Bed was comfortable.Good water pressure. Loud A/C unit.Shower door does not close fully and wets floor.Breakfast was mediocre.Difficulty with remote. Ice machine did not work.Key card programmer did not work at check in.

The air conditioner made a horrible noise therefore hard to sleep.

To start with at the check-in the employee was rude. . We got to room and it was not cleaned. We were not offered another room. We had someone coming to get us and needed our room to be able to put our luggage in it. . It was about 4:25 before room was available. Never plan to stay there again. Only reason I did not give it a one is because it is in the location we needed.

Bed was worn out. Non-smoking room had been smoked in.

Property was clean. Close to Clemson campus. AC was too loud and bed/pillow not comfortable to sleep on.

Are the woman who checked us in her name was Christina was excellent, helped us with local cuisine and also printed off some homes that we were looking at. Highly recommend this property. There are two restaurants right out front and one across the street. Definitely go check it out

Breakfast was great! It was hot food. So continental breakfast can be good for everyone, even pre-diabetics. Can’t think of anything

This is my 3rd time staying here in 5 years. Never have had 1 issue. They have remodeled several times since my first visit. Will definitely use this hotel again.

I had an emergency come up and notified property that I was unable to stay. I was charged anyway per policy, so I cancelled future scheduled stays. Unable to rate otherwise

A constant hum could be heard all night. I do not know the source of said hum.

Front desk was friendly but overall there were several small things that were annoying to deal with. TV had buffering and freezing issues. Room phones either didn't work or were disconnected. Shower head was so loose it sprayed sideways when you turn it on. Breakfast was only average.

Easy checkin and nice friendly staff

Housekeeping only cleaned our room once during a four night stay. The one time they cleaned our property they did not fully service it. They left one bed unmade. By the time we left both trash receptacles were overflowing. Overall it was not the experience we expected.

Bathroom sink don’t drain, refrigerator didn’t work, nite reading lite by bed not working, mattress slides round on Formica platform causing injury to my shins, thermostat needs calibration and smoke alarm Lite above the bed keeps flashing a pin light.

Common areas were filthy with sticky floors from the front door to the front desk to breakfast area to elevator. Apparently no employees know what a mop is. They were like this for all 5 nights of my stay. Swimming pool was deplorable and not usable…it was drained while we were there and opened for use. Room was clean enough and bathroom was acceptable.

Pool was out of service. No hot coffee or water in the lobby in the evening, as in other hotels.

The pool was empty. We had looked forward to swimming with our family. Otherwise the hotel was fine.

Parking lot was well lighted. The check-in was terrible. The person at the front counter was incompetent and lazy. There were no carts available. Apparently there was only one for the whole property.

Breakfast food had mold and the milk was rancid.

Our room had no soap in the shower dispenser. The common area was not clean either. Breakfast tables were not cleaned after each guest finished breakfast. On the plus side, afternoon cookies were excellent. All in all, this place did not meet my expectations for a Marriott branded hotel for cleanliness. The front reception staff were excellent.

Very attentive staff who seemed to really care about you and your stay.

Unfortunately, they did not clean my room and that was after I asked the desk which said it will be cleaned.

Front desk customer service representative was polite, welcoming and provided clear information. She asked if she could be of further service. Excellent experience!

Property is close to the airport. Room was very nice and was very nice and clean.

This is my go-to hotel when I come to my hometown. The service is always excellent. The hotel and rooms are always clean. No issues with noise or noisy guests. Just a great place to stay. It does seem like the price is going up, though.

Location was a plus for my trip.

Everything was great but the breakfast. Waffle maker was not available. Also, food staff did not replenish anything with over an hour left to eat. The hotel was very clean. Thankfully the air conditioner worked very well because it was extremely hot out.

The young lady who checked us in was extremely friendly and sweet. She was also very knowledgeable of the area and efficient. Our room was clean and comfortable.

Stay generally OKAY. Problem was Palmetto Bug spotted on wall of the room. We saw it on last day. My wife freaked out and was fretting that our clothes and luggage may carry stowaways back home with us.

This is my go-to hotel when I travel to Anderson. The service is always great. The hotel is always clean and nice. I know I'm going to have a great experience when I come here.

Room was clean and comfortable. Even though our room was tigh next to the elevator it was very quiet and we were not disturbed at all.

I enjoyed my stay. Clean, comfortable, and close to where I needed to go.

My only problem was selfish hotel guests taking up multiple parking spaces. Three different vehicles took up AT LEAST 10 parking spaces. One was a mobile clinic. Another was a utility van. The last vehicle was a truck towing something. Luckily someone was checking out when I came back to the hotel that night/early morning. I was able to get their spot. If not, my 52 year old, partially disabled self would've been very uncomfortable parking off-site.

We love the Fairfield hotels with the separate area for the kids. And I have never experienced this but when my son went to lay down on the bed he said was stinky, but only when he laid down. It wasn’t the pillow but the bed and the sheets. It was late I didn’t complain but I had him sleep on top of them. It was really gross

I was just there for an overnight visit, but the staff was amazingly friendly and helpful.

The morning breakfast has many options but was wiped out by 7:30 and slow to restock. One person seemed to have to work the desk and the breakfast.

Front entrance area construction was a minor inconvenience. Staff was pleasant. A step up from other Fairfield Inns - well managed.

This is my go-to hotel when I visit my hometown. It is always clean. The staff are always helpful and courteous. I actually ate breakfast there this time. It was a good, hot breakfast . . . not just waffles.

Hotel is average at best with small rooms, no microwave, and it was difficult to control the temp in the room. . I stay in this area a lot and there are better options for the same price. The staff was great which means a lot nowadays. The breakfast was subpar compared to other local hotels but it will do in a pinch.

The staff who checked us in was prepared for us and so friendly. The rooms were quiet, roomy, and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay!

This was my second stay at this location. I got the same great service and the same clean, quiet hotel stay that I had the last time. I didn't have the breakfast so I can't provide a review of that. The location is great, close to restaurants and shopping. I felt safe staying there alone.

I would recommend that when training new employees to teach them where all amenities are stored. Our last night there we requested coffee packets for our room. Sadly the night clerk had no idea where to find them. She felt bad about not being able to help us. We had to obtain coffee from the lobby.

They are paying attention to every detail

It was clean and neat.

Shower needs more safety bars. Other people were making noises in the hall and did not obey the Quiet Time hours. Pillows were terrible.

The staff at reception were nice and helpful. I had to go to them a lot because in 4 days I never got any maid service. No garbage emptied (I did it myself), no coffee replacement, no cup replacement, no taking away used towels. When I told reception they would say, I’m sorry, but never made sure it was done the next day.
