people, 66 dollars, was kind of unsatisfying. also, my visually impared parents arrived for breakfast before I came from our room.... they cannot read the very small lettered menu and asked for hand held menu....staff could not find one at all and did offer to assist with the menu reading. i came down 10 minutes later as my parents waited so we could eat. just seemed a not so great way to check out.

This property exceeded our expectations. We were very pleased with our room, cleanliness and furnishings. All staff we encountered were professional and friendly. We will definitely stay here again should the need arise.

Only supposed to clean the room every other day. Only did clean the room once in the five nights I was there. When they did clean the room, they didn't empty the trash and didn't clean the toilet.

The Location to my work is very close. The rooms were clean and fairly comfortable. The "bar" is not staffed by a professional bar tender. Very expensive and poorly made cocktails. Food was substandard. The girl tending to breakfast never changed her glove out, which is a sanitary concern.

Good stay here, one of the exercises machines wasn’t working the first time we stayed but was fixed by the time we were back. Given it’s location, a more complete, less pricey option for breakfast would be good

Clean! Comfortable bed. Good Wi-Fi. Plenty of parking space. At 1:30 a.m we had to change the room. As it turned out, there was additional noise in the box inside the room, this noise was transmitted to the wall against which the bed was leaning. Because of this hum, it was impossible to fall asleep. Because of this, a big minus. As a result, we did not get enough sleep. Although the original goal was to get some sleep.

Very clean. Nice decor. Bed was a bit too firm. Larger towels yhan most places. The price of breakfast was outrageous, tasted good, but near 60 bucks for 3 people is a bit much.

Excellent staff, extremely clean facilities. Only complaint is lack of airport shuttle even though one was advertised on Expedia, we ended up going to the wrong hotel as a result and had to Uber to the correct one.

Hotel is beautiful very clean mordern my only complaint is they advertise they indoor pool with pictures on the web site stayed at this location with grandchildren for the pool at least put no pool on web site's

The hotel is convenient for certain government offices. There isn't much else in the neighborhood. There aren't any stores in the area. The hotel has small store and a gym but no pool.

The property was clean and convenient to highways. Maybe because my stay was over Easter weekend, but I was a little disappointed that there was no cleaning service on the first night of my stay.

The hotel is quiet and the room was clean and comfortable. It was in the perfect location for my needs. I wished there had been water bottles provided. There is a store in the lobby to buy them, but I didn't open the fridge until I was ready for bed, and I didn't want to get dressed to go back down. Every single staff person there was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay again.

The hotel itself was very nice. It is however set in an office park with nothing else surrounding the property. You have to travel to get to any restaurants or shopping.

I loved that the hotel wasn’t in a super busy location commute wise. It made getting places very simple and easy. We did have some loud neighbors the first couple of nights but overall a great, clean hotel. Especially with a hang out/breakfast and bar area for early mornings and late nights.

The check in staff were personable and efficient. The restaurant staff were friendly and quick. The room was clean and comfortable. The main common areas were decorated for Christmas and had many intimate seating choices. Very peaceful and relaxing ambiance. Having the availability of dinner, drinks and breakfast on site is a major plus for us. Great place overall!

It is out of the way, so because nothing is close by, it is a really quite place. It was clean and had big rooms. Plenty parking space.

Nice and comfortable rooms however the internet was so slow that I ended up checking out a week early and moving to a less expensive hotel with better internet service. Also the gym was always out of towels.

Room was clean. Room cleaned every other day. Hate the coffee pot that uses the little proprietary plastic trays and coffee bags. No microwave in the room. No free breakfast OR even coffee in the lobby. Has a little bistro that is way expensive and serves Starbucks overpriced swill.

Great property

We had a very nice stay. All staff very helpful and friendly. We recently had a bad stay on a different trip, different hotel chain, so we were a little worried that would happen again since such a good price., but it did not! Modern enough rooms, reasonably priced and quality hotel for the price! Also convenient location to jumping on the highways. Good location to meet up with family from Fairfax going to Paul McCartney concert at Camden Yards, and gave us good access to get on the road to head toward Rehoboth Beach area.

I liked the smooth & easy check in. The front desk attendant was pleasant, friendly, and accommodating by putting us in a room away from a bus load of teens who checked in before us which I thought was nice. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. What I didn't like was that there was no microwave in the room, no complimentary breakfast (they had breakfast for a fee), and it is off the beaten path so there's nothing in the area. These issues were not deal breakers for me. I would stay here again.

The hotel was clean, and the rooms were exactly as described online. The manager/ front desk employee was unpleasant.

The Bistro bar was described as a restaurant; actually it is a “bar” with appetizers and bar food. The bar was ill equipped: the bartender had to make homemade substitutes for missing ingredients for drinks. A bedside light did not work. There was no complementary breakfast. We would have had to pay for it. We went somewhere else for breakfast, and will not be back to that property.

Hotel advertises a restaurant but it is just a bistro with a limited menu. Nothing but fast food available in the local area. Used straws and plastic utensils in between seat cushions in lobby. Staff was fantastic but disappointed in the condition/cleanliness and general location of the hotel

Staff was terrific. Our room did not have caffeinated coffee in the supplies and there was a fly on the floor of the bathroom. Love having the breakfast restaurant there.

Was told when checking in there was complementary breakfast starting at 7:00am. We went down at 7:00am just to be told it was actually $20. The toilet is obnoxiously loud when flushing, and God forbid you want to get some sleep because they out you in-between rooms where the families have children they can't control.

The room was really nice, clean and comfortable. The day hotel staff was obviously short staffed and unfortunately it affected my check in. I also didn't like the several people I saw hanging outside the back of the hotel when I was sitting in my car waiting to check in!

Aside from none of the ice machines working and having to get ice from the lobby, our stay was very nice. Would stay here again. Staff were great and the hotel and rooms were clean.
