So trashy.. trash everywhere.. the room itself wasent too bad. But the outside was GROSS…. Trash piled up, trash all in the parking lot. Pool was gross… dosent look like it’s ever cleaned… we will not be back..

I am disabled and ask for a 1st floor room before I got there they said didn’t have an 1st floor room and had to walk up stairs then got in the room was very hot the a/c never got cold I have COPD and didn’t sleep at all was my worst stay ever

The continental breakfast nearly non-existent. Standard waffles, OK everywhere, no juice available and staff did not know how to replenish. Some bagels, 2 cold cereals, instant grits or oatmeal. May have been some apples but no other fruit, fresh or not.

Good price. I rented 3 rooms all together. All my crew were pleased. Pretty pool to bad it was closed lol We’ll be back there if we come back to the fishing lake down the way. Also accommodated my uncle whom is handicapped. We all had lower rooms which I truly preferred. We wasn’t able to eat breakfast because we had to get to the lake as we all were crunched for time. Nothing much. Police presence when we arrived dealing with an issue. But glad to see them present. Trash was present around the cans in the walk ways but fairly clean other than that.

There was a weird smell almost musty. The beds were comfy but it had a few hairs in sheets. it was not clean. They bumped up prices because of the george strait concert. it was way too overpriced for not even a clean room.

For the age of the property it was adequately maintained. After breakfast was over the coffe maker was purposely unplugged and therefore no coffee available.

Super wonderful staff, easy check in, good pick up spot for the concert, good location, fantastic head cleaning/room service lady. Didn't have breakfast there, but had a good set up for that.

The place is run down and damaged without repair. Ceiling paint falling down, baseboards missing and walls crumbling. Shades inoperable and a/c sounds like a freight train. Random hairs and pubic hairs everywhere.

The TV was difficult to operate, never got any channels in the lineup to display any programming.

I do not recommend anyone to stay there. Breakfast was relatively acceptable.

The staff, however, were very polite and understanding. They advised me to contact Hotels.com, where I made the booking, to request a refund. While I appreciate the professionalism of the staff, the condition of the room made for a poor overall experience.

The room was disgusting. Stained rugs, odor in the room, cigarette ashes on the lamp shades. Broken outlets, holes in walls, door was broken and latch was loose.

The staff is wonderfully courteous, but the building and rooms need an infusion of cash to repaint, recarpet, repair and remodel. The facility is at the end of its days. You can only clean a rundown room so much before it just becomes a loss. No bugs or insects at all. Just stains and too many hasty or partial repairs.

Condition of the room was great, not so much the outside of the building.

There were a few issues during our stay. One evening after visiting family, we returned to find our room door open. I’m confident we had closed it properly before leaving, but the door was a bit tricky and would pop open if not pushed firmly. The “Do Not Disturb” sign was also gone, so I’m not sure if housekeeping entered or if the door didn’t latch correctly. Since nothing was missing, we didn’t report it, but it was still concerning. Additionally, the shower head leaked and sprayed water in multiple directions during use. The room only had one very small trash can, which filled up quickly, and one arm on the desk chair was broken. Despite these issues, the stay wasn’t bad overall. With a few maintenance fixes and some attention to room details, it could be a really solid option.

The room was full of stains all over the floor, shower was full of hair, toilet had poop on it. Toilet wouldn’t flush and shower wouldn’t drain. We dealt with a stranger knocking on the door from 3:15-4:30 am because we ended up calling the cops. And the phone was ringing all night he and it was in the wrong room. Horrible experience.

Bathroom door did not close and would open while inside. There was a plastic fork lodged inside of the sink and was cracked. The toilet flush handle would pop out if you touched it, had to fiddle with it in order to close it. Could use another trashcan inside the room other than the mini one beside the front door. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

This was by far the dirtiest most disgusting hotel room I have ever stayed in. We left as soon as we could and checked into a different hotel. We had a room right across from the snack machines. There were about 10 leaking and smelly trash bags beside the ice maker which was beside the snack machine and all were swimming in trash juice water. Our sheets were dirty (dirt where your feet go under the covers so either dirty or stained). The interior of the room was gross. I accidently dropped my toothbrush on the counter and just threw it away. This place needs to be bulldozed and just start over. The room STUNK something AWFUL of cigarette smoke, week and BO (was a "non-smoking" room). My daughter wanted to sleep in the car. This place ... I cannot even explain. People walked by the room back and forth all night. I didn't feel very safe. It was just an awful experience.

This place was completely unacceptable. The room was in terrible condition, worse than what would be suitable even for animals. It looked like it had been neglected and misused for years, and I would never allow my dogs, let alone people, to stay there. Highly disappointing and not at all what was advertised.

Shopping is good nears around

Our room smelled terrible- a mixture of smoke and old mildew. The carpet was dirty and stained in areas. The one positive was the bed appeared clean and comfortable. Overall this place was old and run down- in need of an up date.

It is a disgusting place. They can’t pay me to stay here. We left immediately.

Carpet was ripped. The bathroom has many stains. There was a live coach roach on the night stand.

The property was dirty and old. When I checked in there was a group of junkies loitering. The room was dirty, the closet door had a giant hole in it and the towel hooks were half hanging off the wall.

Not a place you’d want to have your family. The rooms were in serious need of repair. Door locks busted, smoke detector broken, bathroom door was barely hanging on. The place smelled of cigarette smoke. A shopping cart was parked in front of one room.

The room smelled like urine. The bed looked like it had been made with the same sheets the last guest slept on. Saw several tweakers walking around the parking lot late at night and again early in the morning. I was by myself so it was ok but I would not have stayed here with the wife and kids.

Front desk staff very nice and pleasant. But room and surrounding areas didn't seem very clean. Ice machine didn't work, tv remote didn't work. But was convenient for us and what we came into town to do.

In what was supposed to be a non-smoking room, there were cigarette ashes on the TV console. The smell was terrible. It probably hadn't been vacuumed in months. The carpet was excessively stained with what looked like blood. There were similar stains stains covering the botrom of the bathtub. When I picked my bag up (on my way out to ask for a refund), I discovered the floor was soaked and it soaked through my bag into my clothes. Disgusting. After being awake for 24 hours, we chose to drive home rather than stay there. If I was in a less busy season in life, I'd contact the health department. The ONLY good at the hotel was the woman at the front desk who was kind and professional at check-in and in informing Expedia of the need for a refund.

Room was dirty, house keeping did not come and clean. Fan was so loud and had to switch rooms. Overall very unpleasant, will never return and will advise others to not even try this place.

When I checked in, the double room had one towel, smelled of smoke, the phone did not work I also asked for housekeeping service the next day but they did not service to room and we had no towels The from desk only had small towels that are used for the floor after I told them what occurred Terrible experience

The room was very rundown. Wall a ceiling chipping. Room also very musty and smelled moldy. Carpet and bathroom floor damp from all the condensation which is probably why walls and ceiling are chipping.

There was a lot of trash and beer bottles in the stairwell and hallways. Staff was super nice. Bed was extremely comfortable.

Amazing rooms, comfortable beds and friendly staff

The staff were professional & pleasant. We asked for a quiet room & had an interior courtyard room which was very quiet. The bed was simply wonderful Everything was clean & tidy. sensor motion lights in room so that you did not stumble in the dark if you got up for the bathroom.

The room was heavily smoked in, though we asked for non-smoking. The room was dirty. Honestly looked as though homeless people had been in there. The room they tried to put us in was next to a homeless camp and sketchy people! We left ASAP!

Ive stayed at this hotel before and usually is decent. However this time it was horrible. The mattress had bed bugs that we were bitten by. Wont be staying again.

Booked a room with king bed but got a room with two double beds. Room seemed out dated but clean. Complementary breakfast was very limited.

The room had holes in the walls. Terrible condition. Tub backed up. Toilet dirty. I would not stay here again.

Friendly management and staff

Booked through Expedia. The pictures made it appear much nicer than it actually was. The bathroom sink faucet is in need of repair which I told them at checkout. The furnishings were very old. Glad I was only staying one night. Definitely wouldn't book this place again.

Very dirty rooms. People yelling and arguing outside of my room. Knocking on my door. Dirty grounds. Room smelled excessively like a smoker lived in it. Could not even sleep in the bed. Just felt unsafe in more ways than one.

This hotel says they offer WIFI in the rooms but the signal doesn’t reach the rooms. This is my 3rd stay at this hotel and all three different rooms lacked WIFI service.

The Quality Inn reeked of smoke and other bad smells. There were people smoking everywhere. The room and bathroom were tiny. The atmosphere felt unsafe for myself and my daughter. The breakfast was almost non existent. We will never book here again.

When I checked in they only had a smoking room available and that is not what I reserved. They moved me the next morning and during the night people were on the balcony smoking marajuana. The dead bolt for the door was broken and I was not told they do not clean rooms daily, they only clean every 3 days.

Very disappointed. Also the bathroom sink faucet didn’t work well. It was just a trickle. Again very disappointed. I told the front desk but nothing was done during our stay.

Quick trip for business. I needed a clean, comfortable room at a good rate, nothing fancy, just functional. This property delivered just that! Convenient location. Friendly staff.

We were supposed to have a handicap accessible room. It was not. Yes, I should have complained immediately but we had settled in and I did not realize my husband could not access the bathroom until we had been there a while. Lesson learned.

Good front desk people

Room was clean and the bed was newer and comfortable but the entire property is very dated. It's a motel and with people shouting late at night was difficult to get a good night's sleep. Staff was very friendly. Property required a $100 deposit at check in that wasn't made known on hotels.com unless I missed it. Cash you get back the next morning after room inspection or 3-5 days back on a card. Will not be staying again.

The rooms were not as described. When we arrived there two police cars on the property talking with two guests. I went to the drink and ice machine and there was a homeless man’s with a backpack living under the stairs. People taking their inside chairs outside to smoke and hauling back in. Our room wreaked of smoke and dog pee. Will not ever stay here again. No pop up on the lavatory or a tub drain. Definitely not as described.

It was a wonderful stay. Bed was comfortable and pillows were soft. Everything was really great.

If we’d had the money, we would have looked for other accommodations! This property is absolutely horrible. The smell. We slept in our clothes on top of the covers. We asked for additional towels and wash clothes but were told they didn’t have any. It smelled like dirt, cigarettes and must/mold.

I just wished that they had breakfast like it's advertised instead of hearing oh we ran out of EVERYTHING yesterday

Staff was polite. Room was dirty, toilet did not fully flush. We could not get towels and tfat wasn’t mentioned on check in so we could have hung up the one we had for th e next day. Trash truck drove through at 430 am, wifi did not work. So many reasons we will not ever choose tfat one again. Could not wait to leave. Breakfast was awful as well. Very disappointing.

It's clean. The staff is friendly. It's not fancy. But it's a good value if you need a place to stay on the cheap.

The area around the building was disgustingly filthy. There were very loud fights all night. We did not feel safe. Our non smoking room reeked of cigarettes. The sink was clogged and no batteries in remote. We will never stay there again. We DO NOT RECOMMEND

After seeing that the property was not at all as described and feeling very uncomfortable at the location, I registered at a different hotel and did not stay here. It is a motel and not a hotel, poorly lit internal staircases and just creepy.

I was surprised with the receptionist stating that i had to pay $100 at check in for a deposit on any mishaps in the room. In the past I have been used to hotels only putting a card on file and charging if incidentals occurred. Other than that the hotel was fine for a one night stay to get away.

I would suggest staying in a room facing the courtyard.

Definitely get what you pay for. It was clean enough but a little run down and in need of a deeper cleaning and updates. It felt safe. The courtyard area looked nice although we didn’t have time to use it. We just stayed for one night and it did the job.
