The front desk staff was friendly. The room was filthy and roach infested. The first thing we noticed was that the room hadn't even been swept. But then the cockroaches started appearing everywhere. Two cans of Raid and some roach traps made the stay barely tolerable, only because other local hotels had raised their prices for the weekend.

The room was in poor condition and in desperate need of refurbishment. To make matters worse, it was infested with bed bugs. I suffered numerous bites, requiring me to treat the room with bed bug bombs, replace all bedding, and wash all my clothes. Additionally, I had to purchase cortisone and anti-itch creams to cope with the more than two dozen bites I endured. This experience was both costly and incredibly distressing. It's very disappointing as it's my 4th time there and i never had any issues such as this before. Getting bitten by bugs in the room.

Nothing I did not feel safe once I arrived, so never even stayed one night. I made alternate arrangements. 3 police cars were in front of my room on the first night, loud music playing in cars, room looked nothing like the pic on booking.com...very run down and didn't smell good. I would like a refund as I never spent more than 5 minutes and payed for 3 nights

I'm really grateful and thankful for you guys, for being patient and understanding. Giving me a great amount of time to pay my room even when I didn't have it when it's supposed to been paid. You guys understand when a person actually is experiencing a hard time. When I leave and if I ever have to come back you guys will be my number one choice. Everything was amazing

Overall, I would say that Stay Lodge is a decent option for travelers who are looking for a clean and affordable place to stay. The rooms are well-maintained and kept clean, which is always a plus when it comes to lodging option Unfortunately, it seems that the staff at Stay Lodge were nonchalant and not very helpful when it came to guests' needs. It's always important for staff members to make guests feel welcome and valued, but it seems that this was not the case at Stay Lodge. Additionally, the policy around losing a key and locking yourself out after 8pm seems quite strict and potentially expensive. While it's understandable that the lodge needs to ensure the security of its guests, it's also important to have policies in place that are fair and reasonable Overall, while Stay Lodge may offer affordable and clean accommodations, it seems that there are some issues with customer service and policies that potential guests should be aware of before booking a stay.

Accommodations were comfortable. The microwave with knobs provided a nice feeling of getting away from it all. AC system worked very well. 1) Internet did not work easily. A manager's son on the property was able to connect my phone but I had no success with my Mac laptop or the Smart TV. 2) There was graffiti with foul language on the lamp shade. Management was informed. 3) Wood floor had some loose boards, 4) Exterior rear and side grounds of facility could use some additional trees, benches, etc,

While many of the rooms are rented out to poor people, the people were very friendly and welcoming. It was like camping indoors, with bugs, dirt, and a horrible mattress. It was filthy. I had to buy supplies to clean the floors. It was simply terrible. The walls and floor are filthy and there are roaches. This means you then have to isolate everything you have brought into the room and wash them so you don"t infest your home. I found two fishhooks that had been left on the floor when I was sweeping. I"m glad I didn't"t find them with my foot.
