Only thing I can say positive about this place is convenience of location and the lady at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful. With that said the entire building needs MAJOR UPDATES! Easily 20-30 years of patch work to just maintain to keep this place open. Do not be fooled by the pictures they post of the rooms like I did the picture has to be from when they first open

I was unable to even stay due to the very very rude general manager. She called the police on me for nothing. So because she didn't want to do her job. She told me i had to check in by 6, the site says before 7pm. She asked for all adult IDs that were staying in the room. I've never ever heard of that. What if the other parties had yet to make it into town? Then I asked could she edit it for me and my daughter, she said she couldn't do it. She gave me the absolute hardest time. Even after telling her my home was shot up. I have video proof of her unprofessional conduct. I've never wanted anyone to lose their job because everyone had a bad day. However, her actions were inexcusable and unwarranted. Then to think, she is the general manager.

the hotel is an older hotel and it shows. the room looks like it hasn't been updated since the early 70's. cabinet door were missing or broken. the lamp shades on all lamps have not been cleaned or dusted in what looked like years. They say they are updating the rooms but not sure what their plans are. the hotel says for extended stay, but the only things provided are limited. The second room I was in had an updated vinyl laminate flooring but that was as far as the got. shower water was controlled for temature and was barely able to be called warm.

The room was ok, did not have anything in the kitchen, nothing to cook, you have to take everything. When I call the front desk they said that they took everything out a 18 month ago. I told them that is not explained in the page, and if is an extended stay should have everything. The didn’t care, The reception open at 11 am and close at 7 pm. Not convenient. We did not like it.

No one cleaned the room, no fresh towels. When you call for assistance they tell you their coming and don’t show up. The tv was on one channel Fox News I asked for a remote and the brought me one without batteries. Hotel for hell.

Pro: - Very friendly staff (typical southern people) - simple but clean room - bed is comfortable, sheets/cover/pellow are low quality materials. We always bring our own sleeping bag with us - so, it does not bother us. Comparing to other motels at the same (or even higher) price level, this place is much much better!!! - Full cooking place (we didn't use it) - With a corridor (haha - very important to us) - Very convenient to surrounding places (civic center, movie theater - must go, shopping mall). Con: - not spotless clean - better to bring your own shampoo (if you have long hair) - have to call the staff if you check in off hour - you can smell the food in corridor (again, it does not bother us much; the odor in our room is ok). With this price, I think it is not bed.

Check in was at 3pm and was not able to get checked in until closer to 4pm due to the rooms not being cleaned in time. We had booked the room for two nights but decided to leave early the 2nd night after finding a cockroach in our room. The InTown suites is badly misrepresented on the internet. The pictures of the outside does not match what is on the inside. I was told that my room would not be cleaned until the end of the week when I check out. I Had 2 bath towels and 2 face cloths for the week. I was in room 129 and woke up during the night and roaches was crawling all over the counter and stove. I complain to the manager on duty the next day and was moved to room 130 which is in dire need on painting and it had a mysterious odor. I will never stay at this facility again and the only reason I stayed because the on duty person said that he couldn't refund my money. This was an experience that I will never forget in a bad way!!!

The day i was to check in, i knew i was going to be getting there late. I tried to call the front desk over 15 times, over 5 hours while en route. No one ever picked up, and i couldn't even check in for a room that night. I had to stay somewhere else. The next day i attempted again to check in and the office girl showed up late, ended up saying they cancelled my reservation and then tried to charge me more for less days. On top of all of that, their common areas were severly dirty and sticky, trash bags sitting out overflowing, the air conditioner was hanging off the wall and i could see directly through to outside. After all of that, i ended up booking at another hotel for the week stay. Absolutely trashy hotel, and the staff didn't care one bit.

Not quite a prison but most of the guests and staff are probably acquainted with one. This must be where the county houses the victims of domestic violence or halfway house parolees who can't make it on their own. Truly, a home for the profoundly dysfunctional members of society whom life has dealt a cruel hand. Don't ask for anything, like ice or a fresh towel, because the staff has no access to anything and no resources under their control. The room itself isn't HORRIBLE, just low rent and sad, but the operations and maintenance are truly abominable. The business model is housing county populations and spending money on retail traffic or walkins isn't going to happen. If you like the sounds of frustrated, uneducated inebriated citizens and desperate screaming children, you'll like it here. A week here seemed like a month. Luckily, there is liquor store and hard drugs across the street.

It has a great location, close to restaurants and stores. From the outside it has a good look to it and had me thinking I'd found a great hotel for the price compared to others but from the time I checked in to the time I got to my room I started having second thoughts. I go through the lobby to check in and the first thing I hear is this guy practically begging for an extra pillow and a trash bag. The desk clerk brings her kids to work with her which is strange and lots of screaming going on. Fast forward through that, I get to the room and all the lights are on including the air condition which was fine but apparently the air isn't getting as cold as it should I turn it down low as it'll go and two hours later I'm still sweating. Go up the road to Target to get a few things and when I come back my room key doesn't work, phone has 10% battery with charger locked in room. To make things worse front desk was closed and had to search everywhere before I finally find a after hours number to call while my groceries are spoiling he comes and lets me in to my room. Long story short save your money and go somewhere else theres better places for less money trust me.

Start with check-in... nobody at the front desk when I arrived. Smelled like marijuana as soon as I entered the hotel. Only had me down for 1 of the 2 rooms I reserved. This happened to several people that I spoke with staying at the hotel. The person at the front desk was very difficult to understand - American but did enunciate words. The front desk attendant kept blaming Expedia for the problem. Accomodations... No bedding for pullout. Couldn't get bedding because they had no night attendant. They told us they would be back at 11am the next day. TV remotes did operate the Tv's. One person in our group actually had holes in their walls where the TV's once were - no TV's in their room. This is the short version of the terrible experience. I stay in many hotels through out the years. This is by far the absolute worst experience I've ever had. It really isn't even worthy of me commenting on it because you can't give a negative rating here.

Extended stay lodging that I used as a hotel. In this case, probably a mistake. Stove, fridge, sink, etc. in room. While outside of building looked new, my room seemed a bit dirty and older. Bed was not particularly comfortable and pillows seemed full of dust. Front office was closed when I left at 7:30am each day, so if you need something, your on your own. Even though I stayed multiple days, no maid service at all - maybe to be expected in an extended stay. Location is off the beaten path but not far from restaurants/shops. When we arrived there was no one there to greet us, a maintenance person went to look for someone to check us in, he never turned on a light, just asked for my ID and gave us the room information. The hotel smelled of cigarette, wasn't very clean, and the room uncomfortable. The bathroom is tiny, the mattresses not very comfortable, and when my husband went to make coffee the next morning, the filter was left inside and was moldy. There was no one at the desk when we left, we just put the room key under the closed reception gate and left. If you want peace and quiet are a place to stay without bed bugs this is not the place to stay. if you are staying just a few days just know you don't matter to these people i ask for help with the loud noise banging an the on going of the doors being slambed i called the manger in was told she spoke to someone then when it didn't stop i try calling again to no answer so when i found her she barely wanted to talk to me in when she did i was informed that i was only there for a week in the people above me had been there for month's in she didn't have any rooms to move me to, an if i didn't like it i could just leave so when i try to post what happen on my facebook she called the police on me in had me removed in told me i couldn't get any money back for the 3 days i had left. wow, if this is the way people in the south behave i'm glad i live in N,Y. SERIOUSLY. In what what really crazy i had to sleep on the floor because every time i got in the bed i would start to itch it felt so bad. Thankfully i had some where to go after she called the police on me and took my money. Didn't give me a change of sheet's I had to wash them my self. wow how RUDE! You have been warned you would be better staying in a box under a highway then staying here at lest no one would try to call the police on you and take your money.

Really nice hotel except I had very bad neighbors . I could not sleep with all the noise. Doors constantly slamming, people constantly knocking on their doors. I was wondering if they was selling drugs over there. Besides that I like the hotel. ..

Good location, comfortable. Kitchenet was very nice but didn't like coffee provided.

We stayed here Christmas Eve and Christmas night. We got a call about an hour before check in asking us to get there early because the office was closing. Luckily we were close so we were able to get there. We asked for some extra towels since our room wouldn't be cleaned and were told no, only two towels per week. They told us they had had a pay laundry we could use to wash the towels. The room was ok. The television was not viewable from the bed. To watch tv you had to sit on the uncomfortable chair.

Will not stay here again. This hotel is In need of major upgrades. It's very basic. Smells old. Has no counter in the bathroom. No dressing mirror. Room very small. Carpet needs replacing. The only time I saw an employee was when we checked in. Office was closed otherwise.

The A/C unit from upstairs was dripping down on our unit (outdoors), and was annoying...solved by putting a towel on our unit to dampen the sound.

Well worth the price, but if you are looking for luxury or lots of amenities, this may not be your choice.

The hotel was soaked with cigarette residue (smell) anywhere you went. The bed was ultra firm, good or bad depending on preference. The worst part by far was the cold shower. Waiting for shower water to heat up for 5 minutes before sucking it up and taking a freezing cold shower. I just hope the renovation they are gearing up for can redeem this place.

I booked a non-smoking room, the room was heavily filled with smell of smoke. Reported to staff to change rooms and was told they only had a handicap room left, which was fine but had a strong musty smell. Clerk at front desk offered to spray which room i chose with febreeze. I chose the musty room over the smoke room. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was great. Room was clean despite smells. However, no housekeeper reported to our room daily. We had to ask for towels daily ourselves. Lobby closed at 10pm and no staff on duty..just on call. It did have a pool and wifi. Overall, It was a place to sleep and served its purpose.
