Very clean hotel and the staff is amazing

Breakfast was underwhelming. Gym and pool were very good. Room was well maintained and nicely updated, but cleaning could improve.

Bed was too hard. Pillows were not comfortable. There was a light outside my window so the room wasn’t dark enough. I didn’t have these issues last time so maybe it depends on the room.

My favorite thing was how comfortable the bed was! All of the staff members--check-in person, breakfast servers, housekeeper--were very pleasant and accommodating. Room, lobby, breakfast location were very clean and maintained. Breakfast was good. I spent a very restful night after a hard day's drive. The only complaint I had was that your TV package did not include MSNBC. It had a couple of Fox channels and CNN, but not MSNBC.

The location was perfect for my needs The fire alarm was going off and there was no one at the desk. False alarm but nobody knew that. There was an odor when walking in like and old smell. Side door did not work and the pillows look fluffy but they are always flat and uncomfortable and the tub was dirty

We didn't take a shower cause the tub appeared dirty/stained.

No amenities near by try to go downtown. In regards of the room ok but didn’t have a complete access for disabilities like a shower chair. The breakfast shoul be variable. We ate the same thing for 3 days.

Room was good. Clean. But at check in we were made aware of construction inside the hotel. Only "to go" dry breakfast available. I feel we should have been made aware of construction prior to check in.

We love this hotel !!! So clean!!! Everything is amazing here !! We always stay here when we visit family here in the up state of South Carolina.

I had to stop and stay 12/22 230-3 am because I was driving and I became sleepy. It took the lady at the front desk 30 minutes to check me in because of I don’t know what was happening to the computers. She was very nice though. However, I did get bitten by a spider there and I’m still receiving medical treatment for it and it’s 1/10/2026.

The past year and half I have been staying in Hampton Inns. May be 12 to 15 nights. The overall facility is what I am looking for. My complain is the beds are way to hard in all I have stayed in and I personally need bigger pillows. The breakfast is just not appealing.

All of the breakfast food was terrible except the breakfast potatoes. Toilet in room sits too low and I’m short.

Everything was ok except for the bed. The bed was like laying on a root on the ground camping. I would have been more comfortable sleeping in my trucks backseat.

Check in was seamless, and the lobby area was neat and orderly. When I got ready to shower that evening, I found the shower to be full of hair and not clean. The towel had hair on it as well. Thankfully, I brought cleaning supplies and towels, but I would have been left without recourse. See picture below. I never saw or heard from housekeeping.

Everything was awesome the Lady at the front desk super nice friendly with the kids when we did the Check in, clean room, smells nice and clean, comfortable beds, and good breakfasts.

The hotel was clean and quite. Close to good restaurant and great staff. Gerry was amazing taking his time out to give us the correct directions for our journey back home.

We have been very pleased staying here for an extended period of time. The staff are so friendly & helpful. The breakfast is a little different each day which has been a nice treat for us. A huge variety for everyone as well. The rooms are so nice & clean. The pool is small but it is clean & well taken care of. Plenty of pool towels always along with seating outside or lounging chairs. BBQ grill for use too. They do not have rolling beds like some apps say. Close to food & gas too! Great location, quiet too.

The staff were friendly. The rooms need some updating. The toilet seat was broken, the tub is slow draining, the beds are very hard. But everything was clean.

Anytime I come to Anderson I stay at this hotel. Its located close to the highway and not far from the additional areas that I visit maybe 15-20 mins from downtown. There are several resturants for options. The staff is always nice, they have decent breakfast from 6a-10a a nice gym and outside pool that I have never use but I would if I had the time when visiting.

The pool was closed. There were very few places to eat in this area. Although, the breakfast was fantastic. Not like any other free breakfasts at hotels.

I would rate the hotel itself very nice, but the hotel placed an additional $250 fee on my credit card for unknown reasons. I have been trying to get an answer from management and the staff indicated it may have been a "smoking fee". Since there was never any smoking by my guest or myself I am hopeful this issue gets resolved quickly but guests should be aware.

Our AC in our room was out, but we were easily accommodated with a new room. Breakfast area was clean and breakfast was good!

Clean quiet place. Room has lots of drawers and places to put things especially if staying for a few days. The motel was close to our son so it was convenient for us.

Nice check in with staff. 24/7 coffee in lobby. Updated rooms were clean. My accommodations were accounted for & I had a great room. Will stay again!

We were here for just a short stay while we visited Disneyland. The room was an excellent place to rest our heads for the night. Parking was super convenient. The hotel beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast the next morning before leaving. Would recommend to anyone visiting the Disneyland area.

Nice clean hotel that appears to be recently renovated. Staff were friendly and accommodating and the free breakfast had a nice selection. Beds were comfortable and there wasn’t a lot of outside noise.

Hampton Inns never disappoints! My husband and I were driving a long distance home over the holidays from visiting family. We needed an overnight stop, but wasn’t sure where that would be so we specifically looked for a Hampton Inn when we were ready to stop. As always, the staff was super friendly, the rooms and common areas were extremely clean and comfortable, the amenities perfect for our needs and more importantly, we felt safe.

Checked in due to power outshr from Hurricane helene. Me and hubs wanted to get a goodnight sleep and hotshower before going on vacation. This hotel was a saving grace. Service was amazing, room very clean, staff was prompt in addressing our needs and was very honest about some things not being accessible due to the storm(wifi and tv) both worked just fine.

The report says m was clean and comfortable. The shower was fantastic. My husband and are both tall and usually have to duck to take a shower but not so with you.

We were greeted with a friendly face, Penny and she helped us check in fast and efficiently. Our room was clean and comfortable, especially the bed and we really enjoyed our stay. The complimentary breakfast was great, and we were able to enjoy the pool as well. Very nice hotel and we will definitely return!

Hotel rooms are newly renovated. Rooms are very spacious bathroom is spacious the only thing is they must have got a deal at kids are us for the toilets (lol) very very low to the floor and small but other than that everything was great. Staff is nice and helpful breakfast was fine location is good for the interstate which makes easy access to Clemson. I would recommend and I also would stay again

Very convenient and a nice place to stay during business traveling

We travelled cross country and stayed at hampton inns and holiday inn express. This was the best hotel of our trip. I dont like any carpet in the hotel rooms so that is the only reason why i didnt give this hotel an "excellent" the carpet wasnt visibly dirty- i just dont like carpet in a hotel at all.

What I did not like was the pool had hair, mosquitoes and water was too still. Breakfast could have included fresh fruit other that apples and too matured bananas.

The check-in was delayed because of a disgruntled guest. The hotel was clean and in a good location. My main issue was that the thermostat wasn’t reading the temperature correctly. It was around 5° off. I could not get the room cool. The hallway was 5 to 7° cooler than the room temperature.

I had to install the shower curtain myself - it was hanging over the shower rod but not installed. Room was not ready for occupancy - we should be credited for at least 50% of the charge!

Newly renovated rooms, very clean facility & efficient staff

Hotel was nice, however when we arrived, at 6pm, there was no one at the front desk. I actually called twice and the phone just rang right in front of me until someone finally came out from the direction of the gym.

It was an amazing experience! Very clean room, friendly people, and good food. We really enjoyed snow white towels and bedding.

Nice property, however surprised that they charged $75 pet fee. No mention of that online or on the Hilton website.

My stay was for 2-nights. Check-in and Check-out was great. Breakfast was amazing!! The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The gym area was clean. They had ample enough parking to accommodate the guest. The entire staff were friendly and very helpful. The pool was out of service. Would definitely stay again.

Keys didn’t work for the room upon check not once but twice until 3rd time they had to change our room. When finally got access to the room, the AC was not working.

The hotel was so very nice. It felt like it had been renovated recently. The room was very pleasant, clean and user friendly. Check in was quick, staff very nice.

I also found the lack of towel racks and/or hooks in the bathroom to be an issue. It also would have been nice if there had been some shade in the parking lot as it was so hot and with no shade I had to carry everything from my car into my room even though I was only staying one night.
