Second floor rooms should be avoided if you like any view - the building design partially obstructs views.

Breakfast was good up until seeing the eggs. I understand that it makes sense to cook eggs they way in hotels. But, try to make it less watery next time. Drain out the egg pan more often. There was no signs of what the muffins was either. Waffle mix was too runny. Staff was very friendly

Bottom of shower has started to fade with a black tint, looked slightly dirty, hotel is too short staffed, likely from corporate.

We have stayed here before and the service at the front desk was very kind and helpful. The room was clean and very nice! We would definitely recommend this hotel, and would stay here again!

We were not given the room that we booked and when I tried to explain that to the girl at the front desk, she seemed too dim-witted to understand that we didn't want to buy an upgraded room. We just wanted the room that we paid for. Which was very uncomfortable and led to me not arguing with her and just taking the room that we were given. In that room. The utensils were Rusty and unusable, this and is a unacceptable situation for how much we spent on a single night. I would like a refund.

Easy to the venue(Toast) and staff was great. Clean rooms, great price, we always stay here for weddings across the street.

My 2 sisters and I spent the weekend here. This is a lovely hotel in the middle of a very nice shopping district with restaurants close by. Our room was a bit smaller than expected but meticulously clean and well designed with a kitchen area and larger fridge. I would stay here again!!

The Residence Inn’s rooms are perfect with large kitchen (fully stocked) and great living area. Bathrooms are spacious with large walk in showers. Plenty of closet and drawer space. The whole hotel was spotless. Good variety at breakfast. Staff was extra friendly. John especially gives above and beyond service. The breakfast ladies are always smiling! A bit pricey but well worth the location. We will be back!
